I watched the replay of you at the Moms for Liberty conference -- did not realize how long you’d been working behind the scenes pro bono and it was a real education to understand what conservative attorneys are up against- literally fighting against liberal government attorneys being paid with our own tax dollars to suppress and steal our constitutional freedoms. I’m at a loss that you can even get out of bed in the morning- but we all know you keep fighting thanks to the supernatural support of the Almighty.
Loved the Epoch Times shout out “They lavished cheers of approval on Jeff Childers, a Florida attorney and COVID-19 blogger who has provided legal advice to the Moms for Liberty movement since before its official launch in 2021.” Well deserved, indeed!
Just for the record, I chose this passage before I read your letter today.
“But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and its works will be burned up. Two comments, for the price of one...
First, I don't think an investigation will do any real good at this point. The government investigating itself, and finding issues with those making decisions? Let's just say that I find it unlikely, at best, and more likely to be either a coverup or just another 'who knows' tapdance.
Second, there isn't a single politician that can 'keep us out of the book of Revelation'; they simply don't have the power or ability to turn God's plan. No matter we do, individually, nationally, or as the world, it will happen as it happens. What we CAN do is to be prepared, and to continue to do as we have been told to do: "Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.""
Certainly I hope for the best, and work towards that. But these battles are consequential only in an earthly sense; the war has already been won...

I think you may (unfortunately) be spot on with your Biblical quotations, Jeff. At my age (66) and having been a nurse for 30+ years, I'm not afraid to die. I am frightened for my young daughter, though. What kind of world would I leave her in?
This was SO NEEDED for me today. Your humor actually made me smile despite (and in the midst of) the complete INSANITY we are witnessing. I’m pretty sure revelation will be a ton worse, but it does bear a striking resemblance doesn’t it? Good thing repentance & trust in Christ gets us out of our wages and into everlasting peace!
