Happy Thanksgiving! What a nice surprise. The MO decision is fantastic. Judges everywhere have had enough of this malarkey. As far as Florida's amazing new laws go, they are clever enough to fit in perfectly with the Biden mandates. They fill in the gap the EOs created when they said, "except for exceptions required by law." Biden forces companies to "have" mandates, and FL forces (and provides a framework for) the companies to approve "exceptions." And the net result is "everyone must get the shot except for the people who don't want to." Wonderful!
"And the Missouri court comes out with a right, and then a left......ooohhh... a stiff uppercut sends the Missouri Department of Health to the ropes!! The court throws a flurry of Constitutional blows and THERE!!....RIGHT THERE!!!.....Down goes the health department!!! Down goes the health department!!!" RIP Howard Cosell.
This "hypnotic logic error" is something I've been sharpshooting since this whole brouhaha started:
(P1) Covid is bad. (P2) ... (∴) This intervention is necessary.
Nobody bothers with (P2): "This intervention prevents it". They may assert it in passing but it's never argued or supported. Instead they reiterate (P1) ad nauseum, which is obviously the easy part.
When you flyspeck the public-facing stuff from CDC and other such agencies, this technique pops up constantly, but of course most people don't read things that way.
(This is before we reach cost/benefit -- it's the first hurdle of trying to figure out if there is any benefit in the first place.)

Jeff. I was thinking is a manner to lobby Dr Ladapo to allow for the use of IVM and HCM in florida? Could not Dr Lapado authorize thier use on an emergency basis setting the doctors free of reprise from the AMA and licensing authorities?
Ivermectin and HCQ could help both for early treatment and prophylaxis, why can’t Dr Ladapo do something to make those drugs easier to have and take as needed?
