That Orlando TV report shining a bright light on ivermectin to treat covid.... what a turning point!

WESH2 News / Orlando “The debate over ivermectin’ Mar2, 2022

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vG6WeV6nKyY

The news report starts out “The FDA could be ignoring a lifesaver’ BOOM

They interview a family who’s covid-sick dad was was finally given ivermectin and he recovered.

They interview Dr. John Littell who has treated over 3,000 patients for covid successlly with ivermectin, including a nurse (who they also interview) who turned to Dr. Littell when her 02 dropped low; he used ivermectin to treat her and she quickly recovered. ‘My breathing became much better after the first ivermectin dose’.

They also interview ER physician Dr. Rajiv Bahl, who says they don’t use ivermectin to treat covid, as per the cdc. But he does go on to praise it by stating it’s a WHO top 100 essential drug, and the inventor was awarded the nobel prize in 2015.

They wrap up by interviewing Rep Neal Dunn (FL 2nd District), who is an MD and was Chief of Staff at Gulf Coast hospital. Dr. Dunn mentioned a bunch of studies from Mexico, India, and Argentina showing great results against covid. He’s introducing legislation to get hospitals to allow its use.

Dr. Littell wraps up by saying there’s a ‘secret society of docs’ that know ivermectin works, and they ‘need to be able to come out of the closet’.

Also the reporters mention there’s lots of lawsuits in FL suing hospitals for the right to use ivermectin.

I agree that mask failure has at least as much to do with physics as microbiology. But we doctors also were required to have physics as undergrads. I minored in it long ago.

I wrote about multiple physics phenomena that make masks useless here:

https://pdmj.org/papers/masks_false_safety_and_real_dangers_part4

See "Proposed physical mechanisms" about 1/3 way down.

But the article you cited contradicts earlier research. Cloth masks show 97% viral penetration and surgical masks 44%. Both are grossly inadequate for the advertised purpose.

Maybe the administration and assortment of virus lovers should stop “following the science” and try catching up to it.

I've been thinking for the past day about the SOTU, and other things. In a sense, I am not surprised at all about the direction Biden went

The fact of the matter is too many people believe this stuff down to their DNA, or mRNA. And given that the modern Democratic party is interested in many, many things, one that is noticeably absent is liberty, freedom, and individual rights.

And so, universities will continue to mandate masks and vaccines, airlines will continue to be the mask gestapo, multiple businesses will keep up the covid charade because the locales they cater to want and demand it

I grew up in unfree countries. I moved around with my folks - and understand what "national emergencies" are.

Without being too flippant, the Taliban imposed all their anti-woman rules under the auspices of a declared emergency. It was a security matter, of course. I see less and less daylight between what universities are doing to students in terms of mask/vax/movement rules and what such extremists did to women in their societies. It sounds insane - but is it? How much of this was ever evidence based? And how much was just ritual, conformity, identity?

More and more my despondency grows. In places that drop mask mandates, the first thing I see is... masks everywhere. My native Ontario drops vax passes and a gym my friend goes to creates 2 sets of aerobics classes - with passes & without

I have been thinking about Trump's words at CPAC.

If he runs in 2024, he should modify MAGA to MAFA - Make America Free Again.

People need to understand what they've lost.

I still waiting for Biden and his acolytes to explain how his son

who

1.does not speak Russian or Ukrainian

2.has zero knowledge of the natural gas industry

Served on the Board for the Ukrainian gas company Burisma

In 2016, Hunter’s total income from Burisma was $999,996.

In 2017 it dropped to $665,000, and then $498,000 in 2018.

Hunter resigned from the Burisma board in April 2019, according to his lawyer George Mesires, after his controversial business dealings dogged his father’s presidential campaign.

Kids should wear Halloween masks to school where imposed, since they' just as effective then. At least they'd have fun and gain better psychological benefit of being Batman instead of Muffle-Boy.

How in the world does Jeff make time each day to curate the day's critical COVID news and (more importantly) present his in-depth (READ: always spot-on and insightful) analyses? Every day, often including Saturday, he's at it...for us. Jeff's a Florida, if not national, treasure. Long after the elite quietly waves its white flag for another world emergency, Jeff Childers will be heralded as a leading voice in the Resistance, the side that champions truth, science (vs Scientism), justice, and snark. Yes, snark is one essential ingredient to daily battle the elite class including the insufferable Bidens and Fraudcis of the country. Incidentally, Jeff's warned us about a national vaccine pass that's quietly rolling out across the country, including RED states. Of course, the "wag the dog" conflict in Ukraine-Russia is the corporate media's new fixation, allowing the puppet master's sleight of hand to magically appear: https://www.forbes.com/sites/suzannerowankelleher/2022/02/24/national-vaccine-quietly-rolled-out

I went for a brief out-patient *medical* procedure *in Gainesville* yesterday. Because I had car trouble shortly after leaving the house, I had to go back home and use my husband's truck, which did not have my one ill-fitting cloth mask that I keep hung over the gear shift for the few places that still require one. I carried a paper napkin in with me to use while asking to buy or be given a real mask, did a double-take from realizing that there was no 'mask' sign on the door, and found to my astonishment that one of the clerks was maskless! I never mentioned masks, and masks were never mentioned to me. More staff were unmasked than masked, though over half of the patients were masked.

The nine pages of adverse events is old. I reported on this a while back.

I've had a look at the initial Pfizer batch released yesterday. As you say, they will leave it until the end to release the bad stuff and the documents yesterday were concerning enough!

Hi Jeff,

When this Covid crap is all over, please continue writing your daily newsletter.

Your post yesterday was proof that you should continue with your enlightening brand of commentary on all things currently in the news. Or not in the news, as we have seen.

You could call it “Coffee & Commentary” or some such.

I enjoyed meeting you at the Ocala Summit.

Keep up the awesome work,

Jon

Jeff, any thoughts about how to start fighting all these useless requirements….masks on airplanes, continued testing and masking work mandates, removing “accommodation “ requests at work? If we don’t fight this stuff, is it going to hang around forever??

Expand full comment

I really had my hopes up that Biden was going to end the pandemic by announcing no more masks on planes (at least for kids) and remove the vaccine requirement for non-citizens to come to the US. So that my daughter and I could see our family again.

My parents in Sweden are not allowed into the US since they are not vaccinated. I cannot fly to Sweden with my 2-year-old due to the mask mandate (no way I could get a mask on her for even a minute, even if I tried).

How many people are separated from their families like this?

The US is the only country that require masks for 2 year olds and one of the few that still require the vax for non-citizens.

Is there any way to fight this?

In Biden parlance, 'here's the deal folks': the left has progressed by going forward with a 'big leap' towards some radically ideological stance, and then when there is massive pushback from reasonable people, they back pedal a little, but not all the way back from where they started. So each big leap still ends up moving their agenda ahead. For example, I remember reading about the Universal Basic Income concept in Fast Company ~4 years ago, and thought NO FREAKING WAY. But then we get Andrew Yang talking about it in the 2020 election, then paying people not to work via the bonus unemployment payments, then the child care tax credit payments....So yeah, no one is talking about UBI but it is still creeping in there anyway. Seriously time for Conservatives to grow a pair, and start pushing the conservative principles that don't enslave people to become vassals of the Federal government.

I’m still amazed by the compliance of so many who obediently wear the useless mask. Flew into Denver yesterday and was one of a small handful of people walking through the airport with a bare face. It’s mind blowing.
