Pandemic anniversary recap: media turns on experts, new book hints at COVID accountability, USAID gutted, kiddie loan scandal deepens, record-young Alzheimer’s case, and Utah bans fluoride; more.
I feel like my “birthday” began five years ago, when this world lost it collective mind. It’s when my journey for the truth began. And my faith in Christ was reawakened.
As hard as it’s been to realize that almost all of what I once believed was a lie, I thank God for it every day.
BC took on a whole new meaning. I’ll never forget where I was when I found out about the space shuttle erupting into flames. And I will never forget where I was when I learned the world had gone mad and completely shut down.
Mine I don't remember, but it was 2007. I read 12 of the 352 pages of (Probably the ONI's) "What Really Happened on 9/11). Took 6 full months to digest the reality of massive lies we had been told. Then read the rest, and have been diving down the rabbit hole every day since. And boy , was it lonely. Over a decade before I no longer had fingers left on my hand to count people I knew who were awake.
I remember researching 9/11, but I couldn’t believe that our government would harm its own citizens. I guess I was just naive. Now when I hear of some tragedy my go to is the US government. We need to clean it out and salt the earth.
That's why I walked away from it and took 6 months to process all the implications. I was one of the schmucks that bought into the lie for so long, flag bumper sticker et al. Fooled for 6 years. As I said, back then, there were few people you could talk to, very few
Have you checked out Richard Gage’s investigative work on 9/11? He is an architect and worked with other architects and physicists for over 18 years. Richardgage911.org
It is very factual and I believe his presentation is available on the Old State Saloon (Eagle, ID) Rumble channel. I listened to him in person and his presentation was well researched. I believe it will be edifying to you. Worth the time. Well wishes to you.
Happy Birthday Jeff!! Sorry you have to share your day with such a crummy Day in History. But on the bright side, the C&C family of dissidents would never have been formed without it.
In the words of Joseph, "what you intended for harm, G-d intended for good." Or, as Mordecai says to Esther, "...Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”
Oh Lord help us giving us the wisdom to learn how to count our days on this planet and to do what is right in your sight to please you all days and every day, in Jesus’s name.
“And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us, And establish the work of our hands for us; Yes, establish the work of our hands.”
Jeff, I just watched a documentary that had studies showing that Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers are helping people with (among many things!) Alzheimers. Maybe your aunt can check ot out.
Also, Fluoride is a known disruptor of iodide, a necessary mineral for a healthy thyroid. I can't imagine WHY so many people have thyroid issues. 🤔🙄
I just started Dr. Brownstein's Iodine Protocol for hypothroidism and hyperthyroidism. He blames the halogens fluoride and bromide for all of the thyroid problems we are having. He was cancelled during Covid which makes me like him even more.
Are you working directly with dr Brownstein, or another doctor who uses his protocol? I ask because in lieu of being able to find such a doctor in my area, I decided to wing it on my own and start taking iodine and ended up with arrhythmia which stopped when I was advised by my chiropractor that too much iodine can cause it and I stopped. Dr Brownstein in his book advises treatment should be done under the supervision of a qualified doctor.
I just eat seaweed a few times a week. It’s cheap and seems to be working pretty well. I try to follow Dr. Terry Wahls diet. She cured her own MS with diet and a few supplements.
I started on my own but then found an iodine literate doctor in my area. You can Google Iodine literate doctors and you are given a list of them to choose from in each state.
I don’t think iodine did that to you since the body excretes excess iodine. You may have been detoxing from fluoride and bromide. Good luck to you!
Breastcancerchoices.org has an entire section on iodine and how to deal with the detoxing of the halogens. There is also a book recommended on that page, that is excellent.
You got that right. I'm now 69, and in 2023 when I was 67, about this exact time of year, I started noticing an accelerated heart rate. Now, I have been and am a very healthy man. I have always watched what I eat, drink, I exercise regularly (well, walking 30-60 minutes a day), and have been blessed with good health all my life. Till 2023. Growing up in the 60s and 70s, every dentist visit ALWAYS included a fluoride treatment. Then, two years ago I was finally diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, something I wouldn't wish on anyone. Ultimately, thanks to a very good doctor here in north Texas, I was treated with a radioactive pill specially designed to treat my level of hyperthyroidism. My doctor said I had one of the three highest rates of the disease he had ever seen in his 25 years experience. So, anyway, once the pill took full effect, and I had been told the result would be having a permanent hypo-thyroid condition, it was wasn't till last April I got back on a regular pattern of life. Bottom line, I really have to wonder how much those fluoride treatments caused this.
Dr.Tennant, in Irving TX, holistically cured my hyperthyroidism. In his book, "Healing is Voltage", he lists 7 pages, single spaced, of symptoms of thyroid problems on one side, opposite side fluoride poisoning symptoms. Every one is identical
I did first try a holistic that my pastor uses and recommended but, unfortunately, none of his remedies worked, and I think it was because my case was so extreme. Normal thyroid runs about 15-24, mine was at 88+.
The original. Exactly what I wrote. An absolute masterpiece, and I don't pretend to understand all of it. I bought the eye one first by mistake (still a great read, with some of the same information, and he is an Ophthalmologist by trade). We also bought his $80 cancer atlas, which is amazing, and relevant when my wife had breast cancer. We have both seen him. I got him to sign the cancer and original book.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers are said to be quite helpful. I tried it once but had trouble being enclosed in the plastic coffin thing. The technician told me not to come back without a bottle of Xanax. I’m laughing now but it wasn’t funny then!
I don't know enough about it yet, but I *think* chlorine dioxide (also known as MMS) and methylene blue are also therapies that are "oxygen therapies." There is more info coming out about various oxygen therapies all the time, and it all looks very promising! Check out A Midwestern Doctor's substack, he has tons of excellent, helpful, and very interesting information about cutting-edge "alternative" (i.e. sensible, non-poisonous, reasonably-priced) medicine.
A healthy functioning thyroid is essential for hormone regulation, metabolic functioning, so many things! I'd say it's probably one of the most important things to overall health and longevity! And diagnostic labs for thyroid only show when you are in full-blown disease. Many levels of impaired function won't show on the tests, yet manifest physically and make you sick.
I dove into hyperbaric oxygen chambers about 15 years ago because of my daughter’s special needs since birth possibly. Anyway. It was amazing but I couldn’t find anyone or any doctor that had even heard of it. Plus it was so incredibly expensive we couldn’t possibly afford to pursue trying it. The ones I talked to about it just looked at me with blank stares. So to hear about it all over the place NOW…I’m stunned! Maybe I wasn’t so out in left field. I was way ahead of the times!
Have a merry and blessed birthday Jeff, may The Lord keep blessing you more and more! Read psalms 90. A psalm of Moises that teaches us how to measure our days.
HaPpY BiRtHdAy Jeff! I hope this is the best year ever! You do so much for so many people and I know I appreciate you more than you ever know! Have a wonderful and blessed day and year!
Typing a quick message before the comments get too out of control 😁
Happy Birthday Jeff!! I hope you have a blessed and all around fantastic day!! I am so grateful that God put you on this earth, you’ve been a light in the darkness especially during that very dark time of the first couple of Covid years, when it was really hard to see if there was any light at all at the end of that particular tunnel. Thank you for starting Coffee and Covid and thank you for always being a voice of reason and optimism with a good dose of sarcastic humor (and also alliteration and creative similes! 😁).
I'm gonna say "DITTO" here, and LOL to the "jumping in before the comments" comment! Double-ditto (dittos?) on your C&C birthday sentiments. You put it so well, I'm going to sit at your table here at the birthday party and raise my glass of liberal tears to you both!! Thanking the good Lord above for Jeff Childers, the C&C Choir, and also for Dr Bryan Ardis, who opened my eyes to the tyranny of our medical "profession" and helped me to say NO to the Jabs, masks, and all things C-19. THANK YOU, ALL!! 💖🙏🏼😇🎂🔥⚡🏆
This is going to sound ridiculous. I turned 24 that day. My cousin had her first child that day, then 22 years later another cousin had her first child that day. I am my mom's first child.
I have friends whose anniversary was 9/11 and they were in DC celebrating when it happened. Both being in the medical field, they found a way to help after the plane hit the Pentagon. I say WAS because the husband later left his wife for a man.
That wasn’t a plane that hit the Pentagon it was a missile attack by our government. It was a direct hit on the department that was investigating the money 2.3 trillion that Rumsfield said was missing on 9/10
I always enjoyed how the entire 'plane' vaporized on landing leaving zero debris. you know, like they do. and as ever, all the surveillance cameras were mysteriously non operational.
Anthony, many serious Bible PhDs believe that Jesus birthday was actually on September 11 of 3 BC (rendered -2 in computer software). So, you’re in GREAT company! The Devil always tries to subvert everything good and holy…
Happy birthday Jeff! I can totally relate to it being bittersweet. I celebrated my 40th in Vegas in early march 2020. Had a great time and partied with all of my friends. Little did I know that I wouldn’t see most of those friends again. Almost all of them fell for the propaganda and our friendships fell apart of vaccines and masks. It’s nice to be vindicated finally but nothing is the same as before.
My son turned 21 March 10, 2020. He never fell for the scamdemic and was a beacon of strength for those of his age group who were wavering. He's still healthy, alive and unvaxxed today, his 26th birthday. 🥰
Happy birthday to your son! Mine was 18 at the time and didn't fall for it on day one either. Once I guided him on getting a religious exemption for the shot, on his own, he got a religious exemption for being tested twice a week.
Yes so much has changed for me too. It’s been a rough five years. Definitely shifts in friendships and family relations and loved ones no longer here because of Covid policies and lies. Trust in institutions completely lost.
I'm so sorry for your loss. My husband and I lost our church due to covid. My parents had been married there and I raised my children in that church. It shook us to our core. It was like losing all of our past.
Jeff- RE:MEMORY/AGING. URGENT! I have been down this rabbit hole. Get two books: The End of Alzheimer’s by Bredesen, and Grain Brain by David Perlmutter. I’ll be brief. Bredesen has documented and published his results of REVERSING cognitive decline in over 100 people. Aricept and NAMENDA, which are prescribed like candy to remove plaque, have a side effect of INCREASING THE SPEED OF COGNITIVE DECLINE. STATINS (Lipitor and Crestor) cause cognitive decline by reducing cholesterol, which your brain needs. I put my mom on the Bredesen Protocol, through Dr Bredesen’s network Apollo Health, and she remained conversational and cognitively ok until her death 11 years later. Diet and supplements work. Look at Paradise Valley Assisted living in AZ, they changed diet and lifestyle and had people going from memory care to independent living! I hope this helps. And you can follow Marion Holman on Twitter to open Pandora’s box on the dangers of statins. I live a high protein, low to non-existent carb/sugar, lifestyle to try to keep my brain and body healthy for later! Hugs! Great work! Press on!
Bravo on all counts, Kate! I'm trying to make the transition to your WOE (way of eating) but the struggle is real! What with church bake sales that I had to bake for, or with my husband that thinks I should just "eat less" instead of cutting out carbs, and my cardiologist that keeps insisting I go on a statin...I am fighting against a very strong current here. But I'm gonna keep fighting!!! 🔥⚡🥊🥩🍗🥓🍳🧀
Eating less keeps me hungry. We eat much red meat, and cook extra for the first meal of the next day. Eat until you are full- eggs, meat, low glycemic veggies. Finish dinner early, don’t eat before sleeping! Great progress, keep going! Say no to seed oils!
This is my plan! Avoid doctors, drugs and eat real food. And ignore the dadgum studies paid for by industry "NGO's" and similar.
Engineer, almost 62, never had any prescription for more than 2 weeks, no flu in decades, no COVID or anything remotely close to it, no mRNA gene therapy. I eat old school 70s style meals (minus the Kraft Mac-n-Cheese crap), play tennis/pickleball 2X per week, do my own yard and house and repair work, including cars. Still ride a bike 3+ miles several times a year.
Had an allergy doctor suggest shots for my middle schooler who would cry and fight regular shots for school. Told her and daughter's mom I would not participate in that. They'd be replacing sinus discomfort with psych trauma, and I wasn't going to get blamed for that. Next appt, they tried to jab her. Couldn't get it done. Never tried again. Allergies went away (now I'm guessing it's b/c they quit jabbing her with aluminum, mercury and all that other stuff).
My rationale is simple: anything not organic as food or nutrient is a foreign toxin to your body. Why would you do that for years? Or more appropriately, why would (healthy) I do that?
My decline is likely to be breaking bones and such b/c I didn't quit playing sports and carrying heavy stuff around the house. But not for 2 more decades! (Fingers crossed!)
So important for people to realize that Alzheimer’s drugs are mostly (if not all) scams! DIET and EXERCISE are very important. And SLEEP is super important to clear out the brain. And get down to minimal required meds (no statins!).
AND BE AWARE that the “science” about brain plaques causing Alzheimer’s is based on a fraudulent study. Big pHarma just loves to push that to get more research money! And trick people into trying the latest drug and being in the latest study. Don’t fall for it!
There are some that hypothesize that it’s caused by parasites and they get into the brain and the brain covers the parasites. Not sure about that but I take IVM as a prophylactic for parasites anyway. (Many countries consider it completely normal to get rid of parasites regularly. We are animals after all.)
There’s a doctor in Conn. who gave stem cell treatment to his wife and her Alzheimer’s symptoms went away.
Don’t give up and don’t give in to allopathic “remedies” … do your research for healthcare. Don’t settle for sick care.
Amen, J Boss. I’m 58- completely rebooted my life after managing my parents, and am committed to aging well and not being sucked into “medical management.” I watched this with my parents: doc says, “I’ll see you in 90 days.” What for?! MEDICARE PAYS. And the sheep follow along… not me! I will say cheers with a pickleball paddle!
Ohio was nuts too...although Michigan was one of the craziest. There were many Ohio businesses, car dealerships, bike shops, etc. who were thanking the Michigan governor for helping to increase their sales.
I think it's important to really investigate medications. I saw huge differences in my parents when they were proscribed meds. My athletic father played eacket ball or golf daily and swam every afternoon. At 90 he had a flu, ended up in the hospital and he was proscribed eliquis, a beta blocker. It block adrenalin. Hecwas never the same. My mom had a hairline fracture and they al out killed her in rehab. She was never the same.
Last summer my Dad, a stroke victim and having some memory issues went on hospice care they immediately took him off seven prescriptions. Seven! His mind sharpened up his last months off those freaking pills!!!
My father, an engineer, was still working at 90 but ended up in a nursing home due to a C diff infection. They put him on all kinds of meds, including antidepressants, and he swiftly became confused and paranoid. It was a terrible thing to see what that intelligent man was turned into.
We all have to learn to say "no" to these medications. I had to tell the doctors "no" on several medications they wanted to give my mother. It's so frustrating when you can't trust doctors. You have to be your own advocate and an advocate for your parents. The doctors will add these medications at the drop of a hat. You are allowed to say "no." They assumption on their part is that every person should be on an antidepressant!
I have started saying no to them and boy do those southeast Asians get mad. (Are there any American doctors left?) My mom was recently prescribed TWO statins by her cardiac doctor. When I told the GP that I didn’t think her cholesterol was that bad to justify such meds, he gave me quite a lecture. So she took them and started developing muscular-skeletal issues. Then a bout of sciatica and the pain involved woke her up. She dropped both statins and started taking a supplement developed by a local naturopathic cardiac doc. In three months, her cholesterol and LDL had dropped amazingly. The sciatica resolved, thank God, using homeopathic pellets I can get at the grocery store. She had such an amazing response that I am going to start taking that supplement. When she went back to the cardiac doc, she didn’t tell him she was not taking the statins, so the dr thinks it was his brilliant prescribing that caused her numbers to drop.
The Big Lie is that high cholesterol is a risk factor for cardiac disease. It's not. Read AMD's substack for details and lots of links. Do your own research! Congrats for getting her off of statins, they are poison.
Avocados work great to lower bad cholesterol. I know people who have had brain tumors and statins are contraindicated if you've had a brain tumor. So the one told me that her doctor recommended a half avocado a day and it helped with her cholesterol. I shared that information with another friend so she started having avocado regularly and her cholesterol also dropped. They are high in good fat and fiber.
My mom's doctors were all European descent. They all pushed the vax and had her on statins and HBP meds. Regardless of the fact she was taking these meds (or maybe because of them) she had a heart attack anyway. So if the point was to take the meds to prevent heart attack, that plan failed miserably. Her cardiologist pushed the vax early on, but I suspect that since he saw so many cases of myocarditis induced heart attacks that he stopped pushing them. Her PCP never stopped pushing the jabs.
Interesting. My dad had C Diff also and he comes up with the wildest stories about people knocking on his window at night, someone moving things in his house and even that I got up and took a shower in his bathroom in the middle of the night. He's on so many meds and gotten ALL the shots ever recommended. He's 90. I've suggested changing things up but he won't do it...
They put my dad on Xarelto and he developed congestive heart failure. He told me a month into taking it that he didn’t feel right. Two months later we were in the ICU waiting for the doctors to drain a liter of fluid off each lung and a pint off his heart. We had to wait 5 days because there was no antidote for Xarelto at the time. When I suggested to his GP that the Xarelto had CAUSED the situation, I was given a wrist-flick and told I was being ridiculous.
Exactly. My sister got into a heated argument with my mom's doctor who kept pushing the vax for her. He kept saying that she was believing misinformation which made my sister even more mad. And remember: "Thou shalt not question me or disagree with me. I am the almighty doctor. I went to medical school and I have the white coat."
Agree 💯 my grandfather told me that for every one thing a pill cured, it caused 2 other things to go wrong. Also, he told me to avoid doctors as they only made money off of your illness. Smart guy and he lived happy and healthy into his 80s until 2 days before he died.
What did they do to her with a hairline fracture? I have had two. My recovery was to rest. And stay off them..PT afterwards, only if I wanted it. I did, but it wasn't necessary.
They started giving her meds. When I called lawyers, the first question they asked was is she dead? This was during covid no less. I believe they also gave her the jab. Nobody in my family got it. She died months after we got her out. She had never taken meds I. Her life. Even after a stroke. We still went shopping at Macy's every other week.in
I always say, if you want to live a long, healthy life, avoid doctors, hospitals and drugs. Ever notice how the world’s oldest person is always over 110 years old and lives in some remote village, far away from doctors and hospitals, and has probably NEVER BEEN VACCINATED?
You are correct. The doctor used his heart murmur. All the men in my family have it. One time when I went to the doctor's office with him, I looked at his medical record. No Afib. I challenged the new assistant doctor and instead of taking him off she halved it. He believed doctors were God's so he refused to stop taking it.
That medication can make you feel like you have the flu. It made my mom feel awful. Plavix is the same. And there are huge bleeding issues with these medications. My mother required 4 bags of blood following a nose bleed. She was on these new blood thinners following a stent placement. I've read NIH studies and these expensive blood thinners are no more effective than plain old, inexpensive aspirin.
The study was in relation to post stent placement. After 6 months, there was zero statistical difference in death rates of those taking Plavix/Eliquis with aspirin vs those just taking aspirin. Except those on both had greater number of bleeding incidents. My mother's ENT said he hates those meds because they deal with nose bleeds all of the time.
My mother in law was diagnosed with AFib right before she moved to be close to her son & me, right before her 91st b'day...and then she had a heart attack 3 days after her big party...her cardiologist put her on Eliquis and not too long after, she had her first nosebleed (a gusher! Had it cauterized at the ER). I told the Dr that she tended to go to bed early & go into deep sleep...what if she got a nose bleed in her sleep? Would she wake up before she bled to death? 😫 What finally made him stop the prescription was when she started waking up a few hours after going to bed and thinking it was the next day, and taking her AM meds just a few hours after taking her PM meds. I got her a Memory-Care clock that told her if it was morning, afternoon, evening, or night...but her decline into dementia had begun. 💔
It's poison. My Mom had a stroke when she was about 75. She refused the meds. She lost some memory but physically she was OK. It actually changed her personality for the better. She started laughing at my Dad's jokes. She lived independently with my dad who passed two weeks after her. They had an assistant and I was the eyes. I moved to be near them.
I also think that the crazy overuse of statins for the last 40?...50? years is playing a part in the current Alzheimer's epidemic. Along with all the other pharmaceutical poisons mentioned by other commenters. Also the very popular low-fat, low-cholesterol diet recommended by the American Heart Association and countless other "experts" back in the day was directly harmful to brain health. I believe both statins and low-fat eating were largely responsible for my own brilliant father's decline into Alzheimers. Your brain NEEDS fat!
I absolutely agree. Learning about the low carb, high fat diet made me realise what liars politicians and health professionals are - I am certain that the advice to eat no fat was designed to make everyone fat and ill. My research on diet took me down a deep rabbit hole that probably saved me from believing all the ‘Covid’ nonsense- I didn’t take the vaccines and tried to persuade others not to take them but with no luck…although few in my family took boosters or even the second shot. Wheat and sugar are big killers, possibly worse than moderate in- take of alcohol, in my opinion.
Me, too! I fell down the low carb rabbit hole in February 2011, starting with Gary Taubes' interview in Reader's Digest. That knowledge helped me to keep my sanity through the Covid catastrophe.
Gary Taubes is great, as is Eric Westman (New Atkins, New You). Everyone who is overweight should read Westman’s book - it should be on prescription. There is so much advice on YouTube re low carb diets but it isn’t easy - bread and all things sugary are so delicious, after all…
I was briefly on a beta-blocker for post-viral arrhythmias and went off it after about a month. It is extremely fatiguing. Interestingly, some people with extreme performance anxiety (i.e. stage fright) take beta-blockers before performances to block the adrenalin rush. I happen to be very sensitive to adrenalin and even when undergoing dental procedures requiring Novocain, I have to have the brand without epinephrine added to it. Eliquis is a blood thinner, but I could believe they put your dad on both if he had some sort of arrhythmia.
Happy Birthday Jeff!! 🎂🎼🎂🎼🎂🎼🎂🎼🎂🎼
🎉🎉🎉
Happy birthday Jeff. We are grateful for you.
I feel like my “birthday” began five years ago, when this world lost it collective mind. It’s when my journey for the truth began. And my faith in Christ was reawakened.
As hard as it’s been to realize that almost all of what I once believed was a lie, I thank God for it every day.
All things truly so work for good for those who love Him and are called to His purposes. 🙏🙌🔥
Yes Pamela - Romans 8:28 🥰
Amen. I feel the same way. I was blind but now I see. ✝️🙏❤️
I too was very naive, trusting our government for 70 years of my life. No more.
What a beautiful comment, Laura.
"On March 10th, Fauci was still telling the truth" HAHAHAHA Stop! My side hurts! Hilarious!
Happy Birthday, Jeff. I don't take this lightly when I say in all likelihood you saved my life. I still got fired, but at least I didn't get shot.
And the best news is your still alive bc you made that decision!
And you don't have any of the jab side-effect ailments!
Congratulations Kenneth for opening your mind and saving your life!
Happy (belated) Birthday Jeff!
And you don't have to wonder about any little ache, pain, or symptom. Wondering if it's the start of something bigger to come.
March 11. Truly the dividing line in my life. Before and after event.
I had never felt more resolved or a stronger conviction in my life to take immediate action.
NEVER AGAIN AND NEVER FORGET.
BC took on a whole new meaning. I’ll never forget where I was when I found out about the space shuttle erupting into flames. And I will never forget where I was when I learned the world had gone mad and completely shut down.

39 years ago March 11 became a dividing line for me too…. I got married!😂
Nice! Happy anniversary! Here's to 39 more years!...:)
Thank you!
Agree 💯 I won't forgive the perps either. They need to be brought to justice for their crimes.
When Dick Cheney endorsed Kamala I laughed. Democrats thought we would be outraged, but hey, you can have him. Until he gets a subpoena....
Yes, Emumundo, Cheney's endorsement just confirmed what we already knew.
Some will never change. Example, here's a 2025 Bernie rally.
A quarter of them are masked.

Which test? There are many TSH, T3, Free T3, T4, Free T4, and more I forget. You 88 number does not compute with any of the tests I am familiar with.
Which book is it? There’s 5 different books under this title- eye disease, cancer, handbook, etc.
I'm looking for that book!
Hyperberic chambers are amazing., according to my docs and biological dentist. Joe Rogan, no dummy he, has one.
Many levels of impaired function won't show on the tests, yet manifest physically and make you sick.
fluoride also calcifies the pituitary gland which is essentially our connection intuition/the divine. handy if you want to turn humans into chattel.
FLCCC had a web inarticulate about it a few years ago. The guest doctors on there claimed a woman in memory care was able to live on her own again.
Also, dough conditioners mess up iodine levels.

Interesting info! Thanks, Julie.
Yes, HOC are so helpful in that regard!

🤷🏻♀️
Yes! Happy birthday to Jeff!
Aww thank you Susan!! You made a great comment as well, I second yours! 😊
And yes, let’s raise a glass and toast the incomparable Mr. Childers!! 🤩🥂
5 years later C & C is still cutting edge and pertinent.
Not trying to one up you here, but my birthday is 9/11. So I feel your pain.
So is my daughter’s! She was 4 in 2001.
This is going to sound ridiculous. I turned 24 that day. My cousin had her first child that day, then 22 years later another cousin had her first child that day. I am my mom's first child.
Peace to those who were born on tragic days!
Or maybe… children born on horrible days are a message of a more positive future to come?
I like your optimism, Valerie!
Thank you, I was born optimistic.
I like your take 🙏❤️
I have friends whose anniversary was 9/11 and they were in DC celebrating when it happened.
@Anne- IDK whether to say "I'm sorry" or to laugh.
Anthony, many serious Bible PhDs believe that Jesus birthday was actually on September 11 of 3 BC (rendered -2 in computer software). So, you’re in GREAT company! The Devil always tries to subvert everything good and holy…
From one of our greatest modern Bible scholars, the late Dr. Michael Heiser: https://drmsh.com/september-11-happy-birthday-to-jesus/
And if I remember right, wasn't 9/11 when the Muslims were defeated by the Polish and forced out of Europe.
@Anthony- so is my grandson's (2021). We tell him we put the flag up for his bday.
It was my sons 10th birthday. He hated his birthday every year after because it turned into a national day of mourning.
Yeah, it took me a while to move on from that, too. I hope he enjoys his birthday now.
My friend turned 18 that day.
lol my mom's birthday is 4/20 which is also hitler's birthday. Double whammy.
Yes. This!
I'm so sorry for your loss. My husband and I lost our church due to covid. My parents had been married there and I raised my children in that church. It shook us to our core. It was like losing all of our past.
This scamdemic shook many of us to our core. I look at people and institutions differently now. I cannot pretend anymore.
Yeah I lost a few friendships over our differences on the jab and mandates.
The Great Upset (yeah Schwab calls it reset) Horrible time in history 😔
Hugs! Great work! Press on!
So glad you posted this Kate, thank you!
❤️ We all need to be doing this. You can’t eat crap, be prescribed garbage, and expect to be a fully functioning 95 year old!
Darn right Kate!
Look into intermittent fasting.
Dr. Mercola has been doing it for a while, and claims it helps with a lot more than weight loss.
And Dr. Ken Berry!
Happy birthday, Jeff! Thanking God for you !
Congrats for getting her off of statins, they are poison.
https://www.midwesterndoctor.com/p/the-great-cholesterol-scam-and-the
Agree. Statins are terrible. Cholesterol is needed in the body.
So curious what pellets she used for high cholesterol!?
The pellets were for sciatica. Rhus Tox 200c.
Big pharma kiils- Doctors are trained to diagnose and treat with drugs. Functional medicine -looking at the root cause of the problem is the solution
Typically, that generation implicitly trusts their doctors.
😭
They have linked c diff and depression to anti depressants! https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s12325-024-02972-0 They can mess up the micro biome (gut health).
I’ve seen this at least three times. Two with a patient’s father, and with my own dad.
😢💔
I’m happy for your fathers outcome. Medications have side effects.
Agree 💯 my grandfather told me that for every one thing a pill cured, it caused 2 other things to go wrong. Also, he told me to avoid doctors as they only made money off of your illness. Smart guy and he lived happy and healthy into his 80s until 2 days before he died.
Great advice!! I’m working on my Mom. I told her to think of Drs as a business who needs repeat customers!
We still went shopping at Macy's every other week.in
Sorry for our loss. I also lost my mother , in 2023.
👆🏼😩😡😡😡😡😡😡 I'm sorry.
I always say, if you want to live a long, healthy life, avoid doctors, hospitals and drugs. Ever notice how the world’s oldest person is always over 110 years old and lives in some remote village, far away from doctors and hospitals, and has probably NEVER BEEN VACCINATED?
Why did they give your dad a blood thinner for the flu?
My mother suffered a nose bleed last night which didn't stop for over an hour.
She takes Eliquis (apaxiban) for atrial fibrillation.
"I've read NIH studies and these expensive blood thinners are no more effective than plain old, inexpensive aspirin."
Will investigate. Thanks.
ENT told us that Afrin sprayed up the nose will help stop a nose bleed and very cold air. Both constrict the blood vessels.
By the way, spray Afrin up the nose to stop a nosebleed. That's what the ENT told us.
My mom was bleeding so profusely that my sister had to call an ambulance.
A friend of mine who had 2 small strokes was prescribed that drug. That is why I asked.
Thanks for explaining.
@Kathleen- which drug? I can't seem to find it in the thread.
Might it be "Eliquis" (brand name) aka apaxiban, the blood thinner my mother takes for fibrillation.
She complains about dizziness and is very easily bruised.
I believe these symptoms are caused by that medication.
Eliquis...a blood thinner.
Here is a link to more info:
https://www.eliquis.bmscustomerconnect.com/
@Kathleen- ah, yes. The expensive crap my husband is on because of his AFib and uncontrollable PVCs from Covid shot induced heart injury. Got it.
There is so much advice on YouTube re low carb diets but it isn’t easy - bread and all things sugary are so delicious, after all…
100% correct
Just awful😢
I was briefly on a beta-blocker for post-viral arrhythmias and went off it after about a month. It is extremely fatiguing. Interestingly, some people with extreme performance anxiety (i.e. stage fright) take beta-blockers before performances to block the adrenalin rush. I happen to be very sensitive to adrenalin and even when undergoing dental procedures requiring Novocain, I have to have the brand without epinephrine added to it. Eliquis is a blood thinner, but I could believe they put your dad on both if he had some sort of arrhythmia.
I’m sorry 😞 It’s really unconscionable 😡
Happy Birthday Mr. Childers🥳
