I’m going to credit Jeff’s success in that spur-of-the-moment courtroom repartee to two things. First, he prepared like a paranoid paramour getting gussied up for a blind date. Second, he knows God is on his side. It’s the “if my people…” principle. Work like it all depends on me, pray like it all depends on God. When the script went out the window, the God Factor kicked in. And just like that, a miracle.

From God to Isaiah (51:16)—“I have put my words in your mouth and covered you with the shadow of my hand.” From the Master Teacher to His followers—“When you are brought before synagogues, rulers, and authorities, do not worry about how you will defend yourselves or what you will say, for the Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what you should say” (Luke 8:11-12).

Tom Haviland will be in attendance waiting to show the audience a vial of the clots when Dr. McCullough talks about this new phenomenon.

I watched all 5+ hours of Ron Johnson's hearing in early 2022, where he brought out Drs McCullough and Kory, Tom Renz, etc. He asked great questions and it was a very thorough discussion. But other than provide information, the hearing led to NOTHING actually being done. I am over watching hearings unless they actually lead to ACTION.

He was in the minority then and swimming upstream against the misinformation tide. Hopefully being in the majority now and we many more people starting to comprehend that we were lied to about the shots and their devastating effects he can make something happen this time around. Ron Johnson is one of the few politicians that seems to have integrity.

Yes, I contributed when we multiplied him and I usually only donate to local candidates, but did so in appreciation for his hard work on this when few others had either the curiosity or the guts to question what we were being lied to about.

I did as well. Then someone found out about it through their political connections in his state when I was running for school board. They confronted me and I explained my reasoning. But she was a hardcore Democrat and that he’d done horrible things in his state. Whatever. I didn’t see any Democrats stepping up for medical freedom. Matter of fact, it was the complete opposite.

Expand full comment
Donna in MO's avatar

Yep, local elections are technically non-partisan in MO but that is a joke these days. D's had been putting up and funding candidates for some time while conservatives snoozed and finally woke up in 2020 and got active. The D's HOWLED 'how dare you' make this partisan?!

Expand full comment
Justin's avatar

Conservatives didn't entirely snooze, but a court case associated with elections blew up in Republicans' faces and they were barred from fighting back or appealing it until approx. 2018 (if I have the years correct). In the meantime, democrats pushed forward unchallenged through many election cycles and it looked like conseratives couldn't get their act together. But in the meantime, they've become accustomed to not doing much, likely deathly afraid of having the court action re-imposed and losing many more elections.

Expand full comment
Garden Lover's avatar

You know what really upsets me about that? They bring in funding from outside whatever election jurisdiction it is. So it’s not locals that are funding these politicians. Instead, they’re installed to push agendas that the locals most likely wouldn’t support if they knew the truth.

Since congress can't prosecute, and when the DOJ is owned by the opposition, the best we can hope for is media coverage. (I'm laughing about that last part.) Donna, he also had a hearing in Nov/Dec 2020 and that one and the one you’re talking about may not have produced “action” but I’ll tell you what it DID do. From those hearings, the Great Barrington Declaration in Oct 2020 and other interviews with physicians who were questioning the jabs, thousands of us were able to have enough information to realize we should be skeptical of what was being promised by the manufacturers of the mRNA jabs and to seek alternative treatments.

Those hearings were a lifesaver for so many and I will forever be thankful to Sen. Johnson and physicians who were interviewed on various programs who put themselves at risk financially to tell the truth as they were seeing it clinically.

Yes, of the hearings I have watched, many of the members of Congress are poorly prepared, stupid or too partisan to actually listen, and or just focused on one or 2 soundbites they can use to raise money. At the very least, Johnson shows intellectual curiosity, seems to have done his homework and asks good questions. He's not a grandstander. You can actually learn something listening to his hearings. But at this point, I think I pretty much 'know' that all of this pharma BS is rotten to the core, I don't need further education, I want to see some consequences/changes and something productive to come out of all this. That being said there are still WAY too many people who either by choice or just don't pay much attention to anything political, are still ignorant so I suppose if this shines a light to more people, it's not a total waste. But seems like most of his audience who will actually watch it are those who are already in his camp, not the ones who NEED to hear it.

This is about our govt becoming like China with social credits, prevention of free movement, prevention of access to food or healthcare, suppression of speech, censorship of information. This is all part of the PREP act and all falsely declared emergencies.

The PREP ACT was prepared and passed by our corrupt congress and signed by an equally corrupt president (GW Bush, a consummate two-faced RINO and globalist). Most of the corrupt criminals who participated in that treasonous act still remain in power because of the s_Election process they also built to subjugate us and destroy our Constitutional power over them.

Until now, we have had a DOJ which was actively involved in destroying our Constitutional protections - read that again. merrick garland should be stood against a wall and face a firing squad. Along with biden, mayorkas and many in congress for the destruction they have wrought on us.

Perhaps Pam Bondi will get after this? Its only been a short time these people are in office and their plates are full. Everything is "A" Priority. And they still have too many "staffers" working to slow walk and undermine @POTUS agenda for the Citizens.

The worst part is that a "judicial process" is in place which requires a confounding and time consuming district hearing, then appellate hearing, then perhaps a remand, or perhaps a trip to SCOTUS, then maybe back to appellate, etc etc blah blah blah. It is vicious and utterly saps wealth and energy and often is in front of completely corrupt judges, including that awful anti constitution group in SCOTUS and including yet another deceitful, despicable RINO, coney-barrett.

All of that said, Bondi should do everything she can to hasten the process as quickly as possible.

But we do have a much faster process - for ALL who did this to us - which Americans do not seem to have the courage and/or stomach for...

That is sort of what I was wondering. What is Bondi's part in this? And als the PREP Act is entirely usurping of all original American law practice. And judges are superimposing substantive due process over old English Common Law puts outcomes and policy above real harms (like being FORCED by government fiat directive into injecting toxins into one's body). This usurpation of law has been going on for a long time.

Expand full comment
Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

Perhaps Bondi could strictly follow the Constitution? Perhaps she could instruct her lawyers to stipulate to certain issues which would make the government's case untenable? Of course it will be disputed and challenged at the next level, but screw it, we need this stuff to get to SCOTUS as quickly as possible to see what that group of reprobates will do (not including Thomas and Alito - and perhaps Gorsuch and Cavanaugh although they have not yet shown the spine required - in my verbal attack on SCOTUS). But let's remember that SCOTUS is not the final arbiter of life, liberty, pursuit of happiness in these United States, WE ARE, and we've allowed them to usurp our role.

That's a good question Michael.

I think there is a clear distinction between corrupt criminal comey calling for an assassination of the President, and the Citizens defending their Constitutional power over corrupt people (like comey) at every level of government who do not act constitutionally and in the interests of the Citizens freedom, liberty, pursuit of happiness and self determination.

I also think that the tree of liberty is very definitely in need of refreshing with the blood of tyrants (and sadly Patriots). I also think that when enough tyrannts have met their fate, the few remaining will toe the line. These people who swore oathes and then failed to uphold them in their own self interest and in the continuing destruction of our country are easy to identify, and not by "party' affiliation.

Indeed it is a sheer miracle to get any positive outcome when a court cuts you off at the knees demanding that in only 15 minutes you present your arguments about a highly complex topic that took over 1,728 hours to research. Being able to do that without missing the key “meat” necessary to sway the judge is nothing short of heroic.

Let’s all pray deeply today and throughout the week that the judge is fair and just, and God moves in his heart to see what he must.

Jeff, do lawyers get to leave written arguments with the judge to also consider when he deliberates? Or is it wholly reliant on those 15 verbal minutes?

We have a double edged sword problem in our churches that this verse speaks to. The Church is not “its leaders”, it is the congregation. We have two problems: 1) rogue leaders and 2) rogue congregations.

1) If we as congregations were captivated through Christ as we should have been rather than looking to our leaders to be told what to do and blindly following everything they said and did without checking every word and act against the Bible, less churches would have failed us during things like Covid and “gender identity” times because we would have recognized when our leaders were leading us astray and needed to be held accountable. I don’t mean to diminish the significance of church leadership, I just believe many have and are leading their flocks astray and nobody is holding them accountable.

2) Alternatively, when the congregations are more devoted to the world’s wisdom, they hold their leaders accountable to the wrong things, creating significant pressure on the leadership. I watched a church leader that I dearly loved who WAS in line with God’s word for over four decades become persecuted by too many members in the congregation that were captivated by the secular circus, trying to hold him accountable to the current philosophies and political principles of the secular world and made him pay for not being in line with them. It was the most heartbreaking thing I’ve ever witnessed and deeply impacted my own life. I’m without a church today because of it and deeply skeptical to trust another.

We need to return to Christ Himself and His words and ensure that what is being taught is firmly in line with Him, but also to ensure that we as a congregation are not the ones leading our church over a cliff.

Sorry for the wordiness. This is something that has weighed on my heart for years and this verse brings tears to my eyes. Given its simplicity, it should not be so hard to find a congregation that is captivated in Christ alone but the truth is these days it’s a needle in a haystack.

Juju, today’s Gospel reading reminded me of your post.

The Vine and the Branches. John 15:1-8

1

* “I am the true vine,* and my Father is the vine grower.

2

He takes away every branch in me that does not bear fruit, and every one that does he prunes so that it bears more fruit.

3

You are already pruned because of the word that I spoke to you.

4

Remain in me, as I remain in you. Just as a branch cannot bear fruit on its own unless it remains on the vine, so neither can you unless you remain in me.

5

I am the vine, you are the branches. Whoever remains in me and I in him will bear much fruit, because without me you can do nothing.

6

Anyone who does not remain in me will be thrown out like a branch and wither; people will gather them and throw them into a fire and they will be burned.

7

If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask for whatever you want and it will be done for you.

8

By this is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit and become my disciples.

So beautifully stated and sadly so true. It has never been more incumbent on us as Christians to read His word ourselves and be wary of those that would lead us astray. Here in my town,a local journalist video recorded a meeting of an LGBTQ activist training supporters to " infiltrate" ( her words not mine) our local churches youth groups and congregations to get their agenda to the children and other church members. I think depending on finding a congregation to meet your standards is going to be difficult in today’s secular world. I agree we need to return to Jesus and trust in Him. Everyone else is human and has their own demons they are dealing with. I pray for them and their conversion but in the end it’s all about Jesus and my soul. He is the only one that matters and if I’m faithful to Him in the end I pray that I will be rewarded and see Him in Heaven.

Entirely right. From one angle, most of the pastorate are non-Christian lovers of the world more as opposed to the Father. And there are no two ways about it. Because one will love the one and come to hate the other.

So, pastors don't know Christian history. They don't know the reasons for the decisions of the very early councils. And I never hear most pastors referring to the Confessions of Faith, or teaching from them. In my first days in going to a church, I did not know that there was a confession of faith, let alone many several confessions of faith.

That this state of affairs goes on in the church sours me as to long term political outcomes because religious basis is upstream of politics.

This morning I say to myself "I knew it, I knew it, I knew it". Reading Tucker Carlson's Morning Notes on Monday, I clicked a link to a ,gov site which discussed everything I always wanted to know about prostate cancer. I discovered that the government stopped recommending the PSA for men over 70 in 2018. I also discovered that Medicare still covers that not-recommended test. I then verified with my 77 year old husband that his physician performs the digital exam in addition to the PSA annually.

So my husband receives treatment deemed unnecessary, even for a US President previously diagnosed with BPH? Treatment paid for by the taxpayer.

A convenient excuse for why metastatic cancer remained undiagnosed, furthering a cover-up that began in 2019.

The government stopped recommending Pap tests for women too at about that time. I think that’s a mistake. A girlfriend would probably be dead now if she hadn’t requested the test.

I don’t like the methods she chose to treat it, that is neither here nor there at this point, the point is they found it with a test that isn’t recommended anymore for us old gals. You can thank Obama ‘care’ for these changes.

I will continue to have paps and will insist my husband have PSAs and digital exams. Many docs have stopped doing the digital exams btw.

Yes! And that HPV vaccine was arguably the most damaging shot before the Covid genetic injections came along. In Australia, you can sue the drug company for a vaccine injury. I remember RFK saying once that a trial lawyer could move to Australia and make a living just from suing on behalf of severely injured people due to that disastrous HPV shot . Young people have been killed or crippled by it. And it has not lowered the rates of cervical cancer. The best protection is to avoid that vaccine and to get regular Pap smears!

I wonder if they stopped those exams as an outgrowth of Obama 'care', in their attempt to inject unnecessary/unwanted coverage (men having to have women's issues covered, and women having men issues covered in their plans), all in the name of balancing cost. And to get to all the gender nonsense injected into the "health care" system.

There always seems to be 2nd and 3rd order affects that are 'planned' by these globalists/totalitarians. Nothing is by accident with these people. Obama care was never about providing "coverage" to people, it was always about growing government control. Also, maybe more money for the sick care industrial complex by not detecting issues early as opposed to the old way. Follow the stolen/fleeced tax money and we can probably figure it out.

The whole of what has been perpetrated on Americans via federal income tax - that is and has always been voluntary - is a deep, deep rabbit hole. Impossible to summarize. Your time, a lot of it, is the investment to get at the truth. A couple of resources to get you started - though you may already be well underway for all I know: ---

Russo presents the failure to ratify 16A as the basis for the fraud. Even if ratified, and for the sake of argument let's say that it was, the Amendment does not change the nature of income tax. For understanding of that complete argument the next resource: ---

Go to https://www.losthorizons.com . Easy to find there, the full text of a now out of print book 𝐶𝑟𝑎𝑐𝑘𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝐶𝑜𝑑𝑒: 𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝐹𝑎𝑠𝑐𝑖𝑛𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑇𝑟𝑢𝑡ℎ 𝐴𝑏𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑇𝑎𝑥𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑖𝑛 𝐴𝑚𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑐𝑎 is available to read at no cost. +-250pp of dense material. Not a breeze. Unless perhaps you're a lawyer. In fact, around a decade ago I gave of copy of the then-in-print book to a retired clerk (lawyer) for a federal judge. His opinion after skimming the book, reserved for a later time for closer dissection, was that he could see the author's argument. In other words, he had no quibble. Being of a somewhat socialist bent (sigh, have to make allowances) and a dutiful citizen, he also said he wouldn't take the author's advice. By the way, the author doesn't "advise" anything. He presents information and ideas to implement a choice. The author fully discloses he is not a lawyer and is in no way offering legal advice. So. ---

I have also seen, online, the incorporation documentation for the IRS in PR. Online, so... maybe you get what you pay for? Still, even pros use online for resources. Apologies, I did not save that URL. And, just to be clear, I did no further investigation beyond that single resource in terms of verification. ---

Welcome to more of the unsavory truth of the world we live in. Credit the internet with putting some power back in the hands of the People, though. No wonder 'THEY' (The Hierarchy Exploiting You) want to control it. I have faith that slowly but surely many truths will be revealed and ultimately the People will prevail. In the short run, even. Movement in that direction is accelerating, yes? Amen.
