Lots of people on Twitter (including my brother) told me that the unvaxxed, like me and my wife, belong in a camp.

Yet Monkeypox, HIV, and Covid positive sexcation travellers are free to roam the earth?

That's a bummer. I've actually found that the natural everything, hippy dippy ones were the leftists who really woke up during all of this. They finally met up with us in the 'take medicine into our own hands' prepper sort of crowd, who generally tend to be more on the right. I'm an ancap libertarian myself but I have really loved seeing this coming together over such fundamental issues. Hopefully Austin can come around at some point. :/ I was born in Texas so there will always be a little piece of my heart with y'all. :)

This is an example of a person I'm on good social terms with, and besides, it's too late to give her any "medical" advice.

that is probably already happening for a big part. I just read an Expose article that states 1 in 73 UKers died after the jabs. That is quite some more than the virus killed.

Expand full comment

Expose tends to be a bit on the sensationalist side. But how wild is their claim? In the USA, the normal death rate is about 0.9% per year. Let's make the assumptions (without checking data) that the UK death rate is similar, and that the population is 100% vaxxed. 1/73 = 13.7/1,000, suggesting a jump in deaths of about 13.7/9 = 1.52 or 52% excess deaths. Yes, deaths (excess deaths) are higher since the pandemic, but nowhere near that much. I'll admit I haven't double-checked, but based on my quick analysis above, the Expose claim is likely false.

it is a bit ironic, given both sides of our family include Jews fleeing persecution in Europe in the 1800s.

Expand full comment

The [European] Jews have a fascinating history. I'm slowly working my way through "The Jewish Century." This isn't the place for a book review, but I recommend the book provides a matter-of-fact overview of their history, both good and bad. For reasons you can discover for yourself, they often gravitate to positions of higher education, art, sciences, business and, of course, finance and government, often in numbers far higher than their proportion of a population would suggest. It's surely an antisemitic exaggeration to claim they secretly rule the world (and similar slurs, going back centuries), but they definitely punch above their weigh in many areas. To a large extent they have been "a blessing on the nations" or whatever the phrase in the Bible was. But like any person, or people, they have their hubris too, richly recounted in the Old Testament. The story of Samson and Delilah may only be a legend, but many are the times in history when they've gone from honored guests or valued workers to outcasts, sometimes bringing entire structures crashing down upon themselves and their hosts.

The uniparty swamp runs deep my friends. Unfortunately for us Rubio turned out to be a just another squish, not Crist bad thank goodness, but bad enough.

If the Elections Depts run out of Republican ballots again in Nov and people won't wait for more to arrive, then we have a LEGIT path for Crist to win- without cheating or stealing the election via EXCESSIVE adjudication percents. (That's an aspect that kills me! Folks that claim the 2020 election perfect, did ANY of them say that after looking at the rate of adjudicated ballots from 2020 vs ALL PREVIOUS YEARS!) My brother has a large ranch there and told me that insurance companies are closing down shop in the state (homeowners) and people cannot get coverage, and when they do it is 8K for nothing. The owner of 28 insurance offices in California is closing his businesses and even his own homeowners insurance was canceled by the very company he represents. Nobody is talking about this at all, but it is really happening. They say the fires in Cali are started by PG&E, but we all know it is arson. The manipulation is sick real.

The same is true here in Michigan. Our present governor in evil is hitting on the ground running claiming her opponent believes in no abortions, no exceptions. It’s why I suspected at the time Roe v Wade was overturned when it was just for these scenarios heading into the midterms. The Dems will use the abortion issue to ramp up their mostly white female group’s so called women’s rights. They will ignore here that there is a 1931 abortion law in place banning abortions except in the case of the life of the mother. The governor now or present can do nothing about this.

As a Floridian, I must pessimistically note that just a few years ago we came within a skeeter's tweeter of electing a Democrat as Governor among whose other qualifications we soon learned, included that he was a gay meth user. He may have further dubious "qualifications" that I shall omit here 🤫. Too, this was before the Biden Recency assuming power, moving so far to the Left that it must embarrass traditional leftists. So, perhaps, a Democrat Gov. here would be a harder sell anytime soon. My point is that we are anything but a solid-Red state. DeSantis was, by far, the lesser of two evils.

Expand full comment

Just curious...do you know what percent of eligible voters actually vote in Florida? Here in California we recently had a governor recall election.....a glorious opportunity to get rid of Newsom, and only 30% of voters could drag themselves out of the house to actually post or turn in their mailed ballots. Pretty pathetic. We have a fair number of Republicans and Independents outside the several big Dem dominated cities, but the Republicans were derelict in their duty to get out and vote.

Expand full comment

Do you think Republicans in CA tend to be overwhelmed by the futility of voting? Not saying that's right, just that it may be happening.

And how much confidence do they have in the integrity of the process even if they did vote? That's true voter suppression. Break their will and they won't even try to vote.

Expand full comment

It's hard to know exactly what goes on in CA. There are a LOT of conservatives, but they are not in the big cities of SF, LA, Sacramento. For decades there has been a movement to break Northern CA away from the southern part, but those in power won't allow that because so much water for the south is drawn from the north. In the 1960-70s there was a huge water project to pipe the water to the south. They moved to mailed ballots rather a long time ago, supposedly as a "test" but then it never went away. One thing with the ballots is that they are sent out early, very early. I suppose some people vote right away and mail them in, but I suspect a lot of people don't do that. They set them down somewhere, then other stuff piles on top of the ballots, then it's a matter of "out of sight, out of mind". Then they don't vote. I've heard people say in passing that "they forgot to vote." I do think many aware, committed conservatives (especially those above the age of 50 or 60) do make it a point to vote. But in the end, I'm sure there is a pretty big amount of voter fraud going on in this state. A lot.

Good point. As a healthcare worker, I was eligble for the shots in 12/2020, months before the general population my age. I have to admit I had a slight urge to get it just because it was exclusive and I could get something so many people wanted but couldn't. Fortunately I realized what an unhealthy instinct that was and actual, legitimate reasons for not getting it prevailed in my weak mind.

Expand full comment

A very interesting comment. The exclusivity you describe probably characterizes a lot of people who rushed out to get the shot in late-2020 and early-2021.

It was a combination of being perceived as selfless and heroic, as well the feeling of getting something that other people couldn't get, unlike owning a Tesla which isn't heroic, available to anyone who can afford it, and doesn't appear to produce myocarditis, strokes, and so on in Tesla owners.

It made for some memorable Facebook and Instagram posts, particularly the ones where people were crying ecstatically while getting their shot.

Expand full comment

so glad I did not see this, I am not on face book. But I think you are right, in my parent's case even more, since their government sent special letters, invitations, and you had an appointment you could only change once and then your shot would be given to someone else. And all for free. That is how Belgium lured their population to get this crap.

Expand full comment

It was a big thing at my company. Many of my colleagues aggressively virtue-signaled on Facebook and Linkedin as the shots were introduced.

It seemed like a contest as the posts competed for drama - "Look at how I'm crying with joy as I receive my vaccine" - to the masked profile photos followed by the "I Got My Vaccine" profile frames. There are still a few with masked company profile photos.

There are probably like a lot of people, particularly those who frequent Substacks like this one, who are now suffering with a residual form of PTSD from that experience. As someone who already suffered from PTSD before COVID, it has only exacerbated my issues.

a lot of us probably have it to a certain extent. It is quite understandable, certainly in a situation like yours, that it got worse. We probably will keep a fraction for the rest of our lives. But imagine what the jabbed people must go through, that wake up to the poison in their bodies! I expect lots of suicides from those that can no longer stand the uncertainty

Expand full comment

The "I got vaccinated" Facebook posts were mind numbing. Tons of them the first 6 months or so after the general public could get the jabs. At one point, there was a copy & paste comment/meme going around that dripped in self virtue about why they took the jabs and thus, how much MORE they loved their family and friends. Many were posted by people that I thought were intelligent and critical thinkers. It took every ounce of self control to scroll on by. Needless to say and many months later....crickets. I’m a Philadelphia C&Cer so to put my two cents in. Fetterman is a thug! He looks like, he dresses like one, he’s just plain THUG. Your typical demon (Dem minus on).

So, if I could afford to relocate I would but since I just got back here two years ago from OKC I can’t. I do support DeSantis any way I can!

We all know the demons will continue to blame Trump for everything. I’m sure he murdered JFK too but I can over look that. I hope their house of cards continues to fall. Bye, bye rat face Fauci let’s get Commie Joe and Hunter next!

Friend of mine pointed out that Fetterman has a massive lump (like a goiter?) on the back of his neck on the right side, the left side is normal. It's probably why he always wears a hoodie or a scarf to hide it.

You can see it below his ear in this picture:

https://www.mcall.com/resizer/xwPpdP5nKMp6yaJYJhJVN0clIQE=/1400x0/top/cloudfront-us-east-1.images.arcpublishing.com/tronc/CRS2Y3LFX5CPPERGUVPAE2CMD4.JPG

The other side of his neck is fine so it's not just fat. This poor guy has multiple things wrong with him on top of his less than stellar personality. I need to pray for him even though I don't want to...

Expand full comment

Too far back to be a goiter. Maybe some kind of tumor from the safe and effective juice.

Expand full comment

How about the neanderthal type ridge that runs above his eyes and nose?

Expand full comment

Now, now, I was talking about something obviously wrong that looks like a tumor but the media is conveniently ignoring (or covering up). He's hiding it too with his hoodies.

It's particularly relevant in light of his recent stroke and obvious cognitive issues.

We all have accidents of birth we're not real fond of!

Expand full comment

The hoodies predate the stroke shot.

Expand full comment

I accepted your original comment but just went a step further, and by the way, I have several likes. I had not seen a picture of this guy before now and appreciate knowing about the big neck bump. Regarding the ridge, if the parties were flipped, the dems would have been on all of the bodily imperfections a long time ago. That is what they do. The dems are in gun fight with us and I'm going to take more than a knife to that fight. Jeff C, you are way too nice (a good trait most of the time).

I feel Oz will be to the Republicans what Joe Manchin used to be to the dems. The one who stopped anything from passing. Although I don’t think oz will help us too much, I would never vote Democrat.

Expand full comment

I almost wouldn't mind seeing OZ lose to Fetterman just to serve the idiots who voted for OZ in the primary right. So long as the senate would still go R. It would also be amusing to see if Fetterman would show up on the senate floor in pullover and shorts.

Expand full comment

Oz over fetterman. I didn't vote for Oz in the primary but fetterman is total trash. He probably wouldn't survive his term and who in the heck knows what a Democrat governor might appoint. At this point it has to be Anyone But a Democrat!!!

they probably both are. What I read from Oz made me doubt he was really a medical doctor. But he seems to have at least done medical studies of some kind. A doc you don't want to go to

He was a top cardiologist at NYC most prestigious Colombia Presbyterian. I have always found his medical advice sound and unfettered by Big Pharm brainwashing.

he has a column in the local paper. I read it for quite a while, but found little good advice in it. May be he is good at cardiology but this was a minor disease thing. Lots of them could have been cured easily with non harming methods. Thanks for the update !

His speech was very Bindenish. I wonder if he will participate in a debate with Oz? Might not work to his benefit.

Oh, the impossible choice....Fetterman or Oz. I was thinking maybe Fetterman since it's likely he'll have to be replaced within his term. Oz, on the other hand, will probably become another Lisa or Susan, voting with Nancy. Ugh. Dreading November.

Expand full comment

Oz is an abortion rights supporter and talked positively about children transgendering. I've heard him say these things. I can't believe he's the "MAGA" candidate for the Senate. He's already a RINO. Winning against Fetterman should have been a slam-dunk with a decently conservative candidate.

I predicted Trump would be thrown under the bus for the vaccine injured, but I thought they'd wait until after he got the nomination. That would do the most harm. Maybe they let their eagerness get the best of them - or there are so many people running things they can't keep track of who is "leaking" what to their media companions.

I think they'll have a hard time spinning it on Trump. Yes, Trump is responsible for OWS but it wasn’t Trump that stood in front of national TV and announced sweeping jab mandates (that caused and is still causing irreparable damage), it wasn't Trump that demanded every arm in America (to include children who are least affected) to be jabbed, it wasn't Trump that told the American people covid was a pandemic of the unvaccinated, it wasn't Trump that told the American people they wouldn’t get covid if they took the jabs. The trickle down effect of Biden’s tyrannical rants & mandates gave tons of ammo to local politicians, school unions, school administrators, the military, Healthcare, and countless others in blue cities & states to continue their unscientific & downright cruel mandates. They would have to backtrack it ALL.

Yes but I think the people who will believe that and care are the people who don’t like him anyway and wouldn’t ever vote for him.

Expand full comment

They are doing their best, via as many routes as possible, to make it so that he 'legally' cannot run (in their opinions, contra the specific requirements in the Constitution) or, failing that, that his MAGA support is undercut, and Operation Warp Speed and continued support for the "vaccines" is his Achilles' heel on that aspect, imho. I think it was a set-up from the get-go by those who planned Opn Warp Speed, but Trump's lack of knowledge, combined with his ego about 'saving America' with the "vaccines," made their job easy.

I think you are right Mom. The dems could have easily stopped the rollout, since it started when they took over, but they did not. Even though all of them promised they would not force the jabs they did. Now of course they have to find a black sheep and how easy to blame trump since he plays along....

Oh I have not read that before - did he really say that ? Well I did not like trump and I never will, but looking back, how much of a chance has he been given ? He made lots of bad decisions, but very little people were willing to help. And the good things he did are already undone. I am more and more thinking of how sad a presidency and not only by his fault. He was just used and abused, to make a start to the reset, being played not by Putin but by his own government.

they are running out of time, the story is disintegrating fast. Even the regular press mentioned the large number of excess deaths and more and more people are waking up, or getting sick and dying from the jabs. If they don't act now, the dems will carry the load of pressing people to jab. If they can blame trump first and it catches on, they can run before the whole building collapses
