Happy birthday Jeff. We are grateful for you.

I feel like my “birthday” began five years ago, when this world lost it collective mind. It’s when my journey for the truth began. And my faith in Christ was reawakened.

As hard as it’s been to realize that almost all of what I once believed was a lie, I thank God for it every day.

Mine I don't remember, but it was 2007. I read 12 of the 352 pages of (Probably the ONI's) "What Really Happened on 9/11). Took 6 full months to digest the reality of massive lies we had been told. Jeff, I just watched a documentary that had studies showing that Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers are helping people with (among many things!) Alzheimers. Maybe your aunt can check ot out.

Also, Fluoride is a known disruptor of iodide, a necessary mineral for a healthy thyroid. I can't imagine WHY so many people have thyroid issues. 🤔🙄

I just started Dr. Brownstein's Iodine Protocol for hypothroidism and hyperthyroidism. He blames the halogens fluoride and bromide for all of the thyroid problems we are having. He was cancelled during Covid which makes me like him even more.

richardw's avatar

Are you working directly with dr Brownstein, or another doctor who uses his protocol? I ask because in lieu of being able to find such a doctor in my area, I decided to wing it on my own and start taking iodine and ended up with arrhythmia which stopped when I was advised by my chiropractor that too much iodine can cause it and I stopped. Dr Brownstein in his book advises treatment should be done under the supervision of a qualified doctor.

I started on my own but then found an iodine literate doctor in my area. You can Google Iodine literate doctors and you are given a list of them to choose from in each state.

I don’t think iodine did that to you since the body excretes excess iodine. You may have been detoxing from fluoride and bromide. Good luck to you!

You got that right. I'm now 69, and in 2023 when I was 67, about this exact time of year, I started noticing an accelerated heart rate. Now, I have been and am a very healthy man. I have always watched what I eat, drink, I exercise regularly (well, walking 30-60 minutes a day), and have been blessed with good health all my life. Till 2023. Growing up in the 60s and 70s, every dentist visit ALWAYS included a fluoride treatment. Then, two years ago I was finally diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, something I wouldn't wish on anyone. Ultimately, thanks to a very good doctor here in north Texas, I was treated with a radioactive pill specially designed to treat my level of hyperthyroidism. My doctor said I had one of the three highest rates of the disease he had ever seen in his 25 years experience. So, anyway, once the pill took full effect, and I had been told the result would be having a permanent hypo-thyroid condition, it was wasn't till last April I got back on a regular pattern of life. Bottom line, I really have to wonder how much those fluoride treatments caused this.

Jeff- RE:MEMORY/AGING. URGENT! I have been down this rabbit hole. Get two books: The End of Alzheimer’s by Bredesen, and Grain Brain by David Perlmutter. I’ll be brief. Bredesen has documented and published his results of REVERSING cognitive decline in over 100 people. Aricept and NAMENDA, which are prescribed like candy to remove plaque, have a side effect of INCREASING THE SPEED OF COGNITIVE DECLINE. STATINS (Lipitor and Crestor) cause cognitive decline by reducing cholesterol, which your brain needs. I put my mom on the Bredesen Protocol, through Dr Bredesen’s network Apollo Health, and she remained conversational and cognitively ok until her death 11 years later. Diet and supplements work. Look at Paradise Valley Assisted living in AZ, they changed diet and lifestyle and had people going from memory care to independent living! I hope this helps. And you can follow Marion Holman on Twitter to open Pandora’s box on the dangers of statins. This is my plan! Avoid doctors, drugs and eat real food. And ignore the dadgum studies paid for by industry "NGO's" and similar.

Engineer, almost 62, never had any prescription for more than 2 weeks, no flu in decades, no COVID or anything remotely close to it, no mRNA gene therapy. I eat old school 70s style meals (minus the Kraft Mac-n-Cheese crap), play tennis/pickleball 2X per week, do my own yard and house and repair work, including cars. Still ride a bike 3+ miles several times a year.

Had an allergy doctor suggest shots for my middle schooler who would cry and fight regular shots for school. Told her and daughter's mom I would not participate in that. They'd be replacing sinus discomfort with psych trauma, and I wasn't going to get blamed for that. Next appt, they tried to jab her. Couldn't get it done. Never tried again. Allergies went away (now I'm guessing it's b/c they quit jabbing her with aluminum, mercury and all that other stuff).

My rationale is simple: anything not organic as food or nutrient is a foreign toxin to your body. Why would you do that for years? Or more appropriately, why would (healthy) I do that?

My decline is likely to be breaking bones and such b/c I didn't quit playing sports and carrying heavy stuff around the house. But not for 2 more decades! (Fingers crossed!)

So important for people to realize that Alzheimer’s drugs are mostly (if not all) scams! DIET and EXERCISE are very important. And SLEEP is super important to clear out the brain. And get down to minimal required meds (no statins!).

AND BE AWARE that the “science” about brain plaques causing Alzheimer’s is based on a fraudulent study. Big pHarma just loves to push that to get more research money! And trick people into trying the latest drug and being in the latest study. Don’t fall for it!

There are some that hypothesize that it’s caused by parasites and they get into the brain and the brain covers the parasites. Not sure about that but I take IVM as a prophylactic for parasites anyway. (Many countries consider it completely normal to get rid of parasites regularly. We are animals after all.)

There’s a doctor in Conn. who gave stem cell treatment to his wife and her Alzheimer’s symptoms went away.

I have started saying no to them and boy do those southeast Asians get mad. (Are there any American doctors left?) My mom was recently prescribed TWO statins by her cardiac doctor. When I told the GP that I didn’t think her cholesterol was that bad to justify such meds, he gave me quite a lecture. So she took them and started developing muscular-skeletal issues. Then a bout of sciatica and the pain involved woke her up. She dropped both statins and started taking a supplement developed by a local naturopathic cardiac doc. In three months, her cholesterol and LDL had dropped amazingly. The sciatica resolved, thank God, using homeopathic pellets I can get at the grocery store. She had such an amazing response that I am going to start taking that supplement. When she went back to the cardiac doc, she didn’t tell him she was not taking the statins, so the dr thinks it was his brilliant prescribing that caused her numbers to drop.

Regardless of the fact she was taking these meds (or maybe because of them) she had a heart attack anyway. So if the point was to take the meds to prevent heart attack, that plan failed miserably. Her cardiologist pushed the vax early on, but I suspect that since he saw so many cases of myocarditis induced heart attacks that he stopped pushing them. Her PCP never stopped pushing the jabs.

Exactly. My sister got into a heated argument with my mom's doctor who kept pushing the vax for her. He kept saying that she was believing misinformation which made my sister even more mad. And remember: "Thou shalt not question me or disagree with me. I am the almighty doctor. I went to medical school and I have the white coat."

Agree 💯 my grandfather told me that for every one thing a pill cured, it caused 2 other things to go wrong. Also, he told me to avoid doctors as they only made money off of your illness. Smart guy and he lived happy and healthy into his 80s until 2 days before he died.

What did they do to her with a hairline fracture? I have had two. My recovery was to rest. And stay off them..PT afterwards, only if I wanted it. I did, but it wasn't necessary.

They started giving her meds. When I called lawyers, the first question they asked was is she dead? This was during covid no less. I believe they also gave her the jab. Nobody in my family got it. She died months after we got her out. She had never taken meds I. Her life. Even after a stroke. We still went shopping at Macy's every other week.in

I always say, if you want to live a long, healthy life, avoid doctors, hospitals and drugs. Ever notice how the world’s oldest person is always over 110 years old and lives in some remote village, far away from doctors and hospitals, and has probably NEVER BEEN VACCINATED?

Why did they give your dad a blood thinner for the flu?

Expand full comment
Jewish American Patriot's avatar

You are correct. The doctor used his heart murmur. All the men in my family have it. One time when I went to the doctor's office with him, I looked at his medical record. No Afib. I challenged the new assistant doctor and instead of taking him off she halved it. He believed doctors were God's so he refused to stop taking it.

That medication can make you feel like you have the flu. It made my mom feel awful. Plavix is the same. And there are huge bleeding issues with these medications. My mother required 4 bags of blood following a nose bleed. She was on these new blood thinners following a stent placement. I've read NIH studies and these expensive blood thinners are no more effective than plain old, inexpensive aspirin.

My mother suffered a nose bleed last night which didn't stop for over an hour.

She takes Eliquis (apaxiban) for atrial fibrillation.

"I've read NIH studies and these expensive blood thinners are no more effective than plain old, inexpensive aspirin."

Will investigate. Thanks.

The study was in relation to post stent placement. After 6 months, there was zero statistical difference in death rates of those taking Plavix/Eliquis with aspirin vs those just taking aspirin. Except those on both had greater number of bleeding incidents. My mother's ENT said he hates those meds because they deal with nose bleeds all of the time.

ENT told us that Afrin sprayed up the nose will help stop a nose bleed and very cold air. Both constrict the blood vessels.

My mother in law was diagnosed with AFib right before she moved to be close to her son & me, right before her 91st b'day...and then she had a heart attack 3 days after her big party...her cardiologist put her on Eliquis and not too long after, she had her first nosebleed (a gusher! Had it cauterized at the ER). I told the Dr that she tended to go to bed early & go into deep sleep...what if she got a nose bleed in her sleep? Would she wake up before she bled to death? 😫 What finally made him stop the prescription was when she started waking up a few hours after going to bed and thinking it was the next day, and taking her AM meds just a few hours after taking her PM meds. I got her a Memory-Care clock that told her if it was morning, afternoon, evening, or night...but her decline into dementia had begun. 💔

By the way, spray Afrin up the nose to stop a nosebleed. That's what the ENT told us.

It's poison. My Mom had a stroke when she was about 75. She refused the meds. She lost some memory but physically she was OK. It actually changed her personality for the better. She started laughing at my Dad's jokes. She lived independently with my dad who passed two weeks after her. They had an assistant and I was the eyes. I moved to be near them.

Might it be "Eliquis" (brand name) aka apaxiban, the blood thinner my mother takes for fibrillation.

She complains about dizziness and is very easily bruised.

I believe these symptoms are caused by that medication.

I also think that the crazy overuse of statins for the last 40?...50? years is playing a part in the current Alzheimer's epidemic. Along with all the other pharmaceutical poisons mentioned by other commenters. Also the very popular low-fat, low-cholesterol diet recommended by the American Heart Association and countless other "experts" back in the day was directly harmful to brain health. I believe both statins and low-fat eating were largely responsible for my own brilliant father's decline into Alzheimers. Your brain NEEDS fat!

I absolutely agree. Learning about the low carb, high fat diet made me realise what liars politicians and health professionals are - I am certain that the advice to eat no fat was designed to make everyone fat and ill. My research on diet took me down a deep rabbit hole that probably saved me from believing all the ‘Covid’ nonsense- I didn’t take the vaccines and tried to persuade others not to take them but with no luck…although few in my family took boosters or even the second shot. Wheat and sugar are big killers, possibly worse than moderate in- take of alcohol, in my opinion.

Me, too! I fell down the low carb rabbit hole in February 2011, starting with Gary Taubes' interview in Reader's Digest. That knowledge helped me to keep my sanity through the Covid catastrophe.

Gary Taubes is great, as is Eric Westman (New Atkins, New You). Everyone who is overweight should read Westman’s book - it should be on prescription. There is so much advice on YouTube re low carb diets but it isn’t easy - bread and all things sugary are so delicious, after all…

I was briefly on a beta-blocker for post-viral arrhythmias and went off it after about a month. It is extremely fatiguing. Interestingly, some people with extreme performance anxiety (i.e. stage fright) take beta-blockers before performances to block the adrenalin rush. I happen to be very sensitive to adrenalin and even when undergoing dental procedures requiring Novocain, I have to have the brand without epinephrine added to it. Eliquis is a blood thinner, but I could believe they put your dad on both if he had some sort of arrhythmia.
