I would say I've been mostly pleased with recent rulings. Even if our own case was a disappointment. I just seem to notice ACB ruling the other way a bit on some key issues. Weirdly, KBJ sometimes makes rulings like she has some integrity, and not playing politics on the bench. But then also she rules via the party lines ensuring she is a crazy liberal.

It was a backwards/sarcastic remark meant to imply that Thomas had done the grunt work that Cannon can use for her ruling.
As I read it in the blog, I thought that was backwards so thanks for that clarification.
