Good news so far on the federal jab mandate but it's not killed yet. I suggest a multiplier for Feds 4 Medical Freedom who are engaged in this fight: https://feds4medfreedom.org

This mandate affects a significant number of people and could set a terrible precedent that could easily ripple out to private industry doing business with the federal govt.

I'd support that. This mandate affects so many people.

TOTALLY AGREE - I tried to post the same. I am a retired fed and rewired in the national security arena - we need to help our feds - they play a vital role in making this country work - and speaking from firsthand experience - the Dems are almost always worse to work for than the conservatives - these folks are there day in and day out executing for the taxpayer - we need to show them some appreciation! I donated $100 yesterday and will donate more as a C&C trooper!

That's a criminal act, and if this court had actual intelligence and judicial integrity, it would have ended all mandates for experimental gene based treatments of Covid.

End of story.

It could not affirm Bodily Autonomy because to serve it's masters it needed to overturn Roe.

More political shenanigans, IMO, and Americans pay the price, as always.

Indeed. The court should have made away with it, since it is neither constitutional nor allowed by international law. I am surprised it took so long. Where is the court that can pronounce this? Where are the Nurnberg protocols? Why has so little rumor been given to this possibility? Only Dr Martin, Dr Fuelmilch and a handful of others have even mentioned this

I have several family members who are nurses and they got medical or religious exemptions. I guess it depends on the employer. Their employers didn't want to deal with the impact of half their staff walking. And now the unvaxx are the healthiest employees working there.

My daughter has a religious exemption, and she got it quite easily. Her employer (a nursing-rehab facility) had their own form to use, never an issue with it. This is in California, but not in a big city.

What state is that? I applied and it was a very sincere request especially when you factor in that I have applied for and received exemptions every year for flu shot. I was denied and fired.

I'm sorry to hear you got fired, Lisa. Last night, husband and I talked to a couple we'd just met. She is a nurse here on the Florida Panhandle. Both she and her husband are not "needled" and she said there was "no way" either one would get it. She is still working, getting both a medical and religious exemption. (BTW, religious exemptions are not granted by the employer. They're invoked by the person because this right exists. All one does when notifying the employer is that she/he is invoking their pre-existing right to this exemption. The onus is then on the employer to prove "undue hardship", which is pretty hard to do if people are being honest. That, of course, is one of the things this crime has revealed -- the massive dishonesty of so many of our fellow "Americans".)

Yes, F4MF definitely deserves a funding boost after getting this mandate stayed for ALL federal employees since January 2022 - the DOJ's argument that POTUS is "CEO of the Federal Workforce" is extremely dangerous and the longterm ramifications if this argument succeeds will demolish all federal workers' consitutional rights. We need to fight hard and keep fighting - please donate if you can! https://feds4medfreedom.org/donate - it's tax-deductible!

As a current federal employee, I would absolutely support! I would also support a multiplier for the Truth for Health Foundation, which supported the case of LT Bill Moseley in the US Navy. This mandate not only sets a terrible precedent, but so does the blanket denial of religious exemption requests, along with the continuous testing requirements!!

Thank you for acknowledging the importance of Freedom. As one who identifies as a Christian, it is evident that the ONLY reason we have Freedom is because of the Christian principles upon which this nation is founded. The writings of the founding fathers show where the concepts of freedom were born. God gives many good gifts besides freedom. It’s very sad to me that so many don’t know what this means. All the hate, darkness and evil we see in our world today are a result of that. Christians are not perfect, but God is.

β€œIn” But Not β€œOf” The World

The saint, or disciple, or Christian lives β€œin the world,” but is not to be β€œof the world.” (John 17:15,16). The idea is to live our lives in the world by a higher standard, that is, a heavenly one. There are several things that will assist us in doing this. I wrote down the following observations that I had once read, but forgot to note where. I do think they hit the mark.

First, we should keep the church pure within (1 Corinthians 5:9-13). This does not mean breaking off all contact with the world, but it does mean not allowing sin to go unanswered among the members of the body.

Secondly, we must be willing to put behind us forever things that are contrary to the Lord's will (1 Corinthians 6:9-11). We are sanctified as we separate ourselves from further practicing unrighteousness.

Third, we must never compromise when it involves agreeing with or sharing in things contrary to the Lord's will (2 Corinthians 6:14-18; 7:1).

Fourth, it may help to understand that our lives are not about conforming to the world, but about transforming into the persons God's Book tells us to be (Romans 12:1,2). This recognition will go a long way in helping us to see that β€œeverybody's doing it” is of no consequence at all as to whether a thing is right or wrong.

Fifth, we must understand that we are not abandoning those in the world. Far from it, we want to encourage them to also pursue this sanctification without which no one can see God (Matthew 5:13-16). https://www.bible.ca/ef/

Sixth, and finally, we want to recognize that this world is not our home. We must not seek to make it so (Philippians 1:21-26; 2 Corinthians 5:6-9).

I velieve the account is found in Luke's writing,s his book called "the acts of the apostles:. Seems the Jewish mucketymucks,m all perverted in their minds, were trying to figure out a way to end this "obsession"" with the "man" Jesus, whom they had executed. The main direction was to violently wipe out any trace of support for this Jesus they hated. but one guy stood up (some think he was the man Nocodemus who came to Jesus one night and asked Him some pointed questioins). Well, guys, WHAT IF this man is who He says He is.. and this move is relly OF God? TheyWE would be pitting ourselves agasint the God of the universe, and would certainly fail. Let us leave thigns as they are, and if this is not ofGod, it will fade away. If it IS of God, well, there is nothing we can do to stop it anyway, is there?

Little did they know then, but we know now because of historys record, that within forty years every vestage of Isreal as a nation, as a religion, as a people, as a place, was utterly destroyed and dismantled. No Temple, no sanhedrin no priesthood, even the tribe of Levi was wiped out, no sacrifices, no festivals, no country.

tht man was correct..God prevailed, and continues to prevail.

Think and have some moral fiber. You, your family and community would be better off. Third - Ukraine and all its associated issues are done. This is what happens when you have leaders who "hope" it will happen (like Deb Birk and the cdc) as opposed to leaders like Putin who make it happen with logic and planning. I wish the best for the Ukrainian people. But your leaders like ours suck.

I think it is a subtle push by the Uniparty to blame Trump for everything. Just as the GOP turned against Trump, outright on J6, all planned, now they are trying to score it as former Republicans are returning to the fold after Trump drove them away. Hogwash. Trump gained 74 million votes, a more popular vote total than any Republican since the 60’s. And we are also supposed to believe that the basement campaigner, WH resident gained 80+ million votes. I do not forget the Swamp and msm played their roles in this delusion. Truth be told, many long time Dems are seeing their country be crushed and have quietly been moving over for years.

Expand full comment

I read it as Xiden is driving the democrat party to ruin by allowing the left to take over. Dem pollsters have been continually warning about this, even while Trump was still in office.

Expand full comment

I live in Michigan, home for decades to the auto unions. Trump appealed to the unions, many of which had been faithful Union Dems. They saw their pensions and buyouts dwindle under Obama. They were seeking something different. Many of the younger, newer Unionists never bought into the Dem patronage. They saw Trump as a blue collar billionaire who got the union workers.

Expand full comment

This may be partially true. However, having grown up and lived in one of those Michigan cities were cars used to be built (but which is now home to lots of unused empty space), my experience with unionists is that the vast majority are dyed-in-the-wool democrats who will never vote republican even if that means voting against their own financial interests. They are the children of people who still view Jimmy Hoffa and the Teamsters as the 'good guys' in the ongoing struggle between unions and management.

Many may have opted for Trump in 2016. However, a significant number went back to the DNC and Biden in 2020 over 'mean tweets' and the (admittedly bizarre) belief that Biden was a moderate who would govern from the middle. Matt Taibbi's article that I cited in my comment addresses people who are now politically homeless, as detritus of the failure of the American uniparty system.

We’ll said. Unions are a stronghold of the Democrat party…a major brainwashing tool.

Thank you. In my early lawyer days, I used to represent a lot of union members. If one thing united them it was their unwavering DNC allegiance and their hatred of republicans. However, Michiganders were once blessed with republicans like Bill Milliken who understood how to build consensus to advance the state's better interests. That "Michigan " died with the auto industry.

It may have been justified forty years ago when the DNC professed to be the party of the working class and the republicans were the party of 'the establishment'. The DNC was the party of Bobby Kennedy. The GOP was the party of Goldwater and Nixon. As Matt Taibbi points out, that's no longer true in either case.

Matt Taibbi published a thought-provoking article on his Substack yesterday about the current American political moment. Matt explores the underlying cultural dynamic and our 'uniparty' reality. Americans run back and forth between the DNC and GOP seeking refuge like abused children with two dysfunctional parents.

Matt's final paragraph is a compelling summation, in my humble opinion:

"I remember choices like Dukakis versus Bush, which was like two versions of the same mathematically absolute impossibility of change. Absent a big shift, the next choice will be two arguments for civil war. Does anyone else miss boredom?"

Matt may have missed the point that the apparent "boredom" of Bush/Dukakis and the collapse of the Soviet Union introduced thirty years of unipolar 'wars of choice', blowback (as Chalmers Johnson described it), the surveillance state, and the globalist dystopia within which we are all living.

That said, the article is worth reading if only for Donald Trump, Jr.'s meme of Mitt Romney in "Mom Jeans": https://taibbi.substack.com/p/taking-the-neither-pill

It seems to have been a trend for quite some time. New Mexico was infiltrated with left leaning people from CA, WA, OR and have taken over the political system. They despise the locals of Spanish decent, some tracing their history back hundreds of years to the Conquistadors and have been successful in annihilating their traditions because of "Wokeness". They came for the charm and open spaces, the architecture and culture, yet they eventually chip away at it and replace it with their stale modernistic style like every other big city in the world. They want open borders where hordes of Spanish speaking people are ushered in yet the locals who are also of Spanish decent are looked upon with disdain. As a pharmacist, I would like to note that the morning after pill has been safely dispensed by pharmacists for at least 12 years, and has been available for purchase without a pharmacist consult for like five years now. It does not require medical supervision for use. You MAY be confusing it with the actual abortion pill, misoprostol, which is very difficult to get and does require a doctor's supervision. The morning after pill PREVENTS pregnancy by tricking the body into thinking it's already pregnant, the abortion pill does just that. . . Terminates an established pregnanvy.

Well, the thing there is that if there wasn't a pregnancy, the morning after pill wouldn't do anything at all, it would just be a useless sugar pill.
