My daughters life is being threatened by the University she attends by being mandated the shot by Oct 18th or no longer be able to attend school there. We are in Cincinnati. How can I get representation for her? This is unconstitutional and a grave threat to her life, livelihood and future.

Question for Legal Experts

Is DoD purchasing vaccines?

Does DoD have very strict conflict of interest laws?

Do These laws apply to people that make purchasing decisions and agencies without purchasing power but in advisory positions?

Are DoD purchases are made according to requirements? Can these Requirements specify a method or can they only specify a result? If so is this so the government cannot be artificially forced to use a certain method to accomplishing goal when a more effective method of available?

What are the implications regarding covid treatments or prevention procedures?

Have all the conflicts of interest been declared by people making purchasing decisions? Are some organizations unfit to advise based on DoD purchasing conflict of interest laws?

How does this impact the purchasing of a vaccine and or a treatment like ivermectin?

Are costly bad choices covered by fraud waste and abuse laws?
