Only in the past year and a half have I (or in this last case my son) had to fill out a separate cardiac health & history questionnaire for a pediatric appointments. I actually took a picture of the questionnaire, I guess for the sake of proof the medical establishment is tracking this particular health problem, when my son was filling out his part of the paperwork. I have taken our children for their annual well-child check-up every year since birth and it's only since school children have tragically started falling down on the field/court that the medical industry started their CYA by making it seem like it's a routine thing.
