Counselor Childers, surely the Supreme Court would strike down the supposed constitutionality of a President act of "broad" pardoning (for crimes not accused of/the world is unaware of)? broad pardon is an absurd concept. Apparently the founders intended for presidents to be able to pardon people for specific crimes for some unknown reason, but I don't buy the broad pardon argument for one second.

Expand full comment

How can a president pardon from an unknown crime, when if the crime were known, it may be a crime unworthy of pardon. If this is how it works, why not just pardon the entire administration in case a crime is found later? This makes no sense.

Exactly. And I recall before this last election, hearing/reading so-called experts saying that pardons had to be specific, and that President Trump could not just blanket pardon for an event. It had to be specific people for specific "crimes" they committed.

That "argument" seems to be out the window, and the authority should be there to pardon all the J6 political prisoners on Day 1.

The new Chief of Staff should have a stack of pardon letters already prepared for each and every one of the patriots and right after he gets back into the oval on Day 1, the stack should be on his desk, with the media in tow and film him signing each and every one while they roll it live.

Murder charges should be made by the new Attorney General for the two so-called cops that murdered the two ladies (Ashley and the name of the one that was beaten to death escapes me, I'm sorry).

-- the negro aspect has to do with blacks insisting on being able to call any white a "cracker" or anything at ALL, while expecting to be able to beat the shxx out of anyone using the n-word-- all the time backed up by PC media as being "justified" in this arrogance.

-- The FAT aspect has to do with so many COPS being so damn fat and slow you wonder how in the world they ever passed the yearly physical capability testing, obese pigs. They have no "right" to hold that job but since these employees are WOMEN & BLACK, they have two chits in their favor and against an "in shape" white male.

So, that's what!

You may want to feel it is just such a shame that this puts down women and blacks. However, I feel it is a shame that foolish human resources rules for DEI favor a Fat ass, black woman over a tough ass white(or black) man to enforce the laws against big ass criminals bent on terror . . . It is the same thing as 400# old, white guys being favored for haute' coutre runway-model jobs, sanctioned by MSM and elite women's design studios.

I know what they are supposed to serve (the Constitution), and our founder's original intent, but their actions, even in so-called 'conservative' leaning courts does not always display that. When Article III, Section 2. states that their judicial power is supposed to extend to all Cases relating to "Controversies between two or more States", and the "Supreme Court" says that TX has "no standing" when they filed suit over the unconstitutional changes made by states in their election procedures during the 2020 election theft... that one was clear as day, and yet they can't even follow the text of Article III.... it makes one wonder.

On Trump: Coda

The show must go on...

https://dfreality.substack.com/p/on-trump-coda

.....It is my contention that this narrative has been deliberately designed to condition the audience (in this case the American masses) for a future crisis. It serves not only to test the waters for the public’s reaction (something that is now tabulated in real time via social media), but to psychologically prime the masses for the war they know is coming; turning any Iranian retaliation (whether organic or fabricated) into a casus belli.

This confluence of intelligence leaks, fear mongering propaganda, and high-level rhetoric reflects a sophisticated application of The Frankenstein Formula in real time.

If Trump’s cabinet selections are anything to go by, war with Iran is a certainty....

....Israel’s “security,” in this context, has historically served as a pretext for aggressive expansionism. Iran, perpetually framed as an existential threat, provides a convenient justification for such actions.

The pledge to lift all military supply illustrates the depth of this alignment (emphasis mine):

…starting from Trump’s first day in office, [Trump] would allow Israel to replenish its stockpiles and alleviate current constraints. With the 60-day cease-fire, Israel aims to temporarily suspend hostilities until the new administration takes office, enabling a resumption of full military operations if necessary, without the existing limitations.

— Trump said to lift all military restrictions on Israel on 1st day in office according to reports

It’s a message that has been received loudly by the expansionist wing of Israel’s government and military. Israeli Finance Minister and the leader of the hardline Religious Zionist Party, Bezalel Smotrich, stated that 2025 will be the year that Judea and Samaria (i.e. the West Bank) will be annexed. The comment all but confirms that Greater Israel is not just a pipe dream, it’s an incipient reality. This only further solidifies the rumors of Israeli expansion into Gaza, particularly after Greater Israel patches have been spotted on IDF soldiers.

The portion of Article II, Section 2, that pertains to pardons reads: "..., and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment".

Seems fairly broad as Sen. Cruz states. I have not researched what US Code statutes, if any, have been written regarding this power/authority of the President. History and tradition (which no Dem or RINO ever really care about), is that it is narrow in focus on specific crimes that a person has committed. As Jeff stated in his article today, the Nixon pardon by Pres. Ford was the broadest and encompassing one, which spurred controversy. But I believe that Ford did it that way as a way to protect the office of the presidency but more importantly as a means to heal the nation at a time of division. And it seems that he did accomplish that purpose. His reasoning was much larger than FJB protecting/covering for his bagman son for the Biden Crime Syndicate.

Job 38:31 says, “Can you loosen the chains that hold together Pleiades? Psalm 19:7 The law of the Lord is perfect, restoring the soul;

The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.

8 The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart;

The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.

9 The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever;

The judgments of the Lord are true; they are righteous altogether.

10 They are more desirable than gold, yes, than much fine gold;

Sweeter also than honey and the drippings of the honeycomb.

11 Moreover, by them Your servant is warned;

In keeping them there is great reward.

Official Congressional COVID investigation is out. Conspiracy theorists, you were right yet again. People of wealth and power conspiring to lock us down, inject, impoverish, and force us to shut up about it? No way:

2) EchoHealth Alliance and Peter Daszak should never again receive taxpayer dollars

3) Messaging should come from frontline doctors treating patients

4) Public health officials must work to regain American’s trust. Americans want to be educated not indoctrinated

5) Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo participated in medical malpractice and publicly covered up the total number of nursing home fatalities in New York.

In addition to these notable bipartisan successes, the Select Subcommittee developed extensive findings, some of which include:

1) The U.S. National Institutes of Health funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

2) The Chinese government, agencies within the U.S. Government, and some members of the international scientific community sought to cover-up facts concerning the origins of the pandemic.

4) Rampant fraud, waste, and abuse plagued the COVID-19 pandemic response.

5) Pandemic-era school closures will have enduring impact on generations of America’s children and these closures were enabled by groups meant to serve those children.

6) The Constitution cannot be suspended in times of crisis and restrictions on freedoms sow distrust in public health.

7) The prescription cannot be worse than the disease, such as strict and overly broad lockdowns that led to predictable anguish and avoidable consequences.

And then after all of that, there’s this CYA utter travesty now on the official investigative record:

3) Operation Warp Speed was a tremendous success and a model to build upon in the future. The vaccines, which are now probably better characterized as therapeutics, undoubtedly saved millions of lives by diminishing likelihood of severe disease and death.

Source: https://oversight.house.gov/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/12.04.2024-SSCP-FINAL-REPORT.pdf

COVID-19 Origins: The COVID-19 pandemic likely originated from a laboratory or research-related incident.

Misinformation: Public health officials and the Biden administration engaged in misinformation and disinformation campaigns to suppress the lab-leak theory and promote specific narratives.

Government Overreach: The Biden administration's mask mandates and other restrictive measures exceeded its authority and were often not supported by scientific evidence.

School Closures: The decision to close schools during the pandemic was not supported by science and had severe adverse impacts on students' academic performance, mental health, and physical health.

Vaccine Mandates: The government imposed vaccine mandates that were not supported by science, ignored natural immunity, and caused significant collateral damage.

Erosion of Public Trust: Actions by public health officials and the government led to a decline in public trust in institutions and a rise in misinformation and anti-science rhetoric.

Financial Mismanagement: The government's pandemic relief programs were vulnerable to significant fraud, waste, and abuse due to insufficient oversight and outdated financial management systems.

WHO's Failure: The World Health Organization (WHO) failed to uphold its mission, caved to pressure from the Chinese Communist Party, and did not hold China accountable for violating international health regulations.

Economic Impacts: The pandemic and the government's response had severe economic impacts on individuals, communities, and businesses, including job losses, business closures, and supply chain disruptions.

Unintended Consequences: The government's pandemic policies, including lockdowns and vaccine mandates, had severe unintended consequences that will likely have lasting effects on society.

David Martin told us early on that the “vaccine” had already been created, so there was no actual warp speed. The whole thing is a (very evil) joke. As for it saving millions of lives, I would be amazed if it saved ANY lives. It certainly cost many people their lives and well-being. The mandate further caused loss of livelihood for many, division in every arena, and untold economic harms.

They have created geopolitical chaos and fomented war to get people to beg for a solution.

They will continue to create chaos to drive the populace to beg for the "solution" which they already have planned. Total control, of worship, and of buying and selling, and every aspect of life. A false gospel of obedience to flesh, even strange flesh, devoid of the spirit. This will include the accusation of blasphemy against those who believe the true Gospel, and believe that Jesus Christ is Who He said He is, and did what He said He did.

This doesn't require coordination on the part of the wicked. They are merely moving to do what they are motivated to do by the adversary, who handles all the coordination for them. Over centuries and millenia.

God is in charge! He is sifting out those who are fully His.

Those who overcome, will do so by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony. And that testimony will include being no longer in slavery to the flesh because they practice turning to Jesus when tempted with sin. This not being a work that is required, but the fruit of their faith.

Agree, but it's the same playbook they used after the 2008-09 meltdown and the endless list of blatant crimes and fraud the banks were commiting against the whole world: Obama campaigned on "holding them accountable", and the first week in office when asked what he would do, his response was something to the effect of: "we're going to be looking forward toward the future, not at the mistakes of the past".

So that's it. Banana Republic USA confirmed. Here's how we move forward:

We must become our own farmers. A garden in every lawn should be standard. You cannot trust anything from a corporation. ‘Incorporated’ City water isn’t viable either for its quality or reliability, so wells must be dug (there is no resource more important in your life than clean water, hands down).

Beyond that, stitching together strong communities of your neighbors for resiliency, defense, and resource sharing (they might grow what you do not and vice versa)—putting the “common unity” back in community. Next get control of your town councils and school boards (the one place we still hold all the cards), cut out reliance on a retailer as much as possible, stop eating, listening to, and watching things that are bad for your mind, body, and spirit, and spend a good chunk of your time on your knees each day.

All of the above is a recipe for success. Here is what is coming, and most are not prepared for it. The catastrophe we are facing transcends right and left politics which are just another form of control. Actionable Solutions can be found at the end:

Yet many of the priests and Levites and heads of fathers’ households, the old men who had seen the first house of Yahweh, were weeping with a loud voice when the foundation of this house was laid before their eyes, while many in loud shouts with gladness were raising their voice, so that the people could not distinguish the voices of the shouting of gladness from the voices of the weeping of the people, for the people were shouting with a loud shout, and those voices were heard far away.

Except you have to use caution while sipping, lest you snort it out from well placed gems like "Behold, Google's Fractured Fairy Tales" 🤣🤣🤣... coffee in the sinuses hurts

I like it arriving earlier too. Many days I’m already at work when it comes and miss out.

Why is anyone surprised that a lifelong liar named Joe Biden would lie about pardoning his criminal son, Hunter? There isn’t a shred of decency, honesty or integrity in that entire family!

Jill wouldn't want their filthy laundry aired in public. Even though she hates Hunter, he knows were all the bombs lie. She controls the old man.

My goodness, did you see the White House Christmas decorations? It's true-when a clown comes, the circus comes w/ him. Embarrassing.

It’s interesting to note that Trump was impeached for his attempts to look into crimes for which Hunter has just been pardoned.

The conversation probably went something like this: "Hey Big Guy, I want a pardon or you're going down with me because everything I did was to enrich our crime family and Dad, you're right at the top," said Hunter. "Of course Son. There was never a question of whether I would let you skate. I just had to promise I wouldn't pardon you to help Kamala get elected who could then issue the pardon herself. That didn't work out as planned so here you go-your walking papers. Merry Christmas Son. I'm so proud of you!"
