Let’s do a “multiplier for Jeff”! Click the link above “Support C&C” to “fund some amazing projects on the drawing board” and show support for Jeff’s work.

I suggest an amount ending in 2 like usual, and just let the Service Fee ($1.28) add on by default. Example: $32 (system adds $1.28) for a total of $33.28. For those who cant swing the subscription cost, it’s a way to help out. And a lot of us giving at one time can be a burst of energy for our favorite content provider

I feel great too!! 😁😁😁

I would also recommend that anyone who reads this newsletter on a regular basis should become a “subscriber” and regularly support Jeff’s efforts in some way. This work has changed lives and will continue to do so. PLUS you get a Sunday newsletter when you subscribe. A nice added bonus.

Expand full comment

I agree but it is a little much for some of us to manage, financially speaking, right now 😞 Hoping Jeff is able to offer additional options soon, as he mentioned the other day he was working on this with Substack.

Expand full comment

I agree. Plus I support a few other substacks at 5-7/month so it adds up.

Expand full comment

You can just give any donation. 🤗

Expand full comment

I know. But subscribing has only the 500/year or 50/mo options.

Expand full comment

At $500/year it is unaffordable.

Expand full comment

I subscribe to some sub stacks that are $5. I would gladly pay $10 for c&c.

Expand full comment

It is expensive for many...I like the idea of multiplying C&C monthly. I have a feeling it will be a WAY MORE positive result for C&C if everyone gives what they can and want.

You can give a donation of any amount, every month or not.

It is for many. This is one of my chosen philanthropic gifting I do each year.

Expand full comment

Is it 501c3 non-profit? That would make it more acceptable to be able to write it off my taxes.

It's one of the most expensive substacks. I would gladly pay for it at $5-10/month but not $50. I subscribed for 2 months to give Jeff some cash and then canceled it.

501c3 is part of the government control system. And any application for and acceptance implies consent to government terms. In essence, one is contracting with the government and therefore is bond by the terms of the contract. This is the kind of 'binding to the government' from which I chose to be free.

Okay! I understand most people don't think of it in this kind of way ... but just saying!

Expand full comment

Yes, unfortunately true. Remember how the IRS harassed conservative nonprofits with endless requests for supporting documents?? Anything that is related to the government, they can easily use against you if they want.

You're not familiar with what the ramifications of being a 501(c)3 organization, are you? Churchs are already tax-exempt by federal law w/o any further filing. This is specifically where the churchs have been bound to NOT say anything against the government or it's resulting narratives and why so many have been in agreement with all the covid closures and masking rules, pushing vaccinations, and not mentioning the truth. Not only can the pastor and the church can be fined, but any board member who "allows" a pastor to "speak negatively" about the government can be fined, too. $10,000 worth. Look into LBJ's history on this one.

Yes, this is a most interesting and very much a to the point comment. MOREOVER, and this is an area in which the self-alleged Christians are much lapsed. The question being, to whom does the church belong? To God? Or to the state? And if to God, then to God alone and under his Law Order. And if to the state, then to the legislatures, to the courts, any departments or agencies ... and to any executive order, mandate or act of tyranny which comes down the pike.

Interestingly, I read that the churches which buckled under, which gave into the states mandates, have had one third of their congregations not return. This is astounding if true ... and I can't say if it is true because I do not attend this kind of a 'church'. Of the few churches of which I have knowledge, and did not cave under the tyranny, their attendance actually experience good growth.

[I had to much edit this. Sorry ... massive multiple dyslexic lightening strikes needed attention ... and really quite an embarrassing mess.]

Yes, very well explained. However, it makes my opinion of the legal profession fall even lower which I didn't think was possible. Paid lairs nearly all, along with the vast majority of public relations people.

The fact that lying to the public is seen as a legitimate way to make a living does not speak well of our society.

Yes, lawyers have a bad reputation. But there are good ones out there, like Jeff. And when you find yourself in need of a lawyer, you really need one of the good ones!

I thought Paul Pelosi and the other guy looked like they were some type of friends with each other. Drunk friends. Or high friends. On friendly terms. Paul smiling when he opened the door. Chit-chatty with the officer. For the other guy, people who are drunk or high often do crazy, rage-induced things like swing a hammer at someone, seemingly out of nowhere (to the rest of us watching who aren’t drunk or high). If Paul was being held hostage as some have suggested, his behavior would have been much different when he opened the door, even while drunk. When the other guy pulled back on the hammer after the officer told him to drop it, for a second Paul tried to reason with him in a manner that a father would do with a child. Only a friend would do that. If Paul was a hostage or felt threatened by this guy before opening the door, he wouldn’t have reasoned with the guy like that. Even while drunk.

Expand full comment

People seem to have forgotten that Paul supposedly locked himself in the bathroom to call the police. Why would he come back out before the police arrived??

Expand full comment

The 911 call he sounded like he was trying to speak low and clear and drop words that the operated would pick up on that he was in trouble.. the video if unedited seems to me like Paul was trying to stay calm and keep the other guy calm. It was 2 am. If the guy did break in paul could have been in bed and just grabbed a shirt... who knows. I am no fan but hammer to head..awful

Expand full comment

He could have told the 'intruder' he had invited a 'fun friend' round then gone to be bathroom to 'get ready', then called the poluce from there. Thats maybe why he was able to answer the door. idk. I detest Pelosi but I'm not sure about this.

Expand full comment

After this incident made the news, which was almost immediately, I distinctly remember the responding officer's body cam footage was online - for a very brief period of time. It revealed Paul Pelosi opening the door in his underwear, another man in the room (also in underwear), who Paul said was "a friend" and both men were holding onto one hammer, as if they had been struggling over it. (The scene reminded me of a couple of crackheads doing weird things). There was no indication of a hostage situation - in fact it appeared to be more of a regular San Francisco domestic dispute. The officers were not overly impressed or responsive, appeared to be suppressing grins. That video was gone the next day to the ash heap of truth.

Expand full comment

yeah it so weird -- wouldn't you run away from hammer man when you opened the door?

Expand full comment

My guess after watching the video: Pelosi was trying to keep the situation under control by remaining calm and congenial. He was trying to cajole the nutjob. He's also 80-something, and the husband of a very powerful politician, so the chances he would run off screaming after LE arrived are slim to none.

Expand full comment

He was DRUNK! 🤣🤣

Expand full comment

He had to open the door with one hand, and the drink was in the other. Then holds the hammer (no “grab”) still cordial and conversational, like “nothing to see here.” So PP is sort of protecting the police from the guy (and NO’s reputation) and the guy flips out on PP.

Is there a DC club for crooked women politicians in relationships with adulterous pervs? Clinton, Pelosi, ...

Expand full comment

You can't see it clearly because the door is in the way, but there is some movement. DePape is the one who opened up the door with his left hand. It's the only one that's free. You can see he's holding a dirty rag - I'm guessing he was concerned about leaving fingerprints, maybe?

I posted this question on a few substacks in hopes can help - have you heard any updates on baby Will from New Zealand - does anyone have an update on how he’s doing? Do his parents have twitters with updates? He was all over the news and then silence. As a mother to unvaccinated kids, I am very interested in how their baby is doing. Please like this post if you want to know too so it stays bumped, or please reply if you have any links to updates. I’ve been praying for that sweet baby and his parents.

I'm hoping I dreamed it, to be honest. That little guy's face haunts me.

Expand full comment

There were 2 baby boys in the news. Baby Alex, in Washingtin state died after his doctor's gave him vaxed blood, even though the patents had unvaxed donors waiting. That's one reason why Baby Will, in NZ, parents were so adamant about him getting unvaxed blood only. I saw that after Baby Will was taken and operated on, the parents said Baby Will was given only clean blood by the doctors. I can see this because they could not take a chance with this being such a high profile story. I just say a video on Rumble (I think) with a parents update from mid December. Meanwhile, in Washington state, all of Baby Alex's hospital records have disappeared and the hospital denies treating him even though the parents have pictures inside the hospital and the resulting hospital bills. I haven't heard any updates on that lately. Last I heard the parents were trying to raise money for an attorney.

It’s an open admission that they do GoF! This statement. ”If a full virus [THAT CANNOT REPLICATE IN CULTURE] does not contain any known gain of function mutations” then “such virus may be engineered[.]” this is full proof and they just told you they do GoF, er, ‘engineering’ and this stuff is even more nefarious than you might think. What it means is they have a virus that, say, doesn’t replicate in cells so they can’t test their drug. That means to me that the effing virus is likely non pathogenic or mildly so. So! Let’s change it so it CAN replicate. I mean why waste time and money looking for a better host cell line! Now it can be used to test our new antiviral drugs. Geez, wouldn’t you know it! They just applied GoF methodology to a previously hard to grow , but now easy to grow, virus. It gained in function. And if that or a related bug got out of the Wuhan, California lab (or wherever it is) then we’d have a new and improved pandemic. This is a brazen admission that they’re doing GoF research and it couldn’t be more obvious if they tried.

I agree. It's 'lawyer-speak' as Jeff points out and, speaking as a lawyer, it's intended to be opaque, qualified, and thus indecipherable to most people seeking a common sense explanation. The ultimate example being Clinton's "I did not have sex with that woman" denial that was based upon a legalistic definition what "sex" is. It's the same thing.

Off-topic, when I was in law school studying legal writing, the emphasis then was on clear communication in the interest of effective advocacy and candor. 'Lawyer-speak' was demonstrated to have its own syntax and rules with the focus being to avoid committing to a position. Apparently that was a minority view.

Expand full comment

I thought it was based on what the questioner's definition of "is" is. 😁

Expand full comment

Yes, exactly. And we can thank the Bill and Hill for taking “Lawyer-Speak” and evolving it into “ Clintonese”, the language of Non Accountability.

Expand full comment

"Clintonese": The lingua franca of prevarication. Outstanding.

Expand full comment

And who, exactly, is “that woman”?😏

Expand full comment

In retrospect, he probably meant Hillary although Chelsea bares a scary resemblance to both Bill and Hillary. The Clintons are sick and twisted as Whitney Webb points out in her Epstein book series. I still can't get past that painting of Bill in the fabled blue dress that was among Epstein's prized possessions.

Expand full comment

I’ve occasionally speculated what our political landscape would be right now had Epstein not “ killed himself.”

Expand full comment

The timing is interesting. What beans was Jeffrey about to spill such that he had to be killed then and there and who ordered it?

If you read Webb's book series, Epstein had deep ties to intelligence, the MIC, Wall Street, along with blackmail material on lots of very powerful people dating back to the 1980s. That Epstein didn't have a contingency plan - if I am killed here's the dirt and how to release it - is surprising but perhaps that may explain why Ghislaine hasn't been 'suicided' yet.

Expand full comment

Seems like Epstein’s “Wayback machine” was also captured by the cabal/dark state after his death.

Or maybe he DID have a "kill switch" contingency plan and he's not actually dead.

Epstein might’ve been one of the original founding fathers of those who died of coincidence.

Serious question @ejsmith, how do most lawyers rationalize away that they are paid big bucks to deceive others and/or the public? How do they look in the mirror and hug their kids knowing this is what they are paid to do? I can't believe they are all sociopaths (most maybe, but not all).

Expand full comment

You're painting with a broad brush, JeffC. Personally, I've never practiced law that way and the vast majority of lawyers I know and have worked with are ethical, principled people.

There is such a thing as the Rules of Professional Conduct to which all lawyers are bound. One of those rules is: "A lawyer shall not bring or defend a proceeding, or assert or controvert an issue therein, unless there is a basis in law and fact for doing so that is not frivolous, which includes a good faith argument for an extension, modification or reversal of existing law. "

That said, the world is full of scumbags and lawyers are no exception. However, there are doctors who perform unnecessary surgeries or prescribe unneeded medicines or experimental shots purely for the money. There are Scout Masters who molest kids in their charge. There are police who beat suspects to death. There are high-ranking members of the clergy who are pedophiles.

The world's an imperfect place.

From their amazingly safe Jab to their competent hiring choices (Jordon Trishton Walker), they seem to know what they're doing.

This may be a bit academic but I do not believe the pathogen was only introduced into circulation in Wuhan. I believe it was introduced into circulation at various points around the world. It can be demonstrated from historical outbreaks that it could not naturally spread the way it did from one location. DoD/Fauci/NIH/WHO are behind this bio-weapon attack (Pfizer benefits $ as the middle man) and they used Wuhan as the fall guy to take the blame and distract attention (and ultimately Pfizer as well).

I recall that Milan and that Industrial Valley was the first place out of China where it exploded. And pretty much killed every Italian over 80, and Italy has/had a very elderly population.

Expand full comment

I have numerous elderly relatives, still, in northern Italy.

I can tell you that not a single one of them was felled by "the virus" which caused the lockdowns in northern Italy in early 2020.

The wailing and gnashing of teeth, and the numerous claims of "virus" deaths broadcast worldwide, from priests in churches stacked with coffins, was largely bullshit.

What happened in Italy was a direct result of fear mongering by media, government lockdowns and public terror.

Not "The Virus".

The population was locked down. Nearly 22% of Italy's population is comprised of very elderly people, many MANY who are still living 'independently" but need constant help from relatives to survive.

They are unable to walk long distances. They are unable to drive. Often times, they live in tiny villages with no public transportation. They are not "sick", many barely survive on government pensions and financial assistance from relatives.

They do not reside in (EXPENSIVE) rest homes.

The elderly are (were) literally draining the nation's coffers due to Italy's various government pensions and supplemented medical plans.

The elderly being locked down, either within their tiny old apartments, or "rest homes", were extremely aged and non ambulatory in many cases, having no physical way to obtain help from their locked down children.

Their locked down relatives were forbidden to travel more than 5 ks, for essential reasons.

(Same thing in Paris and Montreal, for instance. If you were caught "without paperz": heavy fines.)

Ambulances refused to attend to calls. Doctors were unavailable. Hospitals were locked down.

Elderly people died in their homes or in "Casa di Riposo". Not "from or with" Covid, but from neglect, dehydration, heart attack, falls, (stroke) and FEAR.

Their bodies were left in their homes to literally ROT, for days on end. (Who can forget the awful scene broadcast by the RAI, of that poor elderly woman, on her tiny ancient stone balcony, crying out for "aiuto". (HELP!!)

Her husband had died, days earlier. No one from "The Authorities" would pick up his body...

Those (refrigerated) military trucks the world saw? The convoy, snaking out of Lombardy in the middle of the night? Were not "FULL" of bodies. Each contained one or two ROTTING corpses being transported to a crematorium for disposal.

No funerals. The "deadly virus" precluded proper burials.

(No. Rotted corpses precluded proper preparation by embalmers, for proper burials... The bodies had to be burned.)

I know a young man whose family owns many funeral homes, the largest funeral provider in Lombardy.

He has told these horror stories. Truthfully.

Their company is STILL waiting for outstanding compensation by the Italian government.

Bottom line: it was mostly LOCKDOWNS, neglect, fear, dementia, heart attack, stroke, midazolam and morphine and fentanyl to keep the old ones "comfortable", not "COVID", which killed off the elderly Italian "useless eaters" in 2020.

In 2021 and 2022, and currently: the jab is finishing them off.

My people are CURRENTLY dying, in droves. Jab. Jab. Jab. Jab. (Stopped counting them in January of '22.)

For instance: 1 aunt died, in a "rest home", "in her sleep", in late January of '21, AFTER surviving Covid.

No autopsy. Of course...

She survived Covid, dementia, institutional neglect, sadness and confusion for an entire year though.

Her children were denied access to her 4 days after her 91st birthday, in February, 2020.

She was one of the first "at risk" elderly to be jabbed in Italy in January of '21.

She could not be hugged or properly cared for, and fed, and hydrated daily, by her desperate (fully compliant) children.

She could not socialize with other "inmates"... she was kept sequestered in her tiny room for 1 year. God only knows what she suffered.

Her "roommate" Maria died at some point during that first year of Covid, we know not why, but I, for one, highly suspect euthanasia via drug overdose to keep the confused and agitated inmate "calm".

My auntie did not make it to her next birthday in '21. After being jabbed...

So: NOT Covid deaths!!!

Just saying.

Thanks so much for this perspective. What was done is totally evil and criminal, especially with regard to children and the elderly 😡🤬

Re: the argument by Eugyppius

Whether or not Pfizer can actually succeed at producing more dangerous engineered pathogens than nature, the problem is with their actions attempting to do so, not just with the results.

They put alligator genes in a catfish. We're way past knowing what "they" can actually do or how bad it could be. No benign reason to force-mutate this stuff because, by definition, it won't happen in nature and so cannot be a threat.

They want threats and for us to live in fear. The only thing we should truly fear is God's wrath.

Here is the link Dr. Malone gave for the Pfizer legal statement: https://www.pfizer.com/news/announcements/pfizer-responds-research-claims

I kept scrolling afterwards and was gobsmacked when they listed all the side-effects of their shot and then had the nerve to say this: "These may not be all the possible side effects of these vaccines. Call the vaccination provider or healthcare provider about bothersome side effects or side effects that do not go away."

"Bothersome" side effects??! 🤮
