Can’t wait to see a roll up of evidence on vaccine efficacy failures. This is not over until the vaccine itself is put on trial and all vaccine mandates are defeated. I do pray this entire two years of Covid is a generational wake up call.
As a life-long Democrat, I can attest to everything in today's first section: many of us are disgusted by 1) Dem leaders 2) the divisive rhetoric from "liberal" talking heads 3) the measures in schools that are obviously anti-progressive.
I'm voting R or Libertarian for the foreseeable future, but I hope that we all learn a broader lesson here: we can't trust politicians to do the right thing. Period. The influence of money on policy is deep and extensive. Outsourcing so much of our decision-making to politicians and media has been a disaster.
Also, partisanship is bs. It just blinds us to the fact that we have so much more in common - 95% of us, of any party- than we do with those in power.
It has never been about Covid but CONTROL AND POWER BY all governments across the world. Canadian Truckers have exposed “The Great Reset” where there will be no countries and no borders. Trudeau is part of the globalist plan. Your freedom and liberty will be no more and you will like it or......masking has and is necessary, especially for the “children” to indoctrinate a generation who “will comply”.
Enough about masks-many large cities are still on chokehold with the vaccines passes-when is THAT going to be over? Seems nobody is talking about this one which makes me nervous.
I have rejected the phrase "new normal" since I first heard it. Leftists love using that word hence me rejecting it. Great job today Jeff! School board elections are gonna flip all over the country the next 2 years.

A couple of points for everyone, if they are interested:
1. My daughter's high school (here in California) had a walk-out protesting the mask mandates that still exist in the state for schools. 800 of the approx. 2500 students walked out of class and stood in front of the school, demanding the mandate get lifted. While the mandate was not lifted, per say, it was changed. They will no longer remove kids from class that refuse to wear a mask, rather they will "inform" them about the "safety" of wearing the mask. My daughter told me that 90% or more kids were mask free the next day!
2. My son's middle school did the same thing the day after the high school, and the results were exactly the same. Awesome. Good for the kids, but also good for the districts to pivot a bit. No more masks here. On a side note, my son received an "F" for the day in one class he missed due to the protest he attended. I am still processing that one, but I can almost guarantee that a kid attending some sort of BLM protest would not have received an "F."
3. My employer has blocked your web site on the city network. You are now deemed "extremism" by the IT department in this joke of a city I work it. I used to read this blog on my work desk at the fire station, but that is no longer possible. So extreme!

I hope Jeff Childers is right, that "masking will NOT be tied to “cases.” Instead it will be hospitalizations for “severe disease.”
However, just this morning Robert Malone posted a letter from a mother where the school's mask mandate is being tied to the percentage of students -- who of course are the least at-risk -- vaccinated.
I hope that this is just an anomaly and not the shape of things to come.
Any idea of when health care workers will be free of the jab or job law? My hospital has granted everyone their religious exemptions but I know /hear of many who have not gotten it.
In case you didn't see it, yesterday Philadelphia cancelled their vaccine mandate for any establishment that serves food. Until yesterday, you had to show proof of vaccination to enter any place of business that served food. This mandate was in effect for about 5 weeks. So stupid. I feel sorry for the people who felt forced to get vaccinated during that time. Narrative 2.0 continues.
