I no longer suffer from depression, anxiety and panic attacks and rage ever since I eliminated sugars, processed foods and seed oils from my diet. I’m eat mostly keto-carnivore foods. Originally i started eating this was to lose weight but the “side-effects” have been a blessing physically, mentally and emotionally. My family, friends and coworkers really like the “new” me LOL.

I also take long breaks from social media and corporate-controlled media. I make it a point to get sunshine, especially in the mornings, walk barefoot on grass when the weather is nice and enjoy nature.

I’m Christian and I believe we are living in biblical times. It gives me hope to know that many people (whether they are religious or not) are against these agendas, that I personally think are satanic. Remember FourWinds, you are not alone. God bless.

Everything you say is correct. All there cancer books show a definite connection between diet and depression. The reason northern countries have such a high depression and suicide rate is the lack of sunshine in the winter. And faith and God sure doesn't hurt when it comes to uplifting your spirits. Great post. Thanks

On Fox Nation Tucker Carlson did an hour interview with Dr. Mark Hyman, who claims that something like 90% of the illnesses like cancer and other chronic illness are completely caused by a poor diet. Top of list is sugar.
