I am very new. Wish I had found you much earlier. It is immensely reassuring to find a calm, cool head in the midst of the terrible storms of insanity we have somehow endured without losing our own minds. (Although members of my family would argue that I misplaced mine somewhere after the 2020 election and January 6th). It has been a time I cannot compare to any in my long lifetime. The rot, criminality, corruption. The history of past events that we have been forced to see completely differently. The evil of past Presidential administrations. The grifting, grabbing, selling out of our Country. The berserk, evil transgender movement perpetrated on children, mentally ill, autistic, and just rebellious teen-agers. THE BORDER! It makes me crazy going over even a few of these. Thank you for putting everything in perspective. And thank you for being a Christian who always leans into God.

I know! There are still so many people wearing masks! It is so DEEPLY SAD. We find that people are not aggressive about it anymore, but rather frightened to death, walking around brainwashed. An example of this tragic mindset was exhibited to us recently at our granchild's Christian school. A little girl, daughter of an ER physician, refuses to unmask. She is scared, and Mom - who persuaded her to NEVER unmask at school two years ago - now cannot convince her otherwise. Heartbreaking.

Yes, I was just at a restaurant this weekend and saw a father masked up along with his small daughter. It's a shame that these parents instill their own irrational fears upon the kids. They are still pushing all of the propaganda narratives.

They are still on the Covid story while every week they

try to introduce more fearmongering. We need to stay very afraid as we are assaulted by West Nile virus, Zika, RSV Flu Rona, Avian Monkeypox, chickens infecting cows, and killing cats with raw milk. Salmonella and E coli in all of our food. The Trump take over is going to doom the country. Anti-vaxxer conspiracy theorist RFK Jr. is going to outlaw vaccines and bring back Polio.

Nothing but gloom and doom in the upcoming dark Winter of severe illness and death for us unvaccinated heathens.

@ Calvary Chapel Chino Hills, CA

Pastor Jack Hibbs teaches the word of God boldly and unashamedly...

Book by book, chapter by chapter...

Yes, Praise the Lord all you His saints!

Bless the Lord, O my soul;

And all that is within me, bless His holy name!

Bless the Lord, O my soul,

And forget not all His benefits:

Who forgives all your iniquities,

Who heals all your diseases,

Who redeems your life from destruction,

Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies,

Who satisfies your mouth with good things,

So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

The Lord executes righteousness

and justice for all the oppressed.

He revealed his ways to Moses,

his deeds to the people of Israel.

The Lord is compassionate and gracious,

slow to anger and abounding in faithful love.

He will not always accuse us

or be angry forever.

He has not dealt with us as our sins deserve

or repaid us according to our iniquities.

For as high as the heavens are above the earth,

so great is his faithful love toward those who fear him.

As far as the east is from the west,

so far has he removed our transgressions from us.

As a father has compassion on his children,

so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him.

For he knows what we are made of,

remembering that we are dust.

As for man, his days are like grass —

he blooms like a flower of the field;

when the wind passes over it, it vanishes,

and its place is no longer known.

But from eternity to eternity

the Lord’s faithful love is toward those who fear him,

and his righteousness toward the grandchildren

of those who keep his covenant,

who remember to observe his precepts.

The Lord has established his throne in heaven,

and his kingdom rules over all.

Bless the Lord, all his angels of great strength,

who do his word, obedient to his command.

Bless the Lord, all his armies,

his servants who do his will.

Bless the Lord, all his works

in all the places where he rules.

My soul, bless the Lord!

Because of Jeff, I learned about early, off label treatments and was able to find Dr John Littell who gave me the protocol that kept me out of the hospital and away from the doctors at Lee Health - sheeple who were pressuring me to get jabbed and screaming at me that I was killing "children on respirators who are dying"- all lies. I don't think anyone knows the difference between Yashuah and Yahweh. Yahweh is the Father. Yashuah is the Son. Yashuah said "My father is greater than I." In Christianity, they are used interchangeably since that is what Bibles do. So, I guess it doesn't matter much, however, I find it interesting that no one seems to know the difference. And, I never hear "Yahweh" in churches. I'm glad people here know it.

Sir Jeff Morency, Ph.D.'s avatar

When Christians say "LORD", which one are they refering to? Yahweh or Yahshuah? In most cases it doesn't matter and Christian Bibles don't tell us. I use the SCRIPTURES and the BOOK OF YAHWEH. They both distinguish between the Father and the Son. When an uneducated or non-Christian says "LORD", I don't know if he means lord MOLECH, lord VISHNEU, lord INVECTA, etc. Names ARE important. I know a 7 year old who accepted "jesus" into their life and became demon possessed. Pastor Ken Thornberg has a special ministry of casting "jesus" out of people so they don't have to be demon possessed. Jesus is not the Son of God. Yashuah is. And, His name is spelled YAshuah, not YEshuah. "Yashuah" means "Yahweh brings salvation". YEshuah doesn't.

I will say, though, just the name of paul ryan gets my danger alert hackles up. And while I do have questions about the current speaker, I give mighty thanks he's not ryan or pelosi. He doesn't come close to their levels of toxicity and treachery.

I like your term paul ryan lite. I sure hope it ultimately proves undeserved, though. Internecine is deadly, as we've seen in the past. We simply cannot afford it again. We have to find a better way.

Its most likely because we dont have weeks to fight over speaker. The election is to be certified 3 days later on jan 6, and then only 2 weeks til the current admin is out and the new installed. If the election isnt certified because they cant get a speaker elected (thereby stalling all other items) jan 20 could come w no pres/vp to take over, leaving grassley as acting pres til the jam gets unclogged. Its not a perfect solution to keep johnson but it is the most expedient to getting trump into office.

I feel they should have had a more prominent position in the year-end summary. Many are still suffering in the cold as they wait for the new administration to have the true power to help them. If I were in their shoes I would feel forgotten as the Trump story overshadows my suffering. I understand why it has, but we all have the power to keep them front page news no matter the day. God Bless and keep safe those who are freezing in the cold with their children, and fighting to stay hopeful. I pray 2025 returns to them tenfold all that they lost.

My heart still aches to see the devastation, and even moreso, the continuing aftermath. My nephew and his family were living in an RV in Ashe County and barely escaped being washed away in the flooding river that ran through their campground. I am encouraged, also, by the videos of the good things that are happening, and I share them on my feed, as well as the videos showing how desperately even more help is needed. The suggestion of a title change gets floated periodically, but usually falls flat. Although I like your Coffee and Childers moniker, those of us long time readers also see the value in keeping Covid in the picture, as a reminder of why it started and how far we’ve come. And as Jeff said this morning, it’s not unusual to see people wearing a mask, and sadly a large percentage of the population is still falling for the “get vaccinated” messaging, be it for covid or flu shot. Big Harma is still an immensely powerful force, and until we see significant signs of its fall, like no more commercials on TV, the fight is far from over. I’m still praying that RFK will be confirmed, and THEN that battles may truly be won and not just talked about. We have a long road ahead, and remembering what and why we’re fighting is critical.

People still test for Covid, and they think they have it

whenever they catch a cold.

There may be many aware people on Substack,

but just over in Facebookland there is still a large

segment of the population that has not transitioned

to 'Narrative 2.0' yet. We still have a lot of work to do

to bring everyone into Team Reality.

Only half way through and have spit out my coffee three times…Ryan E Coyote, “would have gotten away with it, too,” and the spring lamb? Oh my gosh too darn cute. Thanks for the memories (so far), Jeff, especially the memories of Saturday morning cartoons…when they were actually funny and taught important life lessons 💗. Happy New and Jubilant New Year to One and ALL!

The "springing" lamb, yep. So astute.

I really hope he's not on Ozempic or facsimile though. Trump, X and lil x need him.

In addition to being funny & teaching important lessons, the old ones (Merry Melodies?) included actual cultured, symphonic music!

Yep. They were the best. Old cartoons were so more than just laughs and giggles; they snuck in classical music, like sneaking broccoli into mac and cheese or peas into mashed potatoes, and introduced us to timeless humor, moral lessons, and a sprinkle of social commentary (sans the woke variety). The beloved characters embodied virtues such as honesty and bravery, proving that even animated rabbits could teach us a thing or two about ethics. They provided imaginative worlds that fueled creativity, and the artistic talent behind them inspired future animators. Plus, they were a great excuse for family bonding on lazy Saturday mornings. So, hats off to those animated gems that made us laugh, think, and maybe even dream a little bigger. And hats off to Jeff, for these important reminders! 🐰🎶📚

Agree w/ all, Nard! I loved those old cartoons & they were still playing when my boys were growing so I made sure they were part of their lives as well. I absolutely loathe everything that’s come since!

Right? I bought old videos for my kids to watch when they were growing up (that tells you how old I am!). I think Disney’s Codfish Ball was among their favorites (how far Disney has fallen truly breaks my heart…).

We had all of the old Disney movies too. Fantasia was another wonderful classical music movie to expose kids covertly

Jeff

I believe you deserve to be independent journalist of 2024 (of course also 2020,2021,2022,and 2023)

Your legal expertise helped us all understand so much of what we were fighting against and gave us HOPE. Your wit kept us from taking everything so seriously and also made us LAUGH daily 😂.

Your wisdom was always so powerful. I feel BLESSED to have experienced such insight from your work.

May God Bless you and your family and May God Bless 2025. May we all draw closer to the Lord and feel His presence in our lives.

I live in one of the reddest states but even here most people fell for the COVID scam hook, line and sinker. Even my own dad, who got the first jab but didn’t live to get the second follow-up shot. In 2020-2021 I was part of a homeschool group and we all drove 30 minutes to a small rural church that would allow us to have our co-op day without wearing masks. That group and the C&C blog gave me courage to stand up to the craziness. Sometimes we just need to know that we are not alone. So thank you, Jeff and thank you, C&C family! Praying blessings for you all in 2025!

Thank you for highlighting the dangers of Ozempic. I was one of those who should have known better but got taken in by the PR. The result was a year of pain and I am one of the lucky ones!
