Jeff, Yuri,

When trying to solve a problem, the first thing you must do is properly identify the real problem.

Jeff's first issue, that of the election theft in NC (and in every state) - is THE problem for all of the country's ills, every damned one off them. Voter rolls are intentionally and willfully stuffed full of unauthorized voters. Fraudulent mail in voting (using illegal voters and ballots of those who are registered but don't vote, and simply flooding illegal early ballots into the system with no chain of custody and no legitimate voter ID ) is how they use them to steal elections to keep the evil people in charge over us.

Jeff's second story about the pedo predators is a symptom of the first story.

Until we fix our elections, we will continue to be ruled by very evil people.

100% agree, Dan. Congress must address the federal election issues through their Article I, Section 4. authority. I would add a related issue is the17th Amendment which has enabled much of the ill we have experienced the past 100 plus years...

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

Thanks 79!

But we mustn't expect that congress is going to fix this (they might nibble around the edges to make it appear they are interested and supporting POTUS efforts), but, they are the dems and rinos at Fed and State level who have created the mess and stay in power over us because of it. Once in power, they become part of the election theft regime to stay in power.

But we can fix it, county by county, through the Constitutional Legislative Initiative process which is our ultimate power over all of them. But only if we use it.

You may hear people say, all politics are local? I submit this is why, because all s_Elections are conducted at county level.

Very true, Dan. Every two or six years many of them talk about (and declare support for) term limits, but never do anything to actually get the ball rolling on it... because they don't 'really' want term limits...

The Article V convention seems to be the way to go if the eviscerate the 17th Amendment and add one that declares that all elections will be paper ballot, hand counted, photo ID, proof of citizenship, same day voting, in person voting, absentee ballots only for military serving out of their local, etc..., and add term limits for Congress.

Your rationale is why the Founders had state legislature (the elected body closest to and in theory the most accountable to the people) representation at the federal level with their Federal Senators... Senators were accountable to the legislatures and were supposed to look out for the interests of their state.

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

I submit to you that if we do this: "and add one that declares that all elections will be paper ballot, hand counted, photo ID, proof of citizenship, same day voting, in person voting, absentee ballots only for military serving out of their local, etc...,"

The we can also get this, "term limits for Congress".

We can get your first part at County level, and when we pass it at County level, the legislature, the gov, the feds, can do NOTHING about it. This is our power over every level of government which they have taken great pains to hide from us. The other very real problem is that it requires real work (time, energy, money) from the People.

Proof of concept of bottom up is constitutional carry. It started with VT and AK, then AZ, now we have 29 states, I believe? With Congress, they have legislation that finally made it out of committee and to the House floor for debate... Don't know if it will actually pass and in what version, but they are finally attempting to recognize what God and the Constitution already does... RINO Ryan could have done something while he was "speaker", but he never did, nor any of his predecessors.

I agree with the critical nature of election reform and all your proposals but hesitate on one.

I live in Florida. I finally escaped a Blue state where my vote had no meaning and which was poster child for election fraud: Illinois.

I travel a lot, as none of my family lives down here and we are retired. Very common down here!!

My first opportunity to vote in the free state of Florida I had to use absentee voting as my husband had emergency surgery in Illinois and we were not able to go home for an extended period. It was very complex, and took quite some time with documents, photo id, signatures and signature verification etc. I think it would be very difficult to vote absentee fraudulently in Florida.

Also, I do not understand why no one is talking to the Fractal Computing/Omega4 people to eliminate all voters registered to fraudulent addresses?

Meg, congratulations on your escape from Dan Rostenkowski's "Vote Early, Vote Often" state of IL. Absentee should always be the exception and not the norm. Your case was clearly one of the exceptions (like military that I mentioned above) or workers on the oil rigs, working/stationed overseas, legitimate medical issues like yours.

I think FL does a good job with their absentee process. I had to validate signatures many years ago for a military friend before that was a FL resident. It sounds like they still have a good validation process.

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

Meg, there should be some exceptions where mail in can be approved on a limited basis for emergency situations. But normally, you need to go vote in person. But, If we are going to continue to allow mass early voting (which I submit was created for the sole purpose of wholesale election fraud) you need to have a process in place where an early ballot cannot be put back in the system except by proving your Identity at the moment you put the ballot back in the system AND establishing legitimate chain of custody. What we have right now does neither of those critical tasks.

I have been Pro Omega4 since I discovered them, you can go back, way back in Coffee and Covid and see where I was informing people who they are and about their immensely important capabilities (which simply cannot be done in normal relational databases). Jay Valentine of Fractal claims to be working on a solution with the Feds (I got this straight from him), perhaps we are about to get a break through!!! Pray!

NO TO THE ARTICLE V CONVENTION!!! Yes, I am shouting. I have been fighting against this for years with our state representatives as they are being lied to in order for them to vote to join the states calling for an Article V Convention. Each session gets harder to fight as people are angry at how our government is treating the American people.

It is a trojan horse and extremely dangerous to our Republic. There are already documents created to replace the one we have. Oh they say it is just a few changes but the wording changes to the Second Amendment makes a huge difference. Words do matter.

The Constitutional Convention of 1787 was supposed to make changes to the Articles of Confederation and instead they threw them out for our current Constitution which is a brilliant document. America was blessed; God was on our side.

There are many pushing for a new convention now for a variety of reasons one being term limits. Why do you think we have never had an Article V Convention before yet there have been additional amendments to the Constitution? The amendments were added through a two-thirds vote in both houses of Congress. It's very dangerous to have a Constitutional Convention. Those proposing it say that the states can control the convention agenda as well as the process of choosing the delegates. That is a lie.

Here Are the Facts from the American Policy Center

Article V of the Constitution grants only the following powers regarding such a convention:

First, state legislatures must apply to Congress for a convention.

Second, when two-thirds of the States have presented such an application Congress then calls for the convention.

Three-Fourths of the States are then needed to ratify the actions of the convention.

That’s it. Those are the only guidelines provided in the Constitution for a Convention of States. There are no guidelines on how delegates will be chosen, or how the agenda will be decided. Once enough States apply for the convention, all those decisions concerning when there will be a convention, where it will be held, and who will be delegates, are decided by Congress. This becomes a Constitutional Convention or a Con Con. There is no such thing as a Convention of States controlled by the States.

Yes, the waters are very muddy on the Constitutional Convention. There are various different orgs, most not good, who are attempting to beguile people into undermining the entire ART 5 process OR supporting their version of the Article 5 Constitutional Convention which would actually undermine our constitutional rights - which we must never let happen.

So briefly, there are two types, the Fed and the State Constitutional Conventions. The fed process is encapsulated in the Legislative Branch. Under no circumstances do we want the Congress changing our Constitution. Many people, truly acting covertly, of, by and for the fed gov and those who control the fed gov, do not ever want the state process to work because they do not want the states ever telling the Fed gov how "its going to be".

However, the State process is the one which could work. But you also need to understand who is bringing the State Constitution Amendment process, what their goals are and how they will accomplish them. If you go to the organization called the "Convention of States" at https://conventionofstates.com/ and really read the entire site, you will see they have a process which would ensure the Convention would only address the critical areas we want addressed, "restricted to proposing amendments that will impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit its power and jurisdiction, and impose term limits on its officials and members of Congress."

Please I urge you to read their site fully. They include a simulation which you can watch to see how it would work: https://cossimulation.org/

Chicagoland ruling the rest of the great state of IL. That unfortunately happens in all states that have one dominant 'metro' area like MN (twin cities), MA (495 beltway into Boston), MD (B-more), etc...

Funny how other countries can use paper ballots with millions of voters (France for one) and have the outcome known that same evening with confidence in the outcome (I hate using France as an example - we may not like the outcome, but it seems they got that one right, so we think)...

Andrew Paquette ( https://substack.com/@sleepwakes and https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Andrew-Paquette ) has been finding hidden algorithms in the voting systems of many states. They hide the fake voters from election officials, but makes it possible to pull them up when needed for electronic votes. Slipping extra ballots into the system to match up is how this extended counting is allowing for stolen elections. Need to burn down these voting systems and make people regularly re-register to vote WITH ID.

As we all know, President Trump's impossible win was Divine Intervention, a gift from God. We must do everything we possibly can to maximize the impact, in order to solve the primary, real problem of election theft.

Support POTUS 100% in everything you say and do - this is no time for being wishy washy - take a strong stand and don't deviate. As importantly, take effective action at your County to restore elections which are conducted by, and counted by, the people. We must NOT let the state and county government continue to run and count our elections for us - its not who votes, its who counts the vote! We can change it all at the county level. Its in our Constitutional power to do so. POTUS can help us a lot but ultimately, it is what we do at each of our county's that can fix - or not - the problem.

With ours, they print out the list and then "manually" check off the voter on the checklist after you announce your name, and they verify your ID (even if they know you). I always gave it to them anyway before and they would give you the crooked eye. They now have to physically look at your ID, it isn't enough for them to recognize who you are.

Having jacked up voter rolls is a huge issue. Anything electronic is hackable and not secure. Those not voting are targets to have someone (a Dem operative) vote for you when they need the additional votes as described above.

This system gives you information that does nothing to remove an illegitimate voter from the rolls. Let’s say it identifies 1000 voters in your county who are dead. If I take that list to my board of elections, they’ll say show us the death certificate. And a CERTIFIED death certificate at that. Them’s the rules, before they can remove that dead voter from the rolls.

Our election integrity group did exactly that type of legwork. Going to the clerk’s office only to find the voter had moved to hospice in a different county and then going to THAT county’s clerk office to get the certificate. Which cost me $15 to get the certified copy. And only IF I can get the certified copy because some counties won’t let me have one as I am not a relative. Or finding out the voter moved in with their son their last days, so they died in another state entirely.

We had a dozen volunteers working over the course of six months and were able to get only 40 dead people removed from the rolls.

This voter is registered at a commercial address? Prove it.

That voter is in the country illegally? Prove it.

This voter votes in two different states? Prove it.

Providing election boards with lists of the millions of people voting illegally does nothing to remove them from the rolls. The BOE’s require proof with appropriate documentation some of which is designed to be impossible to get.

Therefore having such a hope, we use great boldness, and are not like Moses, who used to put a veil over his face so that the sons of Israel would not look intently at the consequence of what was being brought to an end. But their minds were hardened; for until this very day at the reading of the old covenant the same veil remains unlifted, because it is brought to an end in Christ. But to this day whenever Moses is read, a veil lies over their heart, but whenever a person turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.

It's an ambitious reach but reversing this ruling from 2015, like Trump's tariffs, will be painful at first but will yield godly rewards as we honor God's laws. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not unto your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths." Don't move here. You'd hate the kind and welcoming people; the incredible outdoors would bore you to tears; the clean air would become suffocating.

But seriously, the thing that most disturbs folks is that Californians only frame of reference is CA. Even if you're conservative, your frame of reference is still CA.

CA is an alternate reality (and not a good one) from the perspective of those outside the state. In ID, the influx of Californians has destroyed any sense of affordability for locals; the traffic and growth are taking away from the peace of the Treasure Valley; and the lib base is present if a minority. And they are starting to pop up in more and more places (one knows this because they can't keep their views to themselves and simply place nice with others).

Not sure this is a response, but more of a series of observations, for what they're worth.

Susan,

Idaho is wonderful. If you tell them you "escaped from Commiefornia", you will be welcomed. But buyer beware. The regulations on home building quality is questionable, as well as property restrictions. Most are in HOA's now to prevent a pig farm from being build next door. If you can tolerate HOA's, you'll be fine. But check the build quality thoroughly first. I was amazed at the difference compared to Oregon property regulations an building codes. Pretty lax in Idaho compared to Oregon. Hence, the HOA's.

I wish they'd study the effects of cholesterol lowering drugs (mainly statins) on cognitive function and the surge in dementia cases.

I'm betting that lower cholesterol is to dementia, what vaccines are to autism (a root cause, perhaps?)

I'm already aware of studies linking higher cholesterol to LONGER LIFESPAN. Let's do some studies linking lower cholesterol and cognitive declines!

Expand full comment
Susie & Security's avatar

Statins are bad. According to Reuters (Feb. 29, 2012), "The statin labels will also now reflect reports of certain cognitive effects such as memory loss and confusion experienced by some patients taking the drugs, the agency said. It said those reports generally have not been serious and the symptoms were reversed by stopping use of the statin."

But has the FDA done further research in the past 13 years? Hopefully, RFK will address this at some point.

I think you’re on the right track with a possible connection between low cholesterol and dementia. It’s been shown repeatedly that elderly people in ICU are much more likely to survive if they have higher cholesterol.

My question is β€˜my body makes 80% of the cholesterol I have. If it’s too high, we need to find out what’s going on to make my body think it’s necessary.’ In other words, β€˜high cholesterol’, if anything , is a symptom of a problem and not the actual problem.

There are other known factors causing dementia too, though, like loss of estrogen in women from menopause. But it’s a great thing to explore. I think statins are awful for 99% of people on them.

You’re asking the most doctors don’t think (or bother) to ask! The functional doctors do. It’s inflammation. Inflammation is why your body wants more cholesterol because it’s needed to help heal whatever damage is occurring. Trying to simply lower your cholesterol is like sitting in the middle of a burning house and shooing away all the annoying firefighters. They’re there to help and so is cholesterol. Also, we can’t live without it. Same with glucose, which is why we are capable of gluconeogenesis.

The good news is that lowering cholesterol is simple to do: Eliminating grains and sugars will get you off to a great start!

High cholesterol seems to run in my family. My grandmother lived to 99, my mother to 95, and me and my siblings are now 66, 71, 75 and 79. Not a one of us has dementia and we're all in great shape health wise. I don't think my 3 siblings are taking statins, and I can say my own doctor tried to push them about 10 years ago when she saw my cholesterol test results. I told her emphatically "no". I insisted on the more advanced cholesterol test that shows the LDL particle type, and when she saw I had the desirable Pattern A (fluffy type) she shut up about it from that point on. My HDL is 70-80 (good!) so she says she no longer worries about my basic numbers.

It is heartening though, to see that something is finally being done about it. I don't expect much in the way of recriminations. Signals and Noise: What we have now in stock and more specifically commodity prices are noises that are also signals. The noise comes from the wounded left as they try to make the admin's policies appear economically unsound. While this works on the irrational mind, it is a signal to buy to those of sound mind.

That Irish president O'Bama, said that rising gas prices were a sign of a strengthening economy. If it were a fair metric, this idea would have some credence. An economy on the ascendence would indeed require more fuel. Supply and Demand would make the prices increase... But when has it ever been a fair indicator? When has any of it been a fair indicator?

At least in my lifetime the price of oil and gas has been a control variable for the elite manipulation experiments. It is still a signal though to those that haven't been breathing their own off gas for the last 5 years. It is a signal that 'they' are up to something. It might be fun at a party to pontificate on what that something might entail, but it doesn't even pay the fluoride filled water bill.

The signal rather, for us the elect but not elite, is to buy when it drops and sell it back to them when it rises again. It really is that simple. I personally put money into the S&P again just yestertrade for the first time since 01/2020.
