Before we get all happy, there is this: now that they have cemented that they can indeed use social as well as legacy media to sell propaganda, that large swaths of the populace will fall for any ridiculousness, that shutdowns and other draconian measures will be not only followed but cheered, and that they can indeed pass some level of mandate of forced action for 'public health reasons', while this particular 'emergency' may be getting shelved for political expedience, there is always 'next time', and they know how far they can immediately go, and where they need to push the envelope more.

I don't know that this was a "dress rehearsal"; they pushed it hard, and the only real reason that I see that it didn't work is because it took so long. Had Delta and Omicron both hit within six months, starting about May, or June? Hard to say.

This was a very good read and I agree, but those of us who view this from a Christian perspective, also see this as times of persecution, some will see it as complete End Times and the arrival, full fledged of the Anti Christ. I believe that the End Times have been with us since Christ left this earth on His Ascension, but because of the world blitzing technology which is foretold, make this seem more apparent every day. However, this can also be a Revival and that should be the scope of every Christian. My mom is an 89 y/o former nurse and nursing instructor. She says there have been antibody treatments for a hundred years, so it’s more likely just another scare tactic.
On the other hand, there have been vaxxes for a hundred years and this is the first murderous one they’ve made, so maybe they figured out how to make antibodies dangerous too.

But just imagine a full 90 minutes of news without one mention of the word Covid! That was a first in two years!
