I copied and pasted the quote from the Washington Post Times about the pandemic being over and sent it to our governor here in North Carolina. I write him at least once a week and have “shared” your wisdom with him several times. I also told him that, as a leader it is especially evil to promote fear in your constituents. As the pastor of a church in Putnam County, we had the very first case in the county occur in a lady from our church. Although she had not been to church in over 3 weeks, and had attended the Azalea Festival about a week prior to symptoms, the county health department head (under the instruction and threat of the State Health Officer) call me demanding I turn over our entire membership list for contact tracing. When I refused I was threatened with arrest with power granted by the state. It all worked out in the end, but I really didn't like the local health department head having that much power.

All the contents of this vaccine are presumed to remain local to the injection site in the shoulder with no evidence of traveling systemically to damage the brain, liver, ovaries, uterus and other vital organs as do the mRNA and spike protein "clot shots"..... Could it be that China wants to protect their workforce from death and disabilities that could put Chinese exports to the US and EU at risk?

What is the purpose of the mandate? Is it personal health? No, they can not force you to take treatment for personal health (if I have cancer, they can not force me to take chemo). Is it for communal health? Yes, that is the purpose that a court would consider forcing a vaccine. But, wait, health officials and now a court recognizes that the vaccine can't fulfill that obligation of the mandate. Why can't attorney's argue this?

Please speak to the Nov 4 Interim Final Rule (IFR) by the Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services to mandate the vax for ALL staff who are employed by medical providers who care for Medicaid/Medicare patients and subsequently receive reimbursement from them. This will impact almost every hospital in the country and their employees. So even if the employer does not require the vax, they will likely now have to require of their staff in order to keep their CMS cert status. NO HOSPITAL in the country can afford not to comply - for most, at least 50%+ of their patients are medicare/medicaid insured.

Hoping you can help with a question... if a FL headquartered, worldwide company, is mandating vaccines (for US colleagues only) on the merit of "companies with covered federal government contracts," will any of this state legislature or OSHA withdrawal help employees? Would the federal level win in this case and employees of said employers should seek accommodation if applicable?
Here's a thought.... How should employers compensate employees for submitting to the risk of a 24/7 VAxx Mandate when they only work an 8 hour shift?. When the JAB clots your arteries after you punch out for the day, how is the employer off the hook for mandating a JAB that has 24 hour a day risks of adverse reactions and/or sudden death?

My concern is discrimination when it comes to limiting employees free movement when not vaccinated. For example I would be limited to my office area and unable to move freely around the rest of the 90-95% of the building which is required as part of my job duties. You mention about encouraging lawmakers to include protection against discrimination so I wonder if that would be in there. Then the law expires on June 1st 2023, meaning that the employer can hang onto me until then and then say "we're tired of your crap - you're fired". I still can't believe what this virus has done to common sense.
