The other day in the New York Post there was a story about a Columbian national illegal alien Lina Maria Orovio-Hernandez. She has been living in Massachusetts for more than 20 years.
She has received over 400,000 dollars in stolen federal benefits during this time including Section 8 rental assistance. The charges also include voter fraud, specifically the 2024 presidential election, and obtaining fraudulent ID’s including a Mass. real ID.
She faces charges such as false representation of a social security number, making a false statement on a passport application, aggravated identity theft, receiving stolen federal moneys, fraudulent voter registration, and fraudulent voting.
These benefits were put in place for real American citizens in their time of need. Hernandez had no right to these benefits they are for the poor, the sick, single parents and struggling “American” families.
This lady has been receiving social security disability. She is seen, or caught, on camera at an atm withdrawing our money, walking around with an “I Voted” sticker on her designer shirt, what hubris. Watching her agility on camera shows she is perfectly capable of working, she has no disability, it’s all a big fraud. She actually looked healthier and in better physical shape than I am. I’m starting to realize these illegals live a much better life than I do. All I want is to be treated like an illegal alien . No one is handing me thousands of dollars in monthly checks and benefits.
When my mother’s father came here from Italy, legally, through Ellis Island, he had 5 dollars in his pocket. He worked his ass off his whole life, ending up owning 60 apartments in South Boston. Not only mark kelly, his wife Gabby giffords. When the truth finally comes out, and it always does we will discover that Gabby was responsible for the deaths and injuries of those people at her campaign stop in tucson. Everyone was focused on the shooter, what wasn't told, was that she told her secret service/guards/whatever it is that guards a campaign person, to stand down.

I met Gabby Giffords in Tucson the night before she was shot. I was ill-informed as to who she was, just introduced by a friend. I was told she could help me with a trans-border tourism idea I had. I even hugged her (hindsight, yuck). But she told me she would get back to me and stepped onto the stage, then it dawned on me that she was a U.S. Congresswoman. I just knew she was a politician, not too informed at the time. When I heard about the loony toon (was it Jared something?) that shot her and others, I thought to myself, "Boy you sure just dodged a bullet Jones, by about 12-14 hrs." Life is strange.

It's a good question, I think there is some of both. It really amazes me how people just don't care about their civic responsibilities. So many have been programmed with indoctrination and recreational drugs. Many know but they are afraid of doing anything for a number of reasons.
Here's an example, I took my county to court for running an illegal election back in Apr/May 2023. After two years I won the lawsuit, the county had to redo the lawsuit just this month on the 4th. We have about 88,000 voters in our county depending on how many the county illegally adds, deletes, etc. Anyhow they ran the election again, claim that only a total of about 22k voters showed up, 20k by mail in, 2k by walk in. They claim they won the election by about 900 votes! 25% of the electorate! The truth is they won it with mail in ballot fraud. Now we get a new 18 year tax which will give them over 200 Million dollars of stolen money from their citizens. I'm not taking them back to court, Im going to make a criminal complaint out to the FBI and tell them everything I know. Its an opportunity to take out the mail in ballots because they are a 14th Amendment Equal Protection Clause sucking chest wound. They also claim they won the election by 51-49%. Only one problem, we the citizens of Arizona passed a constitutional amendment in 2022 which stated for ALL tax elections, a 60% super majority must be achieved in order to claim the tax passed. They claim it doesn't apply because it wasnt an initiative or referendum. At county level and below it can only be an Initiative or Referendum. But they are corrupt liars, all 3 "republicans" on the Board of Supervisors and the workers in county gov are equally corrupt.
Do you see any wiggle room for them? Yet they claim they won because they know that 99.9% of people will not bring a lawsuit against the government for fear of retaliation. They either don't care, or they care but they simply do not have the courage/money and wont do anything - hoping someone else, like me will do it for them. I've also found that most people just want to bitch, ask them to actually do something and all of a sudden, the excuses are flying every direction! And, a lot of people work for the government at various levels: Counties, Townships, Cities, School boards, etc and are simply part of the corruption and crime.
So, Im taking it to Trump's FBI and Im praying/seeking for a criminal indictment and prosecution in Federal Court incarceration and loss of the tax. I'm just not going to let them get away with it, regardless of how the rest of the citizens JUST WILL NOT STAND UP!

It's one thing to be a BAD judge, it's another altogether to side with violent enemies of the people. It seems that our founding fathers thought of everything when they penned our Constitution. So I’m really confused how they didn’t anticipate judges going rogue. So I have two questions: 1) What protections from what is presently happening did they instill into our Constitution? and 2) why aren’t they effective?
As a corollary, one of my best college professors taught Business Law, and said the following: The Law school grad "A" students got offers from the big name law firms. The "B" students got jobs with small and medium law firms. The 'C" students became law school professors. The "D' students became judges.
It is hard to conceive why this was not enumerated in the Constitution but let me make a stab:
-- 250 yrs ago the elite at the time were schooled and mostly believed in a creator
-- likewise, on the average, they could not conceive of a person being rational and with good morals appointed to a judgeship who would purposefully subvert the very laws upon which their decisions were judged. Simply, could NOT conceive of such!
-- Felt that impeachment would be utilized in such a case where a judge had the balls to do so.
Today, seeing as we NOW all can the result of a century of liberal influences, no longer do a majority believe in a creator much less being Christians; Half of our country, proved by the fact they voted for chaos and the Dems, believe that subversion is OK if it furthers their cause; impeachment is NOT utilized at all nearly for judges despite the fact it is an available remediation.
Congress is complicit in all the judges behavior. Congress is lazy and self preserving. Congress as our elected executors of the country do not do the job they were elected to do and violated the oath of office they swore to. We tge people should be able to fire and remove them immediately instead of the long drawn out process they instituted to protect themselves. They know how evil they are. It wasn't an oversight. It was by design.
The Constitution of 1789 was a naked power grab with two goals: to establish a supreme State ruling over the member states, and to give that State the power to tax. The Articles of Confederation assumed "The United States of America" as more of an administrative body, and it simply didn't have the legal powers to do what the Federalists wanted.
The Anti-Federalists fought the Constitution for years, until they ran out of money or enthusiasm. They still wrought changes all through the new Constitution... basically everything most people would consider "good", plus the final bribe of the Federalists to make them go away: ten amendments tacked onto the end, known as the Bill of Rights. None of those rights were part of the original Federalist proposal.
The Federalists hung bitterly onto the powers of the "judicial branch", dismissing any proposals that would limit its power. The anti-Federalists failed there, but they didn't have much support against the Federalist propaganda machine.
The Federalist supporters gathered their speeches up into "The Federalist Papers." There is also the "anti-Federalist Papers"; the anti-Federalists' propsals to limit the power of the new State, and warning of the various problems that would surely come to pass unless limits were set. And so far, the anti-Federalists have been proven correct on every point.
Well, based on your context below this, by design of the Federalists, not others.

They kind of did. It is built into the authority afforded each branch. Think of it as rock, paper, scissors. The judiciary can paper over the executive rock and Congress can cut the paper (by making a law to alter a decision, which the judiciary can paper over and thus the process begins again). But mostly what keeps the judiciary in check is that all it can do is issue opinions. It has no enforcement authority at all. It must rely on the executive branch for that. They cannot even provide meaningful physical protection for themselves. The system as designed really is an elegant symphony of symbiosis. IMO what has thrown it so completely out of whack is the abandonment by Congress of its mandates - refusal to pass much needed immigration reform, for example (just one of many), lazily passing the legislative duty to executive branch regulatory agencies, failing to rein in the Federal Reserve, failing in its oversight duty, and on and on and on. Congress has been AWOL for decades I think. All they are good for at this point is raising campaign funds. And apparently day trading. Yours. Mine. All of them.
Eliminating Congressional pensions would weed out the grifters pretty quickly. That would probably have to done through a Constitutional amendment process, since they would never eliminate them themselves.
Perhaps if the judges and their family members fell victim to the ones they let out, that would open their eyes instead of citizens being the victims all the time and those the judges don't give a crap about. I am sure that can be arranged somehow.
My guess is they didn’t anticipate there would be judges who would last after coddling and drooling over violent criminals whilst putting the public at risk. When such gross negligence, disguised as reform, is the pattern, those judges would have been promptly dismissed with prejudice. Never to serve again for failure to uphold strict moral, legal and ethical standards.
If someone is accused of the act or attempt of rape, abuse, assault, murder or violence against minors, there is no reason for them to be released until trial. Petty criminals should be slapped with an ankle monitor, frozen passports, and limited access to bank accounts which they’d need permission from the court to access.
Repeat offenders should permanently lose all social benefits unless they have repaid their debts to society.
No reason to keep paying their bills while they’re out terrorizing people.
If a judge releases someone with a criminal history and that person breaks the law again, the judge should immediately be suspended and replaced. Judges should also complete and pass evaluations annually on the laws they enforce. They cannot be permitted back in the courtroom if they show any evidence of bias, favoritism, emotional instability and ideological extremism.
If they never have to answer for their poor judgment, what justice does anyone actually receive.

I have to vent here... As much as eliminating the income tax would be awesome, the US Debt is the priority! Pay the debt off first, don't handout tariff dividend check of any amount, don't eliminate the income tax until that is done... period. This just rearranges the chairs on the USS Titanic Debt. It is buying votes at the expense of future generations, exactly how we got to $39T debt in the first place. At the same time make deficit spending by congress illegal, putting real pressure on congress to prioritize spending on what we actually need not laundering money thru their favorite NGOs and pushing social agendas. Now you could reduce the income tax and flatten it across the board - say 15%-20% flat, with a cutoff below $30K, no credits or or other exceptions, loopholes, or other bs, everybody's got the same skin in the game. Including no exceptions for boomers/seniors that were a large part of allowing to get us here in the first place, sorry, empathetic to fixed incomes but seriously they kicked a massive can of debt down the road to the rest of us.

15%-20% is way too high. The impact on a family of only $50,000-$100,000/year is FAR different than the impact on a family making $200k or more. If flat taxes are going to be a thing and remain it should be no more than 2%-5%. But keeping any tax in place leaves the opportunity for them to be raised, as we have witnessed the past century.

The other day in the New York Post there was a story about a Columbian national illegal alien Lina Maria Orovio-Hernandez. She has been living in Massachusetts for more than 20 years.
She has received over 400,000 dollars in stolen federal benefits during this time including Section 8 rental assistance. The charges also include voter fraud, specifically the 2024 presidential election, and obtaining fraudulent ID’s including a Mass. real ID.
She faces charges such as false representation of a social security number, making a false statement on a passport application, aggravated identity theft, receiving stolen federal moneys, fraudulent voter registration, and fraudulent voting.
These benefits were put in place for real American citizens in their time of need. Hernandez had no right to these benefits they are for the poor, the sick, single parents and struggling “American” families.
This lady has been receiving social security disability. She is seen, or caught, on camera at an atm withdrawing our money, walking around with an “I Voted” sticker on her designer shirt, what hubris. Watching her agility on camera shows she is perfectly capable of working, she has no disability, it’s all a big fraud. She actually looked healthier and in better physical shape than I am. I’m starting to realize these illegals live a much better life than I do. All I want is to be treated like an illegal alien . No one is handing me thousands of dollars in monthly checks and benefits.
When my mother’s father came here from Italy, legally, through Ellis Island, he had 5 dollars in his pocket. He worked his ass off his whole life, ending up owning 60 apartments in South Boston. Not only mark kelly, his wife Gabby giffords. It's a good question, I think there is some of both. It really amazes me how people just don't care about their civic responsibilities. So many have been programmed with indoctrination and recreational drugs. Many know but they are afraid of doing anything for a number of reasons.
Here's an example, I took my county to court for running an illegal election back in Apr/May 2023. After two years I won the lawsuit, the county had to redo the lawsuit just this month on the 4th. We have about 88,000 voters in our county depending on how many the county illegally adds, deletes, etc. Anyhow they ran the election again, claim that only a total of about 22k voters showed up, 20k by mail in, 2k by walk in. They claim they won the election by about 900 votes! 25% of the electorate! The truth is they won it with mail in ballot fraud. Now we get a new 18 year tax which will give them over 200 Million dollars of stolen money from their citizens. I'm not taking them back to court, Im going to make a criminal complaint out to the FBI and tell them everything I know. Its an opportunity to take out the mail in ballots because they are a 14th Amendment Equal Protection Clause sucking chest wound. They also claim they won the election by 51-49%. Only one problem, we the citizens of Arizona passed a constitutional amendment in 2022 which stated for ALL tax elections, a 60% super majority must be achieved in order to claim the tax passed. They claim it doesn't apply because it wasnt an initiative or referendum. At county level and below it can only be an Initiative or Referendum. But they are corrupt liars, all 3 "republicans" on the Board of Supervisors and the workers in county gov are equally corrupt.

Do you see any wiggle room for them? Yet they claim they won because they know that 99.9% of people will not bring a lawsuit against the government for fear of retaliation. It is hard to conceive why this was not enumerated in the Constitution but let me make a stab:
-- 250 yrs ago the elite at the time were schooled and mostly believed in a creator

It wasn't an oversight. It was by design.
The Constitution of 1789 was a naked power grab with two goals: to establish a supreme State ruling over the member states, and to give that State the power to tax. The Articles of Confederation assumed "The United States of America" as more of an administrative body, and it simply didn't have the legal powers to do what the Federalists wanted.
The Anti-Federalists fought the Constitution for years, until they ran out of money or enthusiasm. They still wrought changes all through the new Constitution... basically everything most people would consider "good", plus the final bribe of the Federalists to make them go away: ten amendments tacked onto the end, known as the Bill of Rights. None of those rights were part of the original Federalist proposal.
The Federalists hung bitterly onto the powers of the "judicial branch", dismissing any proposals that would limit its power. The anti-Federalists failed there, but they didn't have much support against the Federalist propaganda machine.
The Federalist supporters gathered their speeches up into "The Federalist Papers." There is also the "anti-Federalist Papers"; the anti-Federalists' propsals to limit the power of the new State, and warning of the various problems that would surely come to pass unless limits were set. And so far, the anti-Federalists have been proven correct on every point.

They kind of did. It is built into the authority afforded each branch. Think of it as rock, paper, scissors. The judiciary can paper over the executive rock and Congress can cut the paper (by making a law to alter a decision, which the judiciary can paper over and thus the process begins again). But mostly what keeps the judiciary in check is that all it can do is issue opinions. It has no enforcement authority at all. It must rely on the executive branch for that. They cannot even provide meaningful physical protection for themselves. The system as designed really is an elegant symphony of symbiosis. IMO what has thrown it so completely out of whack is the abandonment by Congress of its mandates - refusal to pass much needed immigration reform, for example (just one of many), lazily passing the legislative duty to executive branch regulatory agencies, failing to rein in the Federal Reserve, failing in its oversight duty, and on and on and on. Congress has been AWOL for decades I think. All they are good for at this point is raising campaign funds. And apparently day trading. Yours. Mine. All of them.
The elected parasites are an even bigger problem than the judges.
- They have incentives to stay in office as long as possible and if they actually fixed problems there'd be no need for them.
- They enjoy perks and lifetime benefits with no reason to retire.
- They get paid whether or not they work.
- They are allowed to accept bribes, gifts and rewards from interested parties and are therefore SHILLS.
Eliminating Congressional pensions would weed out the grifters pretty quickly. That would probably have to done through a Constitutional amendment process, since they would never eliminate them themselves.

Perhaps if the judges and their family members fell victim to the ones they let out, that would open their eyes instead of citizens being the victims all the time and those the judges don't give a crap about. I am sure that can be arranged somehow.
My guess is they didn’t anticipate there would be judges who would last after coddling and drooling over violent criminals whilst putting the public at risk. When such gross negligence, disguised as reform, is the pattern, those judges would have been promptly dismissed with prejudice. Never to serve again for failure to uphold strict moral, legal and ethical standards.
If someone is accused of the act or attempt of rape, abuse, assault, murder or violence against minors, there is no reason for them to be released until trial. Petty criminals should be slapped with an ankle monitor, frozen passports, and limited access to bank accounts which they’d need permission from the court to access.
Repeat offenders should permanently lose all social benefits unless they have repaid their debts to society.
No reason to keep paying their bills while they’re out terrorizing people.
If a judge releases someone with a criminal history and that person breaks the law again, the judge should immediately be suspended and replaced. Judges should also complete and pass evaluations annually on the laws they enforce. They cannot be permitted back in the courtroom if they show any evidence of bias, favoritism, emotional instability and ideological extremism.
If they never have to answer for their poor judgment, what justice does anyone actually receive.

I have to vent here... As much as eliminating the income tax would be awesome, the US Debt is the priority! Pay the debt off first, don't handout tariff dividend check of any amount, don't eliminate the income tax until that is done... period. This just rearranges the chairs on the USS Titanic Debt. It is buying votes at the expense of future generations, exactly how we got to $39T debt in the first place. At the same time make deficit spending by congress illegal, putting real pressure on congress to prioritize spending on what we actually need not laundering money thru their favorite NGOs and pushing social agendas. Now you could reduce the income tax and flatten it across the board - say 15%-20% flat, with a cutoff below $30K, no credits or or other exceptions, loopholes, or other bs, everybody's got the same skin in the game. Including no exceptions for boomers/seniors that were a large part of allowing to get us here in the first place, sorry, empathetic to fixed incomes but seriously they kicked a massive can of debt down the road to the rest of us.
One thing few people realize, is the vast majority of the US debt is illegal. Money is created by the privately owned Federal Reserve, not the US Treasury. For this "service" they charge interest. WTF??? It is impossible to pay off the debt, as any money the government needs to do that would have to be first created by the Federal Reserve, again with interest. Bottom line. The debt is owed to the banksters, the Rothschilds, the Rockefeller's, the Warburg's, the Sinclair's, the DuPonts, the Paysurs, on and on. Let them pound sand. And these same ghouls own and control the CCP, BTW.

15%-20% is way too high. The impact on a family of only $50,000-$100,000/year is FAR different than the impact on a family making $200k or more. If flat taxes are going to be a thing and remain it should be no more than 2%-5%. But keeping any tax in place leaves the opportunity for them to be raised, as we have witnessed the past century.
The National Debt will never go down. The debt will be taken care of when the system collapses completely and the government says, "Sorry! All bets are off." Congress simply can't stop sending our finest to fight useless wars or defund entitlement programs that get them votes. Don't kid yourself. Prepare as best you can.

It would seem that immigration, being solely a federal matter, could be (relatively) easily addressed by the administration. So this news is welcome.
I'd imagine that the inevitable court cases would have little (legal) ground to stand on, since nobody has a God-given right to immigrate into the US.
Then again, we definitely have activist judges who would welcome the opportunity to foil the president.
I would like to see ALL immigration stopped right now and let us clean house getting the lowest common denominators out of our country. Then take care of our own and then, if we decide to let them in, they have to pay $50,000 each person to come in and wear an ankle monitor or microchip for 5-7 years to make sure they are behaving.

In 1970, when I was 12, the population of the US was 200 million. The birth rate was about 2.2, in other words not enough to replace the 200 million. So now we have 350 to 400 million people in the country---all who have immigrated here in the last 55 years, mostly illegal but a ton of legal immigration also since 1965.
In 1965, Ted Kennedy and LBJ pushed a law that increased annual legal immigration from 100,000 a year to 100,000 per month, and changed the focus from Europeans to people from all over the world.
And that was the end of the Republic as we know it.
There should have been much more forethought of where this would lead. At least this admin is trying their best to rectify a portion of it.

First of all, everything in America and throughout the West is run by deception. That is, run by everyone trying to fool everyone else without any commitment aimed at arriving at a grounding in reality. In fact, manufactured proxy terrorist armies (Isis, Al-Qaeda, BLM, ANTIFA, MK Ultras, and so on) could not exist without the blessings of funding and a continual oversight at very senior levels of coordination. The observed plain fact ought to be by now that America, the United States, or whatever one wishes to call this un-Godly mess, exists solely as a rogue terrorist state which manufactures terrorism both against the peoples inhabiting the North American continent and throughout the rest of the world. Last night, I watched a Putin press event held in the Kremlin. Putin stands alone by himself at a podium on one side of a room. On the other side stands the press. The whole affair is orderly, respectful, and composed. Not one in the room could possibly think to dare to disrespect the president of the Russian Federation. In the White House the press is unruly, arrogant, a strident clamor and really ... engaged in a gladiatorial combat, one which is utterly out of touch with reality. These are things which one notices, that in the Russian Federation the press is not at war with its chief executive.
