Friday, Friday, Friday! As we push through another week of what is probably the last month of the “official” Covid pandemic, a neat little roundup for you: the Canadian government raises the stakes by trying to lock down trucker cash; what on Earth is happening with HIV all of a sudden; the UK coincidentally starts a war on cancer just like Biden; inflation blows out the gaskets; AP fact-checks the insurance claims reports; and Nevada cancels its mask mandate, just in time for you-know-what.

🗞 *THE C&C ARMY POST* 🗞

🪖 Florida’s HB 7021/SB 7014, which extends hospital Covid liability immunity for another year, and inadvertently freezes hospitals into a failed two-year-old treatment protocol based on remdesivir and ventilation, passed the House yesterday despite heroic attempts by the C&C team to educate lawmakers before it was too late. We had made it into house leadership and were changing minds but we ran out of time. Now it’s up to the Governor, who MUST outright veto the bill, or veto and send it back for amendment.

The problem is that the bill provides a blanket grant of immunity to hospitals only if they show “substantial compliance with government-issued health standards specifically relating to COVID-19.” Government-issued health standards means the CDC’s treatment protocol, which hasn’t changed in two years. Even after we found out that ventilators don’t help and are dangerous to Covid patients, and found out that the protocol was originally designed to ventilate patients to keep them from breathing virus out into the room rather than cure them, and found out that remdesivir has common side effects that are very dangerous for some Covid patients, nearly every hospital is STILL ventilating and prescribing remdesivir. Even when patients specifically tell hospitals NOT to administer those treatments, hospitals have often done it anyway.

This bill is the problem. It may not be the entire problem, but it is a BIG part of the problem. We MUST unshackle hospitals from this awful perverse incentive. I’m working on it. Stand by in case we need help.

🗞*COVID NEWS AND COMMENTARY* 🗞

🚛 You knew this was coming. Yesterday, in a closed ex-parte hearing where no one representing the truckers had any idea what was going on, a Canadian judge froze all GiveSendGo funds raised for the Canadian Truckers. A statement by the premier of Ontario said this:

Today, the Attorney General brought an application in the Superior Court of Justice for an order pursuant to section 490.8 of the Criminal Code prohibiting any person from disposing of, or otherwise dealing with, in any manner whatsoever, any and all monetary donations made through the Freedom Convoy 2022 and Adopt-a-Trucker campaign pages on the GiveSendGo online fundraising platform. This afternoon, the order was issued. It binds any and all parties with possession or control over these donations.

In response, GiveSendGo tweeted this:

Know this! Canada has absolutely ZERO jurisdiction over how we manage our funds here at GiveSendGo. All funds for EVERY campaign on GiveSendGo flow directly to the recipients of those campaigns, not least of which is The Freedom Convoy campaign.

The game continues. I’m not sure whose money that technically is; the donors, the truckers, the organizers, or GiveSendGo’s? It seems like anyone who donated would have standing to move to intervene in the Canadian case. Maybe one of our Canadian lawyer readers could help draft up a pro-se form motion with instructions for filing, so folks can petition the court? I think the judge would like to hear from the affected parties. If you get it to me, I’ll link it tomorrow. Post your contact info in the comments or call my office.

💉 Something’s suddenly going on with HIV. Just to remind you, here are a few headlines from 2020:

— “Some COVID-19 vaccines could increase risk of HIV, researchers warn,” New York Post, October 20, 2020.

— “Researchers Warn Some Covid-19 Vaccines Could Increase Risk of HIV Infection,” Nature, October 20, 2020

— “Some of the Covid-19 vaccines currently in development could increase the risk of acquiring HIV, warned a group of researchers in the The Lancet medical journal Monday, potentially leading to an increase in infections as vaccines are rolled out to vulnerable populations around the world,” Forbes, October 20, 2020.

So.

And,

— “Australia ends Covid-19 vaccine trials due to HIV antibody positives,” Hindustan Times, December 11, 2020

But this week and last week, a BUNCH of news began breaking about sudden unexpected spikes in HIV cases:

— “Highly virulent HIV variant found circulating in Europe,” Nature, February 3, 2022

— “New HIV cases higher in heterosexual people than gay men for first time in a decade,” Telegraph UK, February 7, 2022

— “Identification of fast-spreading HIV variant provides evidence of urgency to halt the pandemic and reach all with testing and treatment,” press statement from the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS, February 7, 2022.

So. Weird. What could be going on?

In a 2021 BBC Horizon documentary special called “The Vaccine,” the narrator speaks over a cool infographic explaining, ”So Keith must make the spike protein in the lab, locking it into shape by adding another protein…and that protein is a tiny fragment of HIV.” Oh. It probably doesn’t mean anything, but according to user reports on twitter, Youtube clipped out those particular several seconds from the publicly available version of the documentary. But other records still exist from the original show.

In a Sky News video report about the disastrous Australian vaccine trial, it blames the positive HIV test results on an HIV protein, called a “clamp,” used to secure the spike protein, EXACTLY like the version described in the BBC documentary.

Yesterday, the UK Oxford Mail reported a story headlined, “Prince Harry On Why Everyone Should Get An HIV Test - How To Order Home Kits.” Now everyone should get the test! EVERYONE. And apparently they already have home test kits ready. A helpful Covid coincidence!

The Oxford Mail reported that Prince Harry said, “Every single one of us has a duty, or at least an opportunity, to get tested ourselves or to make it easier for everybody else to get tested. And then it just becomes a regular thing like anything else.” It’s your DUTY. Because science. Don’t worry about your non-HIV acquiring lifestyle. I mean, who knows? Right?

French virologist Luc Montagnier, who won the Nobel medicine prize for his discoveries on AIDS, died yesterday at age 89. Montagnier, an REAL expert in HIV and vaccines, recently advised folks to get an HIV test after their third booster. He seemed to think the jabs caused HIV or something crazy like that. So.

But don’t worry! Help is on the way. On February 1, the Daily Mail UK reported that “Scientists Begin Trial Of Experimental HIV Vaccine Which Relies On The Same Breakthrough mRNA Technology Used In Moderna’s Covid Jab.” Guess who’s making it? Moderna, of course. It’ll be the company’s second drug EVER. Another wonderful Covid coincidence! And — I am not making this up — look at the description of how the new “vaccine” will work: “Moderna is testing two different jabs that are expected to give instructions to the body’s cells to produce a protein that is found on the surface of HIV particles.”

Hahaha! And they’re going to want you to take it when you DON’T even have HIV. After all, it’s a “vaccine.” You take vaccines BEFORE you get sick.

In the October 2020 articles about the Lancet paper warning against HIV, they explained the researchers concerns: “Exactly how [a discontinued HIV] vaccine increased the risks of HIV transmission is unknown, but a conference convened by the National Institutes of Health recommended against further use of Ad5 as a vector in HIV vaccines (Dr. Anthony Fauci was lead author of the paper outlining this position.)”

Fauci! 🪳There he is again! Squash it, quick!

Seriously, if we’re going to do a new pandemic now, can we PLEASE not use Fauci this time?

🔥 Last week Biden said he was starting a War on Cancer. He called it a “moon shot.” Remember? On February 5, Yahoo News captioned an article, “Will Biden’s Moonshot Be A Turning Point In The War On Cancer?”

Now, the UK government is shooting for the moon too. “Cancer Vaccines To Be Launched By Sajid Javid As Part Of 10-Year War On The Disease,” the UK Guardian reported just three days after Biden’s announcement, on February 8. Cancer vaccines! What a happy coincidence! Maybe we can work together!

Gosh, who knew you could vaccinate against cancer. Cancer AND HIV. Thank goodness they figured THAT out. Vaccines are like, magical now. Isn’t Science great?

Don’t even ask WHY both countries would simultaneously but separately launch cancer moon shots. Silly conspiracy thinking, if you ask me.

🔥 Haha. Yesterday a pesky reporter asked freckled White House spokeslady Jen Psaki, hey, since the CDC hasn’t changed its mask guidance, how are the democrat governors dropping mask mandates any different from Governor DeSantis? And why aren’t they getting the same criticism as DeSantis? Psaki replied, “well I would say there is a distinct difference between standing in the way, which Governor DeSantis did … there’s a different between standing in the way of it, and allowing for local school districts to make choices.”

It’s totally different. Because Peppermint Patty said so.

📈 Ruh-roh! Yesterday, the U.S. government reported that inflation jumped 7.5% year over year in January, a 40-year high, and substantially over forecasts. And that’s just the number they’re willing to report. So. They need to do something, quick.

🔥 You can relax, AP News has fact-checked the reports about the insurance company that paid over 40% more in claims last year, the one where the CEO said the claims were NOT Covid deaths. It’s TOTALLY false. Well, according to AP, maybe it’s true that the company paid 40% more claims on non-Covid deaths. Okay, so maybe THAT part might be true. But the cherry-picked experts that the AP asked said it’s PROBABLY just from undiagnosed Covid deaths and deferred medical care. So the story is DEFINITELY false. Understand?

😷 Yesterday, Nevada and its casinos rescinded all mask mandates, joining what ABC News called “most other U.S. states lifting restrictions that were imposed to limit the spread of the coronavirus.” Nevada’s Democratic Governor Steve Sisolak announced that he would no longer require face coverings in public places, “effective immediately.” The casinos immediately issued their own announcement, dropping their mandates.

That should be good for business.

Sisolak allowed that “there are locations where Nevadans and visitors may still be asked to wear a mask” including hospitals, clinics and long-term care facilities, and at airports, on planes and on public buses and school buses. In other words, federally-regulated areas.

Nevada’s governor explained the timing of his decision. “Some people think we were ready long ago, some people think we’re not ready yet,” he said. “I feel now is the appropriate time to move forward.” He had a feeling. He FELT it. It has nothing at all to do with what the other states are doing or the you-know-what on March 1. Don’t be silly.
