I have stopped reading some of my covid related substacks.. to stay sane. It’s clear what happened and what’s going on, and hard to do much about it. Yet I do want to stay informed. What to do? C&C is a lightning bolt of lightness and humor on a dark and stormy night. Thank you, Jeff! You have me snarfing just about every morning. And today just nails it. Cheers to you.

Amen! Same. Lots of hardworking folks out there, and it's good stuff, but I already KNOW this was all a sham. I used to meticulously catalog all kinds of data points and use them in arguments with sheep friends and family to try to convince them but I am DONE. Cut most of them out of my life, or greatly reduced interactions. But I NEVER miss C&C!!

I made a random comment on a local group earlier this week after a poster noted that she was in HC and cases were rising fast and concern for blah blah blah...I just commented, So, do you trust the tests? For 2+ years EVERYTHING was covid. Oh my gosh, she lit into me with a rant that I thought had died in 2021. All the virtue signaling....'I was on the front lines'....'watched people say goodbye to loved ones on an ipad'....'I have multiple science degrees'....'people like you who deny science are making us unsafe'. In my previous and dumber days I would have tried to take her on, hitting her with studies, links, facts. I just shrugged and kept scrolling.

Sadly I have been super busy the last couple of weeks and have not had much time for the comments but I always prioritize at least reading the C&C blog. I thought the same thing at first! Saying good bye on an iPad?? Whose fault was that? Hers! If she was on the front line and seeing what the hospitals did to people, SHE was the buck. SHE had a chance to stop it or at least speak up instead of being a useless zombie mouthpiece.

Smart people <can> use that intelligence to better at at confirmation bias.

I was a student at Caltech for 1 2/3 years before admitting I'd never make it there and transferring to a state U. But that does qualify me to join a Caltech alumni discussion group on facebook. I'm a loser in real life compared to most of these people. But almost all of them still have faith in organized science in the US and will not take off their blinders. At best, they will ignore the exhortations to take boosters if they know they have gotten COVID. At worst - you can guess. There is one exception besides me, who is considered a kook, of course.

You see I was openminded when I was told back in 2004 about the mercury in vaccines, and started biomed recovery of my older daughter, who had a milder form of autism. I've been skeptical ever since. And I've used my classes in probably and statistics, (in which I earned "C"s, thanks to untreated depression) as well as learning on the fly about ways to torture studies to provide desired outcomes, to see behind the curtain.

Book smarts is just one area of life and income level is just a way shallow people keep score. Skepticism is a gift, as is common sense. Being able to help your daughter is a gift. Look at a guy like Oliver Anthony, who went from an obscure guy with a substance abuse problem to a household name all because he gave it all to the Lord and trusted in Him, yet has turned down big contracts as he just wants to be his own person. They’re nostalgic for lockdowns because they lacked the courage and the maturity to set appropriate boundaries. So they were grateful the government made an excuse for them. But they completely disregard all of the damage and harm it did to so many people in society. Oh but as long as THEY enjoyed it and felt relieved to be able to slow down the pace of life, as long as THEY still got paid, to hell with everyone else who suffered. Just subbed

Great writing CM.

I am a 3rd gen San Franciscan.

Left in 1980 though. The long cycle of SF life was behind me and my family.

Marin was the next stop and eventually Sonoma county.

I left the Bay in 2014 for good. Started to feel suffocated and wanted to live in the SW.

Kids grown and on my own.

Life was a bit tough starting in March 2020 within my big family during that whole fiasco. I seemed to be the only one with β€œcommon sense” and able to stick to my guns. Nothing is going in my arm.

I did too much research early on..... way too much so that was a big NO.

Luckily Arizona had many pockets of sanity. Any many in my community didn’t buy it.

They turned off CNN’s ticker tape of death! Broadcast for months on end.

Now my fiancΓ© and I travel full time in an RV

Traveling the west.

Oh the places we’ve been.... and the folks we’ve met.

Good news.... we’re not all divided and hate each other.

Met almost a thousand people out there.

Most are wonderful.

Two or three have been challenging.

But it has restored my faith that the entire country is not divided.

Now I’m back in the north bay for a month and well..... the masks are back on slowly but surely.

Sad to see a mom and two young kids masked up outside walking the dogs. Along with many others.

On a perfect sunny Sonoma county day.

Oh well.....

Visiting a family member who has blood clots in one leg and a very rare and unexpected cancer that just popped up.

Sadly Any information I shared with family back in 2020 seemed to fall on deaf or angry ears.

And so, here we are

We’re all talking now but it was a dark period.

Even lost contact with one of my daughters for too long. But even that has come back around and slowly mending that.

Excited to follow your Substack πŸ₯³

I too have so so many great memories from my childhood in SF. But during the 60’s and 70’s.

Anyway.....Cheers to you across the miles ~

That is a sign to many of us Catholics that war will break out soon in Europe. The world is on a precipice. Foretold by 4 little girls, in Garabandal Spain, receiving visions from the Virgin Mary, back in the early 1960’s.

β€œThis prophecy has been on the watchlist of those who have been following prophecies made during the apparitions of the Blessed Mother to four girls (now in their senior years, except one who passed away as a "victim soul") in Garabandal, Spain from 1961-1965.

Fortunately, omicron came along, vaccine effectiveness went from little to nil, nudging at home continued, and there have been no more boosters or vaccines in our house. Fingers crossed. Fortunately, no harmful effects have appeared. As the medical questions develop better research, I keep passing along the studies as they appear.

I have never heard of this band much less the song! Minute around 2m mark especially true these days. "The enemy is in your heart, self respect robbed by self pity. Left to cross the country are the people with their dreams dead in their hearts."

TBH I have seen this in quite a few people throughout my life. I think to a certain extent most people have various amounts of time lost to self pity, but it seems a popular disposition these days. One of my sisters let self pity rob her of happiness. There was no talking her out of it. Now I see our young doing it en masse. You won't have your whole life ahead of you if you dwell in the past.

They were out of the Kansas City area, got national airplay for a couple of albums and then got screwed over by their record company, grunge hit, and they broke up for several years. Reformed in the 90's and recorded a couple more albums. Lead singer died in 2018, but they have a new guy who is a ringer for Van McClain. They have day jobs/businesses, but still play regional festivals and such and sell out every time they play in KC.

But yes, the message - stand up on your feet - your life is short as hell.....this could be your last chance to believe in yourself. As a young adult I loved this song just as a reminder to not take crap from people. But self pity/victimhood seems to be the new badge of honor these days. Sad shape our country is in!

I was denied entry into a music event because of no shot card. It was very trendy to get the shot so some just wanted to fit in. They created an β€œus” and β€œthem” club. I experienced the side of resisting based on lack of scientific evidence and that my spiritual convictions said not to do it.

Private industry and public law enforcement worked together to make it impossible to participate in society without it... for a while.

Waiting it out was difficult.

Many were forced by employers or they lost their jobs, knowing it would be difficult to find work because entire industries were forcing it. People without liquid savings to support a family were in a difficult position to choose.

Just the peer pressure was extreme, even from kids getting pressured at school and adding pressure to parents. I believe it was evil.

People made foolish choices and I don't condemn them for that. But no one was forced to take the vaccine. People chose to take it either out of fear or to maintain a standard of living (money, entertainment, travel, social status). Plenty of people refused to take it and paid a price for that.

We certainly can and should condemn those who tried to coerce other to take it. But bottom line, everyone who did take it chose to do so.

Non-declared conflicts of interest are a bad faith exchange. We all despise the captured FDA and their pharma revolving door, this guy pimping his own shirt is no different. The only difference is scale, this guy maybe makes a few thousand a year instead of pharma's millions.

It's no different with youtubers pimping products or self-declared "experts" selling supplements. I'm at the point where I assume anyone making money of their activism (even if I agree with the message) is doing so in bad faith. Corruption is corruption, regardless of the scale.

Jeff, I attended Novak Djokovic's very first singles match in the U.S. in 2 years on August 16th at the Cincinnati Western & Southern Open. I sat in the 4th row up and wore a T-shirt saying "NOVAX DJOKOVIC IS HIS OWN MAN." I also had an identical shirt made to give to Novak. When the match ended early, Novak graciously went around the court signing autographs for the kids on their giant tennis balls, and a group of Serbian fans waving the Serbian flag. Novak came over to me last. Before I could give him the shirt, he started signing it. As he did so I said, "Novak, thank you for standing up to the Covid vaccine tyranny." He smiled and nodded as I spoke. Then Novak did something that I saw him do with no one else. He switched his autograph pen from his right hand to his left hand. Then Novak extended his right hand to me, as if to say "thank you" to me for supporting him. It was a moment that I'll NEVER forget.

I then went around inside the stadium, outside the stadium, and through the food court area for the next half hour holding up the shirt and saying, "You see. Novak Djokovic likes my shirt. He signed it. They made him sit for 2 years because of that stupid jab. But Novak would rather fight for freedom than chase after trophies." At the end of the half-hour I had collected about 4 or 5 Security people who asked me to leave the tennis complex because I was causing a disturbance. I politely left. After all, my mission was accomplished. I got to tell Novak that I was ashamed of the way my country has treated him.

By the way, Novak went on to win the Cincinnati tournament in a thrilling 3-set match with #1 Carlos Alcaraz, to propel Novak back towards being #1 in the world again! I hope that Novak wins the U.S. Open, but it doesn't really matter, because Novak is a "winner in life" off the court. He made a stand against the tyranny and set a great example for us all!

I and my sister who went with me were disgusted by the way that the crowd and tennis tournament officials were trying to "gaslight" Novak into believing that everything was "normal" with absolutely no need for an apology from them for the way that they had treated Novak.

β€œ5 When he opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, β€œCome!” And I looked, and behold, a black horse! And its rider had a pair of scales in his hand. 6 And I heard what seemed to be a voice in the midst of the four living creatures, saying, β€œA quart[a] of wheat for a denarius,[b] and three quarts of barley for a denarius, and do not harm the oil and wine!”

7 When he opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, β€œCome!” 8 And I looked, and behold, a pale horse! And its rider's name was Death, and Hades followed him. And they were given authority over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword and with famine and with pestilence and by wild beasts of the earth.”

The judgements in the 7th seal are God's wrath. Regardless of one's opinion on the various timelines one can find for these events, I am convinced that the judgements in the 7th seal are not for God's faithful remnant. Either we won't be here, or we'll be protected. If I meet an end while the first 6 seals are being opened, I go to glory.

You can see the infrastructure and precursor events converging for global war, famine, and pestilence. Hyperinflation is already "baked into the cake" with the end of the petrodollar and the mismanagement of various bread-basket regions globally.

As for the timing of these things, no one knows the day or the hour. It sure looks like the season is approaching, and I will not yet take any public position.

In the meantime, we must be about the Lord's work.

So flu has disappeared, replaced by one single thing called covid. There are variants, but not flu natural and common. But even more, we now name these variants like we do hurricanes and make them a very personalized threat. We, in fact, have made the threat of death 'close, up front and personal'. It's all so clever ... and designed to terrorize us into compliance. Strike a dagger into the center of our emotional heartland and then watch 'em line up for the Jab of Death. Spot on and well-said, and here are some additional details likely to be of interest to those unaware.

* 2009 scam included a fully-funded FDA program to force-vaccinate every man, woman, and child in US with a shot that would have permanently sterilized them (expect only a few percent of shots would have had required toxin, squalene, in order to enable plausible deniability):

___* See 1:05:12-1:09:50 of https://rumble.com/v2jbo0g-top-whistleblower-dr.-rima-laibow-warns-globalists-preparing-new-bio.html

___* Head of HHS was within her authority in doing this, because Congress had passed unconstitutional laws giving head of HHS this authority.

___* This crime against humanity was stopped by a letter-writing campaign that generated 3.5M letters to key govt officials in 11 days.

___* Such crimes are being enabled because public officials, including members of Congress, continue to violate their oaths of office with impunity, simply because:

______* SCOTUS refuses to formally rule that oath violations by public officials must be punished in accordance with penalties imposed by the US Constitution

______* To remedy this dire situation will require β€œwe, the people” to pressure SCOTUS into ruling that public officials are legally accountable for violating their oaths of office (so please do you part by visiting https://loybrunson.com/ and taking the few minutes and $2 it takes to send a letter to SCOTUS – then ask others to do the same)

* Virus variant scares are bogus at the most fundamental level:

___* Specific antibodies are only a minor player in human immune system, and those generated by mRNA shots never get to the airways where they must be to prevent infection

___* All mRNA shots, not just the covid ones, are unsafe because they cause the body to attack itself

___* Clear, expert explanations of the above in layperson terms can be found here (00:45-22:00+ of https://rumble.com/v1p3855-friday-roundtable-worrying-developments-with-michael-palmer-m.d.-sucharit-b.html)

The edit is really addition:

If one manages to Escape the Box by expanding one's education back to the Land of Reclaimed History, then the world-scape looks entirely at odds with most prevailing notions, presuppositions and generalized assumptions.

When I was I child, my mother took me to the Central Park Zoo. It was the first time at which I saw animals in cages. I remember seeing polar bears monotonously swaying their heads back and forth. And I was particularly captivated by the performing seal act ... seals whose reward what always a fish. Now as an old man, I ask myself. Is the bulk of humanity all that much different? Do the vast herds of humanity see anything more than the defining bars created for them? Is the world no more than one giant Central Park Zoo? The answer to all of this, of course, is vastly more complex than the questions. And all change, it goes without saying, begins at the periphery.

But the sense of the above leads me to believe that we shall all walk much further through a living hell before a better light is shed upon us. And even then, it's going to be a mixed bag ... as it always seems to be so.

Lots of nice people, but rather clueless and easily manipulated. The higher on goes in the Party, the more demonic things get with totally duplicitous people. The real high people know the score and they know that they are selling out the cattle. Really long ago sold out.

I remember when Lois Lerner and the IRS went after Tea Parties. And the Tea Parties buckled with boxes of paper work all because they stupidly had filed for 501c3 status. They did not understand that they as the Tea Party had a right to an Assembly of the People in any combination of numbers free and clear of the government. They did not understand that registering with the government is in itself a transfer of sovereignty away from themselves and tantamount to vassalage to a greater sovereign. At that point I realized that such do not deserved Liberty for reason of ignorance. Or as Biblical Scripture says, "My people perish for a lack of knowledge."

And so, all I can say is do what you can ... and never give up. And never comply.

Climate Change and global warming, yes that's amazing the changes we're witnessing in our lifetime, but it's really been steadily occurring for 6000 years with some variations since the end of the last ICE AGE and certainly we wouldn't want HUMANS to intervene and disrupt a NATURAL Process at work, sure we can try to quantify and limit the small percentage of Human-originated acceleration in certain areas of the world of this change but that's where we should draw the line, right? Warsaw was nothing but rubble after the war. Water, gas, and sewage infrastructure all needed to be rebuilt. Rotterdam was heavily bombed until it capitulated to the Nazis. Dresden city center was destroyed with incendiary bombs.

I was in Berlin several years ago, and there were still bullet hole pockmarks on the side of buildings in what was the former East Berlin. UK still had rationing of goods til at least 1953.

America was blessed with post-war prosperity. Returning GIs were able to purchase homes and go to college with GI Bill benefits.

But...we need to fight and be vigilant against the globalists destroying America.

Yes. I've heard the logic stated as, "their kids ignore the law, if they see adults not wearing helmets too".

I believe its a law Canada wide for the under 18.

From St Albert's web page - "It is the law in Alberta to wear a bike helmet for those under the age of 18. In addition, in St. Albert everyone 18 years of age and older must also wear a helmet when cycling." And they proudly ticket.

Worst I've heard, is in Oz, that they ticket for driving with your arm hanging out the window.

I'm surprised they even allow motorcycles there.

I would be going through all the protocols that have been developed and combining them. McCullough's protocol is a good start. Nothing too controversial in it they can use to attack the good doctor but it's not comprehensive enough. The fact that he says anyone vaxxed should be on it for A YEAR tells you a lot. There are so many ingredients (poisons) in the shot to attack the body. It's not just spike protein.

Dr. Ana Mihalcea has done a lot of work developing protocols for restoring the health of the blood. She has prolly done more than anyone documenting exactly what is happening to the blood of the vaxxed. Her substack is shocking. She has got to have a big X on her backside.

One of the first things I would do is IV EDTA but you need a practitioner for that. In addition to McCollough's protocol, I would add NAC, apple pectin, IV vitamin C and hydrosol silver. You simply can't get enough vit C orally. A lot of clinics can easily supply the IV C. Apple pectin was successfully used by the Russians to treat radiation poisoning. NAC is one of the few ways to encourage the body to produce more glutathione, a powerful antioxidant made by the body. Just make sure to take NAC separate from any zinc supplement. Hydrosol (colloidal) silver is recommended by Dr. Mihalcea (reference her substack) along with IV EDTA.

A lot of very smart people fell for the Gov'ts psyops. If anything, high IQ people seem to be less skeptical than the regular Joe. It's a hard way to learn.

I was floored because I had given up nearly 2 years ago warning her about the dangers after she and my dad got boosters (my dad was dead within 6 months of it). So I used that as an opportunity to reiterate that they've hurt a lot of people and please don't get any more of them (she hadn't after first booster so maybe my earlier pleading worked after all). In a way I'm sad she finally had to realize this as I know she encouraged my older brother to get it. And every other member of her family has gotten it other than me, my husband and granddaughter.
