This all started in the 1990's and by the time I returned to PA from CA in late 2000--NONE of the smaller practices were available--they had all been bought off! IT IS A DISGRACE and a DIRECT VIOLATION OF OUR CONSTITUTION AND THE HIPPOCRATIC OATH.
