Good morning C&Cers!!! While you get bogged down with everything happening, try these few tips! Go out and get some vit D by walking hiking etc, check out your local farmers markets and farms to buy your food, check out the small local businesses, homeschool if you can, run for a LOCAL office, learn what natural herbs there are than big pharma, become more self sufficient. It’s easy to become bogged down with everything happening, but YOU have control over your health and money!!!

I love this! I’ve always loved being outdoors, but the subjects at hand lately seem to make it a necessity….avoid media and cling to reality. I promise to walk my dog every day. He’s a rescue Husky that was dumped at our house last spring. Their loss, my gain, I need his companionship as much as he needs mine.

My garden needs attention too. All of these things are grounding rods.

Grew up that way and was washing clothes in a wringer washing machine, hanging them on the line and ironing them by the time I was about 8 yrs old. I grew up in rural Nova Scotia. However, in some areas here in Ontario, you are not allowed to have a clothesline because it's an "eyesore" for the neighbours - go figure...

In Ohio farmland we washed and stretched curtains out in the yard on curtain stretchers. They are pins all around a rectangle wooden form and you had to put the edges of the curtains on those pins...lots of pricked fingers ensued. OF course we also hung our wash out on the clothes line with wooden clothespins and they blew and got dry in the sun. So nice.

Pruned our muscadines 2 weeks ago. My blueberries are covered in weeds, but have my brushcutter attachment to take to the farm with me tomorrow. Had to replant 3 pecan trees that died/deer rubbed and will die this past weekend.

Planted about 20 fruit trees shortly after moving here 36 years ago. Only 8 remain. '22, when a large mulberry fell, opening up a lot of light, I considered what to do with this new gift of 'real estate'--and put in 5 stone fruits (because they should be juglone-tolerant) and a number of ribes. Then I was moved to consider a border hedgerow, thought it unproductive, so Nov. '22 ripped it out and rebuilt and enlarged it last spring with more elderberries, hazels, 9 pomes. Next, considered our north corner, never used, and just a tangle--so in Dec. removed the rampant honeysuckle, started a brush fence, plan on more hazels. Having put in a fence to protect from people on other side, decided that's a place for more fruits--so 5 stones go in there next month. I think this is the equivalent of people re-doing their interiors when they re-think the use of same.

Expand full comment
TimeIsNear's avatar

No. I actually grow them in large 40-gallon containers. Peet moss has worked great for lowing the PH levels. I know blueberries like it even lower than raspberries and blackberries. I can add more organic matter and even sulfur to lower it more. If I do have issues with it, I can send a soil sample to Texas AM Agriculture Department to have it tested. I've thought about getting one of those PH meters but too many mixed reviews.

He is also in bed with the Israelis (as you say, the genocide) and wanted to move the US Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem -- which is the a holy site for Christianity and Islam and not just Judaism.

Roy Kohn was Donald Trump's mentor":

"Trump, then 27, asked Roy for advice: The U.S. Justice Department was suing him for violating the Fair Housing Act and discriminating against Black tenants. Roy came up with a typically bold, unethical plan: Even though the government had damning evidence, Trump should countersue for $100 million. The bluff worked: Trump settled without admitting guilt and crowed about his victory — for the first of many times.

Roy imparted three strategies to his favorite apprentice: When you’re attacked, counterattack harder. Find someone weaker than you to scapegoat. Daze and confuse everyone with a fog of lies.

Trump learned from Roy--never admit a mistake, or an error; never apologize. Double down and deny any problem.

He will never admit his beautiful vaccines killed and injured people.

Just a devil’s advocate thought here: Trump was correct in assessing “we’ll be back to normal by Easter” in 2020. My independent analysis of “overall mortality” from Jan 2020 through May 2020 proved deaths rapidly declined by April 11, 2020. Trump realized there was a tremendous divide between the “Covid is NOT killing everyone” and the “OMG we’re gonna die if we get Covid” people. Stay with me here.....if the “Covid is a nothingburger” crowd figured this out so quickly, Trump does not need to validate this point of view- this group is NOT looking for a vaccine because they are not scared. However, a huuuge group is scared out of their minds and clamoring for “a fix”. Trump cannot alienate THIS group by speaking against their perceived solution to Covid- The Vax. The great divide continues to this day: Many feel the shot was more damaging than helpful but many still believe the Vax has saved them from death. Trump cannot abandon the “Covidian Belief Sect” which truly believes this shot was absolutely necessary.

It is a game, .we are unfortunately forced to participate because the Winner Takes All prize is our medical freedom, parental control, financial freedom and God given rights.

Supposedly he also wanted Assange punished? I was reading A Chris Hedges article, and I wondered if I had misread the meaning. Just saw it again:

In the wake of the 2010 disclosures of the Iraq and Afghanistan war logs, Donald Trump himself told Fox and Friends’ Brian Kilmade that he believed Assange deserved “the death penalty” for having published those documents (a punishment Trump also advocated for Edward Snowden in 2013):…

There was a Trump interview after he left office where he considered pardoning Assange and Snowden, but changed his mind. Someone or something changed his mind. Just like when he considered RFK JR. to head up a vaccine safety committee. The man lacks the courage of deeply held convictions grounded moral or ethical beliefs.

How this country finds itself now forced to choose between Biden or Trump is a cruel joke.

You misunderstand where Jeff is coming from. Supporting Trump on this transcends his utter failure on COVID. I'm with Jeff here, he's not fooled. Neither am I. Trump is a shallow thinker, was easily rolled by the deep state creatures he promised to clean out. I have no illusions he'll do any better on that score if he gets the chance. Still, he's light years better than any democrat. Supporting him on this is about a lot more than Trump.

Trump is rich enough to take care of his own blunders. Nor do I think giving money to a man who takes credit for and still is pushing what most everyone (I hope, including Jeff) is a very dangerous shot that maims and kills.

Why do we want more?

I cannot understand the disconnect.

The short answer is we live in an imperfect world, inhabited by zero perfect people. The issue at hand can be viewed separately from Trump's COVID fail. Reminds me of a slogan we were taught way back when I went to school:

"I may disagree with what you say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it", or something like that. IOW, it's about the principles, not the principals. I don't want more, I wanted Vivek or DeSantis. As did many who are supporting Trump on this particular issue.

One doesn’t have to worship someone to understand the stark differences in the choices being offered.

The Left is pushing a false dichotomy. They want to force moderates in both parties to choose between “loving” Trump or “hating” Trump, knowing full well that Trump’s many flaws often preclude the former and invite the latter!

Calling someone a Trump “worshipper” is pejorative and plays into the Left’s manipulative scheme. Many of us neither worship nor love Trump, but see him, flaws, warts and all, as the only candidate who offers a realistic opportunity to alter this downward spiral we find our country in.

Expand full comment
JT's avatar

If the two viable choices were RFK and Biden, I’d happily vote for RFK. At this point, they’re not, and it doesn’t look like that’s even a remote possibility. Therefore, my choice is simple. If your choice is Biden, some 3rd party candidate or a write in, that’s your choice and I respect that. It’s really not necessary to attempt to demean folks who see things differently than you.

Expand full comment
BuelahMan's Revolt's avatar

So, since I have been preaching "Never an R or D Again" for decades (defying the fake two party system) when will the rest of America join in and stop the cartel?

To NOT do something DIFFERENT than sElect from the "choices being offered" is basically insanity.

Expand full comment
JT's avatar

Call me insane, but…

Actually, I understand and appreciate your position. It’s one that I, and surely many others, have entertained in the past. I don’t pretend to have any answers, but I can tell you what my thoughts are about completely ditching the Ds and Rs….for what it’s worth.

In recent history, the most successful 3rd party candidate has been Ross Perot in 1992 with about 19% of the popular vote. There have been others (like Nader) who accomplish little more than to garner blame for the loss of one candidate or the other. By most accounts, Perot’s run resulted in the loss of Bush to Clinton.

So, the question is whether taking a “principled stand” by voting for a non-viable candidate, thereby diminishing the chances of the candidate one would have voted for is a reasonable, constructive course of action? There are many who support your position, and I respect that. On the other hand, there are many (like myself) who believe that such a course of action, principled though it may be, would very well ensure another four years of devastating “leadership” that this country can ill afford. Perhaps it's a tough choice, but it's a choice that one must make nonetheless.

That said, one more thought…if you really want to “stop the cartel,” then maybe you should consider the one candidate who the “cartel" absolutely loathes and is desperately working to remove from contention at any cost. Just a thought...

Expand full comment
BuelahMan's Revolt's avatar

You don't understand the Kabuki if you think that the cartel hates Trump.

But even if Trump were real, he is basically a man who will say anything to anybody, then turn around and do exactly the opposite thing. Trump is but a conman among conmen, but he is really good at it.

But my "Never an R or D Again" dogma is more than just voting for a third party (I DID vote for Perot). It is trying to get a groundswell of people to boycott or do something via social media to upend the system.

Just using the mantra "Never an R or D Again" used by a plurality of people will garner interest and attention.

It is but a basic idea who needs people much smarter than I to implement it. But you explain to me how doing the same thing over and over and over is ever going to change anything? Finding the new "savior" who just carries forth the agenda while tickling everybody's ears ain't gonna cut it.

For I am telling you, if there is a person within either party or lick-spittle medias focus that you see being proffered as a POTUS potential, they are owned lock, stock, and barrel. There can be no doubt. They may play the foil in the Kabuki, but they are playing.

Wonderful, wholesome advice, Christy!! We were SO MUCH healthier when I was a "young 'un" (back in the '50's and '60's). My parents hardly EVER when to a doctor for "common ailments (colds, flu, measels, mumps, impetigo). Sometimes, Mom would CALL the doctor and, if he wasn't too gusy, he would make HOUSE CALLS (and we were no living in the town proper--about 2 miles outside our small town). Mom ALWAYS hung out her laundry--even in winter (it would freeze and eventually "dry" - Mom said the sheets were whiter after they froze--I don't know if that's true or not - smile!). I saw a movie last night called "Incident in a Small Town" and it was set in the early 1950's (starred Walter Matthau, Harry Morgan & Stephanie Zimbalist--watch it on Tubi if you are interested). The way people were living (tightknit communities - some people were gossipy--but most just "looked out" for their neighbors if they were in dire circumstances). That's one reason I joined Facebook in 2009--it reminded me of the "backyard gossip fence - when we would play (the kids) and the adults would talk and sip coffee or beverages and just "share" with one another!! INNOCENT TIMES - I long for them now that I am "closeted" in my very nice home but feel like a "desert island". THAT'S THE MAIN REASON I STAY ON "C & C" ARMY posts - I feel our "sharing" and it brightens my heart and mind.

The bank underwriters were happy with the risk assessment, and were not harmed in any way, and profited from the interest they earned in the deal.

IMO, our side - which at this stage ought to include any sane people wanting to restore basic integrity to the system, regardless of their political views - needs to start pushing back and make our numbers known. Unlike many, I'm not black-pilled in the least. I think we've already won and they haven't figured it out yet. (Especially the WEF. Covid was their big chance. And they lost. It's over for them.) Electing Trump in numbers strong enough to overcome their cheating would be a great way to let them know they've lost.

About being a billionaire and why would he need money (not that I have experience, you know); it reminds me of the scene where Potter instigates a run on the Bailey Building and Loan. All the people gather demanding to withdraw their money. George says, “Why your money isn’t here! It’s in so-in-so’s house and so on and so on.”

Being worth a certain amount doesn’t mean you have that in liquid cash.

That huge sum that Trump has been ordered to turn over very quickly is a sort of test of the public’s willingness to help him over this terrible time. Kind of like the end of ‘It’s a Wonderful Life, when the people come forward with their money to help George.

I believe President Trump has a solid 80 million supporters. If they all kicked in $5, that’s $400 million right there. In your face, f*cking NYC!

Assange Final Appeal – Your Man in the Public Gallery 2 – Craig Murray.

Today is day two and the last day of the final hearing for the appeal against the extradition of Wiki Leaks founder Julian Assange. Yesterday crowds showed their support for Assange which included Craig Murray who also attended the hearing and said that although Julian Assange was given permission to attend in person or by video link, sadly he was too unwell to do either. Murray also said that the hearing was held in a disappointingly small court which was unable to seat more than just a few people.

Additionally, journalists were assigned to a Victorian gallery, no table to take notes, use laptops, NO chance to hear and see what was being discussed in court” according to Journalist Stefania Maurizi, who has also revealed “we heard the arguments of the JA defense, including 2 key ones: 1) U.S. charges could be reformulated so that DeathPenalty applies 2) U.S. made repeated references to the fact that First Amendment does NOT apply to JA In both cases, NO guarantees were provided by U.S.”

Even if flouride were 100% safe and prevented all cavities, why would it be allowed to be added to a municipal water system? It is not part of a process to make the water safe for drinking. It is an additive for supposed health benefits. I never gave the water authority consent to dose me.

Expand full comment
mimi's avatar

The main reason they put it into the water was to get rid of a waste product from the government's production of nukes. They used dental benefits as an excuse.

Putting fluoride on the teeth seems to be a good idea, but these days I wonder if they even tested to find out.

I haven't been to a dentist in over a decade, but back when I used to go, they would offer that fluoride at the end. I did it once and it made me so sick that I refused it afterwords. You don't have to take it. I'm glad I didn't. I also started using iodine; every cell in your body utilizes iodine. Fluoride and bromide (a common additive to store bought bread) both inactivate iodine.

It's been said repeatedly, but they're trying to kill us all.

Expand full comment
Casey Overton's avatar

So many American suffer from subclinical low levels of iodine. Picture massive population with thyroid disorder. It’s a combination of fluoride plugging in where iodine should be but also the fact that our soils have been ravaged and iodine greatly depleted.

I will add it to my reading list! Thanks. I was pretty impressed with what I read online about the benefits of iodine. When I began taking it, I think I had a 1% solution. Didn't notice any difference in taking it versus not taking it, then switched to 5% solution and now I can tell when I don't take it because my brain feels foggy and tired. I am amazed that one drop once a day provides benefits. I've thought about increasing my dose to see what happens.

Expand full comment

How many milligrams per drop does the 5% solution give you?

Expand full comment
GG's avatar

https://www.jcrowsllc.com/products/j-crows-lugols-solution-of-iodine-5-1-oz-bottle-free-us-canada-shipping

From their website: Calculating Number of MG's of Iodine and Iodide per Drop of Lugol's Solution 5%: Each VERTICAL "metric" drop (= 1/20 ml) is approximately 2.5 mg of iodine and 5 mg of potassium iodide. The Iodide portion of Potassium Iodide is about 75% so that is 3.75 mg. Therefore the total Iodine plus Iodide is 2.5 + 3.75 = 6.25 mg and 2 drops is about 12.50 mg's of iodine/iodide (5.0 mg iodine, 7.50 mg iodide).

You can't get the 5% on Amazon. You have to order directly from J. Crow and you can only order one bottle at a time. So they've added chemicals to our food and drink that block iodine absorption and then have very strict laws about the sale of iodine.

I'm with you. I think how did we go from egalitarian hunter-gatherers to this proportion of pedophiles? Is evolution satanic? Or is it the advent of computers and cell phones, with dark web violent porn accessible and addictive, the need for more and more transgressive horrors escalating in the addicted brain? Plus all the UN and DIE and CRT "sex education" schist normalizing this? I'm convinced there's torture-the-infidel.com somewhere, and alternative medical practices actually say that addiction itself leaves people open to becoming "possessed," whether that is metaphysical evil, powers and principalities, or some undiscovered quantum biological aspect of being perhaps is a question that doesn't even matter in light of stopping this. Although many people praying to stop them, who knows? Also, on Viva Frei today there's to be a vaccine injured woman in Canada who was offered, instead of treatment, euthanasia through MAID. He boils with rage over these things too.

I've never understood the popularity of horror films. It's so far outside my moral compass, it's incomprehensible. People are desensitized by this and morally neutered. They become moral zombies.

You know that truism that when one door shuts, another opens? Meryl Nass would not be free to engage in her current whirlwind life, here in Europe, back home, back to Europe to work for the rest of us IF she hadn't been cut out of her medical practice by the Maine Medical Board. Same for James O'Keefe. Same for Tucker Carlson. I do see the hand of God working everywhere.

I think that about Maddie de Garay, who volunteered for a Pfizer trial as a young teen, "to help humanity," then was absolutely devastated physically, and phucking Pfizer abandoned her. Now she helps humanity through outreach. I love when the divine is actually visible, but I don't think it always is. Great evil can give rise to great good, but that's much harder for me to hold onto as divine.

Last night, I attended an event that began by showing a movie about sex trafficking and then listened to a panel of experts speak. The panel included FBI, sheriff, our chief of police, many in healthcare, and one woman who has fostered over 200 children and adopted 11. Many of her children were rescued from trafficking. I couldn’t believe what a problem it is in our tiny community. One of the things that really stood out was how frustrated law enforcement is with the current laws. They have only had one of their recent 8 arrests spend any amount of time in jail, and that was because he was illegal and they kept him here until he could be deported. One prominent pediatrician showed up to have sex with what he thought was a 14 year old, was busted, and spent 6 days in jail. That’s it. The laws do not take care of the victims.

A few years ago I met a woman who lived up near Mackinaw. There was a roadside bar that locals thought might be used for trafficking, so she and a bunch of others in her neighborhood starting taking turns keeping an eye on the place. They would pay attention to who was coming and going, and write down license plate numbers. Whenever things seemed suspicious, they would get law enforcement involved. I thought she, and her cohorts, were extraordinary humans doing wonderful work.

Perhaps a donation opportunity: This women in Canada became paralyzed from the neck down shortly after taking the shots and has been trying to get benefits and support from the gov since. She’s lost her home, job and ability to raise her kid and has a gofundme to get a medical assist dog.

They offered her the assisted suicide option and “lost” her application for the Vaccine Injury Support Program.

Dr.s found an infection that's still there, turned into sepsis....Yesterday he had a stroke...Sadly my younger brother is fully jabbed and boosted, he hasn't spoken to me since I lost my fire career for refusing the Fauci ouchie.

On other fun notes about outages, yesterday at the pharmacy, the connection to two large insurance companies went down. On a regular day, our computers automatically connect to all insurance companies so we can show the customer what their actual payment is. That died yesterday and as of the time I left, it was still down. I don't know if it was our system, which is older than dirt, or the insurance companies. I think it was them. We've never had a problem before.

Authorities responded by deploying internet jammers and disrupting access to Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube in the nation of 270 million.

Khan’s arrest came just a few months before crucial elections in October, where many expect the ousted premier to win the largest democratic mandate ever secured by any politician in the 75-year history of Pakistan.

The former cricket star was ousted from government last year in a US-backed parliamentary coup that saw Shehbaz Sharif – a protégé of the Sharif business dynasty that has governed Pakistan for much of the last three decades – come to power

has come to light that a month before the no-confidence motion, the US State Department encouraged Islamabad on March 7, 2022, to remove Khan as Prime Minister over his neutral stance on the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. This stance was indeed reversed after his removal.
