Hi Jeff, so when does a judge say enough is enough, you can't continue to appeal after being rejected x times?
In Miami Dade county the superintendent Carvalho lifted masks for high schoolers starting this past Monday, but k-8 still gotta wait pending on data from the unmasking of highschoolers... At least that's what I understand. I'm tired of waiting and want to take the stupid mask away from my child that's in Kinder.
May I ask what this is exactly? My daughter is about to lose her job as a neurotrama ICU nurse after working for the past year & a half through all this nonsense most shifts w/o proper ppe available. Don't know yet if the hospital is going to be super stingy with the expemptions. The hopsital is claiming it isn't their choice to do this of course. It is all about the $. Prayers for her appreciated that she may find another job where she isn't required to have this "innoculation" if she doesn't want it.
It’s a lawsuit against the mandate that is filed. Jeff has a guide up for how to handle a religious exemption that might help her. So senseless what is happening to your daughter 🙏🏻
Thanks, I figured that was what it was but just wanted more specifics. She will be filing the religious exemption and PTL for the moment at least a judge has stopped it. I just pray we can finally have a win over all this nonsense.
