In one of Armstrong's recent posts, he observed that the Russian Gov't is an authoritarian government whereas the USG is a tyrannical government. That statement should give the average American pause and it should be obvious - No? But we have been so well indoctrinated to identify ourselves with the Government that even when we know something, it is still difficult to actually come to terms with it. It's like families that have voted Democrat for generations and it took the covid plandemic death machine to shake up that identity. For many, it still hasn't happened, I suspect because these people are literally devoid of any built-in moral compass and are incapable of any independent inquiry or unscripted thought.
So suddenly we realize that, as a chance of birth, we are citizens of a country that is on the wrong side of history. Really goes against the built-in grain that we fought the "good war" in WWII and that we are the bright city-on-the-hill. For an awfully long time we have actually been the "dark tower".
If the American people are to reclaim the heritage of our forefathers, we are going to have to search ourselves and see if there is any of that "American" character left in us. This will necessarily have to begin in America's churches, but at this point, I see very little evidence of this character in the pews or the pulpits. Most of the "church" has gone liberal and most closely resembles a NGO more than an actual church. Where there is enthusiasm, they are more concerned with The Great Escape, ie the Rapture, than they are about the relevance of God's Law Word to society. After all, the Devil is going to win anyway and we must wait for the Lord's "return". It's not a good picture.
The only hopeful thing this side of heaven I can point to is the fact that after 70+ years of Communist tyranny, the Russian people are once again exercising their Christian faith and practice. We have much to overcome.

As someone who is very involved in local politics, my observation is that conservatives and lefties run in very different circles, The right's circle is the circular firing squad for any mis-step or vote not to their liking. While the left's circle is 'circle the wagons' and protect even the crummy ones, although the left is far less tolerant of independent thinkers, and will only form the circle for those who ideologically pure.

Was planning to take Nov off after the election but the administration announced plans in early Nov to consider closing a neighborhood school in the low income part of town to combine with another one that will be expanded to accommodate the kids from the school they want to close. This totally blindsided parents and teachers as just months earlier they were presented with renovation plans that would happen if a bond issue passes in April. I guess admin thought they would roll over but PTA and parents have rallied and created a media firestorm, save our school signs in yards and packed meetings. But I call total BS on this school closure - it's in a part of the downtown that is seeing a lot of development and the mayor is a RE developer who is tight with the school superintendent. Yes, small class sizes but is a Title 1 school and a very tight knit community with long time teachers who know these kids and their circumstances and are in some cases the only source of stability in these kids' lives. I smell a rat.
They might (you know better than I since you are on the ground there) want to look at the example of RFKJr, Vivek, and Tulsi joining with Trump in order to cover their pet projects under Trump's leadership, along with his MAGA movement grassroots, and coalescing around common ground like real health, the 1st amendment and truth over censorship, ending fruitless wars, and freedom of the individual.

It's a good thing/bad thing - a lot more conservatives got activated by the covid crap and jumped in with both feet. So it's great our numbers are growing. But unlike those of us who have been involved in politics at some level our whole lives (I used to go door to door with my dad as a kid) they fail to recognize that sometimes it's pragmatism that gets stuff done, especially at the local level. Your opponents are parents of kids your kids play soccer with, who go to your church, that you run into in the grocery store. So I do 'get' that progress is slow, but we don't have a Marjorie Taylor Green or a Matt Gaetz. We all agree that we want to flush out DEI, porn in the libraries, and 'choose your gender' BS and return focus to academics and fiscal responsibility, but broad differences on how to get there.

Reminded me of another story of a donkey in a pit. Those at the top thought they would bury him alive and began throwing dirt down into the pit. Why would anyone let a minor choose life altering surgery and medicine that was never meant to be used long term? They can wait until they are 18 or older, or better yet, 26 since that’s when the brain is fully developed according to the defense of school shooters.

In one of Armstrong's recent posts, he observed that the Russian Gov't is an authoritarian government whereas the USG is a tyrannical government. That statement should give the average American pause and it should be obvious - No? But we have been so well indoctrinated to identify ourselves with the Government that even when we know something, it is still difficult to actually come to terms with it. It's like families that have voted Democrat for generations and it took the covid plandemic death machine to shake up that identity. For many, it still hasn't happened, I suspect because these people are literally devoid of any built-in moral compass and are incapable of any independent inquiry or unscripted thought.
So suddenly we realize that, as a chance of birth, we are citizens of a country that is on the wrong side of history. Really goes against the built-in grain that we fought the "good war" in WWII and that we are the bright city-on-the-hill. For an awfully long time we have actually been the "dark tower".
If the American people are to reclaim the heritage of our forefathers, we are going to have to search ourselves and see if there is any of that "American" character left in us. This will necessarily have to begin in America's churches, but at this point, I see very little evidence of this character in the pews or the pulpits. Most of the "church" has gone liberal and most closely resembles a NGO more than an actual church. Where there is enthusiasm, they are more concerned with The Great Escape, ie the Rapture, than they are about the relevance of God's Law Word to society. After all, the Devil is going to win anyway and we must wait for the Lord's "return". It's not a good picture.
The only hopeful thing this side of heaven I can point to is the fact that after 70+ years of Communist tyranny, the Russian people are once again exercising their Christian faith and practice. We have much to overcome.

It's so disturbing! I was in Orlando for business on the day of the big "Pride Parade" in October. It was the middle of the day and there were many adults who dragged kids to this. One woman had a shirt that said, "Who ate all the p*ssy?" and was holding the hand of a girl who looked to be not even 6 or 7 years old. A grown man in his 30s was walking around Publix in a leather-strapped bondage outfit, mostly unclothed. It hit me that it's impossible to divorce the LGTBQ agenda from the act of sex. Even if people tried to pretend like it's not about sex - it's about gender or whatever - at the end of the day, this is a celebration of the act of who people have SEX with. It's time to end the charade and call this out for what it really is - INDECENCY.

As someone who is very involved in local politics, my observation is that conservatives and lefties run in very different circles, The right's circle is the circular firing squad for any mis-step or vote not to their liking. Was planning to take Nov off after the election but the administration announced plans in early Nov to consider closing a neighborhood school in the low income part of town to combine with another one that will be expanded to accommodate the kids from the school they want to close. This totally blindsided parents and teachers as just months earlier they were presented with renovation plans that would happen if a bond issue passes in April. I guess admin thought they would roll over but PTA and parents have rallied and created a media firestorm, save our school signs in yards and packed meetings. Into this fray one of the incumbents announced she IS running after all, after we had recruited 2 candidates who plan to file Dec 10, first day to file. Incumbent is conservative, but has been weak, and one of the 2 newbies is fairly weak as well IMHO. I am staying mostly out of it, and have said I will support whoever the group decides. But I call total BS on this school closure - it's in a part of the downtown that is seeing a lot of development and the mayor is a RE developer who is tight with the school superintendent. Yes, small class sizes but is a Title 1 school and a very tight knit community with long time teachers who know these kids and their circumstances and are in some cases the only source of stability in these kids' lives. I smell a rat.
They might (you know better than I since you are on the ground there) want to look at the example of RFKJr, Vivek, and Tulsi joining with Trump in order to cover their pet projects under Trump's leadership, along with his MAGA movement grassroots, and coalescing around common ground like real health, the 1st amendment and truth over censorship, ending fruitless wars, and freedom of the individual.
Trump throwing Ron "DeSanctus/DeSantimonius"'s name around as a possible head of DOD is another example of Trump's ability to compartmentalize people's policies in one area apart from their actions in another area, to forward a result and take higher ground.
It's a good thing/bad thing - a lot more conservatives got activated by the covid crap and jumped in with both feet. So it's great our numbers are growing. But unlike those of us who have been involved in politics at some level our whole lives (I used to go door to door with my dad as a kid) they fail to recognize that sometimes it's pragmatism that gets stuff done, especially at the local level. Your opponents are parents of kids your kids play soccer with, who go to your church, that you run into in the grocery store. So I do 'get' that progress is slow, but we don't have a Marjorie Taylor Green or a Matt Gaetz. We all agree that we want to flush out DEI, porn in the libraries, and 'choose your gender' BS and return focus to academics and fiscal responsibility, but broad differences on how to get there.

As a group of frogs was traveling through the woods, two of them fell into a deep pit.
When the other frogs crowded around the pit and saw how deep it was, they told the two frogs that there was no hope left for them.
However, the two frogs decided to ignore what the others were saying and they proceeded to try and jump out of the pit. Despite their efforts, the group of frogs at the top of the pit were still saying that they should just give up. That they would never make it out.
Eventually, one of the frogs took heed to what the others were saying and he gave up, falling down to his death. The other frog continued to jump as hard as he could.
Again, the crowd of frogs yelled at him to stop the pain and just die. He jumped even harder and finally made it out.
When he got out, the other frogs said, “Did you not hear us?”
The frog explained to them that he was deaf. He thought they were encouraging him the entire time.

Reminded me of another story of a donkey in a pit. Those at the top thought they would bury him alive and began throwing dirt down into the pit. Each time dirt was thrown down, the donkey would "shake it off," stomp it down, and "step up." Until eventually, the pit began to fill up with the donkey standing on the gradually rising bottom. Eventually the donkey was near enough to the top of the pit to leap out and run free. The moral of the story: when you are at your lowest, when you hit rock bottom, and dirt is being thrown at you, shake it off and step up.
I'm fuzzy about who I heard this story from (I think it was a former pastor?) but still remember the gist of the story. :)

Why would anyone let a minor choose life altering surgery and medicine that was never meant to be used long term? They can wait until they are 18 or older, or better yet, 26 since that’s when the brain is fully developed according to the defense of school shooters.
I’m more worried about the vaccine case headed their way over a state Supreme Court that ruined the school can vaccinate a child w/o parental consent. This came out of a lawsuit against a school that mistakenly gave a 6yo a COVID shot against the parent’s wishes. Apparently no one at that school is capable of reading the slips of permission or opting out.
In the recent past this ppl would be arrested, tried, jailed, and children given to others but parents have sacrificed their prodigy to the gov for providing free childcare (NOT) so they can get their wishes met and self esteem raised at work.
Now if you’re a Christian, good luck fostering or adopting a child. In some states to be foster parents, you must get a flu shot and of course the foster kids have to be fully vaccinated. That’s why they love finding reasons to take unvaxxed kids away from their parents.

the case like this that I saw the video report of, the school claimed the child was wearing the wrong name tag, but the parents had verbally been assured in person that their child would not get the jab before it was given -- so unscrupulous and sneaky, IMO
