My coworker (volunteer), an apparently healthy woman in her 70s, today proudly shared that she and hubby are cleared for their first cruise in nearly three years, and because she (they, I presume) are 4x jabbed, they don't have to undergo the pre-trip covid test requirement. This is an example of a person I'm on good social terms with, and besides, it's too late to give her any "medical" advice.

Let's make the assumptions (without checking data) that the UK death rate is similar, and that the population is 100% vaxxed. 1/73 = 13.7/1,000, suggesting a jump in deaths of about 13.7/9 = 1.52 or 52% excess deaths. Yes, deaths (excess deaths) are higher since the pandemic, but nowhere near that much. I'll admit I haven't double-checked, but based on my quick analysis above, the Expose claim is likely false.

The same is true here in Michigan. Our present governor in evil is hitting on the ground running claiming her opponent believes in no abortions, no exceptions. As a Floridian, I must pessimistically note that just a few years ago we came within a skeeter's tweeter of electing a Democrat as Governor among whose other qualifications we soon learned, included that he was a gay meth user. He may have further dubious "qualifications" that I shall omit here 🤫. Too, this was before the Biden Recency assuming power, moving so far to the Left that it must embarrass traditional leftists. So, perhaps, a Democrat Gov. here would be a harder sell anytime soon. My point is that we are anything but a solid-Red state. DeSantis was, by far, the lesser of two evils.
Just curious...do you know what percent of eligible voters actually vote in Florida? Here in California we recently had a governor recall election.....a glorious opportunity to get rid of Newsom, and only 30% of voters could drag themselves out of the house to actually post or turn in their mailed ballots. Pretty pathetic. We have a fair number of Republicans and Independents outside the several big Dem dominated cities, but the Republicans were derelict in their duty to get out and vote.

It's hard to know exactly what goes on in CA. There are a LOT of conservatives, but they are not in the big cities of SF, LA, Sacramento. For decades there has been a movement to break Northern CA away from the southern part, but those in power won't allow that because so much water for the south is drawn from the north. In the 1960-70s there was a huge water project to pipe the water to the south. They moved to mailed ballots rather a long time ago, supposedly as a "test" but then it never went away. One thing with the ballots is that they are sent out early, very early. I suppose some people vote right away and mail them in, but I suspect a lot of people don't do that. They set them down somewhere, then other stuff piles on top of the ballots, then it's a matter of "out of sight, out of mind". Then they don't vote. I've heard people say in passing that "they forgot to vote." I do think many aware, committed conservatives (especially those above the age of 50 or 60) do make it a point to vote. But in the end, I'm sure there is a pretty big amount of voter fraud going on in this state. A lot.

Why I never get flu shots. By that time they are out they are less than 30% effective— if even that. My last flu was 1998. It’s another con and if they spike this one too—never ever.

Don't get most things from the mainstream medical community. All is suspect until you do your due diligence. I actually feel free now. I don't worry about health issues and costs because if it happens, it does. I am going the natural route unless I personally verify it's okay otherwise. I know now most of what they have to offer is big pharma plan. Meh!
The natural route has worked for me very well the last 11 years. I’m 74. I have seen a functional medicine doc the last year who has helped with targeted supplements. Lifestyle changes. Insurance doesn’t pay. Medicare mostly bloods but I’m worth it. 😁. My job now is to stay out of conventional medical system and hospitals. I eat low carb/keto and I feel so good and have plenty of energy. Detoxing from very high lead and arsenic. Most conventional docs never check that. Attitude is a great help. I went from sleep of around 6 hrs to a consistent 8 a night. My anxiety levels are WAY down. I think you are making a good decision.
Me too, though it's only 5 years now and I am a decade younger. I try to pass this information on to all who will listen. Established conventional medicine is not in anyone's best interest except for emergency/accident care.
I find it interesting that among my peers whose children have gone into medicine that they have generally chosen ER, Surgery, Anesthesiology or Optometry and Dentistry. Seems none of them want to go the pharm driven, med dependent route of care.
Interesting about the medicine choices. I crushed my wrist a couple of years ago necessitating surgery. The surgeon did a great job with no problems later and no noticeable scar. I also fell hard onto my hip this week. Since I could walk, although painfully, i resisted heading to the ER right away but today it’s much better and I’m moving well. I’m just listening to my body. I do have an awesome bruise however. 🫤.
In the past 20+ years I've gotten a flu shot twice. Both of those years I got the flu AFTER getting the shots. Haven't had the flu any other year. I'm not saying the flu shots CAUSED me to get the flu necessarily, but they sure didn't stop it.

Good point. As a healthcare worker, I was eligble for the shots in 12/2020, months before the general population my age. I have to admit I had a slight urge to get it just because it was exclusive and I could get something so many people wanted but couldn't. Fortunately I realized what an unhealthy instinct that was and actual, legitimate reasons for not getting it prevailed in my weak mind.
A very interesting comment. The exclusivity you describe probably characterizes a lot of people who rushed out to get the shot in late-2020 and early-2021.
It was a combination of being perceived as selfless and heroic, as well the feeling of getting something that other people couldn't get, unlike owning a Tesla which isn't heroic, available to anyone who can afford it, and doesn't appear to produce myocarditis, strokes, and so on in Tesla owners.
It made for some memorable Facebook and Instagram posts, particularly the ones where people were crying ecstatically while getting their shot.

But I think you are right, in my parent's case even more, since their government sent special letters, invitations, and you had an appointment you could only change once and then your shot would be given to someone else. There are probably like a lot of people, particularly those who frequent Substacks like this one, who are now suffering with a residual form of PTSD from that experience. As someone who already suffered from PTSD before COVID, it has only exacerbated my issues.

The "I got vaccinated" Facebook posts were mind numbing. Tons of them the first 6 months or so after the general public could get the jabs. At one point, there was a copy & paste comment/meme going around that dripped in self virtue about why they took the jabs and thus, how much MORE they loved their family and friends. Many were posted by people that I thought were intelligent and critical thinkers. It took every ounce of self control to scroll on by. Needless to say and many months later....crickets. I often wonder what they think now. Now that so much more is known about these jabs.

Let's make the assumptions (without checking data) that the UK death rate is similar, and that the population is 100% vaxxed. 1/73 = 13.7/1,000, suggesting a jump in deaths of about 13.7/9 = 1.52 or 52% excess deaths. Yes, deaths (excess deaths) are higher since the pandemic, but nowhere near that much. I'll admit I haven't double-checked, but based on my quick analysis above, the Expose claim is likely false.

It's hard to know exactly what goes on in CA. There are a LOT of conservatives, but they are not in the big cities of SF, LA, Sacramento. For decades there has been a movement to break Northern CA away from the southern part, but those in power won't allow that because so much water for the south is drawn from the north. In the 1960-70s there was a huge water project to pipe the water to the south. They moved to mailed ballots rather a long time ago, supposedly as a "test" but then it never went away. One thing with the ballots is that they are sent out early, very early. I suppose some people vote right away and mail them in, but I suspect a lot of people don't do that. They set them down somewhere, then other stuff piles on top of the ballots, then it's a matter of "out of sight, out of mind". Then they don't vote. I've heard people say in passing that "they forgot to vote." I do think many aware, committed conservatives (especially those above the age of 50 or 60) do make it a point to vote. But in the end, I'm sure there is a pretty big amount of voter fraud going on in this state. A lot.

Why I never get flu shots. By that time they are out they are less than 30% effective— if even that. My last flu was 1998. It’s another con and if they spike this one too—never ever.

The natural route has worked for me very well the last 11 years. I’m 74. I have seen a functional medicine doc the last year who has helped with targeted supplements. Lifestyle changes. Insurance doesn’t pay. Medicare mostly bloods but I’m worth it. 😁. My job now is to stay out of conventional medical system and hospitals. I eat low carb/keto and I feel so good and have plenty of energy. Detoxing from very high lead and arsenic. Most conventional docs never check that. Attitude is a great help. I went from sleep of around 6 hrs to a consistent 8 a night. My anxiety levels are WAY down. I think you are making a good decision.
Me too, though it's only 5 years now and I am a decade younger. I try to pass this information on to all who will listen. Established conventional medicine is not in anyone's best interest except for emergency/accident care.
I find it interesting that among my peers whose children have gone into medicine that they have generally chosen ER, Surgery, Anesthesiology or Optometry and Dentistry. Seems none of them want to go the pharm driven, med dependent route of care.
Interesting about the medicine choices. I crushed my wrist a couple of years ago necessitating surgery. The surgeon did a great job with no problems later and no noticeable scar. I also fell hard onto my hip this week. Since I could walk, although painfully, i resisted heading to the ER right away but today it’s much better and I’m moving well. I’m just listening to my body. I do have an awesome bruise however. 🫤.
In the past 20+ years I've gotten a flu shot twice. Both of those years I got the flu AFTER getting the shots. Haven't had the flu any other year. I'm not saying the flu shots CAUSED me to get the flu necessarily, but they sure didn't stop it.

Good point. As a healthcare worker, I was eligble for the shots in 12/2020, months before the general population my age. I have to admit I had a slight urge to get it just because it was exclusive and I could get something so many people wanted but couldn't. Fortunately I realized what an unhealthy instinct that was and actual, legitimate reasons for not getting it prevailed in my weak mind.
A very interesting comment. The exclusivity you describe probably characterizes a lot of people who rushed out to get the shot in late-2020 and early-2021.
It was a combination of being perceived as selfless and heroic, as well the feeling of getting something that other people couldn't get, unlike owning a Tesla which isn't heroic, available to anyone who can afford it, and doesn't appear to produce myocarditis, strokes, and so on in Tesla owners.
It made for some memorable Facebook and Instagram posts, particularly the ones where people were crying ecstatically while getting their shot.

But I think you are right, in my parent's case even more, since their government sent special letters, invitations, and you had an appointment you could only change once and then your shot would be given to someone else. And all for free. That is how Belgium lured their population to get this crap.

It seemed like a contest as the posts competed for drama - "Look at how I'm crying with joy as I receive my vaccine" - to the masked profile photos followed by the "I Got My Vaccine" profile frames. There are still a few with masked company profile photos.
There are probably like a lot of people, particularly those who frequent Substacks like this one, who are now suffering with a residual form of PTSD from that experience. As someone who already suffered from PTSD before COVID, it has only exacerbated my issues.

The "I got vaccinated" Facebook posts were mind numbing. Tons of them the first 6 months or so after the general public could get the jabs. At one point, there was a copy & paste comment/meme going around that dripped in self virtue about why they took the jabs and thus, how much MORE they loved their family and friends. Many were posted by people that I thought were intelligent and critical thinkers. It took every ounce of self control to scroll on by. Needless to say and many months later....crickets. I often wonder what they think now. Now that so much more is known about these jabs.

Yes, at the time I thought it was an interesting and very effective ploy they used to make people believe that they HAD to get the shot as soon as they were “eligible”.

I predicted Trump would be thrown under the bus for the vaccine injured, but I thought they'd wait until after he got the nomination. That would do the most harm. They are doing their best, via as many routes as possible, to make it so that he 'legally' cannot run (in their opinions, contra the specific requirements in the Constitution) or, failing that, that his MAGA support is undercut, and Operation Warp Speed and continued support for the "vaccines" is his Achilles' heel on that aspect, imho. I think it was a set-up from the get-go by those who planned Opn Warp Speed, but Trump's lack of knowledge, combined with his ego about 'saving America' with the "vaccines," made their job easy.

Oh I have not read that before - did he really say that ? Well I did not like trump and I never will, but looking back, how much of a chance has he been given ? He made lots of bad decisions, but very little people were willing to help. And the good things he did are already undone. I am more and more thinking of how sad a presidency and not only by his fault. He was just used and abused, to make a start to the reset, being played not by Putin but by his own government.

As a business man, Trump should have known better than to give ANY company a pass on legal liability. Sorry, but he did rush it through and, while he didn't mandate it, he has bragged about it and recommended it. I don't think any politician should recommend medication. Between 2020 and now, someone had to have informed him of the dangers yet...silence. I voted for Trump twice but his ego may get in his way on this one.
