What the hell has become of our country?

What I find most outrageous is that SO MANY Des Moines residents turned out IN SUPPORT OF THIS CRIMINAL! I am astounded. How is Iowa even going red in elections?

To me this is one more of the many reasons to abolish "public school" education. What good is it, and so much taxpayer money wasted on worthless individuals like this man.

Guy White's avatar

“Public” school educational efficacy is about the same as “Public” health. See previous C&C column from last week. Both need to be swiftly swept into the dustbin of progressive history.

Rhonda's avatar

Eloquently put! I wonder how Trump is doing with taking out the Department of Ed. I feel like I missed something.

Susan Daniels's avatar

If the government shuts down, I read that 95% of their employees will be permanently gone.

Owain Glyndŵr's avatar

Probably some hyperbole there, but any further reduction in the federal workforce can only mean goodness.

Sorry folks in the federal WF. But I survived three RIF's in the private sector. You can too.

SB's avatar

Shut it down! Shut it down! Send them all home, give it 6 weeks and then ID where the people are truly missed and bring those back. I’d wager that at least 75% of the whole lot could be removed and no one would notice.

Merry Lee's avatar

It's an abusive system. I was tasked with gathering the court records for employees who had been arrested (for any reason). Did you know federal agencies have departments to assess employees and applicants dirty deeds? There is special in-person training too.

To be fair, many of the applicants were applying for dirty and dangerous jobs.

Janet's avatar

Like much these days, the work is being done and then BAM, it comes to fruition. You haven’t missed anything.

A much more important national question for me is how in the HE double hockey sticks is a local school superintendent getting paid 300 k plus inane perks to install an anti American mind destroying curriculam of wokeness?

Get your kids out of Public schools. Chicago pays 40 k plus PER student. Demand a large tax reduction and still get 10 k for private education per student.

Janet's avatar

Ha. He was scamming in a huge district where consequences can be hidden better. I’m in a rural Illinois county and the supers here get more like around 150 k plus generous perks. k. Many get more. Here is the pay for our district superintendent (rural) with the city population of 10,000 and surrounding rural attending students for 2020. Courtney G Tafoya earned $140,946 in 2020 as a District Superintendent for district 50. Tafoya earned more than 99.60% of employees in the district. As a note, my district has the lowest scores in our county. Supers have a great scam going on here. My husband is a retired teacher.

Hektor Bleriot's avatar

That was my first thought; surely even in Des Moines, there can't be THAT many idiots who'd pack a room to support being fleeced for years by their school district. I'm just down the road in KC myself, and while KCMO and Des Moines aren't exactly "Trump Country" (HT: Juicy!), they're still more conservative than UP the road in Chicago (aka, the REAL "Trump Country").

WP William's avatar

They got their moneys' worth...Liberals would argue for even MORE compensation and more diversity and underdocumented Immigrant representation in ALL professions in order to be the best Dems they can. This is what Bipartisanship and Non-Partisanship (in the case of Progressive apolitical school boards) looks like and yet another example why The entire Dem Party is a criminal enterprise that must be RICCO'd out of existence.

David Nelson's avatar

Years ago, a similar city, Albuquerque, soothed its ignored irrelevancy by putting in a gigantic aquarium: an OCEAN aquarium because... "We're in a DESERT! Let's take from the LIMITED FRESH water we've got and SALT it just so enormous SEA CREATURES can swim around in circles until they die!"

Deb Nance's avatar

If I'm not mistaken Albuquerque has a very young population. The average age is one of the lowest in the country, last time I checked. So probably just ignorant. Not that all young people are, but New Mexico is blue and Albuquerque is its metro.

David Nelson's avatar

I don't know ANYTHING about Albuquirky's politics. I suspect--from the Big Dumb Aquarium--that it's blind with Democrats. However, knowing nothing will not prevent me from my opinion that, REGARDLESS of the average age of ABQ's residents, which I gladly cede, Real POWER is still in the hands of OLD WHITE GUYS (some of whom may actually have female parts, but still).

Julie Ann B's avatar

Since we drive through the State of NM twice a year and have vacationed in Taos at least 4 times I think I’m able to report on what we’ve seen as the decline of Albuquerque….it has become a city where the “downtown” has been taken over by drugged out bums lying all over the sidewalks and against buildings which are boarded up. We got off the highway to look for a place to eat and didn’t find a single place open. It was scary and seemed dangerous. Since then we don’t stop in NM at all and wait until to get to Amarillo, TX. where it seems civilized and safe. The whole state of NM is depressing, in my opinion.

He’s a Democrat. Why should anyone (except a Democrat) be surprised? I have a United States Senator who falsely claimed she was of American Indian descent. When I served in an official public safety capacity in Massachusetts, the same state the Senator allegedly represents, if I discovered an employee had lied about his or her ethnic background to obtain priority for employment in the department I supervised, I would have fired that employee with the blessing of the state’s Civil Service Commission. Democrats and too many Republicans have no regard for our Constitution, our rights and our pocketbooks.

AT's avatar

[if I discovered an employee had lied about his or her ethnic background to obtain priority for employment in the department I supervised, I would have fired that employee with the blessing of the state’s Civil Service Commission.]

Idiots like you on the right are part of the problem. Any anti-white racial/ethnic preferences are a joke and should be gamed to the fullest by white people until they are dropped. My kids, for example, are a very small fraction of a couple of minority classifications. I made sure they registered as one of those minorities everywhere that it mattered after explaining to them that they would be penalized for being white in all those same scenarios. They received tens of thousands of ethnic/racial rewards preferential scholarships as a result. That felt like a great win for whites everywhere.

Jack Bergeron's avatar

Our government policies that insist on discriminating persons by their ethnicity should be stopped. Our justice system is supposed to be blind. It should also be blind to a person’s ethnicity. Any person who can’t stand on his or her own merits shouldn’t expect or demand preferential treatment. I’m sad to read you encouraged your children not to stand on their own merits, even it meant not receiving reward(s). The government practice of discrimination fosters enmity amongst persons. I need no additional proof.

Gary's avatar

correct, no special groups, as soon as you favor one group, others get pissed off and the only way to be fair is to make everyone work for what they get. This is how Obama divided the country and caused so much outrage.

Double Mc's avatar

AT's avatar

No, they would not. They are 1/16 one minority and 1/4 another minority, even though the look and identify as "white".

As I pointed out below US courts have already deemed 1/64 American Indian heritage adequate for tribal membership for casino revenue sharing.

I would have love, love, loved litigating that in court.

Try again boomer. Your race blind American is over and is never coming back.

cltwilson1's avatar

This is as bad as Pocahontas.

Roger Beal's avatar

So two wrongs do make a right, eh?

AT's avatar

US courts have already established that 1/64th American Indians can be eligible for tribe membership for purposes of Casino revenue sharing. I'm sure just about any white American can find that much minority blood, and no one is going to check anyway.

Gaming a system set up to discriminate against you is not wrong in any way. Keep playing their game while your country is stolen from you.

I have personally lost hundreds of thousands in income due to USG contracting preferences that reward minorities over native whites. In my case it was Vietnamese and Indians (dot, not feather). Asians have the highest household income of any ethnicity in America, while your own people are left to rot.

That is the real crime in this country right now.

Lebo Von Lo-Debar's avatar

I have been contacting the wh since 2003, and the only one to reply was President Trump, 2018, with an autographed picture, probably auto-pen, and a thank you letter, and that was it.

Here is just one suggestion that will instantly fix campaign financing.

"Only an American Citizen can donate money to a candidate they can legally vote for." This is from my book, and I give more details on that than I mentioned here, but you get the idea.

What about a 15-day work month, where an American works five days then has five days off. Again in my book.

How about getting rid of corporate person hood, and the democrat&republican PARTY? Again in my book, and I detail one of two legal methods to do that.

These are all in my book, and more.

M.A.W.A. ~ Make America Workers Affordable ~ How many times have you heard republican&democrat politicians tell the American People the American Worker is too expensive to hire? What do they, democrat&republican politicians, do about it...nothing. Go to my stack and read about M.A.W.A, which I also sent to President Trump, and received a very nice auto-reply. Possibly...another..picture and letter?

In my book I have many, many, many ideas on how to fix our country, but it is too difficult for republican&democrat voters to "hear" and "understand" ideas that do not originate from their PARTY or their PARTY propaganda media, msnbc, cnn, and fox. That is the most challenging barrier to solving our national problems.

Thank you Lori for your wonderful question. I hope you are curious enough to try and think of ideas to solve our many nation's problems, but first read my stack and my book.

"Locals are questioning how, as an illegal with a checkered background, Mr. Roberts could have been hired for such a prominent position in the first place."

---------

I bet somewhere out there is a whole trove of juicy emails relating to this hiring. I bet you donuts to dollars that DEI is heavily involved.

Occam's avatar

Just makes one wonder what would happen if the federal government did a full review of every SSN in the country. Giving SSN's to illegals is so clearly anti-American, it beggars belief that anyone would support it.

Sounds like a worthwhile job for DOGE, no?

GregWA's avatar

Agree but with one reservation: when DOGE solved the problem of government computers in various agencies that could not talk to each other, all with a goal of improving efficiency, I thought "OH NO!". The last thing we need is efficiency in the ability of these agencies to hound and destroy us.

So, yes, I'd love to see a DOGE like analysis of all SSNs. To do it efficiently, I think you'd want to cross reference a lot of databases at State, Local and Fed levels. But the only way I'd support that is if 1) the cross-referencing and connectedness would be dismantled after the project and 2) it was done by Musk's people so that after it was done the know-how to do such things efficiently would leave the government.

Imagine the savings of removing 10 million (30M?) people from the SS roles!

And once you're done with that go after the disability scams! Something like 1/3 or 1/2 of Americans are getting some amount of disability payments. Can't be legit.

Conservative Contrarian's avatar

Very true, the disability program is a ticket for many of the obese to acquire free stuff to help them stay disabled. I know a guy whose wife, both are retired, is a hypochondriac, since covid she hardly leaves their house, except for frequent visits to a doctor or three. The guy acts as if he can't get her to snap out of it but I suspect he likes the additional money that comes in.

RathdrumGal's avatar

I know a young woman in my knitting group who is supposedly disabled by vertigo. She manages to crochet beautiful and creative items, but is too disabled to work. She uses a walker, except when she is perfectly fine to hold a chair over her head when re-arranging furniture for our knitting group. She was recently diagnosed with Adult ADHD, which is another excuse why she is not employable.

She shares her political views, which are the opposite of mine, loudly to all who will listen. I don’t understand how she can crochet for hours at a time and yet be too disabled to answer phones, do office filings, computer work, or other light tasks. To me, she is employable. But then I am (apparently) a bad person for having such thoughts.

WP William's avatar

a vet told me once that only a fool or a true patriot wouldn't get some sort of disability designation upon leaving military service

Conservative Contrarian's avatar

That became the American way in LBJ's USA.

Robin Greer's avatar

One reason it would need to remain in place is cross-matching between disability programs. There are many, many double dippers which is illegal.

Fish Whistle's avatar

Occam, stealing SSN's (from a political power perspective) is about voting and getting cash back to the party under the table. Illegal aliens are largely dependent on left leaning NGO's and they tend to act in a manner that allows them to maintain that flow of aid.

Shutting down USAID and other sources of NGO cash have slowed this process down. This, as well as, a significant increase in immigration enforcement activity have many illegal aliens self deporting as the money and opportunity disappears. Absolutely an audit of SSN individual validity is in order... It would be easy to do with DOGE's proven capabilities. No more shell games with our money! We have the technological prowess to purge the chaff from the American Citizen wheat. Let's get it done and keep it secure so this does not happen again!

I couldn’t even hire a substitute teacher due to a misdemeanor she committed in her early 20s 🤦‍♀️. Great gal. Such a pity.

Essay33's avatar

It beggars belief that they did any kind of background check, or if they did, they ignored the results. I had an expunged record from an incident in my early 20s. In my 40s with two degrees and a credential, I applied for and interviewed successfully for two different district substitute positions. Apparently the background check found that expunged record. One district then refused me employment (and the superintendent actually yelled at me in a raised voice for daring to apply). The other district wanted an explanation which I was able to give them, and they hired me. I check no DEI boxes, unlike the criminal from Guyana. I taught for a few years, then left and I wouldn't even bother trying to get a job in public education now, for a number of reasons.

Mary Ann Caton's avatar

I would rather scrub floors than work in public education.

Willing Spirit's avatar

I will only say, if you want an education about the state of our nation (a reality check); work in education for a while as a non DEI hire.

It wouldn’t take long at all.

Mary Ann Caton's avatar

I actually was a non-DEI hire for 34 years in a now very Woke university. It became increasingly intolerable, and was especially evident in all the social sciences first. I taught history and viewed that discipline as one of the humanities. But Woke came for the humanities too.

Willing Spirit's avatar

Woke even came for the math department where my son taught in a university. He’s now an actuary for a big firm. Less woke, because it’s hard to fake smarts in that area.

Skeptical Actuary's avatar

It was a "closed" hiring process. It certainly would be interesting to see the details. If this guy is like the superintendent we recently had in Lawrence, KS, all the head high school principals and all the middle school principals hired during his tenure were black.

And they probably did "restorative justice"- AKA no real punishments if the offenders were of color.

ManAlone's avatar

No one likely ever did any real due diligence, if anything they called references he provided. All too few people in these public agencies and boards want to do the work required to ensure real accountability. Performance reviews are often just performative. In one local school district near me part of the superintendent’s performance standards was visiting each school at least 1 time per year. There were 2 schools in the district.

WP William's avatar

this wasn't craftily hidden really, the guy was a lone convenient/prominent target for an activated ICE, but everyone's known for years who he is and his "status" and have soothed their inner virtues with welcoming in all of the Ne're-do-wells along with all the tens of millions of Newcomers, Dreamers, Refugees, H1-B'ers, Parolee-Asylum Seekers who cut in line ahead of honest hardworking applicants. Like removing one cancer cell from a mass of tumors that one has learned to live with and rationalizes that "we all have to die of something".

I Love my son who is autistic. We are blessed he is where he is on the spectrum, as we have seen how truly debilitated some are. We have seen the crosses other parents bear with grim determination and grace.

He brings a perspective on life that keeps me on my toes and challenges my concepts of rigid societal dogma.

I never want ANY other parent to live the anxiety of wondering whether their kid will ever be able to participate in society. The late nights praying they might get a date or fulfil the wishes they have. That they will not be duped by those out to hurt or deceive. The nightly arguments and pleadings to eat a variety of nutritious foods, the constant reminders to try to sit still in Church, to keep things in context. The inability to triage true risk and danger. The daily challenged faith that they will ever be out of their house as an adult and participate fully in what life brings.

Keep it up MAHA. The arguments against it are so asinine. So lacking of empathy. So co-opted by Pharma. So disingenuous. Somewhere-sometime we decided that feeding Americans sawdust and chemicals, because its profitable, was the American way. Please keep pushing RFK.

My older brother was born in 1945. My parents never knew exactly what was wrong with him as autism just wasn't understood at that time. He was high functioning and extremely intelligent in things like math and electronics, but he couldn't really relate to anyone in the family except my mother.

At one point in the late 1950s doctors suggested my parents get him electric shock treatments, which thankfully they refused to do. He got through high school just fine, even got a math scholarship to UC Berkeley. After about a year he got overwhelmed and dropped out. Then he worked for Western Union, later went back to college for a university degree in something computer related, then got a job with Intuit, something computer related behind the scenes. My mother despaired that he would ever get married, but he did! His wife understands him and has worked with him to carve out a good life, and at this point (he is nearly 80 now, wife is 67) and they have been married since about 1985. They never had children. He's retired now. It was only about 7 years ago that I put it all together and realized that he is on the autism spectrum, that was his problem that no one understood. I wish I could have discussed it with my parents, who died before I realized this. They suffered greatly from not being able to help him. As for me, a large part of his autism was social and he could never have a real relationship with his other siblings. His treatment of me growing up was something neither I nor my parents understood, and my child's way of looking at it was that there was something wrong with me that made him appear to hate me. He literally would not talk to me for at least 10 years from age 6 to 16. This bothered me my entire life until I came to realize the autism part of it. The good part is that when he left for Berkeley he gathered his courage and apologized to me. After that we would talk briefly, but I've never had a real conversation with him in my entire life. This is how it is, but at least now I fully understand it and don't blame myself for anything. I meet him where he is.

I guess I'm rambling here, but my intent was to talk about how even with various degrees of autism people can go on to live productive lives that are good and satisfying for them. All is never lost.

RebeccaGrrrl's avatar

I've heard great things about using the power of ketogenic nutrition (and the removal of all synthetic processed foods) in healing Neuro degenerative and cognitive brain disorders! I hope you are able to harness some of these benefits in your children!

Juju's avatar

Yes!! We have basically reversed all tics in our one son who had severe tics his whole life due to a serious case of Tourette Syndrome. Keto diet for almost three years now and he has been completely tic free (outwardly) for the past two, able to control the few that he recognizes starting to happen. The diet has also reversed schizophrenia that emerged back in 2022.

Our other son experienced almost a complete clearing up of anxiety and ADHD symptoms that comes with his Autism disorder when following the Keto diet for 18 months. Since he fell off that way of eating symptoms are returning. We hope he will get back on it. He notices the difference and wants to but runs into situations where he’s out and needs to eat and it’s harder to plan for/follow. I’ve found fasting helps with those moments.

InquizitiveOne's avatar

One suggestion is to keep those meat sticks or jerky in the car for easy access when traveling.

Juju's avatar

Yeah I make my own homemade beef jerky all the time and freeze individual packets to grab and go. My favorite snack.

InquizitiveOne's avatar

This is so fantastic!

I wish more parents would dedicate themselves to really doing this for a good 90days, me thinks they'll never go back to the standard way of eating in America!

Juju's avatar

We never did. Started year four in March. Each year I go a step further: first year was studying, like college level studying, experimenting with new ingredients and learning to cook differently, focusing only on standard Keto and getting good at it; second year I finally added intermittent and extended fasting and love it, as well as daily exercise; third year I accidentally stumbled into carnivore without meaning to 🤣, but since it’s unintentional I’m not strict with it, but do enjoy that most days all I want to eat are proteins and fats and nothing else. Lol 🤷🏼‍♀️ Meal prep is easy; fourth year I track macros less now that it’s muscle memory and last month I’ve now stumbled into OMAD, again unintentionally and I’m loving it. Lol. A lady in my flight back from Austin this weekend asked me if I ever intended to stop the “diet”, and I said nope! It’s a life change, a way of eating not a diet. Who stops a life change that is beneficial in every way?

InquizitiveOne's avatar

I first discovered fasting in 2017 and Carnivore in 2018. I was in much better shape and continued on until 2020. The pandemic changed something for me mentally and I fell off the wagon. Since then I've had times where I have been Animal Based or even Carnivore, but that processed food addiction is hard to break! I'm about to climb back up in the saddle – today was day one again! God bless!

Vast areas are leveled to rubble. No food, water or medicine. Hamas is on par with organized crime syndicates but Netanyahu is an immoral person and hardly deserving of the billions we give him annually. One of the reasons Israel gets so much support is because many fundamentalists seem to believe we need Israel for fulfilling some crazy prophecy. We allow Israel to spy on us, fund our congress(with our own money) and we gift them tools of war to allow them to continue mass murder. You think Jesus wants to return to a place filled with so many murdered bodies?

Netanyahu has admitted many times that Israel funds Hamas. So... essentially, Hamas are employees of the state of Israel. So their leadership will NOT do anything that will stop the flow of money coming to their leadership.

Israel wants the people out and Israel to be a Jewish ethno-state. So... "Hamas" will reject any deal because a deal stands in the way of a Jewish ethno-state.

There will be many more wars, and more land grabs as Israel expands to create an even greater presence in the region.

The one thing that is different now is that virtually all Arab entities (exceptions being Iran and Hamas), plus the EU nations, and also most on the left and right, finally all agree this is a good plan that should go forward one way or the other. There has never been this level of united agreement before. Even the Palestinian Authority, as corrupt as they are, seem to agree on it. the fact that many influential Substack voices and podcasters - are too petrified to call out the Israeli murder of Charlie Kirk ordered by Bibi - is absolutely petrifying.

And Jeff praising a deal that would benefit Bibi's goals - is truly astonishing - and missing the thread entirely.

We are in a very bad place and time - where supposed truth tellers are too scared to tell it - or too blind to see it.

Lori's avatar

I had recently learned how much money was donated to Turning Point by Jewish millionaires. My first thought was why? They don't believe in Christ as Savior or what Charlie talked about regarding the New Testament. One of his major Jewish donors pulled all his money days before Charlie was assassinated. It is said that Jewish sponsors were putting extreme pressure on Charlie to promote Israel's list of wants and Charlie was having a very hard time deciding what to do. If I had a Christian organization, I would never take money from AIPAC or any other lobby with their own agenda. That leads nowhere good. It may have made Turning Point less well known but there is a chance CK may still be living today.

Carlos's avatar

Bibi offered Charlie $150 Million. Think about that number.

Charlie said NO.

Bibi asked CK to come to Israel.

Charlie said NO.

Why would the Prime Minister of another country - make that offer or NEED CK and Turning Point?

And, if Bibi would offer 150 million that was refused - of COURSE, he’d kill Charlie to get control of it. Hell, he kills Palestinian babies, blows up Syria, Libya, the AP building in Lebanon, Quatar, Iran.

Why would he be the first person to Tweet about Charlie being shot?

Why would Jerusalem Post be first media to report?

Why were 12 Israeli nationals within 3 miles of CK in Utah?

Why was CK’s security team all Israeli?

Of 197 world leaders - why is Bibi the only one that went on a media tour after CK’s murder - to proclaim his innocence?

Lori's avatar

Yes, this is why I believe there is much more to the story. Israel should have been a beacon to the world as God loves them so much and made them His own before us Gentiles. They should be the example that the rest of us follow led by God's instruction. This is not rocket science. Going through the OT they continually abandoned God as they do today. What a sadness. I don't know how God deals with all this, He is really amazing.

Carlos's avatar

I will never believe that God would have "chosen" ones. That's why we're in this Satanic inversion of a time line - because of the psychotic hubris with which they move thru the world, and have for thousands of years.

Lori's avatar

What I have found reading the OT:

Deuteronomy 7:6-8, which states that God chose the Jewish people out of love and to fulfill the oath He swore to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

Zechariah 2:8 and Exodus 19: 5-6

I can't imagine they would not have been since God has saved them over and over and then sent our Jesus who was Jewish.

Principled Pragmatist's avatar

Exactly. What bothers me the most is that this was a public execution, designed to send a message of fear that would reverberate across the land. It worked. Very similar to JFK.

Let’s face it, if you want to eliminate someone, there’s plenty of ways to do it. Accidents, sudden illnesses, poisoning, etc. Robert Maxwell (Ghislaine’s father) “slipped” from his yacht and died. Insiders know the truth, but he was old enough that it could have plausibly been an accident.

Johnny-O's avatar

Charlie was a made character- pretty much like anyone that big thats on major social media. They are made or at minimum, the gatekeepers lift them up and make them popular. Its by design - and not the design most here would like to think.

Willing Spirit's avatar

Jew hater alert! It was the Jooz! It’s always the Jooz for these antisemetic idiots.

Carlos's avatar

You come out of the woodwork to make silly comments - but can never refute any facts. How sad to be a hysteric - or a plant - with no awareness or insight.

Willing Spirit's avatar

Go check out more books from the Hitler Memorial Library, loser.

You probably agree with Tucker Carlson’s guest in the last several minutes of this video, who claims Hitler wasn’t a bad guy! He just miscalculated and ended up with more ‘prisoners of war’ than he could feed. I guess the fact that the vast majority of them were Jews was just an unhappy coincidence.

I’m done with you nasty haters, who want to resurrect Hitler and get the job done right this time. And that includes Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens!

Carlos's avatar

I've seen videos from 4 angles with time stamps. Who ever it was ( and it was Israel) is worthy of the hate. And, since our entire FBI and, seemingly, the White House - is complicit in creating the cover story - those people are worthy of hate, too - and hanging for treason - if that's still allowed.

Willing Spirit's avatar

You’re a Jew hating idiot. Nobody is listening to your nonsense. Stop trying to act like you’re some kind of crime solving expert.

Carlos's avatar

Talk to me after you've watched POV videos of Charlie's murders.

And, when you know world and U.S. history.

But not til then.

Willing Spirit's avatar

Oh, shut up! You have no idea what I know. And, yes, please don’t spew your nonsense at me.

Johnny-O's avatar

Only a jackass like yourself couldn't see the irony in calling others names, while at the same time clutching a bible and claiming how intelligent and worthy you are.

Johnny-O's avatar

Zionist bootlicker alert!

Willing Spirit's avatar

Ooooo Johnny comes out of his hidey hole to spout his antisemitism 🤮

In Nazi Germany you would have happily helped load cattle cars with Jews headed to the gas chambers or forced labor.

Meanwhile, Zionists were busy buying up the holy land and working frantically on political means to return Jews to their God given homeland with borders they could defend.

I will gladly stand before God in the time of judgement as being a Zionist, not a Nazi.

Israel is going forward. You aren’t going to like the future.

Johnny-O's avatar

You truly are a moron zionist lover.

Maureen ODH's avatar

Thank you Carlos 🙏

Carlos's avatar

Willing Spirit will start repeating himself like a parrot.

His Indian name should be Squawking Nonsense.

Willing Spirit's avatar

Another Jew hater alert!

shibumi's avatar

A person doesn't have to hate all the individuals of any nation or ethnicity to be unhappy with what the government of aforesaid nation/ethnicity is doing.

Hate of a government is not the same as hate of individuals.

/waiting to be called a Jew hater for pointing this out

Willing Spirit's avatar

In times of war, one doesn’t stick one’s neck out to criticize unless one wants to be seen as aiding and abetting the enemy.

Do you see both sides of the issue? How much criticism have you had for the enemies of Israel?

Graphite's avatar

That is true... but the way people express their sentiments is normally sounding very much like it includes all Jews...

Cousin Clem's avatar

I'm willing to listen rather than just pointing and labeling someone as a method to silence them.

Willing Spirit's avatar

Aren’t you all so virtuous? I’ve heard all I need to hear.

andrea k's avatar

How can a peace deal be made without one of the main parties participating and simply an ultimatum put to them? And Tony Blair and Jared kushner's involvement to me says everything you need to know. Gazaland tourism in their future. This is not about peace, it is about conquest and submission and I would be very surprised if the Arab world would actually support it. Way too early to be cheerleading about world peace to say the least!

Johnny-O's avatar

Correct. We are witnessing doublespeak. Peace Through Strength! Now, just wait for a new military action/war with Iran. Also coming off the heels of a big cheerleading event because tough guys Trump and Hegseth just said no more DEI! Which yeah, I agree with, but you don't have to make a circus event out of it. Just idiotic - but you must stop and ask, why did they do this event? To shore up their base support and get a bunch of pats on the back before they launch their next military misadventure, which most of their supporters actually don't want, but this will help to ease the blow.

Principled Pragmatist's avatar

They have plenty of reason to be terrified. They watched one of their bravest take it in the neck for speaking the truth.

But yes, I wish they would have more courage, too.

Many are conveniently blinded, just like they were during the Covid era. Herd mentality and all that.

Skeptical Actuary's avatar

Crawl back to your neo-nazi cell. For people like you it's ALWAYS the Jews. I have questions about the attempt, but "the Jews" are a ways down on the list.

Johnny-O's avatar

Would it be helpful if people said "Mossad" or "Israeli government" or "Zionists?"

Janine Melnitz's avatar

Bibi did not order the murder

Carlos's avatar

Honestly, Janine…if you mean well, learn more. You sound delusionally naive.

Johnny-O's avatar

Are you in his inner circle? Or you have intel on who did order the murder? Amazing stuff that you are so in the know and hang out on some substack thread full of misfits.

Carlos's avatar

LMAO! Sure Janine!!

Carlos's avatar

Gee, someone named Melnitz is defending another Jewish atrocity. Go figure!

Janine Melnitz's avatar

Im not Jewish. I dont like Bibi and i think he is getting us into another issue with Iran. Trump acts like Bibi's b*tch. Don't act like such a tool. But it is misdirected to think that Israel killed Kirk, since he was a big fan of Israel but starting to understand that Israel may not have the USA's best interest. How do you know you are so sure...

Johnny-O's avatar

I'm not shocked. This is what blind worship gets you - into trouble. The blind trump worship needs to stop. War with Iran around the corner while supporters clap like seals.

NAB's avatar

I don't begrudge people asking questions or having doubts. As Tucker Carlson has said many times, this skepticism has been earned after years of deception and failing to answer questions honestly. HOWEVER, I do trust the people who knew and loved Charlie best. His team has given several explanations for many of the theories flying around. I trust THEM.

Johnny-O's avatar

This is made for TV. All the media campaigning around it and a new bill to stifle free speech in the wake of his alleged assassination - all of this happened within hours. It was planned, like covid. Patel said they had a letter but actually they don't have a letter, but they somehow magically "know" what the letter said....and of course, the killer is trans living with their trans partner or whatever. Its literally made for t.v. and I don't know why people can't see this.

NAB's avatar

I think the media and politicians do what they do. I'm not surprised at all with the rapidity with which each went into action (i.e. "never let a crisis go to waste").

The killer was NOT trans, but apparently his partner was. That's not a terrible shock given that 25% of Gen-Z now identifies as LGBTQ. Kids are messed up (in large part, I think, due to the Covid insanity).

Finally, Tucker Carlson - probably the biggest skeptic out there - knew Charlie intimately. I just don't believe he would sit quietly by if he truly thought Charlie's killing was a false flag used to further political ends. I just can't accept that.

Johnny-O's avatar

Tucker Carlson became a "skeptic" just a few years ago - just like the author of this stack. They are helpful at times, but at other times are still clueless/way behind.

Essay33's avatar

Or, maybe WE WANT YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE with the conspiracies, since you're presuming to talk for "we." Good grief, does every Substack have to cater to this stuff?

SimulationCommander's avatar

The only answer I have to that is that the footage was removed and handed to the FBI.

Juju's avatar

I think that’s why all the evidence at both places was immediately removed and protected from tampering. If more people are involved behind the scenes they need all the evidence to prove that. And same if not since we on the other side won’t believe he acted alone without sound evidence. It’s all in the hands of the FBI, stones, grass, cameras, you name it. When they finally do answer these questions it will be after a thorough, solid investigation - which takes time.

SimulationCommander's avatar

I don't expect to see most of this until the trial.

Beckadee's avatar

Which is how it should be.

Margot Wooster's avatar

Juju, that makes a lot of sense. We believers all need to be in prayer for the good guys in the FBI, and all other law enforcement and judicial system people, to do what is right, for finding and speaking the truth, and for their protection. And while we’re at it, let’s pray for the salvation of Kash Patel and Tulsi Gabbard and Usha Vance!

Cousin Clem's avatar

I doubt it. I think it's been removed to disappear the evidence.

Bard Joseph's avatar

File under JFK magic show.

Principled Pragmatist's avatar

The little tent he was talking from when he was assassinated was dissembled right away. The only action that should have occurred was to wrap a yellow crime scene tape around it.

NAB's avatar

That is what Charlie's executive producer said many times. The SD cards are in the hands of the FBI.

Carlos's avatar

ROFLMAO.

Sure they are. I've seen video with one of the likely shooters hopping over the guard rail and RUNNING to the video cameras, not CHARLIE.

Bard Joseph's avatar

The psyop is the truth used to confuse and control.

You'll get over it with the next wizard show.

What happened to the 9/11 towers becoming dust is so yesterday.

Willing Spirit's avatar

Stop it already. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.

Willing Spirit's avatar

And Candace Owens is a paid off, antisemitic fool now.

Drama, drama, drama and Jew hatred is all she has now.

She’s being sued by the French President and his wife. She needs all the clicks she can get and then some.

Carlos's avatar

Ask Monica Lewinsky, right Speaks-as-Zionist?

Skeptical Actuary's avatar

Hell, I'm still looking at the Butler assassination attempt! It stinks to high heaven.

It's too soon to expect an autopsy report, but I do have questions about the Charlie Kirk murder. There should have been an exit wound if the bullet came from almost straight on, and the bullet was a 30.06.

Margot Wooster's avatar

Maureen, I heard something really bizarre on the And We Know podcast yesterday, that there was a trap door in the platform under where Charlie was sitting. I hadn’t heard anyone else say that, it could be false, but my ears sure perked up!

Donna's avatar

I saw the pictures of it :. Is Charlie really dead? Or?

Bard Joseph's avatar

I heard that he ascended into heaven with woke angels.

Lori's avatar

Bard, Charlie would not deserve that. Hell would be better than woke angels.

Bard Joseph's avatar

I'll arrange it with Fox News.

Johnny-O's avatar

Aren't you enjoying the show?! Anyone with a brain can see this for what it is. But unfortunately the average IQ in our country is under 100, and the tribal mentality IQ drops even lower.

“A much more important national question is how could Roberts have been illegally voting for so long?” Yes, how IS that possible?? This problem MUST be solved before the 2026 elections. Maybe this will be an important little piece of the puzzle.

Melissa S's avatar

Very simple. The Motor Voter Law. Otherwise known as the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) of 1993, a U.S. federal law designed to make it easier for Americans to register to vote. Signed into law by Bill Clinton. Under the guise of making registering to vote more simple, the Democrats used it to make more Democrats. When you apply for a driver's license you are asked if you want to register to vote. Basically an honor system that you agree that you are legally allowed to vote.

Cabogirl's avatar

Yep. And this is the truth especially when the voting areas are not checking ID… which is the case in many blue states .. like Oregon !!!! Ca .. Wash

Kathy's avatar

There is a clip of Clinton after taking office talking about how destructive illegal immigration is to our country, taking jobs away from Americans and putting a strain on our system to support them. He deported 12 million people. I don’t know (actually I do) why the Democrats were not screaming then! Everything he said back then was much the same as what Trump is saying today.

Not excited about this bit: "while a US-Arab stabilization force would move in to keep the peace." I thought we were done being "peacekeepers" in the middle east. Ugh.

Juju's avatar

I hear ya, but past “peacekeepers” under globalists leaders were about anything but keeping peace. This might be the very first time that is their true and only focus. ?

ItsMeAgain's avatar

That is my biggest objection. WTH!!!!

NAB's avatar

Yes. I agree. I don't know how this differs from past "nation-building" endeavors.

Oregon Kathy's avatar

And how does it differ from previous two state solutions, big picture?

Sheryl's avatar

As someone who grew up in Des Moines and went thru the public school system (that was eons ago - back when the DSM school system was one of the best in the nation), I am so disgusted by the Roberts story. The first thing, however, that come to my mind is - remember when they told us that the illegals only do jobs Americans won't do? Hmmmm. So no American citizens wanted the superintendent's job in Des Moines. Please keep telling me how the illegals are only taking jobs Americans won't do. Please.

RunningLogic's avatar

Right??? I made the same observation further down in the comments!
