Good morning and Happy Tuesday, C&C fans! Today’s roundup includes: a logical analysis of employer mandates; a famous epidemiologist says he would take his kids out of school before injecting them; the Governor calls out the public health experts; the Governor recruits uninjected law-enforcement officers; Rogan talks about the horse-dewormer; the Biden Administration discharges more travel mandates; the feds threaten Florida over enforcing its school mask-choice policies, and more.
🗞*COVID NEWS AND COMMENTARY* 🗞
🔥 If an employer can make you get a Covid injection as a condition of employment in order to protect everyone else, why can’t an employer make you get infected with COVID in order to protect everyone else?
It seems to me that the two assertions the pro-injection folks rely on to justify mandates are:
1) Getting injected helps protect vaccinated people.
2) Getting injected is fully justified by the aggregate benefit to the community, and any individual harms caused by the injections are acceptable collateral damage.
Based on those two assertions, if you accept that natural immunity is at least as good as injection immunity, then why not just make everyone get Covid to stay employed?
1) Getting Covid helps protect vaccinated people.
2) Getting Covid is fully justified by the aggregate benefit to the community, and any individual harms caused by the infection are acceptable collateral damage.
So, what’s the difference? You can’t say the relative risk of harm from the injections is lower than risks from Covid infection. LONG TERM RISKS FROM THE INJECTIONS ARE UNKNOWN. There is literally no possible way to compare the risks. We just don’t have the data. So comparative risk analysis CANNOT be the way to distinguish the two policies. At best, all you can say is the risks are equally unknown, making the two options equivalent.
Once you reject comparative risk analysis, what other rationale can explain why an employer couldn’t just make infections mandatory?
🔥 Another question I have about the widely-discredited theory that uninjected people pose a risk to injected people is, if the injections prevent severe illness and death as claimed, what exactly IS the risk? Having a bad cold? Is preventing injected people from possibly getting a bad cold the entire justification for mandates?
💉 Dr. Harvey Risch, Professor of Epidemiology at Yale University, gave several interviews recently. A Pulse of Israel reporter asked him, “should vaccinated be afraid of the unvaccinated?”
RISCH: “No, I’d put it the other way around. The unvaccinated should be afraid of the vaccinated … it is well-known that it is the vaccinated people that generate the mutant strains and not the unvaccinated people. And that corruption of the medical establishment saying the unvaccinated are generating the mutants is an absolute falsehood; it is exactly the opposite. This has been known for a hundred years. It is vaccinated people that are more prone to generate mutant strains.”
Similarly, in a separate interview, Mark Levin asked Risch, “If you’re a parent and have a 7 or 8 year old … what would you do? Would you get your kid vaccinated?”
RISCH: “If the child has chronic conditions that make their risk appreciable, then there’s a reason they should be considered for vaccination. Other than that, if it were my child, I would homeschool them. Honestly, I would organize with other parents, to take them out of the school, and create homeschooling environments. There’s no choice. Your child’s life is on the line. It’s not a high risk. Vaccination is not a high risk that’s going to kill every child by doing so. However it’s enough of a risk that on the average the benefit is higher from homeschooling than it is for vaccination and being in school.”
So.
🔥 Joe Rogan said on his show yesterday that his doctor, Dr. Pierre Kory, said that over TWO HUNDRED members of Congress have now been treated with horse-deworming medicine.
🔥 Governor DeSantis pushed back harder against the federal government yesterday. In a press conference, he said:
DESANTIS: “You can’t have mad scientists running around playing god like this. And then come to find out, what else is Fauci and NIH doing? They’re doing cruel experiments on puppies. What they’re doing with those puppies is flat-out disgusting. It’s despicable. That needs to stop. I cannot believe American tax dollars would go to treat those dogs the way those dogs are being treated. I really think Fauci needs to be held accountable. These people — these bureaucrats — they don’t get to just run wild and do whatever the hell they want to with our tax dollars. And so, from funding gain-of-function research, to treating these puppies with really unimaginable cruelty, I think the whole lot of them need to be cleaned out. We need to be standing up for the American taxpayer. And doing things ethically. And not doing things like gain-of-function research. And certainly, not abusing puppies. Thank you.”
✈️ The Biden Administration excreted a new Covid travel mandate yesterday via three new CDC emergency orders. With a couple narrow exceptions, all non-U.S. citizens traveling into the U.S. who are not immigrants must show proof of being “fully injected” before boarding, AND ALSO a negative test result taken within three days of departure. Uninjected people can show a negative test result obtained on the day of travel.
🦩 We did it! Florida now has the LOWEST Covid case rate per capita of all 50 states. And that is despite having NO mandates, NO passports, NO forced-masking, and everything is open, including schools.
So!
🔥 After the federal government paid two Florida school districts money — $421,000 for Broward and $148,000 for Alachua — for adopting mask policies defying the Department of Health’s emergency order, Florida’s Board of Education voted two weeks ago to reduce state funding to those districts by the exact same amounts. But yesterday, the U.S. Education Department warned Florida about some kind of “enforcement action” against the state if it follows through with taking money away from the districts.
Florida’s Department of Education spokesman called it a “harassing and legally hollow” threat. “We will continue forward, lawfully, as we have this entire time,” spokesman Jared Ochs said.
When asked, a spokesman for the U.S. Education Department did not explain to Florida Politics’ reporters what “enforcement action” meant.
🦸♂️ In an appearance on “Sunday Morning Futures” with Maria Bartiromo, Governor DeSantis said he is now “actively working” to recruit out-of-state police officers who have been fired or placed on unpaid leave due to a vaccine mandate. “We’re actively working to recruit out-of-state law enforcement, because we do have needs in our police and our sheriff’s departments. So, in the next legislative session, I’m going to hopefully sign legislation that gives a $5,000 bonus to any out-of-state law enforcement that relocates to Florida,” the Governor said.
“So, NYPD, Minneapolis, Seattle, if you’re not being treated well, we will treat you better here. You can fill important needs for us, and we will compensate you as a result,” he added.
Chicago Police Superintendent David Brown said 21 department employees have been placed on “no-pay status” so far for refusing to provide their injection status. He also said the departments still needed to talk to hundreds of officers who have refused to say whether they are injected or not.
During a CNN Town Hall last Thursday, Anderson Cooper asked Joe Biden “Should police officers, emergency responders be mandated to get vaccines? And if not, should they be ‘stay at home’ or let go?”
“Yes and yes. By the way, by the way, I waited until July to talk about mandating because I tried everything else possible,” Biden said.
Governor DeSantis disagreed. “So in Florida our policy’s very clear,” he said. “We’re going to have a special session and we’re going to say nobody should lose their job based off these injections.”
The Governor is adopting C&C lingo. He said “injections!”

I think it needs to be widely publicized about the 200 members of congress who have been given ivermectin. Clearly it served them well.
Hi Jeff, every morning when I wake up, I say to myself " a new message of hope from C&C" and I can't wait to read it. I pray that Florida will continue to stand up against the Tyrants, it won't be easy but I hope it inspires other States. I am in Canada and it is really bad here too! God Bless you and give you strength to keep filling us with hope!
