Great read Jeff. I am still reeling from the fact that more people can't see the hypocrisy in all of this. I keep thinking people are going to wake up. Oscar de la Hoya is a boxer. He is not nor has he ever been an mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter, nor had a contract with the UFC. He was set to do an exhibition boxing match against a ex-/retired UFC fighter (named Vitor Belfort), which he had to pull out of because he got the coof.

Joe Rogan did have an extensive amateur and short professional fighting career in Tae Kwon Do. And, Joe is an Brazilian Jujitsu black belt and trains in various MMA skills, but he is not nor has ever competed in a mixed martial arts fight or fought in the UFC. He is and has been the long-time commentary for the UFC.
