My friend with whom I live right now and I have stocked up on "survivor foodstuffs" and also a manually operated water purifier. We don't have an electric generator as yet--the only one that would be worthwhile is a gasoline-powered one and they're VERY pricey and VERY heavy and both of us are not in "tip top" physical condition. I looked at the "solar powered" generators but they would only operate a few hours a day since we live in the Mid Atlantic states region and the "ole sol" isn't shining every day of the week to keep a solar powered generator operative. We're still "ruminating" on the generator issue. We do have propane powered heater (to heat one big room--the upstairs bedroom) and a propane stove. Sooooo...we could "survive" for a few months--but not for years.

I think dentists don't have any skin in the shot narrative yet they are still medically trained. As a result, they are more objective about the whole narrative.

Yes, at my last visit the PA said we need to keep a close eye on certain blood parameters due to my father having Type 2 diabetes. I said nothing, but I happen to know my father’s diabetes is due to his diet. He actually has reduced his numbers significantly via diet. I also happen to know that my diet is the exact diet that reverses and prevents T2DM, so I am not particularly concerned.
It used to be meaningful, way back when doctors practiced homeopathic medicine - a family history of TB or cancer would influence which homeopathic medicine the homeopathic physician might use to treat a particular condition.

In reality, if taken regularly for, I think, five years, or maybe it is ten, they extend life by three days.
Meanwhile they lower the levels of cholesterol which is a fundamental building block of every cell in the body. Doctors learn this in college biology and first year med school. But then are basically told (not explicitly) to ignore that once they are in second year pharmacology class and third year clinicals. Cholesterol also is the backbone for testosterone and many other important hormones in the body. Not to mention that the mechanism of action of statins also blocks production of CoQ10, an important part of energy production in the cell. Our brains are 2/3 fat, with a lot of that being cholesterol.
And we wonder why, with at least half of the adult population on statins, we have so much dementia (reduced fat in the brain), low testosterone and ED (low testosterone because of low cholesterol, among other reasons), cancer (cholesterol is protective), and diabetes (statins increase risk for Type 2 diabetes). 🤔🤔🤔

The cholesterol hypothesis was bullied through a Congressional committee years ago courtesy of bully Ansel Keys who worked with a vegetarian Congressional staff member to effectively put forth this hypothesis and influence USDA nutrition policy. Using statins as an example, the absolute risk of a heart attack due to high cholesterol is about 3 in 2000. That is 0 .05 %. By using statins, the risk drops to 2 in 2000, or 0.1 %. Are you going to take statins, with their myriad of side effects, not the least of which is a marked increase in Diabetes Type 2, for a 0.05 increase in life span? Heck no. But, and here's the scam they pull by using relative risk. An increase in survivability of 3 vs 2 is a 50 % increase .! That's the number the medical establishment uses. Lies, damned lies, and statistics,.

And high triglyceride is a marker for insulin resistance. As is the triglyceride/HDL ratio. Should be 2 or less. Anything higher is HUGELY predictive of insulin resistance and therefore impending heart disease. Best way to fix the ratio is with a well formulated low carb high NATURAL fat way of life.

The tests should all be standardized with no lesser entry requirements. That should also apply for all jobs regardless of race or sex. Too many incompetent people are holding positions that they’re not qualified for either intellectually or physically.
The fire depts use a standardized physical agility test. It has been broken down into several different timed events. Back in the day it a person with the best also got a better ranking on the hire list. The test was a timed test with the fastest being the best. Not just a complete it by a certain time.
Don’t get me started on what they have done with military qualifications between men and women just in boot camp! Women don’t need to score as high as men in order to graduate. All the women’s equal rights sure are silent about that piece too!

I've been wondering about this for a long time. Trade with China and the East for Europe, especially Germany, is a no-brainer. Although I retired prior to Covid, in 32 years of working as a healthcare professional in acute care hospitals I never witnessed anything like these dance videos being done while working. First of all, there would never have been time to do that and secondly, it’s so utterly unprofessional and would’ve been subject to being fired for unprofessional conduct. However, on the rare occasions I have to access the healthcare system now I’m appalled at the low caliber of staff in clinics and hospitals currently. Many of them are very unprofessional in their appearance and their attitude towards patients, are staring at their phones when they’re not actively engaged with work and appear very disinterested in what they’re doing. As our society has devolved so has the entire healthcare system. My plan is to take charge of my own health and stay away from the broken system.

A former pastor of our church we attended in California before we moved to Florida died suddenly two days ago. He was feeling ill, like the flu (even tested negative for covid) went to bed on Sunday night and woke up in heaven. He just turned 40 and left behind a wife and two young boys. I'm not 100% sure of his vax status, but the whole church staff bought the lie in 2020. I looked up to see if blood clot symptoms can mirror the flu and yes, they can, if the clot is in the abdomen. I'm sure the autopsy results won't be made public, but my money would be on this as the reason for his Died Suddenly event.

The most poorly educated home school student will still be better educated than a public school student on the honor roll. In actuality, any college counselor will tell you that homeschool students are ALWAYS superior to public school students. Keep the child home, buy used books and let him read.
And if I was still in the child rearing business, my children would NOT be allowed to go to any university. I would tell him or her to get a technical skill or learn to be an entrepreneur and save their money. The ONLY thing that is going to get our offspring through the next 30 years is HARD WORK. Everyone else is going to be LOST.

I was born in 1949, and yet I can well imagine your first ten years of life. I remember the huge autos people used to ride around 1940's. They now seem like tanks compared to what we have today. We don't have an electric generator as yet--the only one that would be worthwhile is a gasoline-powered one and they're VERY pricey and VERY heavy and both of us are not in "tip top" physical condition. I looked at the "solar powered" generators but they would only operate a few hours a day since we live in the Mid Atlantic states region and the "ole sol" isn't shining every day of the week to keep a solar powered generator operative. We're still "ruminating" on the generator issue. We do have propane powered heater (to heat one big room--the upstairs bedroom) and a propane stove. Sooooo...we could "survive" for a few months--but not for years.

An orthodontist friend of mine told me this week that in 20 years of practice he has never seen the level of heart issues and stroke in young people like he is seeing now. This is someone who is totally a-political and we have never discussed politics in any way.
This is the first time I really feel like this is happening in real life and not in headlines.
A dentist friend of mine reports the same. She constantly has patients complaining to her about their ailments so she asks them when did the ailments start. "Oh, a year or two ago." "Did you get vaccinated?" "Oh yes, we got ALL the shots!" "My advice is to not get any more shots." "Oh no, it can't be that. We've always had this problem in our family history." That's her typical conversation. If the patient is open to questioning the shots, she refers them to Americas Frontline Doctors and Dr. Zelenko.
I think dentists don't have any skin in the shot narrative yet they are still medically trained. As a result, they are more objective about the whole narrative.

Yes, at my last visit the PA said we need to keep a close eye on certain blood parameters due to my father having Type 2 diabetes. I said nothing, but I happen to know my father’s diabetes is due to his diet. He actually has reduced his numbers significantly via diet. I also happen to know that my diet is the exact diet that reverses and prevents T2DM, so I am not particularly concerned.
It used to be meaningful, way back when doctors practiced homeopathic medicine - a family history of TB or cancer would influence which homeopathic medicine the homeopathic physician might use to treat a particular condition.
Now it is mostly used to order screening tests, to make patients afraid, and as you said, to order drugs. Or to excuse away the adverse effects of the bad advise we are given.
Seriously. We have experienced this with my husband when he developed a life-threatening condition at a very early age despite following all The Recommendations. Nobody had any explanation. It was maddening. Then we later learned The Recommendations actually contributed to his condition.

Statins are alleged to reduce heart disease incidence and death from heart disease.
In reality, if taken regularly for, I think, five years, or maybe it is ten, they extend life by three days.
Meanwhile they lower the levels of cholesterol which is a fundamental building block of every cell in the body. Doctors learn this in college biology and first year med school. But then are basically told (not explicitly) to ignore that once they are in second year pharmacology class and third year clinicals. Cholesterol also is the backbone for testosterone and many other important hormones in the body. Not to mention that the mechanism of action of statins also blocks production of CoQ10, an important part of energy production in the cell. Our brains are 2/3 fat, with a lot of that being cholesterol.
And we wonder why, with at least half of the adult population on statins, we have so much dementia (reduced fat in the brain), low testosterone and ED (low testosterone because of low cholesterol, among other reasons), cancer (cholesterol is protective), and diabetes (statins increase risk for Type 2 diabetes). 🤔🤔🤔
Cholesterol was never demonstrated to be the cause of heart disease. Check out work by Irish engineer Ivor Cummins, by Scottish (?) physician Malcolm Kendrick, nephrologist Jason Fung MD, and many others. The cholesterol hypothesis was bullied through a Congressional committee years ago courtesy of bully Ansel Keys who worked with a vegetarian Congressional staff member to effectively put forth this hypothesis and influence USDA nutrition policy. Don’t get me started about the Constitutionality of the federal government setting nutrition policy.

you are spot on. How they scam people into taking this is by using relative rather than absolute risk. All of the sham medical establishment does this to get completely worthless drugs approved. Using statins as an example, the absolute risk of a heart attack due to high cholesterol is about 3 in 2000. That is 0 .05 %. By using statins, the risk drops to 2 in 2000, or 0.1 %. Are you going to take statins, with their myriad of side effects, not the least of which is a marked increase in Diabetes Type 2, for a 0.05 increase in life span? Heck no. But, and here's the scam they pull by using relative risk. An increase in survivability of 3 vs 2 is a 50 % increase .! That's the number the medical establishment uses. Lies, damned lies, and statistics,.
Knowing about the statin fraud is what made us hesitant about (and eventually of course steadfastly opposed to) the latest pHarmaceutical product. "Let's just wait and see," was our stance. And of course we quite quickly adopted a "hell, no" stance.

And high triglyceride is a marker for insulin resistance. As is the triglyceride/HDL ratio. Should be 2 or less. Anything higher is HUGELY predictive of insulin resistance and therefore impending heart disease. Best way to fix the ratio is with a well formulated low carb high NATURAL fat way of life.

Attended a local small business political action organization yesterday to hear someone speak about the Climate Change Cult. They started by saying the pledge of allegiance. We were both struck by that. We are 70, and I haven't been anywhere that did that since HS.

The tests should all be standardized with no lesser entry requirements. That should also apply for all jobs regardless of race or sex. Too many incompetent people are holding positions that they’re not qualified for either intellectually or physically.
The fire depts use a standardized physical agility test. It has been broken down into several different timed events. Back in the day it a person with the best also got a better ranking on the hire list. The test was a timed test with the fastest being the best. Not just a complete it by a certain time.
Don’t get me started on what they have done with military qualifications between men and women just in boot camp! Women don’t need to score as high as men in order to graduate. All the women’s equal rights sure are silent about that piece too!
And when the Army PT test was modernized for combat-relevant strengths and made sex-neutral, so many women failed it that they backtracked.

It's looking like the NeoCon and their Woke Commie friends are finished. And finished begins with being totally discredited and held in abject disrepute. Nuland, Little Anthony, and Jake the Rake ... for them there no coming back from this for them. And Biden is the Joke Heard Around the World. How the unravelling happens, I can't say. But unravelling it is. The European Walk-Away is the first big domino to fall in the Five Eyes' rapidly vanishing empire. There is now inertial energy in play here ... and so the vector force unleashed is apt to have legs extending into time.
What took Europe out of play. First, it's the failing Ukraine Grift War. The whole take-down Putin thing a colossal epic miscalculation. But there's the NordStream act of war against Europe. But, and this is even bigger, is that the sanctioning in retrospect may also be viewed as an economic act of war against Europe. It may not have started out this way, at least by superficial analysis, but upon deeper introspection it cannot be taken otherwise given the United States' objective of turning the EU into an American Five Eyes dependency total.

Well put. Once the momentum turns it's going to hard to correct course. I think the overlords' gambit has not paid off. The Crown with the Vatican and the Rothschilds have overplayed their hand in their arrogance and religious zeal. Ever does evil fail. They failed to buy the whole world and now they may even be losing their NWO. And the NWO will fail if they can't subjugate the American people. Not knowing how desperate they are, they may resort to measures I'd rather not contemplate. The war is not over until the fat binary sings.
I've been wondering about this for a long time. Trade with China and the East for Europe, especially Germany, is a no-brainer. Working with the Americans in trade, and getting beat up all the time for thanks is a thought experiment which defies gravity. And now, little cracks are turning into canyons. And what this tells us is American Power has very much weakened to the extent that this now, for the first time, that Europe has the possibility to get out from underneath the Americans.
BUT, there is still the Federal Reserve Bank which props up EU central banking establishment. And so, what does this tell us. Not quite sure but bears watching. It could be that the Western Central Banking/Wall Street/City of London complex is in political pivot mode. If so, that would make sense out of Musk, DoD releases, and some other stuff. (And gold and silver went wild last week! My! What a world!)
Let's hope that that offramp does not lead to true, actual bolshevism. There must be a third way - something between the global capitalist imperial hegemonists and the genuine communists.

Could he have been used as a fall guy by a group of very highly-placed others who coordinated to gather all that information and send it to him, persuading him he should share it with his small group of gamers on his private server for a long period, after which one of whom apparently shared it further, etc., etc.? Although I retired prior to Covid, in 32 years of working as a healthcare professional in acute care hospitals I never witnessed anything like these dance videos being done while working. First of all, there would never have been time to do that and secondly, it’s so utterly unprofessional and would’ve been subject to being fired for unprofessional conduct. However, on the rare occasions I have to access the healthcare system now I’m appalled at the low caliber of staff in clinics and hospitals currently. Many of them are very unprofessional in their appearance and their attitude towards patients, are staring at their phones when they’re not actively engaged with work and appear very disinterested in what they’re doing. As our society has devolved so has the entire healthcare system. My plan is to take charge of my own health and stay away from the broken system.

A former pastor of our church we attended in California before we moved to Florida died suddenly two days ago. He was feeling ill, like the flu (even tested negative for covid) went to bed on Sunday night and woke up in heaven. He just turned 40 and left behind a wife and two young boys. I'm not 100% sure of his vax status, but the whole church staff bought the lie in 2020. I looked up to see if blood clot symptoms can mirror the flu and yes, they can, if the clot is in the abdomen. I'm sure the autopsy results won't be made public, but my money would be on this as the reason for his Died Suddenly event.
