Comments on practical politics connected with getting mask and vaccine mandate bans done; the NASB hurriedly changes its tune and apologizes, the CDC moves the “fully vaccinated” goalposts, and more.
Gosh, Jeff - not having “you” on my screen first thing this morning caused me concern for you AND, selfishly for my morning routine which you and C&C have become a very important part of! Thank you for what you are doing for “we the people”. Now…we need to continue to unite, share the truth, pray and cease our former “silent majority” behaviors! Bless you, Pat Mac
Total respect. I belive you need to educate yourself on Title VII of the Civil Rights Act if 1964. Being a lawyer, you might see the need to litigate. But with Title VII, there is no need. Hi Jeff, how do we - or can we get in touch with you ? I have a document from my employer I wanted to ask you about because I don’t think it is legal….
Hello Jeff, we have an urgent battle v mandates on our hands in Los Angeles county, Ventura county and other SoCal counties. You mentioned on another comment I posted previously you had some ideas and could do a quick Zoom call to equip regular citizens on how to push back even without attorneys as they are in demand. 🙏 I know your time is valuable so any moment you can spare would be of the greatest assistance & so appreciated. I made a page compiling some of your work on the mandates with Jacobson v. Mass, "presumptively unconstitutional" and strict scrutiny strategy - so that we can share with other attorneys, etc your successful approach: https://turnthetide.buzz/jeff-childers-constitutional-strategy-for-mask-jab-mandates/ Thank you for all you are doing to equip us to hold the line for freedom! Hi Jeff -- I think you're right about Mandatory Boosters on the way: The Fed Gov mandates are coming up -- must be vaxxed by Nov. 8 or "discipline" starts. Just today, DHS, 240,000 employees, FINALLY provided information on how to request an accommodation.
Hidden in the questionnaire is information about "we need to know what shot you took and when JUST IN CASE the definition of FULLY VACCINATED changes." So... that means to me that BOOSTERS *will* be mandated just as soon as they get this initial round of Feds on the record here. (Probably after Thanksgiving. "Merry Christmas Everyone! You are no longer fully vaccinated!")
By the way, if just 20% of DHS employees are not vaxxed, that is 48,000 people. That's a lot of people to fire. (Our union said 22% of our sub-agency was not vaxxed. I figure that's typical.)
The questions they want answered are the EXACT SAME as the ones you saw from HUD, basically:
@jeff will you please clarify what Gov Abbott has done when you say. “It’s true that, on the other hand, in Texas Governor Abbot banned mandates by executive order. He set it up where his ban is lifted only when the Texas legislators pass a bill.” I’m in Texas and read that the state legislature did not pass this into law.
Perhaps I'm too optimistic but Walensky's recent mail contained a good reason to move the gold posts in favor of including the gold standard of "natural immunity" as equivalent to "fully vaccinated"..... ICAN ATTORNEYS EVISCERATE CDC IN FORMAL EXCHANGE REGARDING NATURAL IMMUNITY
The reversal by the National School Board Association is the first time since lockdowns began that I've seen an authority figure directly apologize for mistreating the public on some aspect of lockdowns. That's significant.
Our family is in Marxist Washington. We are looking for a state that hasn't even considered mask mandates, has some sectors of jobs that don't/won't be as susceptible to vax mandates, and that ideally isn't freezing cold. We are considering Tennessee, Kentucky, Idaho. What do y'all think?
That reminds me, a friend in Oregon is looking at moving to Montana, because apparently they're the only state in the country that doesn't allow any sort of vaccine mandates. I don't know details, but you could also look there.
We just moved from Oregon to Kentucky. Unfortunately my husband's job did just mandate the vaccine and he's probably going to be fired in a few weeks. :( But other than that, we almost never have to wear a mask, anywhere, and overall, it's much friendlier and less Covid-obsessed than Oregon was. I hope that helps.
Yeah, we're pretty crushed, because he works almost completely remotely, we have natural immunity from having had Covid in August, and his job made it so that I could full-time homeschool our kids while he took care of income and our health insurance. I don't mean to complain AT ALL because I know others have it way worse than we do, but we were just so hopeful the mandates wouldn't follow us here. But if you move to Kentucky, we've been here almost five months and we really do love it. Some people wear masks, but it NEVER feels forced or coerced like it did when you went somewhere in Oregon. I don't think my kids have EVER had to wear a mask since we moved here, praise God.
I love it that Florida's numbers are looking so good right now. Even if they weren't, I still want FREEDOM. But this winter, as cases climb in the northern states, sadly, we won't hear a peep about Florida.
Nothing better than waking up in the morning, grabbing our cup of Java and reading C & C ~
Thank you 🙏 ❤️❤️❤️🇺🇸👌
Any update on getting more paid subscriber levels?? I'm ready with my debit card :)

Could you do a post on how to comment on the OSHA vaccine mandate rule? The public has 27 days to comment at https://www.regulations.gov/commenton/OSHA-2021-0007-0001

4) how long have you been this way?

Yes we've thought about that.
My husband wants a climate more like Kentucky, so it's tough to decide

Ugh. The mandate followed him! 😡

Jennifer I pray your husband finds a network of non - vax jobs.
The churches should be assisting people like your husband right now.
I feel this passionately.
