Remember when I said how brilliant it was for Ron DeSantis to start using the framing of “COVID theatre” and to keep repeating it at every opportunity? IT’S WORKING!!!
DeSantis....I mean seriously, I'm so glad I live in Florida. Still got Covid punch drunks here, but that's okay, just stay in your lane. Don't get in my grill. CMS mandate is still an issue. Needs to be torpeoed. Will they ever admit being wrong? It's time.
Don’t most of the Covid punch drunks fly home north in the spring? Lol. I know several of them roosting here in Illinois for the summer. Decrying the lack of masks and pummeling DeSantis.
This winter we overheard someone at the next table WHO WAS VACATIONING IN FLORIDA talking about how terrible Florida and DeSantis were. They were sitting there, UNMASKED, griping about all the unmasked people! We were trying not to snort our iced teas out through our noses.
I have smokers cough and bronchitis alot so I do have to cough sometimes, but if I had to wear a mask all the time I would smother. When all this mess first started in 2020 everyone had to wear masks at my job... I got double pneumonia wearing a mask 9-10 hrs a day at work. No one wears masks at stores, etc..where I live -maybe one elderly person once in awhile.
I'm very sorry you ended up with pneumonia. I hope your place of business has stopped demanding you become sick for their welfare. --- I don't think anyone that doesn't want, or cannot, should have to wear a mask. It's absolutely ridiculous. --- When I do cough, or sneeze (It's been really wet here this Spring, so the plants are gloriously happy and spreading pollen liberally.), it makes me angry that people turn and look at me like I just aimed a gun at their head. I find it idiotic and disgusting to believe that every cough, sneeze, or sniffle is covid.
I likewise feel very blessed to be a native Floridian. But I cannot forget how very, very close his election was. How close we came to having a degenerate crackhead for our Governor.

I had covid before covid was a thing (Jan 2020, tested positive for antibodies in Dec 2020) and have yet to get it again. Thanks Zelenko protocol! I did have one unjabbed friend get covid again last week, (he took a test at his employers request and gets to work from home for 2 weeks, which he was happy about) but it was basically a cold. First unjabbed one I have heard of getting it twice - IF you trust the tests.
In my daughter's unvaccinated family, so far two of the five members have gotten Covid for a second time. They all had it last November. They were exposed to their vaccinated grandparents for the last five days, who tested positive on Sunday. I'm starting to think immunity for Covid is like immunity for colds; you don't get the same cold twice, but you can get other colds. Damn.
Yes, I believe that is the case. And I recall Dr. McCullough saying that even if a person had Delta, they could possibly get Omicron. Like any other corona (cold) virus.
OK, thanks, makes sense. My husband and I got it in early May, and it kicked our bumms. IVM had the symptoms gone in 48 hours, but dang, that was a lot worse than a cold.
I think I had Wuhan 1.0 December 2020, then 3.0 January 2022. Had different symptoms with each, got ivermectin 2nd time on day 4 after positive test, recovered quickly and just fine. Thank you Lord for a good doctor!
All unjabbed people i know got sick after contact with jabbed sick people. All of them without exception! My elderly aunt unjabbed got sick from recently jabbed husband. He died, she lived. My old father unjabbed got sick after his younger jabbed wife got ill and even he lived. And more like this. It seems rather that Dr. Lee Merritt is correct. It is a contact poison which lasts only till a second transfer and then peters out. This is my observation.
I am sold on Quercetin and Elderberry with Zinc supplements I started taking faithfully about a year ago. I usually get 2 or 3 colds a year and have not had one since taking those. (knock on wood) But I am not out working in the public every day like your son either; desk job.
Covid, Covid, Covid…. I and many others noted way back at the beginning that Lysol products stated that they killed Covid germs. Had we continuously tested ourselves back then and earlier, maybe most colds would have involved coronaviruses. If only we can stop the testing. It is insane.

My husband and I are both mid-sixties and unvaxxed. We have not worn masks except when forced by Alachua County before DeSantis set Florida free. We follow the "science" and take Vitamin D, C, quercetin and zinc daily and get lots of fresh air and exercise. We have not avoided crowds and have not had CoVid yet.

Me too. I'm in my sixties and unvaxxed. I went back to living normally as soon as things started to open up, fortunately for me locally in summer 2020. I've travelled several times, done theme parks and large concerts, etc. and as far as I know never had Covid (never tested, not been sick). My medical professional daughter who had shared the house with me tested positive in Dec 2020 with allergy-like symptoms. I still did not get sick.
My often shot up friends are now having multiple cases run through their families. It is disturbing to watch.
I wonder if some of us especially in the big blue cities get routinely radiated/ microwaved and that cooks the brain always a little bit so now they have lost certain thinking skills.
While I love what DeSantis did for the Special Olympic Athletes and I stand and applaud him for it, the USA games opening ceremonies was Sunday. Most athletes headed over there Friday and Saturday morning. I know, because we know several of the athletes competing.
So, unfortunately it was also too late for a lot of those 5,000 athletes to show up at the last minute. Their earned spots had already been given away to vaxxed athletes. They would not have been practicing for the past 4-5 months, they would not have had time to find their competition attire, make travel arrangements to be gone with their families, and raise any funds for added needs. Athletes were coming from all over the country. This happens once every four years as well. Anyone see a problem with finding out Friday, you have now, suddenly been “allowed” to compete and you have one day to get air travel arranged (and incur the enormous cost of that), cars rented, home front taken care of etc. etc. For those who do not know…traveling with special needs people is much more involved, and can be so incredibly difficult for some. One day? Really?!!!
My daughter participates in S.O. and unfortunately we have been ready to pull that plug on more than one occasion because of the covid crazy. Thankfully, we haven’t had to and she is having a great time right now. But we always reserve the right to step away if they ever try pulling their covid theater (😉) again.
So for the 5,000 discriminated against athletes in the Special Olympics 🙄 I am sad and angry for them. The very organization that claims to champion for this community and provide them a level playing field…. They stole the experience and their right to compete from their very own athletes. These athletes were betrayed. They discriminated against their very own participants. Shame on them!

FL Surgeon General Ladapo said in the June 2 press conference that they warned Special Olympic International about Florida’s law SIX MONTHS AGO. SOI thought they could get away with it—and only lifted their illegal mandate last week after months of back and forth on this matter. They only lifted it when Ladapo was backed into a corner and finally threatened them with the $27.5M fine. Turns out, money talks. If you want to place blame, place it squarely where it belongs: SOI.
Exactly! That is exactly what I’m saying. And the fact that they knew and still discriminated means they should still have to pay the fine for breaking the law intentionally!! How else will businesses and organizations finally STOP this insanity if they never have to be held accountable for what they are doing.

I have no idea when the Governor found out and responded. I did not blame the Governor. Please do not try to insinuate otherwise. I applaud what he did as stated right from my opening. When I said 1 day, really? That was more a statement of the fact that unfortunately one day doesn’t really help the out of state athletes in their quest to get there. I blame the Special Olympics for what they did. They robbed from their own athletes. Which is why I closed saying had I known months ago I would not have been silent about it then.
Thank you sunnydaze; you are absolutely right. My brother was a S.O. Athlete until 2020 when his local group went over the covid edge. You would think that a group designed for special needs people would respect medical autonomy. Seriously, of all the people that a “one-size-fits-all treatment” is going to be damaging to, are the people with already complicated health concerns. Add to that the inability in some cases to understand WHY you are disallowed to do certain things in society such as play sports, go to restaurants and movies, SEE FAMILY that requires travel, and you have a very shameful and egregious violation happening.
Never mind the fact that this is all illogical and violating to everyone else as well. But to discriminate against and REQUIRE a harmful treatment for the most vulnerable is outrageous.

Unfortunately, if we have to pull my daughter she won’t understand. Not even a little. I’m heartbroken for this community of people all over this country. For every reason you described. It is egregious what they are doing. I am no longer a fan of SO, unfortunately. But my daughter loves being able learn and compete with something that makes her feel good about herself. We stepped away from one ranch that hosts SO Equestrian in our area because they were covid crazy. Thankfully, a door opened up a few months later to another SO host Ranch that does not appear to be covid crazy at all. And she gets to ride all year long with their lessons. So, God took a bad situation and gave my daughter something even better. I’m thankful.

It’s so heartbreaking that no one on any organization level is ever made to pay the price for their crimes. And you are right. SO committed a crime. They broke an existing LAW that they KNEW was in place. That’s the kicker. They KNEW it and still broke it. They’re just claiming “we just wanna play” because they got caught. What’s the answer? That’s about how long ago they knew they were chosen to go. I don’t know exactly when they were “disqualified”. That is a great question. In my dealings with SO though they would have known prior to filling out the forms ahead of time as that’s how they do it. Hopefully you are correct and they were all planning to go and made the arrangements. I would maintain that if SO did spring it on them all at the last minute…they are still just as guilty as if they had given them notice. Since they knew it was Florida state law.
Thank you for that. I’m a bit disheartened to read that SOI wasn’t the only business that broke the law and got away with it. The county that fired 14 employees broke the law and they ended up not having to pay the fine either. So there really are no consequences.

Fortunately, I did have some friends (and have since found more) with common sense and critical thinking skills who, like me, started digging into this from the very beginning, and found none of it added up. But many would say to me 'you are not a healthcare professional' - and my reply was no, but I am a (business) researcher who had all my projects cancel in the Spring of 2020 who had a crap ton of free time to dig into the 'models', the origin of the virus, the lockstep response, and the project mockingbird-like media coverage and the incomplete and sketchy CDC databases and conclude I smelled a rat.

This is a sad job we have. Knowing early and unable to stop it watching all jump and hitting the ground. It was a long jump with a very deep pit but eventually there is ground at the bottom. Most screams we don't here anymore they don't make it up from the bottom of the pit unless you really try to pay attention.

I am on the same page with you Julie. I had a terrible "flu" in Feb 2020 and then the "Covid Theater" set in in March 2020. Right off the bat the power of the Holy Spirit in me went full alert and I began telling everyone in my world that something was very off about all of this. The more the months ran on the more the warnings surfaced. My family and closest friends listened and did their own research and were shown the truth about all of the deception but there were others who tuned me out and shut me out. Today more and more of those who disputed my words of truth are circling back to common sense and truth. Many now see that the writing was on the wall and the writing was from God by the power of the Holy Spirit. When we hold tight to the Lord and His truths it becomes obvious to those who earnestly seek Him and know His voice. We have to continue to be salt and light to a fast dying world of unbelievers. Though is is very sad to watch those who live in La-La Land and have ungodliness ruling their lives. The people of God are warned of what is to come so all we can do is pray, hope and have peace knowing The Father is still on the throne and loves His people no matter what it looks like from the world's perspective. Its possible that covid-19 was developed in a lab as part of research that was ostensibly done to create better medicines and vaxes for viral illnesses. Governor DeSantis has been ahead of the game in every way since he took office. He is a strong and effective leader. Florida has been blessed by his leadership but the entire country needs him! Noem caved to special interests on the issue of men participating in womens sports; she seems to have enjoyed the accolades, particularly for how attractive she is, and lost her way in being a strong conservative. She’s fine for SD but I no longer think she is able handle the pressure and the temptations of special interest groups on a larger stage.
Noem represented herself as a conservative at CPAC which was the first time I heard her speak. Great speech...if only it was true. Fooled me until I looked further. I belive there should be an age limit for Presidency( because it's a 4 year term. Must factor that in) The same for Congress and the rest. Too many health issues after a certain age. What that age is, I don't know.

Yes, I thought of unsubscribing. But one, some of the emails are kind of interesting, and two, if he does run for president, I will give again. I just thought it was odd, a month or so of NO emails, and now, about one a day.

Mlive, which I use only when I want to find high school sports scores, just printed that the CDC recommends masking up again in many counties of Michigan as cases rise. Three of the counties recommended are in Michigan’s U.P.! I guess they figure that will kill travel up there! Mackinac Island had better not reinstate mask wearing for their shops and their open air ferry rides. I am returning to the Island for the first time in 4 years. I will not bow down to this literal crap any longer.
I attended a large, annual antique festival held at a fairgrounds in mid Michigan this past weekend. Perfect weather. The place was packed. Most were outside vendors but some inside large pavilions and buildings. Of the thousands there, I saw maybe a dozen masked people, one vendor. They were belly up with all the “breathe the poisonous air, freely” folk. I truly believe that these people think that piece of scrap across their talking holes will save them. Didn’t take much to send the crazies over the edge.
I just attended a fiber festival as a vendor in Washington state where masks were required. It was miserable, but I was so happy that they finally held the event again, after two years. People seemed happy to wear the things all day. I pulled mine off to have conversations, and lots of other times, too, but I was one of the very few who did that.
That is how they have gotten us from the beginning. You must wear a mask to go into a hospital, many doctor’s offices, schools required them even though the school down the road might not. Parents complied because they wanted their kids back in school. Because we have wanted something we were denied for two years, we have complied. The Marxist theory: Take away severely. Make it mandatory. Finally give back a little, but then take away again. Convince people that their autonomy is in your control for YOUR safety. Everyone must protect everyone else. Everything is coordinated.

This winter we overheard someone at the next table WHO WAS VACATIONING IN FLORIDA talking about how terrible Florida and DeSantis were. They were sitting there, UNMASKED, griping about all the unmasked people! We were trying not to snort our iced teas out through our noses.

I have smokers cough and bronchitis alot so I do have to cough sometimes, but if I had to wear a mask all the time I would smother. When all this mess first started in 2020 everyone had to wear masks at my job... I got double pneumonia wearing a mask 9-10 hrs a day at work. No one wears masks at stores, etc..where I live -maybe one elderly person once in awhile.

I had covid before covid was a thing (Jan 2020, tested positive for antibodies in Dec 2020) and have yet to get it again. Thanks Zelenko protocol! I did have one unjabbed friend get covid again last week, (he took a test at his employers request and gets to work from home for 2 weeks, which he was happy about) but it was basically a cold. First unjabbed one I have heard of getting it twice - IF you trust the tests.
In my daughter's unvaccinated family, so far two of the five members have gotten Covid for a second time. They all had it last November. They were exposed to their vaccinated grandparents for the last five days, who tested positive on Sunday. I'm starting to think immunity for Covid is like immunity for colds; you don't get the same cold twice, but you can get other colds. Damn.

OK, thanks, makes sense. My husband and I got it in early May, and it kicked our bumms. IVM had the symptoms gone in 48 hours, but dang, that was a lot worse than a cold.
I think I had Wuhan 1.0 December 2020, then 3.0 January 2022. Had different symptoms with each, got ivermectin 2nd time on day 4 after positive test, recovered quickly and just fine. Thank you Lord for a good doctor!

My husband and I are both mid-sixties and unvaxxed. We have not worn masks except when forced by Alachua County before DeSantis set Florida free. We follow the "science" and take Vitamin D, C, quercetin and zinc daily and get lots of fresh air and exercise. We have not avoided crowds and have not had CoVid yet.

While I love what DeSantis did for the Special Olympic Athletes and I stand and applaud him for it, the USA games opening ceremonies was Sunday. Most athletes headed over there Friday and Saturday morning. I know, because we know several of the athletes competing.
So, unfortunately it was also too late for a lot of those 5,000 athletes to show up at the last minute. Their earned spots had already been given away to vaxxed athletes. They would not have been practicing for the past 4-5 months, they would not have had time to find their competition attire, make travel arrangements to be gone with their families, and raise any funds for added needs. Athletes were coming from all over the country. This happens once every four years as well. Anyone see a problem with finding out Friday, you have now, suddenly been “allowed” to compete and you have one day to get air travel arranged (and incur the enormous cost of that), cars rented, home front taken care of etc. etc. For those who do not know…traveling with special needs people is much more involved, and can be so incredibly difficult for some. One day? Really?!!!
My daughter participates in S.O. and unfortunately we have been ready to pull that plug on more than one occasion because of the covid crazy. Thankfully, we haven’t had to and she is having a great time right now. But we always reserve the right to step away if they ever try pulling their covid theater (😉) again.
So for the 5,000 discriminated against athletes in the Special Olympics 🙄 I am sad and angry for them. The very organization that claims to champion for this community and provide them a level playing field…. They stole the experience and their right to compete from their very own athletes. These athletes were betrayed. They discriminated against their very own participants. Shame on them!

SOI thought they could get away with it—and only lifted their illegal mandate last week after months of back and forth on this matter. They only lifted it when Ladapo was backed into a corner and finally threatened them with the $27.5M fine. Turns out, money talks. If you want to place blame, place it squarely where it belongs: SOI.

You would think that a group designed for special needs people would respect medical autonomy. Seriously, of all the people that a “one-size-fits-all treatment” is going to be damaging to, are the people with already complicated health concerns. Add to that the inability in some cases to understand WHY you are disallowed to do certain things in society such as play sports, go to restaurants and movies, SEE FAMILY that requires travel, and you have a very shameful and egregious violation happening.
Never mind the fact that this is all illogical and violating to everyone else as well. But to discriminate against and REQUIRE a harmful treatment for the most vulnerable is outrageous.

We stepped away from one ranch that hosts SO Equestrian in our area because they were covid crazy. Thankfully, a door opened up a few months later to another SO host Ranch that does not appear to be covid crazy at all. And she gets to ride all year long with their lessons. So, God took a bad situation and gave my daughter something even better. I’m thankful.

That’s about how long ago they knew they were chosen to go. I don’t know exactly when they were “disqualified”. That is a great question. In my dealings with SO though they would have known prior to filling out the forms ahead of time as that’s how they do it. Hopefully you are correct and they were all planning to go and made the arrangements. I would maintain that if SO did spring it on them all at the last minute…they are still just as guilty as if they had given them notice. Since they knew it was Florida state law.

I am on the same page with you Julie. I had a terrible "flu" in Feb 2020 and then the "Covid Theater" set in in March 2020. Right off the bat the power of the Holy Spirit in me went full alert and I began telling everyone in my world that something was very off about all of this. My family and closest friends listened and did their own research and were shown the truth about all of the deception but there were others who tuned me out and shut me out. Today more and more of those who disputed my words of truth are circling back to common sense and truth. Many now see that the writing was on the wall and the writing was from God by the power of the Holy Spirit. When we hold tight to the Lord and His truths it becomes obvious to those who earnestly seek Him and know His voice. We have to continue to be salt and light to a fast dying world of unbelievers. Though is is very sad to watch those who live in La-La Land and have ungodliness ruling their lives. its hard to understand how the CDC could have been so wrong so consistently. Its not enough to say that this was planned or this was done to us on purpose. Its possible that covid-19 was developed in a lab as part of research that was ostensibly done to create better medicines and vaxes for viral illnesses. Governor DeSantis has been ahead of the game in every way since he took office. He is a strong and effective leader. Florida has been blessed by his leadership but the entire country needs him! Noem caved to special interests on the issue of men participating in womens sports; she seems to have enjoyed the accolades, particularly for how attractive she is, and lost her way in being a strong conservative. She’s fine for SD but I no longer think she is able handle the pressure and the temptations of special interest groups on a larger stage.

The cov update says the responding rescuers to protect themselves by using personal protective equipment (PPE).

Actually community CPR has not recommended rescue breaths for at least a couple of years pre-2020.
Covid aside, real world experience has demonstrated for decades that breaths during CPR is a waste of time. The key to reviving is compressions to get the heart going.

I've said this many times. It is only by some overwhelming grace that Gillum isn't governor. It should NEVER have been that close and I am confident some shenanigans was attempted. Can you just imagine what it would be like???

I know I've never seen a Governor stand up for their state like he does, but I don't remember a big need in the past. (Not counting when I was a kid. Like most kids, I paid no attention to politics except presidential elections. Then it was just rooting for "my guy" to win.)

Mlive, which I use only when I want to find high school sports scores, just printed that the CDC recommends masking up again in many counties of Michigan as cases rise. Three of the counties recommended are in Michigan’s U.P.! I guess they figure that will kill travel up there! Mackinac Island had better not reinstate mask wearing for their shops and their open air ferry rides. I am returning to the Island for the first time in 4 years. I will not bow down to this literal crap any longer.
I attended a large, annual antique festival held at a fairgrounds in mid Michigan this past weekend. Perfect weather. The place was packed. Most were outside vendors but some inside large pavilions and buildings. Of the thousands there, I saw maybe a dozen masked people, one vendor. They were belly up with all the “breathe the poisonous air, freely” folk. I truly believe that these people think that piece of scrap across their talking holes will save them. Didn’t take much to send the crazies over the edge.
I just attended a fiber festival as a vendor in Washington state where masks were required. It was miserable, but I was so happy that they finally held the event again, after two years. People seemed happy to wear the things all day. I pulled mine off to have conversations, and lots of other times, too, but I was one of the very few who did that.
That is how they have gotten us from the beginning. You must wear a mask to go into a hospital, many doctor’s offices, schools required them even though the school down the road might not. Parents complied because they wanted their kids back in school. Because we have wanted something we were denied for two years, we have complied. The Marxist theory: Take away severely. Make it mandatory. Finally give back a little, but then take away again. Convince people that their autonomy is in your control for YOUR safety. Everyone must protect everyone else. Everything is coordinated.
