It’s Day Two of Florida’s Special Session. Today I report on Day One, and in the spirit of legislative fixes, offer four policy proposals to address governmental-medical overreach. And news!
Whether vaxx mandates are made illegal now or later, they do need to be made illegal. The very concept is antithetical to basic human rights and as we've seen, WILL be misused.
I like the idea of a tax credit for small practices but that is a long shot on the federal level. What the state of Florida has more control over is the big insurance companies that are pushing the solo practitioner into big groups or hospitals because they can’t get contracts or the contract they do get is significantly less than if they were part of a big group. Vital md the biggest provider in Florida(OBGYN mostly) has an advantage of almost 30% more reimbursement with some contracts. All my OBGYN’s have joined them. We need more independent practitioners however the current environment is pushing everything to be institutionalized.
All or nothing is dopey. Presumably you'll text contact info if needed.
Good proposals, but I hate subsidies. Special interests who get them have no incentive to fight for everyone else's right to keep the fruits of their labor. On the other hand, I like incentivizing small medical. Maybe instead of massive subsidies & 100% tax free for small medical...
1. Remove all subsidies for big medical & big pfarma.
2. Tort reform to deter frivolous lawsuits that settle for nuisance value. e.g. Loser Pays Legal & Time costs, and Loser's Lawyer on the hook if Loser can't pay.
Tort reform would be amazing for FL. TX has a great model and it gives doc’s more freedom to personalize your care. It’s why I left Moffitt and went to Houston for cancer care. Moffitt was too afraid to deviate from “protocol” even though docs from both TX & LA said it was crazy NOT to - 5yrs later. I made the right call!
I'm having serious second thoughts about tort reform on further reflection. It always sounded great, but... In light of the hundreds of thousands or even millions of doctors who have now violated their oath, violated the 1947 Nuremberg Code, committed not only malpractice but reckless disregard for life and health, even accomplices to mass murder - by denial of HCQ & IVM etc and high pressuring the Russian Roulette injections.
A lot of out of work little folks will need to sue much better financed defendants, and a lot of injected vax fans & tyranny sympathizers will be on the juries. Many righteous lawsuits could be an uphill battle, even declared frivolous. Then, if loser (or loser's lawyer) pays legal, few lawyers will take cases. Thinking about that, a lot of tort reform could be deceptively attractive. Maybe we should be thankful we don't have it. Maybe it's a blessing we don't.
Thank you for the update info. I agree with everything you said about defunding the institutions. They are corrupt and do not care about anything but their bottom line and the global agenda. Cancel them!
I am not feeling the warm fuzzies from day 1, I am just concerned about the disclination part. Sure they can somehow stop private businesses from mandating vaccines for employment or having the business accept all exceptions (religious and medial) but then you'll be thrown in the boiler room with the red stapler.
Spot on with your 4 proposals, defund and remove CDC and NHI all together! They will always be playing interference for real cures, real treatment and standing in the way of citizens getting treatments that would have saved lives is reprehensible.
As far as reforming corporate healthcare, the most important steps there are fundamentally dismantling Medicare. The "coverage" needs to be implemented without allowing the payer to dictate billing mechanisms and service requirements. That's how medicine has been corrupted and independent providers squeezed out.
Because CDC would like to characterize the SARS-CoV-2 lineages responsible for COVID-19 vaccine breakthrough cases, including variants, CDC requests state health departments to:
-For cases with a known RT-PCR cycle threshold (Ct) value, submit only specimens with Ct value ≤28 to CDC for sequencing. (Sequencing is not feasible with higher Ct values.)
Interesting - I thought Ct value was supposed to be 35. If they lower the Ct, they get fewer positives....
Such refreshing ideas about annihilating the NIH and CDC! What a gift to the world that would be.
Even in movies that portray fictional pandemics, it is often portrayed that the CDC proved to be useless.
I support your approach regarding the legislation. Also, thank you for not referring to jabs as “vaccination”

It’s appalling to see the CDC pointing to propaganda pages instead of real data - but in Biden’s America what else should we expect.
Yuuuugely awesome! 👏🏻🇺🇸💪🏻

Well, that's 3 industries I just pissed off.

Edit: *discrimination part
They don't call them "The Stupid Party" for nothing! Sounds like you have a good grasp on things - and not making the perfect the enemy of the good.
I thought defunding the CDC was a pipe dream and now an intelligent, rational lawyer is actually suggesting it! It could happen!! ♥️♥️♥️

But I did search their site and found this: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/php/hd-breakthrough.html
