Moms for Liberty goes to town! Check out NBC crying hard about the lefties getting sacked: https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/moms-liberty-berkeley-county-school-board-superintendent-rcna57528

"On Tuesday evening, the Berkeley County School District in South Carolina swore in the board members who were elected last week, six of whom were endorsed by the conservative activist group Moms for Liberty.

Within two hours, the school board had voted to fire the district’s first Black superintendent, terminate the district’s lawyer, ban critical race theory and set up a committee to decide whether certain books and materials should be banned from schools.

In addition, the board voted to replace the chair with Mac McQuillin, a local attorney and one of the board members backed by Moms for Liberty."

also of course these guys have to throw shade on the Christians:

Brandon Fish, the community relations director at the nonprofit Charleston Jewish Federation, said at the meeting. “Learning about the Holocaust and other dark chapters in our history, including slavery and Jim Crow, are crucial to making sure that these mistakes are never repeated.”

So much for the lefties crying. At least they ain't in control of that board anymore.

On to the next!

I don't have a problem with "learning about the Holocaust and other dark chapters". They _should_ be learned about, studied, and learned from. Unfortunately the last two years show that we _didn't_ learn from the Holocaust. We just changed "Jew" to "unvaxxed" and had similar behavior toward a group of people who were made into the enemy. Yes, we didn't get to concentration camps here in the US, but we did see camps set up in Australia to ship people to and NY state wanted to have them. People on the whole didn't step up and say "this is wrong" when others lost jobs over a medical choice. Even now, knowing and acknowledging that these shots are worthless in preventing transmission, people still think others should be forced to take them or lose jobs and access to society. :(

That said - the _way_ kids have been taught about those times has been pretty poor, trying to induce some sort of guilt in the current generation for something they had no active part in. :/

We didn't have to set up concentration camps here in the USA. The fear campaign worked so well that people willingly climbed aboard the cattle cars each time they stepped up to take the jab. No coercion by armed thugs in uniforms with dogs necessary. This time, the genocide is much less messy, as it's not concentrated in one place, like a camp, and the blissfully ignorant can go on about their lives - and all is good...until it's not. Just the way I see it.

all because of the conditioning from bigharma. For over 100 years a handful of rich eugenicists have been guiding the medical profession into paths that make them richer and the people unhealthier, so they become chronic patients and milking cows for these few. Only a few people have noticed this and homeschool their children and keep them away from needle maniac doctors. It will take a lot more to turn this tide, and may be other eugenicists will stand up and do the same. But the plebs has the numbers so every time this happened in history it got torn down. And then it all starts over again. Maybe not medical, but a handful of people always seem to be able to 'be the upper class' and fool the workers... sad.

It breaks my heart when I'm in a drugstore and see an old person sitting there patiently waiting for their jab. In my mind's eye, I see them happily clambering aboard one of those cattle cars...

A very good way of seeing it. I see the concentration camps as the death camps a.k.a. hospitals nowadays. Hospitals have never been that safe to go to anyway, too many people have have come out sicker - assuming they came out at all.

not to think of all the medical errors and misjudgments, the third cause of death in the US. I heard about people having the wrong leg amputated, broken arm put back together backwards (the lady's hand was twisted backwards), and then all the people put on ventilators that died. Stay out of there if you can !

As regards lockdowns in the UK it was all guidance as I point out as per gov.uk website, unassuming common sense failed one. This is my rather mad look at some of the guidance.

That’s what liberals do. They adroitly change the narrative by saying and repeating what isn’t true. CRT has been teaching white children to be ashamed of being white, and black children that they are victims, entitled to an elevated status based on race. And this race baiting is pushed throughout society. We all know it. It’s rare to find a TV commercial, movie or TV program, or college entrance program, which doesn’t have a disproportionate number of blacks. If people of all colors were represented by their percentage of the population, things would be vastly different. How this man conflated the Holocaust with CRT is a perfect example of how liberals lie.

Same. Kids should learn al of it - the issue is the manner in which it's taught, and what is hoped to be achieved by teaching it. " Merit-based " must have meaning........not become obsolete due to past transgressions.

We had a Black woman run for SOS against the hated girl next door face of Leftist Joslyn Benson. Kristina Karomo was probably the most qualified candidate to run for SOS in my lifetime. She was ignored by the Michigan press even amid charges against Benson put forth by the SC. The hate sites called her a Christian Nationalist. Look for it, the new pigeon hole phrase.

michigan.rob's avatar

"Christian Nationalist," of course, is a label she and other candidates should wear proudly. What else should one be in a country that is majority ethnically Christian and has been since its founding? And what other country should one care most about and serve than one’s own? As a devout Christian and self-described “patriot” (and thus “nationalist"), Karomo campaigned on the idea of "servant-based public service" (“for even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve”), working exclusively for the country (via the state) that she grew up in, lives in, believes in. Imagine that. All as a faithful servant of God. So for her to believe in God is…bad? And for her to serve her country exclusively is...bad? (Those hate sites need a taste of their own medicine with a severe rebuke.)

Some of us have known the truth since at least 2015. DC is a swamp of mostly, do-nothing, corrupt career politicians who “serve” to enrich themselves and get along with each other so as not to upset their status quo of underhanded deal making, money laundering and corruption. We have way too many bloated bureaucracies filled with incompetence and more corruption. The few brave, bold conservatives or patriots are often marginalized and demonized. President Trump threatened their status quo and therefore he was attacked and harassed nonstop from the day he announced his presidency. The Democrats are evil, anti-God, leftists/Marxists and many Republicans are weak and unwilling to stand up for truth and righteousness against the Dems. We’re in a sad state here with a senile, corrupt, imbecile who is in office illegitimately. At this point, only Almighty God can intervene and save our country.
