“it’s going to be bigger than the tobacco litigation.”

I find myself in the unique position of cheering for lawyers to file a massive amount of lawsuits. Anyone who required the experimental jab deserve to be sued. I’ll be looking for the ‘flotilla of legal ships‘ on the horizon.

I can’t wait until the district I work for gets theirs! A full school year of n95 masking as well as weekly testing for compliance with OSPI is a whole lotta crapola. When I complained to the powers that be that this was discriminatory I was told that there was nothing they could do about it... needless to say I withdrew from being a dues paying member. I hope that when the time comes I can join a suit against all of them.

Just ran across this article about the Brown student who got myocarditis after getting the shot earlier in 2021 than his peers because he volunteered at a hospital.

Interesting in this article is an audio of 2 doctors where it is stated "probable vaccine related myocarditis".

And Brown mandated shots and boosters.

Whoever that dr is at Miriam Hospital sharing his myocarditis information needs to grow some and come forward publicly.

In line with Eric's comment, I add in the Cleveland Clinic (both in Ohio and Florida).

Here's their patient care priority:

"Care for the patient as if they are your own family"

Ummmm.....not a family I want any part of.

Here's one of their "values" that stands out:

"Integrity - We adhere to high moral principles and professional standards by a commitment to honesty, confidentiality, trust, respect, and transparency."

That ship has sailed...

I hope the Mayo clinic gets sued! They, and the Cleveland Clinic turned away transplant patients because the patients refused to get vaccinated. How much more harm can a doctor do than to refuse to do a transplant over this? Violating their oath doesn't even come close to articulating the damage doctors like this have done. Thank you Janice. I needed more words of encouragement. Here in Michigan we certainly need words of encouragement. We have 5 Conservatives vying for the right to challenge our Governor, who ranks third only behind Newsome and then Cuomo for total abuse of power. I have listened to every debate, (there have been five), hour long interviews of all of the candidates and I would like any of four to get the nod. But last month RTL endorsed the lone woman who is the weakest candidate by far. She is riding in by endorsements from establishment Republicans in this state, most of which screwed us in the certification of the 2020 election, a real good old boys club here. She is leaning on her anti abortion status that RTL gave her, the sad thing is the other 4 candidates had the exact same stance. She is weak in every other area, but because she is a woman, the feeling is she will be more electable. President Trump just gave her his endorsement. We were hoping he would stay out of it until after the primary. There is also street talk that the Dems are being told to vote Republican in the primary and vote for the woman. With RTL, DJT’s endorsements and Dems voting for her it could very possibly give her the edge, and then Gov. Whitmer will go both barrels after her one issue stance, anti abortion. Whitmer is vocal and unapologetic about her pro abortion stand and her constant promotion of PP. She has a great many followers on that end, young women who would probably skip a mid term election otherwise.

Somehow they managed to get a pro abortion initiative on the ballot for November. If passed it would become a Constitutional amendment and could not be overturned. It would make Michigan the most pro abortion state in the Union, surpassing California. I have had to tell myself repeatedly that God knows the evil before us and will help us. Your words help tremendously.

For the last 2 years, the American people have been the victim of the most successful psychological warfare campaign in human history. For at least 4 generations, America's youth have been educated in a system that does not teach any critical thinking skills and that has made America ripe for the Nazi takeover we are witnessing. It is difficult to appreciate the extent to which the American people have been subjugated. The only comparison that comes close is pre-WWII Germany.

Expand full comment
Politico Phil's avatar

The Jews of pre-WWII Germany were originally segregated and persecuted for "public health" reasons...just like the US today. The German Jews lived in a tightly knit community which experience a pathogen breakout. On the pretext of public health measures, they were forced to identify themselves in public with the star they had to wear on their clothes so the public could avoid them and the disease. In this manner, the public was taught to view Jews as unclean which lead to the label "subhuman". As an extension of the public health effort to contain the spread of the pathogen, the Jews were then required to submit themselves to quarantine camps. Many boarded the trains to the camps thinking if they just cooperate this would soon pass. Logically (at least in Nazi logic), the camps became the means to exterminate the diseased subhumans. We have to understand, the most civilized society of the day in Europe did not get to that point all in one jump. They were lead to it over time the same way we are being lead down the path of total tyranny.

Reading about one of the doctors passing from stage 4 gastric/stomach (Adenocarcinoma), rings bells for me. My niece, who is 3x jabbed and starting to feel ill after the 2nd jab, was diagnosed with stomach cancer finally after many tests. She fluctuates from calling it stomach OR gastric cancer. Her stomach lining is peeling away from her stomach wall and she has more than 2 tumors growing on the outside of her stomach between her intestine and the outside of her stomach. They can’t pinpoint exactly where the tumors are growing with a cat-scan, but they are there because they are releasing a hormone and this hormone shows up in her blood work. She also developed pernicious anemia AND Intrinsic factor which does not allow her body to absorb vit B12. All this within the past year! She sees an oncologist and tells me that there is “standing room only” in the waiting room. “Wall to wall people” with varying degrees of cancer. She is only in her 40’s. **Also, she has to have an endoscopy every 3 months to try and keep track of the tumors.

She had a surgery after the second shot and developed a blood clot. Almost died. She has migraines almost every day. Her stomach is a mess. She walks with a cane. She used a wheelchair at the airports, which she said was nice because she got to board ahead of everyone. Personally, I'd rather wait in a long line. She's almost 65 so I guess her time was near. Sadly though, because of the lockdown, I wasn't able to go stay with her on an April Saturday afternoon when her caregiver had to leave early, and she fell and broke her hip 20 minutes after the caregiver left. Now has a tumor on his lung. Sorry, long story. But the LA treatments were super new, they put radiation directly in the tumors, and it got rid of the tumors.

He’s going to have the same treatment in his lung, after his next scans.

My point finally, She should do some research on new advanced treatments.

I might add that he’s had two sinus infections, a prostate infection and now covid … those I am sure are from the jab. He further compromised his immune system, so sad.

I almost didn’t write, especially after you said they couldn’t be seen. So how do they know there are at least two? Blood work?

Expand full comment
crystal01681's avatar

Yes. By the amount of a specific hormone they are giving off. The hormone is not good for the body which is why they are intent with finding the location of them so they can either radiate them or remove them. Probably radiate them because she said they can’t go in laparoscopically to remove them because of their location.

Expand full comment
RunningLogic's avatar

So similar in many ways to the rare cancer (bile duct cancer) my mom was diagnosed with at the end of last year. Couldn’t operate and remove the tumor because of location, blood work showed the specific hormone linked to the cancer. After too many mistakes on the part of various medical practitioners, she was too fragile to try to treat any longer so got palliative care and passed away in early March. It broke my heart because she was one of my best and most important role models and my confidant and biggest cheerleader 😞😢 She got the jab last spring because of being older so in a higher risk category, and also wanting to travel. She never was able to because she got sick before they could really go anywhere 😞 I definitely suspect the jab being a factor but it is difficult if not impossible to prove at this point.

Her doctor would have to show “causal” effect from the jab. Some doctors are on board already. I’m sure there is going to be resources for those who are adversely affected by the jabs, down the road. Keep track of all medical records. Ask questions when necessary. Your moms cancer sounds very similar to my niece’s cancer. My niece is not connecting the dots yet……I’m so sorry for the loss of your mom under these circumstances especially.

I sell lab equipment to biotech start-ups, so you know what I'm up against. This successful 10 million $ lawsuit, which we all thought would eventually come, was one of the reasons, when asked by someone (usually an overly compliant customer whose companies mandated the jabs) why I don't force my employees to be vaxxed, I say 1) I'm against coercion, 2) there's no data to show COVID is any worse than any other respiratory illness, and 3) I don't want to be sued when these jabs are shown to be dangerous.

Bravo to you, thank you for standing up for common sense and decency! What was their response to you when you said that? Just curious!

Almost are were reasonable - these are scientists, so no woke drama or outward hate. A few gave me smiley faces via texts, one told me that he had an auto-immune disease, so he was being careful himself, and a few told me that they wished they hadn't taken them, but had families to support. I don't think I lost any customers, unlike my private life, amazingly. As a slight aside, while getting a fire inspection last year, the inspector wondered why no one in our company wore masks, and I told him that they don't work, as he should well know. And this is San Francisco. You can fight back anywhere.

Doug, I’m also a scientist, actually in life sciences and my company supplies a lot of stuff to make vaccines. They got huge sales out of COVID. Most disturbing and depressing to me is that they refuse to examine anything scientific about the vaccines or COVID. They simply parrot whatever the CDC says, because to them, it’s their best defense against a lawsuit.

You’d be shocked at the number of scientists who do not know how to think critically.

That’s really sad. I am constantly irritated at all the people saying “he’s an epidemiologist so we need to listen to him” or “she’s a doctor so she knows about this stuff” or “I’m a scientist so I understand this better than you do” and they are all about the jabs and the masks 🙄 Most of them haven’t read a single study and are just parroting the CDC, or they’ve only read the CDC promoted low quality studies, totally uncritically. It’s maddening. I “only” have a masters degree in humanities and social sciences but I can read studies and tell if there are issues with them.

I have heard a lot of people say they are following the CDC because they are not experts and are afraid of taking responsibility for going against recommendations. It’s funny though, plenty of very qualified experts and specialists are in disagreement with the CDC but no one follows THEIR recommendations 😡

Thanks for replying, very interesting!

I am even more in admiration of your refusal with your being in SF! It’s far easier to stand on principle when you are not in such a small minority, when you know there are at least a few others standing with you. So extra kudos for that, and you are correct, you CAN fight back anywhere!
