Being from Connecticut (and an ER nurse), I can confirm the statistics you quote, Jeff. Even my avid pro-vaxxer friends are chagrined. I didn't mind much, really, when one of my coworkers reported me to our boss b/c she felt “uncomfortable" with me saying, "So how are those vaccines working out for ya?" (Lol) By the way, I was on vacation in Florida this past week and I stayed off social media except for my morning Coffee and Covid out on the veranda :)

I found a job listing that I was terribly interested in. While the description about the company practically screamed in every paragraph how they focus on diversity, it was the end statement that caught my attention. At the very end of the JD, it said "30% global travel. You must be able to travel to venues and locations that require vaccination." I tossed it in the bin. There are plenty of other opportunities that do not have that requirement. By the way, I have NO issues with diversity of ANYTHING. I just hate how it separates all of us beautiful people by categorizing us. I think your son will have no trouble finding a job--wishing him well!
I'm an RN in Houston. Most all hospitals here have a mandate, but at least some have been reasonable with religious exemptions. That's for existing employees, don't know how it would be for getting hired. It would be super illegal, I'd think, to discriminate on basis of religion, but it's 2022 and what's illegal has nothing to do with anything!

It depends on the school and clinical site administrations. Besides being an ER nurse, I teach paramedic studies at a community college and helped those students who expressed the desire not to get the shot. The school's administration was pretty understanding and approved their exemptions; however, up until recently, students and faculty were required to test weekly. Some schools/clinical sites were much less understanding and required vaccination, no exemptions of any kind.
His religious exemption was approved by the school. So far, he hasn't had any issues at his clinical sites. But I am concerned that it will be an issue once he graduates and seeks employment.

At work this week, someone felt crappy, took a COVID test that’s lying around the office, got a positive result, put on a mask, and went around the office informing everybody because we have some kind of right to know her private health information.
I rolled my eyes and shrugged my shoulders and told her, “Okay, thanks, I’m not really worried about it. Hope you feel better.” And went back to doing my work without scrambling for a mask or a hand sanitizer.
She seemed a bit deflated by my response and so took her drama to the office next to me.
Nudge back. Dilute the emotional power of this thing.
Yesterday in a pharmacy I was asked if I would like a mask.
I replied "No thank you, they are bad for the health."
It was a Covid jabbing pharmacy so I should not have gone there in case they jabbed me en-passant, but I was looking for a generally out of stock item.

I recently met a teacher at the Childrens Health Defense rally. She had no jab for she had an exemption. She was treated not good for it. She said now all the vaxed teachers are out with COVID. According to Geert Vanden Bosche, the non-neutralizing antibodies formed in the vaccinated are what make Omicron more infectious ( they grab the virus and bring it in), but they also cause Omicron not to cause serious illness by stopping it from infecting the lungs. (This is really simplistic; I don't pretend to understand everything.) The virus has already mutated to evade vaccinees' immunity to become more infectious. So it's super-infectious but not very virulent. However, with pressure from so many vaccinated people, the virus will soon (he thinks within the next few months) "figure out" how to evade the ability of non-neutralizing antibodies to stop serious infection in the lungs. Then all those who have been vaccinated will be in serious trouble. He recommends vaccinated people take an antiviral prophylactically. (See the Highwire for his interview.)

At LEAST the Germans recognize natural immunity. In New Jersey where I live and work as a doc, I had to "beg" for an exemption. At one place, the Valley Hosp in Ridgewood NJ any and all accommodations and exemptions were denied. They cited undue hardship on the employer and terminated my privileges. The hospital imposed this mandate BEFORE the state of NJ did. Meanwhile , even though I have an exemption at another surgical facility where I work, I have to , by governors executive order, have to TEST every week and submit the testing to the center. The executive order actually requires mandatory standing testing even if I am not going to or operating at the center. IF I have a three week break I still have to test every week on an ongoing basis and submit the test.

In Houston, worlds away from NJ but still plenty of stupidity, two hospital/facilities I work at gave exemptions contingent on biweekly testing and both recently stopped the testing. A third facilty was planning to do testing but suspended implementation pending CMS litigation and never did start testing. All have also dropped masking in non-clinical settings.

you can get this test for covid t cells . its a little expensive. but it documents long term exposure and immunity. It is natural for antibodiy levels to wane over time and be replace with "memory" T cells. SO this is a t cell test.
If the CDC actually cared about the truth of natural immunity they would have studied this test, worked to help industry standardize it and then allowed it to be rolled out and advised people that natural immunity is valid and is in fact the only way to achieve herd immunity.

So I am not sure immune systems are destroyed for the population as a whole (not counting the more dramatic side effects that befall some). I think due to OAS they can’t fight getting infected with Covid (yet they still recover) but they can still fight non-coronaviruses (so far). Vanden Bossche says the vaxxed get infected more easily but still have some protection against bad outcomes. Once the kids are jabbed en mass, the herd immunity the kids now provide will be lost, and a worse vaccine-driven mutation could appear due to that.

I read something in a financial article yesterday in which the writer predicted the gas prices would be DOUBLE what they are now within a year. I'm in CA and paid $5.60 yesterday....so double that amount is going to kill this state.

I found a job listing that I was terribly interested in. While the description about the company practically screamed in every paragraph how they focus on diversity, it was the end statement that caught my attention. At the very end of the JD, it said "30% global travel. You must be able to travel to venues and locations that require vaccination." I tossed it in the bin. There are plenty of other opportunities that do not have that requirement. By the way, I have NO issues with diversity of ANYTHING. I just hate how it separates all of us beautiful people by categorizing us. I think your son will have no trouble finding a job--wishing him well!
I'm an RN in Houston. Most all hospitals here have a mandate, but at least some have been reasonable with religious exemptions. That's for existing employees, don't know how it would be for getting hired. It would be super illegal, I'd think, to discriminate on basis of religion, but it's 2022 and what's illegal has nothing to do with anything!

Congratulations to your son! Did he have any problems getting through nursing school and clinicals without the shot? Do they give the unvaccinated students and employees a difficult time?
It depends on the school and clinical site administrations. Besides being an ER nurse, I teach paramedic studies at a community college and helped those students who expressed the desire not to get the shot. The school's administration was pretty understanding and approved their exemptions; however, up until recently, students and faculty were required to test weekly. Some schools/clinical sites were much less understanding and required vaccination, no exemptions of any kind.
Everyone should be exempt.
I will never request an exemption of any sort because they require you to share your private medical information.

His religious exemption was approved by the school. So far, he hasn't had any issues at his clinical sites. But I am concerned that it will be an issue once he graduates and seeks employment.

At work this week, someone felt crappy, took a COVID test that’s lying around the office, got a positive result, put on a mask, and went around the office informing everybody because we have some kind of right to know her private health information.
I rolled my eyes and shrugged my shoulders and told her, “Okay, thanks, I’m not really worried about it. Hope you feel better.” And went back to doing my work without scrambling for a mask or a hand sanitizer.
She seemed a bit deflated by my response and so took her drama to the office next to me.

According to Geert Vanden Bosche, the non-neutralizing antibodies formed in the vaccinated are what make Omicron more infectious ( they grab the virus and bring it in), but they also cause Omicron not to cause serious illness by stopping it from infecting the lungs. (This is really simplistic; I don't pretend to understand everything.) The virus has already mutated to evade vaccinees' immunity to become more infectious. So it's super-infectious but not very virulent. However, with pressure from so many vaccinated people, the virus will soon (he thinks within the next few months) "figure out" how to evade the ability of non-neutralizing antibodies to stop serious infection in the lungs. At LEAST the Germans recognize natural immunity. In New Jersey where I live and work as a doc, I had to "beg" for an exemption. At one place, the Valley Hosp in Ridgewood NJ any and all accommodations and exemptions were denied. They cited undue hardship on the employer and terminated my privileges. The hospital imposed this mandate BEFORE the state of NJ did. Meanwhile , even though I have an exemption at another surgical facility where I work, I have to , by governors executive order, have to TEST every week and submit the testing to the center. The executive order actually requires mandatory standing testing even if I am not going to or operating at the center. IF I have a three week break I still have to test every week on an ongoing basis and submit the test.
The whole vax and testing regime is simply a political weapon at this point to harass , inconvenience and punish the regimes political enemies. I still cant believe that Justice Kavanaugh, after what he went through in his confirmation , would have sided with the lunatics in considering for a second that a jab mandate for this virus was justified by the constitution. In Houston, worlds away from NJ but still plenty of stupidity, two hospital/facilities I work at gave exemptions contingent on biweekly testing and both recently stopped the testing. A third facilty was planning to do testing but suspended implementation pending CMS litigation and never did start testing. All have also dropped masking in non-clinical settings.

I actually let my mask hang off quite a bit of the time and I'm glad to say the mask nazi population in hospitals is way down.
over a month ago I just stopped wearing my mask in my NJ medical office. If any one asks me nicely ( a patient) I will put one on. Otherwise when people ask me why I am not wearing one I say "because they dont stop viruses and they never did".
I'd tell the patients who ask that you don a useless slave rag your reasons for going barefaced, including the fact that you refuse to participate in a lie just to make them feel better.
A very few patients have asked me to wear a mask and I say" you know masks dont stop covid at all" and several of them have actually said " I know but it would make me feel better" So b/c I took an oath to first do no harm, I have put the mask on in that situation. I respect the fact that many people are psychically very fragile.

The US founders warned about centralization of power, the danger of "factions" ( political parties). They warned about taxing power. no they are the same nasal antigen tests, the point is that vaxxed and unvaxxed can harbor and transmit virus. in fact vaccinated are MORE likely to trasmit, I happen to be naturally recovered which means i have secretory IgA mucosal immunity which makes me LESS likley to carry and transmit COVID..

you can get this test for covid t cells . its a little expensive. but it documents long term exposure and immunity. It is natural for antibodiy levels to wane over time and be replace with "memory" T cells. SO this is a t cell test.
If the CDC actually cared about the truth of natural immunity they would have studied this test, worked to help industry standardize it and then allowed it to be rolled out and advised people that natural immunity is valid and is in fact the only way to achieve herd immunity.

absolutely. If we still lived under principles of federalism and the fed gov stayed small , constitutionally limited none of this would have ever happened. There is no constitutional justification for the existence of the CDC or NIH, or the FDA. None of these agencies are even needed. The only way they can exist and function is with federal money and where does that $ come from : the income tax! There's a reason why the US constittional as originally written had no income tax. The 16th amendment and the creation of the federal reserve in 1914 made this all possible. Its all part of the progressive agenda and worldview. Nothing but destruction for over 100 years.

I've been in arguments and discussion with people where I say "im not a racist " and they say that if you deny it that means you are and you are hiding it or dont know it. Thats ridiculous. I try to joke but humor is beyond many of these people. Alot of these people have no sense of self esteem or self worth. I think they werent nurtured and validated as kids. I don’t see the vaxxed catching more ordinary colds and flus or other signs of overall weak immunity, does anyone? So I am not sure immune systems are destroyed for the population as a whole (not counting the more dramatic side effects that befall some). I think due to OAS they can’t fight getting infected with Covid (yet they still recover) but they can still fight non-coronaviruses (so far). Vanden Bossche says the vaxxed get infected more easily but still have some protection against bad outcomes. Once the kids are jabbed en mass, the herd immunity the kids now provide will be lost, and a worse vaccine-driven mutation could appear due to that.
