The Gorsuch dissent is great, and he referred to the Maine vaccine mandate as irrational. He asks, how does firing doctors preserve the health care system? How would people with a religious accommodation spread the disease more than than people with a "medical accommodation?" And he also says that this "emergency" can't go on forever.

Cognitive dissonance never ceases to amaze me.

I was forced to deploy one of my favorite arguments on a member of the vaccine sheeple the other day. The brief conversation went something like this:

Me: Have you ever used an umbrella?

Sheep: Yes

Me: Why did you use it?

Sheep: To keep from getting wet from the rain.

Me: I see.......Did it work?

Sheep: Yes

Me: So your umbrella protected you all on its own? You didn't need someone else to come out with their umbrella to make sure you didn't get wet?

Sheep: No, that's ridiculous.

Me:.............................(Waiting for the light bulb to go off.................................Nope.)

Me: So you've taken the shot. Are you protected or not?

Sheep: Yes

Me: So what difference does it make to you whether someone else takes the shot?

Sheep:

The challenge with the silence after the "Sheep:" is that their brain isn't noticing that it had something in there a little crookedly but it's trying to figure out why you would trigger it by communicating outside the allowable bounds and is shunning you with its silence.

I was very interested in your take on the Supreme Court - you really are a perennial optimist! I sure hope you're right admit not giving up hope on them blocking the mandates at some point.

Thank you for the wake up for this day. All kinds of hope-filled news, I mean the absurdity, it HAS to get better!?!

I lol-ed in some places of the reading.

Question: I am healthy and just tried to get a prescription for ivermectin refilled at my local CVS pharmacy, and was told that as of September 1 the CDC has "put a stop on" filling prescriptions for ivermectin, so if my doctor wants me to take it, she will have to enroll me in a clinical trial. The pharmacist refused to give me her surname and license number, so I asked to talk with the store manager, who, in turn, told me that the directive not to fill ivermectin prescriptions had come from corporate management. I've checked the CDC website (in which I have pitifully little confidence), and don't see the prohibition that CVS claims exists. Anyone know whether out "public health" bureaucracy has in fact prohibited use of ivermectin for preventing and treating Covid? and if so, what legal support, if any, exists for doing this? Does anyone know of any national chains that have not caved to Biden administration pressure on this issue? If anyone can send me leads/links, I can look stuff up.

Boom. Just called my insurance agent and requested forms to cancel Aetna/CVS/Caremark medicare prescription insurance. I was going to do it anyway since Aetna shares prescriptions from other pharmacies with the CVS/Caremark system, so I don't trust CVS or Aetna with privacy. Your story motivated me to get off my butt and do it. CVS had my business for decades, now they will get none.

I got HCQ from Publix the same way. NO problem.

I’m in Orlando. My 85 year old mother has gotten ivermectin from her physician from Publix, no problem at all. SHe also got it in Michigan from CVS with no problem, but that may have been before 9/1. Not sure about that.

Thanks. I'm in Texas. CVS filled initial prescription in July, but won't refill it now because of "CDC stop". Looks like a government-directed stop on doctors using medical judgment to protect and save human lives IMHO.

I just signed the papers to dump Aetna/CVS/Caremark as of Jan 1.

Unbelievable! But there are online resources available.

There’s also a couple online places where you can order it directly from India without a prescription.

I think Publix and Walgreens are still giving it out. Also the Dr. should not say the prescription is for treating covid, but rather what Ivermectin is normally used for humans.

The elements of MASS FORMATION were described by David Reisman's (a liberal) landmark book published in 1950: "The lonely Crowd. A Study of the Changing American Character ".

The book was required reading in high schools and colleges. Looking back it may have been a tool of "predictive programming" by regarding middle-class society in pigeon-holed as "tradition-directed", "inner-directed", and "other-directed". Today, the traditional-directed (conservative) has been made the political enemy of the remaining two, who - through creeping socialist corporocracy - have been whipped into the helter-skelter of Mass Formation.

Saw Jeff's recommended video in fast mode during lunch. Very helpful! Also, one general tip on health insurance. My wife & I ditched the health insurance 'system' years ago, like we've tried to ditch other 'systems' to be in the world but not of the world. We've been very impressed with Christian Healthcare Ministries. No vested interest other than to keep sharing successful things, as many of us hopefully create a parallel society. Remember the 7 main 'systems' are: food, health, media, school, religion, banks, military. :)

"the Court needs to WAIT until it gets the 'right' case. It can only hear a few dozen cases a year. If the facts aren’t just right, the Court may not get another chance to do what it needs to do. This case only included healthcare workers and was based on religious exemptions; maybe it isn’t the case the Court is looking for to deal with injection mandates."

"THE right case"? The court takes 70-80 cases a year, closer to 100 than a few dozen. There need not be one perfect case. There will be lots of cases to choose from. The court can invite cases. If it "may not get another chance" for the perfect case it's because the court doesn't want another chance or ANY chance. Much like CO's gov blaming hospital shortages on "covid", not his own actions.

We're looking at medical tyranny that affects MILLIONS. Millions forced to choose between jobs or what may be lethal injection. The court can prioritize and take more than one case if this one doesn't have everything they want wrapped in a bow. "Only" dealing with no religious exemption isn't a negative. It needs to be dealt with. Those folks need relief, immediately. Just because it's healthcare workers doesn't mean the decision can't apply to other industries. And so what if the court only decides to apply it to healthcare workers? They can take another case, or two or three.

Liberty Counsel thought it was "the" (A) right case.

Thomas & Alito thought it was the right case, and that's enough for me knowing the others' various past betrayals. Why assume they're acting in good faith, waiting for the perfect case to do the right thing? Reminds me of the excuses we used to see a decade ago for Bush hack John Obamacare Roberts. "Roberts is playing 3D chess. You'll see! Patience! Trust the Plan!"

Is the court still waiting for the "right" case to reverse the coup d'etat & put Pres Trump in the WH? The great Amy & the other new "Federalist" Society "Justices" claimed a state like Texas doesn't have "standing" when other states disenfranchise their own voters & Tx voters & all the other states to steal the presidency.

"We’re in a war. There will be some casualties and lost battles before we win."

Well, someone should tell the "Federalist" Society Justices who clearly don't see it as a war. For them it's business as usual, lame callous excuses to shirk oath & duty. "There will be some casualties" is slim comfort for MILLIONS who now lose jobs, health, lives, homes, friends, family etc.

Marsha's waking up a little, but her bill is only for "essential" workers. The rest of us are not "essential", so we're not protected in her bill, which she knows is going nowhere.

Republicans are our only hope, but that's not saying much. They're good at making the right Kabuki sounds when they're out of power. When they had both houses in Trump's first 2 years...NOTHING on election fraud, the invasion-occupation, other critical issues.

Marsha had her chance to help stop this tyranny on January 6. Instead she voted for the coup d'etat, to certify the stolen electors & seat the Biden Junta.

Only 6 senators did the right thing on 1/6. The Magnificent Six:

Josh Hawley

Ted Cruz

John Kennedy

Cindy Hyde-Smith

Roger Marshall

Tommy Tuberville

The great Rand Paul publicly lobbied congress & senate for weeks to roll over for the coup, using transparent Orwellian sophistry. "We can't overturn what the states did. We can't overturn the election." Which is exactly what 6 states did. They overturned the votes of their own voters, overturned the votes of the other states, overturned the election.

I used to donate to Marsha & Rand. No more.

Hi Jeff,

Just found you on the AFLDS website and your interview with Stew Peters! Wow! Thank-you! My son is a student at a private university in Texas where, though a majority of students are vaccinated, they still make all students wear masks and have discriminatory testing based on vaccination status. There is absolutely no scientific sense for their policies at this point, but after reading the article below it all makes sense. I'm playing catch up here...but am looking for the cases you are aware of that would be the most relevant in regard to this in order to push back. I suspect they know they are in the wrong and will back down if challenged. Please advise.

Thank you and God bless you!

Interesting video. He makes so much sense, especially when he relayed that once people are in mass formation they all become equally stupid... no matter their intelligence level. Also, his answer to the last question around 4:10...sad but believable. Thank you Jeff.
