The United States Constitution grants no power to the federal government over health issues. If Trump and Kennedy read and understood the Constitution they would act to completely eliminate the entire Health and Human Services Department along with its numerous sub agencies. The individual states and people can manage health issues if they so desire.

The Founders wanted the Federal Government to be weak for many reasons, one of which is the understanding that centralized government prevents people from working out their problems together.

Moving back to Federalism is necessary, but will be painful: especially for those tied to DC.

This is precisely the only playbook that makes sense. Trump likely cannot win without RFK, given Democrat vote harvesting.

RFK must do a "deal" with Trump: RFK has absolute authority over CDC, NIH, FDA public health policy, and significant influence over agriculture policy. In exchange for that, he aggressively endorses Trump, for the only path to victory for Trump is a 5% swing in the vote.

Potential salvation is at hand, but will they take it? Will they embrace history? It is certainly a test to see if their rhetoric has any basis in Realpolitik, or whether it's simply hot air and hopium.

This has caused chaos, leading to wars, revolts, economic ruin, widespread suffering and also 4 years of mass migration to our shores and Open Southern Border as a result. "We're hoping America can survive until I can once again be properly and Peacefully inaugurated in January so that we can start fixing this horrible mess they've created for us. There's nothing inherently wrong with legal immigration, IF it's reasonably limited in numbers, with sufficient time for and encouragement of assimilation, is directed at people who love our original form of government and want to preserve it, and isn't added on top of tens of millions of illegal immigrants who generally don't fit the above description. As we did about 100 years ago, we need to pause on trying to get as many immigrants as we can, and instead focus on getting rid of those here illegally,

assimilating those already here legally, equipping Americans to take the jobs that we supposedly need more immigrants for, and encouraging Americans to have babies.

After neither took him up on the quid pro quo, he had squandered his political capital.

The more time RFK Jr allows to pass, the less his endorsement will matter. If he stays in the race now, after his loss of popular support (down from a purported high of 14% to 8%), indecision, and fruitless bargaining for power, he will have sealed his reputation as a power-hungry spoiler. I know this is not the same, but there is this at the bottom of the article.

"Kennedy told the Washington Post that he has not had any contact with the Democratic Party since launching his campaign other than through litigation.

I appreciate your reasoning, Michael. Relatedly, I believe that he'd be happy no matter who he could persuade to give him a high profile cabinet position. After all, it's not unusual for bitter political enemies to ‘bury the hatchet’ for their mutual benefit.

A lot harder in these circumstances. As you demonstrate most people don’t know these things so they can use the politics of the AMIB in the media to make it look like Kory is corrupt even though it’s them that are corrupt.

A lot of the doctors hurt by Covid who had the courage to stand up but aren’t practicing at the moment may want to in the future, so just because they aren’t now doesn’t mean they never will.

That’s kind of unfair and arrogant. For understandable reasons, I, without a job, still wasn’t in a position to hear what I needed to hear to run in the opposite direction. Yet anyone reading the surface of my life would say I had no excuse if I had all that extra time on my hands. They wouldn’t know of what was going on in my life to prevent me having any time to research, or even hear any side of the issues. I wish I would have. I got the first round in 2021 and then a couple months later was able to hear what I needed to to make a more informed decision, and I became anti-vax. And I’ve been running away from them ever since. Just because I didn’t figure it out as fast as you did doesn’t mean I was inept or complicit. And yeah, a man in the position of a president in charge of world affairs and running a country has a hell of a lot more on his plate every day than someone like little ol’ unemployed me does. He has to rely on his administration and the experts around him like many of us had to. I do believe he eventually saw what people like me did about the same time I did, and I don’t believe he would have done anything to interfere with our freedom to refuse. Or created the environment the Biden administration did. Urging people to get the vaccine is NOT the same thing as villainizing the unvaccinated or mandating it. It’s simply a position taken based on what he knew at the time. I think he is judged too harshly for events that happened after he was out of power, and people use his actions before that as a way to crystal ball him. Very unfair. You can’t know what he would have done once he became aware. Everything is speculation at this point.

Juju and Jeff C ... Thank you for your comments. I agree with both of your assessments. We've got to remember Congress was after Trump the whole 4 years! I'm not saying he should not have known something and I think he will eventually face that the warped speech shots weren't what he thought they were! These vaccines are already years before Trump even came into presidency!

And before I get any negative responses, please realize I am one that is suffering physically, on a minute by minute basis and being gaslighted by many doctors! My body is getting weaker cuz of my reaction to these poison shots! That I took not wanting them but wanting to see my granddaughter! And there's a lot of people in my situation that knew it was bad. But in our flesh we wanted our own way to see our grandchildren! My bad. I'm really learning to depend on God and his strength and his Mercy! If it were not for God, I would not have been here today. I've already been through my Trump stage. It's his fault. He should have known etc stage. But look what he's been under! If there's any doubt they're still denying that he was almost assassinated, so, give Trump a little break, kind of what would Jesus do with Trump? I don't know. I'm not God. Praise God!

But between Trump's juvenile language when he deals with other people and all the LIES being spread from the leftist.... He won't have a chance if Trump's supporters, do not rally behind him! He is so not our SAVIOR BUT HE IS BETTER THAN CACKLES AND TAMPON TIM!

I found much comfort in the scriptures

"16 When I tried to understand all this,I found it too hard for me —17 until I went into the sanctuaries of God....25Whom do I have in heaven but you?

And with you, I lack nothing on earth.

26 My mind and body may fail; but God is the Rock for my mind and my portion forever.......28 But for me, the nearness of God is my good; I have made Adonai Elohim my refuge,so that I can tell of all Your works."

And yet, I still cannot fathom why people believe the things they do, it all not making a lick of sense. I'll given an example.

The USD 'unit of account' is fictional fantasy money which does not in reality exist ... and is enslavement fake money. Some people, the same who know that the USD is fake have no problem 'believing' in crypto currencies (like Bitcoin) which also is fantasy money and disappears the minute the power grid is shut off. How does anyone square this with real money mined out of the ground and can be held in one's hand ... and does not vanish the second the power is turned off? And is not enslavement money provided the purity of coin is maintained?

I would be flabbergasted if Trump didn't know. And again, if he didn't, shame on him. I figured it out. He went out and told millions of people how wonderful it was, and again, an afternoon of research was all it took to discover how abysmal the trac record was of mRNA tech. If I was going to push an experimental medical procedure on millions of people (ostensibly billions) I would have done my homework, and he either didn't or he was complicit. I simply cannot believe he didn't have many credentialed people telling him about the dangers.

When people say "Biden didn't mandate it" it makes me want to say "Are you a slave?" (no offense - I just don't get it) - if it were Biden who rolled out operation warp speed would you give him a pass and say "he didn't know" or "he was lied to?" I doubt it.

And to your last point- He now is aware and still I have not heard him utter one word about the poison. It is imperative we STOP making excuses for people in charge. If they knew - it is criminal. If they didn't - then they shouldn't be trusted to be able to navigate the complexities of such a high office.

Very unlikely it will happen until after the election if ever.

Trump uses systems that have been very successful for him his entire life. One thing he never does is admit he made a mistake and/or apologize. He does this because when faced with bad-faith adversaries, he knows it will be used as a cudgel against him. He knows the response won't be "apology accepted" but it will be portrayed as admission of guilt and weakness. He won't give his enemies that ammunition, and there's an awful lot of justification for not doing so.

I'd like to see him say it to, but Trump just doesn't do it. People view it as stubborn arrogance (and I'm not saying it isn't at least in part) but it's really more of a behavioral system he's developed over decades. And it has certainly worked based on his accomplishments.

Jeff C's avatar

Trump understand the friend-enemy distinction, that is you don't treat people acting in bad faith the same way you treat people acting in good faith. You don't apologize to people demanding one so they can use it against you, whereas you do apologize to people that you love that you hurt. I'm sure Trump apologizes to Melania and his kids when he makes a mistake.

Far too many people don't get this and think they are required to treat everyone equally. It's why people allow themselves to be taken on guilt trips by people obviously acting in bad faith (controlling family members in particular). It's a choice. When someone is acting in good faith guilt is a powerful tool of the Holy Spirit to correct one's errant actions (friend). When acting in bad faith, guilt is a manipulative psychological ploy to change one's behavior to their advantage (enemy). This difference is stark and once I saw it I could not unsee it.

Not only does it lead to healthy boundaries, but it's also entirely biblical.

Edit: for a biblical example of this compare how Jesus treated repentant sinners who came to Him versus how He treated the hypocritical Pharisees (the ultimate bad faith actors).

I'm not disagreeing with you, Beckadee, but off the top of my head, dogs are more prone to be infested with worms and parasites because they eat feces, always walk barefoot, roll in manure if any is available, drink from puddles and other unsanitary water sources, and possibly eat small game that could be affected, if they're lucky enough to be rural dogs. Heartworm is transmitted by mosquitoes, and dogs are generally more likely to be bitten than humans, who may use repellent or wear long sleeves/pants, and be indoors more (not that humans are susceptible to heartworm).

What would be cool is if in the distant future after we win and our country starts healing, if Musk returned the name to Twitter - after the filth attached to the name falls away. The name separate from the censorship is a cute, fun, community name and why so many want it to remain named as such. But the name is still soiled by the corruption. Maybe X was an interim name to cancel the cancellers. Draw a big red X over them. And Twitter was one of the cancellers. But maybe there can be a way to start to inject the decency of Musk’s vision into that Twitter name in a way that it would begin to represent all of us as opposed to what it did. Only then could it be used fully again.

But alas so many are now used to “X” I’m not sure it would be possible.

In mathematics, "X" is the symbol for the unknown. Consider that as a possible reason for Elon's choice of name for his platform.

If he was meaning to imply that the Twitter platform should be a freedom of speech venue where all voices are heard without censorship and therefore the “narratives” are unknown, then that would be something. Or like “it’s unknown where this will lead to, but all voices will be leading it, not just one”.

Although I’m pretty sure you’re interpreting it more nefariously.

People need to check out RFK's organization for the corruption and issues that he has been fighting against for years. See: https://childrenshealthdefense.org/ Also check out the "totally unbiased" wikipedia post on the organization which begins with: "Children's Health Defense (CHD) is an American 501(c)(3) nonprofit activist group mainly known for anti-vaccine disinformation, and which has been called one of the main sources of misinformation on vaccines."

RFKjr has been at the forefront of fighting against the corruption of the FDA, CDC, NIH, and the despicable Fauci & Collins, and their buddy buddy relationship with Big Pharma.

There are many, many issues that I disagree with RFK on. After all, he is a democrat. But on the issues of vaccines, corruptions and poisoning chemicals in our food and water and environment, he is absolutely a warrior on our side. And his democrat family has essentially disowned him. The ELEPHANT is still seated in the room. Nothing adds up in the assassination attempt but just like 6000 votes for Trump in a tiny county in Michigan appearing as 6000 votes for Biden, just as 6 swing states shut down vote counting in the early morning hours, simultaneously, just as vans and suitcases of ballots arrive when vote counting has been shut down, caught on video, and dozens of illegalities occur in November of 2020, we are supposed to not see what we saw. We are supposed to accept it by being bullied into silence. Trump was going to overwhelm algorithms again in 2020, and they had to sloppily overturn that while the lying media and our own justice system abandoned the voters.

This was an assassination attempt that failed, and now sloppily they are trying to cover this up as well. And the lying media is coercive again.

"This is what the Lord of Armies, the God of Israel, says to all the exiles I deported from Jerusalem to Babylon: 5 “Build houses and live in them. Plant gardens and eat their produce. 6 Find wives for yourselves, and have sons and daughters. Find wives for your sons and give your daughters to men in marriage so that they may bear sons and daughters. Multiply there; do not decrease. 7 Pursue the well-being[b] of the city I have deported you to. Pray to the Lord on its behalf, for when it thrives, you will thrive.”"

So, we have decided that we need to work to strengthen God's ppl and pursue the well-being of the place he has sent us, which is here. The Chinese are not going to get in his way.

What’s sad is some people use this as the perfect reason to never talk politics anymore. But that just locks us all in our own echo chambers. No one gets better or wiser. There’s no iron sharpening iron. No one gets new information they need to sharpen their views. It’s so sad that our country failed to teach true, respectful, debating skills in our schools and colleges, and that our governments failed to model what it should look like. When we can’t discuss what we disagree on, we stay divided and ignorant. That’s exactly where the government wanted us to be. It took them 40 years to force us here.

I watched. The creepiness factor got to be too much for me after about 30 min. The majority of the crowd really looked like people that would want to kill babies, mutilate children, want the government to “guarantee” an income / benefits and cheat on things, like say, voting. (I say that primarily because they were cheering for those “rights” other than the cheating)I don’t generally judge books by their covers, but the type of crowd there vs. what I saw at the RNC was quite different. Makes me quite concerned, especially seeing HOW MANY were crammed in there cheering for these rotten policies.

I’d rather be here than anywhere else at the moment. Not because I think Americans are elite in any way, but because there is a national consensus that freedom is your RIGHT and no elected official has the authority to say otherwise! The deeply rooted belief that liberty and justice FOR ALL has been tainted by woke, liberal anti-feminism and pseudo racism. I’m not proud of everything America is doing now, or has done throughout history, but I am proud of the foundations upon which it was founded. I believe there are enough people who still grasp such things as our constitution defines and will fight for it fervently. Until God opens the sky and appears for all to see, I’m happy to be in the USA 🦅

He has 3 pensions coming when he retires so we should be ok financially unless crap hits the fan due to government and all that, CBDCs, social credit and digital IDs.
