Fox anchor jab injury; newly-disclosed Pfizer contract blows the lid off gov't incompetence; Biden, schools, and unions; Elon and pizza-gate; UA creates dysphoria; New York totters; and more.
Good morning, C&C family, it’s Thursday! Your roundup today includes at least two furry mammalian stories, plus more: former Fox anchor discloses vaccine injury; court orders Pfizer contract to be disclosed and wait till you see what it says; biographer confirms teachers’ unions shut down the schools and kept them shut; Elon Musk promotes “debunked” Pizza Gate theory; University of Arizona teaches nursing students how to manufacture gender dysphoria; NYC mayor Adams hauls up the white flag on the illegal alien invasion and services to citizens rapidly decline, leading to other invasions; Senator Vance tilts at the mask windmill with new anti-mask bill; and a three-legged bear joins Florida’s 13-foot alligator.
🗞💬 WORLD NEWS AND COMMENTARY 💬🗞
💉 Former Fox News host and journalist Megyn Kelly, 52, appeared in an interview clip making the rounds yesterday. In the clip, Megyn disclosed a tragic new vaccine injury diagnosis, and admits she regrets taking the shots. Video at the link.
https://twitter.com/TheChiefNerd/status/1699537816558919834
Megyn explained her new autoimmune injury was confirmed by her doctor:
“I regret getting the vaccine…because I don’t think I would’ve needed it… And then, for the first time, I tested positive for an autoimmune issue at my annual physical. And I went to the best Rheumatologist in New York, and I asked her, do you think this could have to do with the fact that got the damn booster and then got COVID within three weeks?”
And she said yes. Yes! I wasn't the only one she'd seen that with.”
For additional context, Megyn’s older sister died eleven months ago after her heart suddenly and unexpectedly attacked her.
So.
💉 Megyn and other mRNA-damaged people can be forgiven for buying all the false messaging. Believing in the massive scope of the lie was simply more than many people could stomach, a worldview inversion their brains could not easily comprehend. As formerly pro-jab comic Scott Adams famously said in January, people who distrusted the government won.
“It’s never wrong to distrust government,” Scott admitted.
https://twitter.com/Dr_logicaI/status/1616949618725781506
Newly disclosed documents confirm that Scott was a hundred percent correct. A few weeks ago on August 17th, after more than a year of painful litigation, the South African high court forced its government to release the original 2021 jab contracts. So the public can now view the full scope of maladroit, malignant, and mendacious government misfeasance in a fully-disclosed, unredacted Pfizer “Manufacturing and Supply” agreements.
The newly-disclosed contract between Pfizer and the Republic of South Africa is dated March 30th, 2021 — four months after the jab rollout started in America. Both the South African government and Pfizer hysterically opposed releasing the contract. A heroic South African citizens group spent over a year and who knows how much money forcing its release; meanwhile the government and Pfizer used TAXPAYER money to slow it down and try to stop it.
Spoiler: only someone in John Fetterman’s condition would have signed this contract.
The agreement defines “Purchaser” as the government of the Republic of South Africa. Under Section 5.5 (“Purchaser Acknowledgement”), clearly spelled out in black and white, Pfizer admitted it had no idea what the jabs might do or might not do in the long run, or whether they would even work at all, shifting all the risk completely to the South African government.
In Section 5.5’s first sentence, Pfizer admitted it hadn’t even yet finished studying the vaccines’ “components and constituent materials.” Think about that. Turn that around in your mind and pitilessly examine it from every angle. Compare that admission to all the public messaging from the CDC and all its white-coated, grant-grabbing pretend doctors.
In English, Pfizer was saying, look, we’re not even sure what’s in these things.
And South Africa said, sure, that’s cool with us.
Not to belabor the point but, while in its confidential legal agreements Pfizer was saying they weren’t even sure what the shots included, what we were being publicly assured was that the shots were the most studied vaccines in history, not to mention the safest and most effective ones — ever. Ever, ever. Ninety-five percent effective. You remember.
Section 5.5’s second sentence is arguably even worse. It included two different disclaimers. The first disclaimer expressly says that South Africa AGREED that “the long-term effects and efficacy of the Vaccine are not currently known.”
“Not currently known.” In other words, Pfizer said we have no idea what it’s going to do to people, or whether it even works.
Haha! There it is, in black and white, three months after first responders and healthcare workers in the U.S. had all gotten the jabs and just before the “vaccinate or terminate” mandates started rolling out. Do you remember our vaunted public officials saying anything about unknown long-term effects? Did President Robert L. Peters ever say “the long-term effects and efficacy” were unknown? Did anyone in charge ever say that?
Nope. They said the reverse opposite.
The second disclaimer may be the most reprehensible of all. On behalf of its citizens, South Africa obsequiously agreed that “there may be adverse effects of the Vaccine that are not currently known.”
Oh. Thanks for letting us know.
That’s bad enough. But combine the two sentences together, and what you get is Pfizer saying they don’t know what’s in the jabs, what it’s going to do to people, and it might even kill them, for all Pfizer knew.
And South Africa said, Sounds great! How many can we get?
Needless to say, Section 5.5 is not a standard provision in a government contract for goods, even in an emergency. Normally, purchasing contracts contain guarantees of performance standards. Imagine the South African government were buying generators, or solar power stations, and the seller’s contract said “we don’t know whether these generators will work, and they might even explode and take down the power grid when plugged in.”
Who but a drooling moron would sign such a contract? And what lawyer would ever let his moronic client sign it?
It gets worse. Section 8 of the contract is titled “Indemnification.” It says that if Pfizer is ever sued by anyone — for any reason — because of the shots, then South Africa must pay for Pfizer’s complete defense, and then pay any judgment if Pfizer loses.
Since South Africa is, essentially, made up of its own citizens and their tax money, the contract basically says citizens have to pay for their own injuries.
You’re welcome, citizens!
And, since South Africa agreed the jabs might not work, and agreed Pfizer wasn’t guaranteeing the jabs wouldn’t hurt people, South Africa cannot ever claim it was fraudulently induced into the contract, or that Pfizer has provided a defective product.
So. Now we know why the governments are working so hard to deny the jabs are dangerous and gaslight the victims, for the simple reason they don’t want to have to pay for the massive claims. You couldn’t conceive a more diabolical agreement if you tried. All the incentives are completely backwards.
How on Earth could this happen? It happened through a dark, demonic combination of two anti-democratic factors: executive authority and government secrecy. Emergency executive authority meant that rank-and-file legislators were kept out of the loop. Had this contract been debated in South Africa’s congress, it never would have been approved.
Second, official secrecy — keeping the Pfizer agreement’s terms ‘confidential’ — allowed the executive health authorities to agree to anything, even something this bad, because they faced no public scrutiny or outcry. Citizens were forced to assume good faith, that the contract was carefully-negotiated and included normal buyer protections.
The citizens were 100% wrong, of course, but they had no way to know it. The critical terms of their mandated jabs were officially “confidential.”
How is that “informed consent?”
I would bet a year’s salary that every Pfizer contract in the world includes the same protective provisions. But one thing I am completely sure of is that government lawyers knew how bad the contracts were. A hundred percent. The Pfizer contract isn’t tricky or ambiguous, it’s painfully clear. Non-lawyers can read and understand it just fine. But health authorities obviously overrode their lawyers, which raises the most intriguing question of all: why?
If one person in the executive branch had the power to approve something like this, and it was always intended to remain deeply buried under all the other odious state secrets, then it would have been trivial to … incentivize … that one person to overcome their normal concerns.
In other words, I would bet my right hand somebody got paid.
Anyway, thanks to the South Africans, we are one more baby step closer to unraveling this hideous atrocity.
Here’s the link to the contract.
🔥 Yesterday, Fox News ran a story headlined, “Biden nixed goal of getting kids back to school post-COVID to avoid conflict with teachers' union boss: book.”
Back during the Trump-Biden campaign, presidential candidate Bob Peters repeatedly promised to re-open locked-down schools, but he broke that promise immediately after being selected President. According to a new hagiographic biography, ominously titled “The Last Politician,” Biden welshed on his re-opening promise to please the teachers’ unions.
Describing the devilish deal as “the price of peace," biographer Franklin Foer reported that American Federation of Teachers President Randi Weingarten vehemently opposed re-opening schools, and Biden folded to the pressure like a bargain-bin Wal-Mart tent. On Biden's first day in office, Jill Biden invited Weingarten and NEA President Becky Pringle to the White House.
Seven days later, Biden announced an Orwellian “revised” re-opening plan that didn’t reopen anything but kept schools closed. Foer’s book disclosed, “Jen Psaki explained that Biden had really meant that he wanted more than half of the pre-K-to-8 schools to attend at least one in-person session a week by the end of his first hundred days."
Biden “really meant.” There’s been a lot of that over the last couple years.
Fortunately for Floridians, Governor DeSantis rapidly re-opened Florida’s schools and defeated multiple lawsuits filed by the unions (and my goofy county) trying to stop him and keep kids out of school while teachers kept getting paid.
If there is any better justification than this atrocious story for abolishing the teachers’ unions, I don’t know what it could be. Comments welcome.
🔥 Yesterday, Tucker released an interview with a man who claims to have been President Barack Hussein Obama’s gay lover. I’m not sure what to make of that, and I only report it for context of this next development. Around the same time Tucker’s video released, Twitter owner Elon Musk tweeted this controversial meme:
The most interesting bit, to me, was the little pizza emoji (🍕). According to FBI documents, “cheese pizza” is a known code word among pedophiles for child porn, and possibly for young girls. Musk appears to be suggesting Obama is a pedophile.
Without going into the history of the “Pizza Gate” conspiracy hypothesis, despite massive opposition, the Pizza Gate people seem to be winning the narrative war. The narrative claims only knuckle-dragging deplorables without high-school educations believe in Pizza Gate. But Musk, say what you like about him, is inarguably one the smartest guys around.
And Elon Musk doesn’t seem to be buying the narrative. So.
🔥 Yesterday, based on screenshots provided by a whistleblower, Libs of TikTok reported that the University of Arizona’s nursing school is teaching nursing students to begin questioning kids about their gender identity as early as three years’ old. Basically, from the time kids can speak English.
The slides are plainly titled, “Asking pediatric patients about gender identity.” The first slide suggests “What to ask - Ages 3 to 13:”
“Some kids feel like a girl on the inside, some kids feel like a boy on the inside, and some kids feel like neither, both, or someone else. What about you? How do you feel on the inside? There’s no right or wrong answer.”
Oh yes. Yes there is a wrong answer.
The second training slide, subtitled “When to ask,” suggests “Start at around age 3, during the well visit.”
Whoever is running the University of Arizona’s nursing program is crazier than a sprayed roach.
You might well ask, what does confusing small children — who still believe in mermaids and Santa Claus — about their sexual identities have to do with medical care? Libs asked the University of Arizona for an explanation, and you know what happened. Crickets.
This seems a whole lot more like a recipe for creating gender dysphoria than for treating it. What do you think?
🔥 New York Mayor Eric Adams, a longtime “sanctuary city advocate,” had a near meltdown yesterday when he told commissioners in no uncertain terms that illegal immigrants would destroy New York City.
https://twitter.com/nycphotog/status/1699607841483465122
Texans could not be reached for comment, because they were too busy fending off even more illegal aliens than New York City. But New York has a painful, monkeypox-like problem the Texans don’t have. I will explain.
First, the Big Apple’s pro-jab mayor said for the first time in his life, he has finally confronted a tragic-comic problem that he can’t handle:
“Let me tell you something, New Yorkers. Never in my life have I had a problem that I didn’t see an ending to. I don’t see an ending to this. I don’t see an ending to this. This issue will destroy New York City. DESTROY New York City. We getting TEN THOUSAND MIGRANTS a month. One time we were just getting Venezuela, now we getting Ecuador, now we getting Russian-speaking coming through Mexico, now we getting Western Africa, now we getting people from all over the globe have made their minds up that they gonna come through the southern part of the border and come to New York City.
And everybody’s saying it’s New York City’s problem.
We have a 12-billion dollar deficit that we’re going to have to cut every service in this City is going to be impacted. All of us.”
Haha! Citizens, who pay the extraordinarily-high taxes in the City, won’t be getting services. Illegal aliens will be getting the services. Checkmate!
The big problem is that New York City once passed a law requiring it to provide shelter and services to illegal aliens, as part of its celebrated “sanctuary city” program. Adams has already been to court several times recently trying to thwart the rule, but has gone down in flames every single time. The courts are saying, don’t put this on us, you need to change that law.
But New York’s yellow-bellied, lily-livered, chicken-hearted officials are too spineless to change it. I have nothing but contempt for them. As Monty Python famously said, I pass gas in their general direction.
Mayor Adam’s concerns are relatively newly-discovered. In related news, ABC-7 ran a story earlier this year in April headlined:
It was the Mayor. The story began like this:
The Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs kicked off Immigrant Heritage week by launching the "We Love Immigrant NYC" Campaign. "Our campaign, 'We Love Immigrant New York,' looks to affirm and celebrate the contribution of all of our immigrant communities and our status as the ultimate City of immigrants," said Commissioner Manuel Castro.
Chickens, roosts, coming home, you know how it goes. New Yorkers, it’s up to you now. If you don’t like it, do something.
But … New Yorkers are resilient! They are making the most of the Big Apple’s controlled demolition. Another headline, also probably totally unrelated, who knows, I’m sure it has nothing to do with reduced services, was this week’s headline from Not the Bee:
Oh, rats!
https://twitter.com/brewdoggy/status/1697257220483010723
It shouldn’t be “the Big Apple.” It should be: the Rotting, Rat-Infested Apple.
And, I tried my level best, honestly I did, but I finally couldn’t resist adding this final ratty headline from March’s edition of the American Society for Microbiology:
I. Just. Can’t. Even.
It’s mind-boggling. Would a rat jab mandate be inhumane? Would it violate furry rights? What would the SPCA say?
So many questions, so little time.
🔥 Yesterday, National Review ran a story headlined, “J.D. Vance Introduces Bill to Ban Federal Mask Mandates for Schools, Public Transit.”
On Tuesday, Senator J.D. Vance (R-Oh.) introduced a new bill to ban the federal government from nationally mandating face masks for airline passengers and students until December 31st, 2024. Vance explained, “Democrats say they’re not going to bring back mask mandates – we’re going to hold them to their word.”
It seems more likely that President Peters would confess he’s being paid by China and Ukraine than it would be for the democrat-controlled Senate to pass Vance’s anti-mask bill, but I suppose it’s some progress. Not so long ago, legislators wet their britches at the prospect of even questioning “the science” of masks, much less introducing bills to stop them, even if only for a year.
The final bit of good news in this story was that it listed only three institutions to bring back mask mandates, so far, the three we already know about. So the Pirola variant isn’t as stiff as it needs to be, if we’re to see a national re-masking movement. Just saying.
🔥 For balance between the reptile and mammal constituencies, in light of our 13-foot Florida alligator story yesterday, on Tuesday the New York Post ran a surprising story headlined, “Three-legged bear named ‘Tripod’ breaks into Florida home, guzzles three White Claws.” Video at the link.
https://nypost.com/2023/09/05/video-shows-bear-swipe-white-claws-from-florida-patio/
The festive furry incursion occurred over the holiday weekend in Lake Mary, Florida, just 20 miles north of Orlando, the same place yesterday’s megalithic alligator lived. After eating some fish food, the three-legged mammal easily popped open the family’s mini-fridge and, somehow, drank three mango-strawberry fermented beverages.
After that, I’d assume he was feeling pretty sleepy. No one except some thin aluminum cans were injured.

Uh, the "Pizza Gate theory" is a lot of horrible things but debunked is not one of them. Here is a glimpse into this indescribably evil world: https://bitchute.com/video/Gjo2xPRgyQSv [12:07mins]
Jim Caviezel said it best:
For those that do this, they'll be no mercy for them.
Can't even imagine what it must be like to be a medical professional with years and years and years of schooling and training methodically honing his/her expertise, knowledge, competence, prowess and profiency only to have all that be unceremoniously kicked to the curb....not allowed a seat at the table because of simply daring to have a difference of opinion...to be bold enough and have enough integrity to deliver actual facts, proof and data. Worse yet, to have a career possibly ending up in an ash heap of non-importance. What a tragedy for those fledglings who were contemplating a pilgrimage into the realms of healthcare . My wife - who is far more intelligent than I - is still coming to grips with this very disturbing revelation.
