Remember when people were throwing milkshakes and paint on neutered NYC cops and their orders were to stand there and take it, because reacting would amount to police brutality? This is the opposite: Throw a feather at a cop and you’re going to jail. Anything else emboldens criminals, demoralizes cops and advertises to the public “there’s no one to help you”. I like the message. Democrats’ cost to send hired hooligans in to do their dirty work will go up substantially if the threat of felony jail time becomes real.

We lived in Houston in the 1970's. Cops shot a guy that wouldn't keep his hands up, he reached in his pocket & boom. Instead of blaming the cops, there were billboards & PSA's on all the tv stations & radio stations about how to act if stopped by cops. "Put your hands up, let your lawyer fight it out later". Amazing where we are now. It's ok to shoot the cops, but not the criminal shooting at the cops.

"The Posse Comitatus Act is a U.S. federal law that limits the use of the military for domestic law enforcement, generally prohibiting federal troops from acting as a police force unless specifically authorized by law. It was enacted in 1878 to prevent military interference in civilian affairs, reflecting a core American value of maintaining the separation between military and civilian roles."

Jeff, you're the man, but the importance of this law cannot be overstated. No matter how bad crime gets, civilians and military must be kept separate because when they mix bad things always happen and once the military gets a domestic foothold, good luck getting rid of them and returning to a time when they weren't "the law". And this is exactly what the powers that shouldn't be want for the western world: to tear down the barriers between local governance and military rule.

DARPA is completely out of control already, now we're opening the door to have their troops roving the streets, usurping the rule of law, and accountable to no one? If interested to know how evil they have become after years and years of no one looking over their shoulder in their deep black dungeon, watch this, it will make your blood run cold:

Meet DARPA An Opaque Rabbit Hole of Unimaginable, Unspeakably Evil War Technology: Here the utterly grotesque Dr. James Giordano describes where your stolen tax dollars have been going: DEWs, gangstalking technology, mind control, nano-machinery, & societal system crashing: https://substack.com/@tritorch/note/c-87295573 [5:12mins]

From my experience I can tell you that DARPA's technology is light years ahead of what is commonly known - all the monstrously evil tech Giordano mentions above they have long had and are far ahead of. Whoever holds their leash has complete dominion over this world with one exception: God the Father is in charge and will end this with a snap of His fingers when He is ready. Until then, all we're here to do is keep the faith, learn, grow, and wield our valor in the face of these challenges. That being said, you do NOT want DARPA on your street corner dictating to you what you can and cannot do on a second by second basis.

This move in DC is opening the door to something exceptionally sinister, and represents the end of an era of relative peace and the beginning a new horrid dystopia. It should not be welcomed or applauded, but immediately rejected outright and on its face.

Obliterating the Deep State

ENDING THE NAZI DRUG CARTELS & THE NAZI MONEY-LAUNDERING THAT IS THE WAR IN UKRAINE WILL HELP OBLITERATE THE DEEP STATE. WE SHOULD END THE NAZI UNITED NATIONS, NAZI BIG PHARMA & THE NAZI WBAN NEXT

President Trump's designation of the crime cartels as terrorist organizations and the US Treasury's sanctioning of the Venezuelan government – the kingpin of all the Latin American cartels – is hitting the Global Crime System where it hurts. All the major central bank-connected banks engage in cartel money-laundering. I think Trump really means it when he says that he will "Obliterate the Deep State", because that is what all the major crime cartels actually are.

We've all heard about how the CCP and the CIA work with the Mexican cartels and we just heard about how the CCP and the CIA worked together to steal the 2020 US election.

This is the same old unconventional warfare and business model used by the British East India Company during the Opium Wars against China today being used against the US. This is because the same old Global Crime System is behind both. The crime cartels are as germane to the Globalists' control system as the intelligence agencies....

Although your idea may be attractive, it may have limited currency. I tend to think that if things went to hell in a hand basket, it is likely that there would be a resurgence of the militia movement ... and this would be an organic, a more cohesive rising. First, the militias have people in it experienced in the use of firearms, most with military and or sporting experience. Most of these groups which I have seen are level headed practical people, and firmly entrenched in their communities.

It is all too easy to wave a wand-like mind and conjure solutions. But basically, people have the natural ability to organize themselves into what early Americans assemblies ... and in my limited experience, this may well be a more sensible way to go. The forming of militias has a more 'sovereign' touch to it. And I know that militias would be supportive of sheriffs and police departments provided that they were on the right side of the fence.

I don't discount your suggestion out of hand. However, I am skeptical of it in a 'logistical' sense. The American War for Independence was a largely organic self-organizing movement, especially in the initial phases. It also have the sense of organizing itself by a coalescing by consensus. This is also something which people do naturally.

Let's just pray that it all doesn't come to the worse possible of outcomes. And besides, I am too old and too broken down to over-worry all of this. And I now am able to see why the age limit of militias was set at sixty-five. Add another eleven years to that and this whole thing be come problematically impossible, at least for me. But if holy hell broke out, I'd still probably hobble out with pistol in hand. War is for the young. They the defense would probably tell me to just go home.

Each experience horrid war horrors and crossed a Rubicon with nothing more to lose in life thus willing and able to help the Smedley Butler character. It's a very heavy lift to teach most movie watchers today about WW1 so actor-eye-candy is good.

Yes.... When I joined the Guard in the 70"s we trained every drill for riot control operations. Guard troops were used extensively during the Vietnam War riots and the California riots. Kent State put a damper for a while. BTW: Guard troops patrolled the streets New Orleans after Katrina. They even took fire from snipers. The Trumpster is well within the limits of Posee Comitatus. Lastly, the guard troops of today are much better trained than in the Vietnam era. Just ask Pete Hegseth, a Minnesota Guardsman for many years.

If you were right they should have been sent to South Chicago decades ago.

This DC Home Rule excuse is bull. Congress still very much controls DC. Trump could have had the congressional committee fix it.

Home Rule:

"Under the "Home Rule" government, Congress reviews all legislation passed by the council before it can become law and retains authority over the District's budget"

"The Home Rule Act specifically prohibits the council from enacting certain laws that, among other restrictions, would:[1]

lend public credit for private projects;

impose a tax on individuals who work in the District but live elsewhere;

make any changes to the Heights of Buildings Act of 1910;

pass any law changing the composition or jurisdiction of the local courts;

enact a local budget that is not balanced; and

gain any additional authority over the National Capital Planning Commission, Washington Aqueduct, or District of Columbia National Guard."

Yes, a very different legal status compared to regular fed military as state-run national guards. Title 10 v. Title 14 status. Like apples v. oranges. Makes all the difference legally what each can do when deployed domestically as "military aid civilian governments" with respect to Posse Comitatus laws. The Twin Towers Were Designed to be Demolished Into their Own Footprint of Dust, Someone Call IXXI: https://old.bitchute.com/video/jMDh59SW1SBx [17:45mins]

Summary of the Official Story

Ladies and Gentlemen, I present the September 11, 2001 Official Story—The Series of Anti-Miracles that Irrevocably Changed the World:

● 9/11 was the day physics didn’t show up for work. Two planes managed to fell 3 skyscrapers

● 9/11 was the first and last time "office fires" were responsible for the disintegration of a steel framed skyscraper (WTC7)

● 9/11 was the day the BBC could see 23 minutes into the future—when they reported the demolition of said ^ skyscraper before it fell

● 9/11 was the reason the United States invaded 7 countries in the middle east, for no reason

● 9/11 was caused because our enemies hated our freedoms, so to solve this problem our freedoms were promptly stripped from us

● 9/11 was the day the Pentagon was hit by an invisible plane in the Army Budget Office which was missing 2.3 trillion dollars

● 9/11 was the day that a passport from one of the hijackers survived the wreckage of the fireball plane crash and landed unscathed on the ground a few blocks away—one of the biggest tragedies of all is that the planes and the buildings themselves were not made out of this indestructible material

● 9/11 was the day Ahriman decided to make his first televised public appearance in a BIG way

● 9/11 was the day the towers which spelled the number 11 were destroyed to later be replaced by the world's new idol—the syringe. Nineteen years after the destruction of said towers - on 3/11/2020 - the WHO declares the COVID scamdemic

● 9/11 was the day that 19 hijackers armed with box-cutters effortlessly caught the vast military and intelligence apparatus of the US off-guard because they happened to be running war game simulations of terrorists flying planes into skyscrapers at the exact same time the hijackers were actually doing it, and thus were rendered incapable of distinguishing fantasy from reality

● 911 was the day that objective reality threw in the towel, and the world was riven between those who believed their own eyes and those that let the government see for them

If for some unfathomable reason you don’t believe that these lies - which as predicted by PNAC handed the world to the US Government on a silver platter - are true, or if you somehow believe that the aforementioned outcome of this totally legit series of impossible events is against your best interest—your ass is going on a watch list. The American government loves you and would never lie to you and if you suspect otherwise you are a hazardous threat to freedom and justice everywhere.

And the LORD God said, “The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever.”

This is why 322 is in their logo over a skull. This is what the freemason logo is all about: fallen angels mixing with man to lift man up to Godhood via DNA. Here is the most important video I have ever seen on this subject:

Conditioning the public to react this way has to have been one of the most effective PSYOPs ever pushed onto the general population.

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.” ― Aleksandr I. When there is a will, there is a way.

DC and other cities can be cleaned up. Bring in the right management, put in the right policies and procedures and staff it properly.

Today in America, we are dealing with an estimated 50 million illegals entering this country within the last five years, which is actually a more serious problem for the security of the USA than what happened in New York on that day in 2001. Again, I say, it’s an unprecedented problem that requires an unprecedented solution. It is a problem that local law-enforcement agencies throughout this country are simply unable to handle, or in some cases unwilling to handle. Which is where the federal military is required by law to take action and enforce the law in America. The problem is not the use of military force to remedy this disaster, the problem is we citizens have sat by complacently and allowed this infection(invasion) to fester to the point where military action is called for and not only necessary

Very few catholic/christians or jews or muslims are aware of what you just explained, Carolyn. If they were, perhaps they would repent and beg God to be our king again, and save this world from the one that’s been the ruler over it, and us, ever since Israel rejected the one and only true God as their king. However, people are stubborn and unwilling to listen or to see, I think because they are comfortable where they dwell, surrounded by people that believe the same way they do

I did not write this:

---

“I no longer believe that freedom and democracy are compatible.” -Peter Thiel

Elon Musk copted and Peter Thiel founded a company that became PayPal.

Other executives at PayPal went on to found or lead other huge tech companies including YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Affirm, and many VC firms.

This group became known as the PayPal mafia because they basically controlled Silicon Valley.

Peter Thiel mentored a young JD Vance and helped him get set up in his first VC firm.

Peter Thiel and the PayPal mafia funded JD Vance's successful Senate run. Amazing because he had absolutely zero political experience.

Thiel and Musk all but forced Trump to choose JD Vance as VP in exchange for funding his presidential campaign.

The three of them, plus a lot of other tech billionaires subscribe to an ideology called the Dark Enlightenment espoused by this super weird, creepy dude: Curtis Yarvin aka Mencius Moldbug.

Yarvin preaches that the media and academia represent "The Cathedral" that secretly controls power and must be dismantled.

He advocates for a corporate run, monarchy, led by a CEO-Dictator. If Trump is gone from office, perhaps by Vance organizing a 25th Amendment removal due to claims about Trump’s cognitive decline, Vance moves in and that process begins.

Remember, it was just a couple of years ago when Musk said Trump was too old to even be a CEO, let alone the president.

Yarvin says that Democracy is an "outdated software" and openly opposes it and that:

- Government agencies should be dismantled and The U.S. should be broken up into "patchworks" controlled by tech oligarchs.

- That the elite tech billionaires should rule because they have the intelligence to "fix" society

- That the "masses are asses" too dumb to govern themselves.

The strategy is to gut the government via R.A.G.E - Retire All Govt Employees to make government incapable of operating.

Then to replace government with private corporations.

To eliminate elections because they are "obsolete"

To use distraction and chaos to prevent public resistance.

Trump is their useful tool to be disposed of as soon as they can wrest control.

This is why Elon wears a black MAGA hat. They are not Trump supporters, they are "Dark MAGA"

This isn't a hypothetical. The plan is already in motion:

- Musk, Thiel, and their network are actively dismantling democratic institutions.

- JD Vance, the “MAGA heir,” is being positioned to help implement this transition.

- The public is too distracted to realize what’s happening.

- If successful, democracy in America will be permanently replaced by a corporate-run authoritarian state.

---

This excellent video by What'sHerFace outlines this in-motion strategy:

Time code: 4:30 Vance: "Accept that This entire thing is going to fall in on itself. And so the task of conservatives right now is to preserve as much as can be conserved and so when the inevitable collapse of the country comes ensure that conservatives can help --> build back <-- the country."

The big political and economic question of the 21st century is: what do we need so many humans for. … The elite doesn’t need you. There is nothing you can do that is beneficial to the political or economic system. Now it is becoming less clear why the ruling elite would not just kill the new useless class. “You’re totally expendable,” he told the audience. … “We don’t need you. But we are nice, so we’ll take care of you.” —Source (worth reading in full): https://archive.is/rWLoO —Yuval Noah Harari

Thanks Michele. Politics, truly is, mind control:

The media - both news and entertainment - have now politicized nearly everything in our society as an extremely powerful mechanism of control.

Politicization is so effective at manipulating the populace because most people emotionally connect their personal belief system to the belief system of their political party, and so then any attack on their party - legitimate or otherwise - is interpreted by their brain as an attack on themselves. Reason and logic then jump out the nearest window as raw emotion takes the helm, thus making them even more susceptible to the predatory controlling influences.

Excerpt from: https://tritorch.substack.com/p/there-is-something-way-bigger-going

"A mental conflict occurs when beliefs are contradicted by new information. This conflict activates areas of the brain involved in personal identity and emotional response to threats. The brain's alarms go off when a person feels threatened on a deeply personal and emotional level, causing them to shut down and disregard any rational evidence that contradicts what they previously regarded as truth."

What you say is true, and as more or less as I can tell, what you say is framed as an argument in law.

However, what's left of the United States exists in a state of civil war. The society is a collapsed society. The government and large central bank connected big banks are money laundering operations for the CIA and cartel trafficking ... and for all manner of grifts including the Ukraine money laundering operations. The plain fact is that the United States is now functionally a third world, not first world ... and there is very little moral imperative left anywhere. Our government has become a flagrantly lawless and in reality, a mafia-like terror state both here at home and abroad. Our cities are increasingly run by warlord cartels using bribes and bodily threats, and this allied with and directed by the Deep State operatives. And this paragraph could easily be expanded. And so when law, which is basically a moral ordering, ceases to exist then there is only brute force left in the vacuum. And that force can be used only in two ways, either for more of the same or else to restore order.

Those who say Trump is a dictator are somewhat right in that Trump running the government by Executive Orders. This is akin to how the Roman imperator (emperor) Augustus Caesar ran Rome. And like the Roman Senate, the United States Congress is part rubber stamp and part sausage machine. (And to be fair, it is not just Trump. The other past administrations were pretty much after the same bolt of cloth. All of this, is the truth nobody wants to say out loud.)

I am saying this as I do with being a three times Trump voter. And I hope that the present administration is successful at restoring order throughout the country. And please allow me to say that, not withstanding fine points of Constitutional order and its supporting laws, I support Trump going into the District of Columbia with troops and the participating agencies like the FBI. The place is a madhouse. What else was Trump to do?

When a constitutional republic is collapsed over a period of many decades, and by both parties complicit, strong man rule is what one eventually gets. As in Rome, the same is now in Washington. And Empires are the enemy of constitutional republics. They are also the enemy of the people as empire always devolved into engines of strife and misery because empires are always decadent and overwrought. And history, apparently, teaches Man nothing.

You’re describing demoralization which is exactly the mind set they want us to have so we’ll throw up our hands and beg for any remedy. Again, you do not want your fate in the hands of the military and they will not leave willingly.

All if this is by design. Yuri Benzemov described all that is occurring to a T. If we accept this “solution” to the problems they deliberately created in order to get us to do just that, we are playing right into their hands and our fate will be sealed by our own edict.

Caesar cannot save us, only we can do that.

Expand full comment
daverkb's avatar

I am not personally demoralized. I am descriptive of where we are by way of historical comparison. And this from the standpoint of from where we have come, as to where we are and as to going where are going. And if I had the time, I could write a treatise on all of this. This would take a lifetime's effort and I don't particularly have a lot of life left.

What I see from the Trump so far is a credible drive to restore order to a shattered country. But unless we have a real moral, and a real constitutional restoration, the most which we can reasonably expect is partial remedy and mitigation which will lapse once again once 'the bad guys' again steal the show. That is, Rome never went back to the habits and customs of the republic, it only remedied and mitigated in good emperor spats followed by spells of bad emperors, and along a long downward slope with ups and downs.

So, any talk of 'playing in hands' and all that is inside the box chatter whereas the real solutions are outside the box and with outside the box being presently unavailable. But in fairness to the conversation, 'playing into hands' inside the current box of performance does have a certain amount of currency. And in all likelihood, re-connection to a functional reality only happens once the empire totally collapses as did happen in Russia with the Soviet collapse.

I do enjoy your material.

I would put it this way: that the Western World is a cauldron of insanity and that the forces of natural reality are rapidly enveloping the cauldron. And as with armies, once the encirclement is cinched, then the bill of dire consequences comes due.

And speaking to insanity: we visited DeWife's relatives in Ohio, some three hundred miles distant from where we live. I hadn't seen all of them in their natural habitation now for maybe more than ten years. It's so long ago that I can't rightly remember. Nearly all are 'conservatives', whatever that means? A couple are nut case radicals. But, I noticed that nearly all are quite insane and say the damndest things. One guy knew exactly was is going on in this country, which was refreshing. Another one, a twenty-two year old guy told his nut case mom awhile back, "Mom, you really need to take down that queer flag in the yard." That fellow had a very nice girlfriend in two. He is a very competent artist and he is also very sensible, practical ... and he is learning to be a welder. And so there are bright patches here and there and yon.

I particularly enjoyed this one: "Future generations will look back at TV as the lead in the pipes that slowly drove the Romans mad."

💯TT. The stated intent may be to cut down on crime, vagrancy, and homelessness, but don’t be so quick to think it can’t be extended for other purposes. Trump has already essentially made it illegal to protest on issues that he doesn’t agree with. As a fierce First Amendment defender, I don’t care what side of an issue you are on, you have a right to peacefully protest, and to express your POV in print, speech, online, video or whatever.

Example- You may think that Israel is the greatest country in the world, and that everything they are doing is right. You have a right to organize a rally to bring together people who feel similarly. But you may think that the genocide and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian is the greatest crime against humanity, and that the US should have nothing to do with this other than to condemn it. You similarly have a right to come together, speak out and protest.

There is growing talk among well informed people that Israel is going to launch another unprovoked attack on Iran in the next few months, and that Trump will once again be forced to back them up. When that happens, if that happens, there will be protests. Will these troops start firing upon protesters? I’m old enough to remember this terrible period during the worst days of the Vietnam war.

Clapper made the rounds on ALL Media, wrote his b.s. book "Facts and Fears" covering his position opposing Trump and Russia, but failed to divulge his initiative in nudging and trashing of "modalities"? Gabbard and Bondi already have 40% of Americans from our own Grand Jury who've KNOWN all this intrigue and treason was occurring in real time. Get another 40% to wake the F up and let's seriously deal with these vipers in the harshest manner since the Civil War. Media played their role as well...Joe Scarborough, Jake Tapper, and their profiting pals weren't simply playing the role of fools and nodding in agreement with the LIARs they were interviewing....they ARE accomplices in the CRIME as well.

I have a question for the legal-beagles out there. No general opinions, please. I want a legal opinion. I'm just an old lady who used to be on the other side of their defense tables.

Zelenskyy USED to be the (maybe) duly elected president of Ukraine. He cancelled elections presumably because he feared he would not be re-elected. Ukraine is some form of Democratc republic...that means he is NO LONGER the president of the country. That means he has no standing to act on presidential matters.

Could Presidents Trump and Putin not come out with a joint statement that they are no longer going to deal with CITIZEN Zelenskyy and will deal with whomever is the next legally in line?

Asking for a friend.

Expand full comment
Astragale's avatar

Putin already said, months ago, that he can’t/won’t sign any agreement/peace deal with Zelensky as it’d have no legal standing & there’s no more reason to sign with him than with any other unelected Ukrainian.

Legally, that must be right. (Jeff?!)

Putin added there’d need to be an election in Ukraine before he’d sign anything with a newly elected leader, whoever it might be.

C. Wilson's avatar

Thanks for that. I come from criminal law (NOT a lawyer). What you wrote sounds just about correct. Don't they have a prime minister and some governing body? The country has to be sick of this...seems that body could do something. Maybe they ara all getting too much grift.

According to the Ukraine constitution, when the government declares a state of emergency, it can decide to postpone elections, as it has done since 2019.

The fact that this makes Z a de facto dictator is apparently beside the point. Of course, the fact that the USA conspired in 2014 to pull down the pro-RU elected government and replace it with the current iteration of NATOish puppet might bring bring up the question of "was this current government ever legitimate?"

Richard Whitney's avatar

As I understand it, the Ukrainian Constitution only says that Rada elections can be postponed. It says nothing about the president. (I maybe be wrong.)

But yeah, Putin has said that Zelensky is no longer the legit president, and I think Lavrov has said that all the post-coup governments have been illegitimate. I agree.

If another country overthrows your elected government and handpicks the new regime, you are no longer sovereign, and your "government" is not legitimate.

Mrs. RW

C. Wilson's avatar

So, there could be a good argument for Trump/Putin to say that they will only deal with legitimate heads of state. That there was no election makes that plausible.

Unlike President Cabbage whose people stole the election and he did serve out 4 years as president. A version of Zelensky ascending to the job of president. But, Cabbage left and there was an election. Zelensky & Co did not allow an election.

Richard Whitney's avatar

Yes, you are right. And Putin has already said that. Now you just have to get Trump onboard.

Also, in 2022 Ukraine passed a law that forbid them from negotiating with Putin. For a couple of years, Z brought that up. Now they ignore it.

I should do some research...having said that, isn't that the reason FDR served 4 terms? Our USA was under the war declaration and elections were paused, yes?

Expand full comment
Richard Whitney's avatar

FDR was a very popular president, like Putin.

Both of them were elected by large majorities.

After FDR Congress passed a amendment making sure that no future popular president could be re-elected by the people.

The US wrote the Russian constitution in the 90s and they put in a similar clause, but the Russians revoked it a few years ago, so that they could elect Putin again.

I looked it up. At the time of FDR's presidency there were no term limits. George Washington had set the custom of 2 terms. Ostensibly FDR stuck around because he could, BUT he was elected. There is now a 2 term limit in the Constitution.

As I understand it Zelensky himself cancelled elections and he just stayed on. His term was over. He proclaimed himself head of state. He is not an elected president because HE cancelled them. Very different.

Luna's take on the UFOs is interesting, but confused. BTW, maybe you could do an investigative article on why ladies who are already really pretty, like Luna and Noem, feel like they need to shoot lip filler in their faces, until they look like Donald Duck? And poor Bondi's got so much botox in her face, she can't show much expression without making the quadrants of her face crash against each other.
