Beautiful. I have been taking sunrise and sunset pics of my rural area in Michigan since the summer of 2020. It helped me grow closer to God, His Masterpieces never cease. And it encouraged me to not only stay of fb, but to share and link my walk with God in them.
I agree. Do the same thing. I enjoy all the little creatures as well. I stopped spraying pesticides at my house and watched who showed up to eat who. It was pretty interesting. God is amazing!

What an amazing essay, thanks for what you do Jeff (and in particular not trying to turn it into a hustle to fatten your wallet unlike so many other "activists").
I love that you went there on the flat earth stuff. After three years of being lied to from the government about all things covid, I now question everything that I've been told. And you bring up a good point, if the flat earth stuff is so crazy, why don't they just ignore it but demand censorship? So I did look into it and am one of those people with a 600x zoom camera (the Nikon P1000 being too expensive). Plus I work in the space industry. I came to four conclusions:
1) The earth is round and the "impossible" long distance observations (which I've seen myself) are explained by atmospheric optical refraction. In other words, the atmosphere bends light waves.
2) Space is real, satellites are real, we really do send up manned rockets into low earth orbit, and we really do put satellites into geosynchronous orbits
3) Much of the video footage submitted by NASA is clearly faked to one extent or another and it goes on to this day. This includes stuff from the ISS. It's likely done to justify the funding which is being stolen.
4) There is far more evidence against the moon landing than for it. It was likely faked for cold war propaganda purposes.
So why are they so intent on censoring the flat earthers? They are doing it because they have stumbled on to the truth that much of the space program is phony and being done to loot the treasury. They have taken it too far (as most people tend to do when there eyes have first been opened) but that's human nature. Those in charge don't want people questioning any of it so they censor all of it. But in doing so they show what they are afraid of.

I think the "flat earthers" will someday be vindicated, may be soon. Along the same lines as the "preppers" and "antivaxxers" are being vindicated today. How long ago were these 2 groups looked on as "crazy tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy theorists"??
Well, IMHO, if I were to become a flat earther, I would label myself as a tinfoil hat wearing crazy...LOL. And I'd be right but I do understand the cognitive dissonance that plagues everyone that has had their worldview literally turned inside out. Where I was once naive, I am now doubting reality itself. Everyone has a paradigm though with he/she interprets reality, a worldview if you will. When that gets compromised, re-orientation is difficult. I have two anchors: biblical faith and mathematics. I might reference it later but the mathematics of distance and navigation has been established for thousands of years.
Now ask me about my government, specifically the USG. I don't believe anything anymore that comes out of that. Going forward, Jeff's byword rules: local local local.
I think you hit the nail on the head. Our entire federal government is involved with laundering the wealth they are bleeding from the American middle class (think Ukraine). NASA is a glaring example. The amount of money that has and is being spent on NASA is not even remotely believable. Someone like Musk will get us to Mars on a mere fraction of the cost NASA proposes to spend. See....
My dad was a NASA engineer in the early 60s working for Wernher von Braun in Huntsville AL on the Saturn booster rockets for the Apollo mission. I'm amazed those things never blew up. They would rock the whole town like an earthquake when they tested them.

I was born in New York State, Gloversville to be exact, which is above the Mohawk River. I went with my father on several occasions to New York City in the 1950's. I also visited Baltimore some where my mom's family came from. These were really civilized places back then ... and people were really pretty decent. I remember a lady up in Harlem saying how back in the 1950's that nobody locked their doors. I could hardly believe it. But we, of course, never locked ours either in little old Gloversville.
I know 😢 Where I grew up people were poor but they cared about each other and it was safe and free. I ran around all over the woods and fields near town with my cousins and friends and we had the best time. It’s just gotten worse and worse, economically depressed and a welfare haven, drugs have come in and families are weakened. It’s no longer as safe and everything is run down. It’s sad.

I read a book by Dan Brown called Deception Point from 2002 about this very thing. NASA faking finds to get ridiculous funding and fast because they were afraid that if this was all privatized, that sector could do it better, cheaper and faster than the USG. Well, duh. But, now they are trying hard to kill all impetus in humans to be better, stronger and faster. The new American is content to silently quit and sit on their asses and wait for their money. This class of humans is something America is not used to seeing.
But they did blow up, and frequently. 20/35 Redstone test launches were failures. Virgil Grissom (RIP) said, publicly, that the Redstone rockets were better and more reliable than the later Atlas and Saturn launch vehicles intended for the Apollo missions to the moon. I can't find numbers on the failures of those 'newer' rockets, but Grissom's brutal pre-flight checks (he was an engineer-pilot) would discover upward of 20,000 faults with them. They were an absolute shambles.
Yeah, rockets are notoriously dangerous. I don't know of any Saturn rockets that exploded during testing but I wouldn't be surprised. But they were huge. Somehow they didn't lose one when launching the astronauts with live TV coverage.
I hope that people can now sue Pizer, Moderna and Astra Z., Fauci, and the FDA for murder and theft. Then the american tax payers and people who lost their businesses from lockdowns can sue and get their funds back from the US Govt theft. Sources? What work exactly do you do "in the space industry?" Do you work for an organization that would have the abilities to do what you claim? Do you have expertise developed over your career that would help to validate your analysis? (Notice I did not ask about degrees from schools. Experience is likely more important when it comes to technology separate from physics and chemistry.)

I live and breath in the world you're saying is faking it. My mastery of technology is greater than many. Your statements of "fact" are guesses based on something.
My assessment is made on 30+ years as an IT expert in NASA's manned space flight technology. If it's faked, it would come across on our networks and the video would have to be merged/rendered in real time for many of the events. We have nothing like that on our systems.
Additionally, I've personally worked technical problems where someone I know and trust went to a remote location to physically resolve a hardware issue that we were monitoring in real time. Yes, he could have been "in on it." But we're not the CIA. We don't have people that have spent decades lying to everyone in deep cover faking entire lives. Some of these engineers I've known since they were ~25, drank many beers with, helped them get safely home when they were too drunk to do so alone. Wouldn't one of the 10K plus conspirators have talked?
Or maybe I'm just a paid troll to spread disinformation on the misinformation against the flat earthers. Or maybe Elon sent me to repair the glitch in the matrix. Or maybe, just maybe, some things are actually real. Maybe.

James you challenged me with an argument from authority (e.g. I work there, I know the astronauts) but you admit down below you have never examined any of the evidence that challenges your preconceived notions. Pay is decent with a work-life balance that is better than most IT careers. Could easily double my pay if I went to work for one of the huge banks. I've watched several engineers leave for that gravy train, then come back.
The main draws for me are the technical challenges and how the training shapes raw recruits into seasoned experts, capable of being calm and smart under extreme pressure. Pretty cool, if you're into those sorts of things.

We're all wondering how the Apollo astronauts managed to survive the deadly radiation of the Van Allen belts with nothing but a flimsy aluminum can for shielding. Agree with you. Some conspiracies fit with the reality of how human nature works much better than others. Too many people in the industry would have mentioned something to their loved ones or friends. That being said, there is undoubtedly corruption and I learned through COVID that far more lies can be passed down the ranks sucessfully than I ever imagined.

Just those pictures from the new telescope and the Hubble are messed with and enhanced. I have seen disclaimers from NASA about that but I’m not an astronomer. We have a family member in Texas at NASA working on the new generation of space suits.
I work at JSC in Houston. My team manages the computers that run the simulations for crew and flight controller training, including joint "sim's" with international partners. I've worked out here for most of my career with probably 10,000+ people at JSC alone, easily 800+ engineers. Engineers are not the type to miss glitches in the matrix over and over and over again. And we're talking about elite problem solvers.
So between my personal relationships with astronauts, professional relationships with everyone involved, and experience with other centers that control satellites, I'm calling b.s. on the NASA and flat earth deniers.
For reference, my problem solving skills applied to complex systems that have only imperfect solutions combined with my 20+ year red pilling of our gov't is what very quickly lead me to call b.s. on the jabs. My red pill journey went from idealistic conservative believing "anyone can be president" to George H.W. Bush is a communist traitor that helped shoot JFK (and beyond).
So, to say I'm willing to change my mind based on the facts I see is an understatement. I follow facts to the truth. I'm kinda like The Midwestern Doctor in that my addiction in life is to the truth, no matter how stupid it might make me look.
There's no 'there" here with NASA. I would have found it by now. Look somewhere else.
That said, the video linked above is quite entertaining. I'm fine with anyone questioning anything. But I do recommend you look for verifiable source material and people who've actually lived it, not just video clips on the internet. As always, dig deeper, see where it goes.
James - There are plenty (hundreds) of video clips and photos out there directly traceable to NASA that show clear evidence of manipulation. In particular photos from the Apollo era when viewed in modern image processing software show inarguable evidence of cropping and splicing. These are photos than can be directly accessed from NASA themselves and aren't generated by others.
There are at least a dozen videos directly from NASA of funny stuff from the ISS. This includes obvious green screen glitches and clear 1G effects when something went wrong (such as something being inadvertently dropped). In addition there are a couple of videos where you can clearly see people grabbing at wires when they lost their balance. None of this was fabricated by outsiders but came directly from NASA.
How do you explain this? I don't work at NASA but have been at a space contractor for decades. It's a hard pill to swallow that much of our industry is corrupt but the evidence irrefutable at this point. Much of it is real of course, but much isn't. Have you independently and with an open mind looked at the evidence yourself?

Hmm. All video evidence "from NASA." No, I've not investigated that. And it's fair to ask me why not.
NASA has entire departments (albeit rather small) who's purpose is to do what you say, edit and "touch" photos and videos. Every so often, they release enhanced photos using modern tech on old media. The Apollo era is a common one where that's done.
Do you think the "remastered" version of Titanic is fake because they say it's in 4K now versus the original resolution it was screened in? What about remastered audio? How and why do they do that? Is all of that fake if the resulting outcome is not perfect?
So that's one reason - as technology improves, processing is done with it.
A second reason I have not seriously looked into it is the scope of the conspiracy that would have to be in play for it all to be fake. To keep selling the fakery for decades as NASA grows to a monster sized agency, you have to keep adding new people and making sure nobody talks. And as world events occur, you have to incorporate all that. Yes, it might be theoretically possible, but at what scale do you decide it's impossible for 50+ yrs?
An example might help. Let's talk COVID mitigation during simulations as it relates to astronaut crews. The base document on how to determine quarantine and testing and vaccination for NASA was more than 20 pages when they finally stopped using it. Just what you'd expect from a huge gov't organization that has to pay homage to the occupier of the White House. But guess what? We have additional requirements for interactions with astronaut crews. Some of the simulations will have 25+ people involved in close proximity. Someone spent days working out the logistics and procedures/rules. Hundreds are impacted by it. Scheduling of sim's and support teams were modified. Impacts to launches had to be worked around.
In all, hundreds of people "played along" to integrate COVID for a crew that is just acting in front of a green screen? And nobody is aware of it? Who replaces the upper management of those that agreed decades ago to go along with the conspiracy to fake all this? I'm in those meetings with enough of the leaders at the top that someone would have slipped. But... nope.
Yes, it's possible something is faked. But I look for glitches in the matrix all the time. And I've gotten into much hot water over the years because I point out the elephant in the room. I just can't unsee things, and even worse I can't let them pass. It starts as a subconscious awareness something "feels" wrong. I turn it over and over, then something new that doesn't fit happens. Over time, I become focused on the "thing" and what the root cause might be. I form hypothesis, look for supporting data, discard a lot of bad theories. If the thing is there, eventually I can describe it and point to facts that suggest at a minimum something isn't right.
But none of that has ever happened regarding actual operations at JSC with several thousands of people I've worked with. And I've crossed generations, working with those that worked Gemini and Apollo, Skylab & ISS, shuttle and now Orion and Space X.
Other than what you said about the videos, I've seen literally nothing to make me question why we're doing something or why "it" doesn't fit. None. And periodically I look focused on "fake." Still, nothing.
So... it could be faked. But man it would be the best kept conspiracy in the history of conspiracies. I am drawn to them. I look for crumbs on the forest floor. I just don't see it here.

From my experience , the hardest people to convince something is not what it seems are people who have spent their entire careers working in the field you are asserting is not what it seems. They think because they are experts in so much, an outsider could not possibly know something that would shatter the cornerstones of their life work.
Boy, I understand this. My husband's career field has been decimated this last couple of years. Although he's been retired for a decade, learning about the corruption "at the top" that he was totally unaware of, was rather shocking. He's still proud of his life's work but now knowing he wasn't really making the difference that he thought, was tough to come to terms with.
Folks who watch "UFO videos" are aware of the many shots that are breathlessly said to show a UFO flying behind the ISS. That UFO is usually small, light in color, with a fuzzy outline - identical to the dust and pits of stuff that appear in the purported green-screen ISS videos seen in the anti-NASA vids.
Cannot go with the flat earthers because I often FaceTime with loved ones on the opposite side of the US where it is dark, while it is still light where I live in the middle of the continent.

Your 4 points above summarize what I have been able to determine independently. What is your explanation/opinion for why no other nation ever blew the whistle on the impossibility of a manned space craft being able to penetrate the Van Allen radiation belt at the time the US claims to have repeatedly done so?
Yes, that is a great question and I really don't have a good answer. Back during the Apollo missions the entire free world was sucked into it and the Soviets (who must have known at the time) probably knew they would look crazy if they questioned it. Why the silence today is a good question, but as Jeff pointed out every government went along with the Covid narrative without question, doing what they were told. It would not surprise me if the same thing applies here.
You are right that the Van Allen belt is the key to all of this. Since 1972 not a single human has gone higher than ~300 miles above the Earth (low earth orbit) nor has any nation even tried it. They know the VA belt radiation and beyond is extremely hazardous to the astronauts and we don't have the technology to protect them. Yet Apollo supposedly went 1000 times that far (242,000 miles) to the moon using 1960's technology. We'll get some new data points soon enough I suppose as Artemis is supposed to carry manned flights beyond LEO around 2025. The problem is that we'll never know if it's real as the deep fake technology now is light years beyond that of 1972.
Edit: Correcting a small error here as a few (apparently two) classified shuttle missions did fly inclined orbits with an apogee as high as 380 miles. Still well within the radiation protection of the magnetosphere and only 0.15% of the way to the moon but they did exceed 300 miles.

Yup, he sure did say that and with a straight face. No explanation why we'd do something so stupid, just a nonchalant statement like telling us he took his clothes to the cleaners. Not the brightest bulb there.
And all (and I do mean *all*) of the originally telemetry and video footage is gone, supposedly lost. The video we have today is actually news footage of NASA TV monitors (thus dramatically reducing the video resolution), the source video is missing.
About the only stuff we actually have from NASA is the Hasselblad photos taken by a camera mounted on the astronaut's chest. Despite having no viewfinder, and needing to set shutter speed and f-stop manually, they look as beautiful as professional photos with perfect framing and exposure. There's all sorts of funny business there too including shadows that aren't parallel (indicative of artificial lighting), misaligned backdrops, and evidence of crude 1960's photoshopping.
Plus of course the "moon rock" the US gave to Dutch National Museum in 1969 was tested decades later and turned out to be petrified wood. Oops.
And this is just the start of it. Like I said, far more evidence that it didn't happen than it did. In fact just about the only evidence that it did happen is that people claim it be so.

I'm several days late reading this newsletter... I 100% agree with you. A lot of the research on NASA fakery was done by people who didn't believe we ever landed on the moon LONG BEFORE the creation of the flat earth movement. As a long time conspiracy theorist, I was told about that one way before flat earth was floated, about 10 years earlier. And btw, nobody had ever heard of the flat earth movement until Obama called out the "Flat Earth Society" mocking it. Obama's statement is a very good indicator that the entire thing is an NSA/Gov't psyop intended to discredit all conspiracy theorists, just like the Qanon psyop.
And Jeff is off by about a decade on when/why the censorship started. It started in 2006 when Google bought YouTube. What was being censored? 911 Truth videos, OKC bombing, Waco, holocaust denial, Iraq War crimes, etc. I'm not saying I believe all/any of these things, but come on! Well, it's an interesting point. If you wanted to convince yourself that the Earth is not flat, trusting no one, using only evidence available to your senses, how would you go about it? I suppose you could sail around it. We have all operated on trust for a long time, and we're starting to realize how vulnerable that has made us.
It's physically round enough to be called "spherical" but the earth's mass could never be described accurately as "flat.". More interestingly, The gravity "pull" varies at different places. The south Atlantic anomaly is where dieters would feel good about losing weight as long as they stay there. The FE concept is solidly debunked in the link I provided. It should take you a few days to study each and every source. So I suppose you're really not interested and will continue to be a dedicated flat-earther.

Eratosthenes was a Greek scholar and mathematician who lived from 276 to 194 BC. He's best known for calculating the circumference of the Earth, which he did by comparing altitudes of the mid-day sun at two places. He went on to calculate the tilt of the Earth's axis. Could it be that it is not the atmospheric bending of the light, but gravity that bends the light allowing sight of far-off places that shouldn’t be mathematically straight line visible? I’m no scientist, nor a lawyer, but if our theories on the speed of light are grossly incorrect it could mean that our universe isn’t anywhere near as old as scientists estimate thus giving more evidence for the creation model of our existence. This fits in with the seemingly perpetual conflict between God and evil/man/communism and throws off lots of present theories, such as evolution which requires billions of years to attain a mediocre (mathematically impossible) bit of believable evidence.

Yep, me too. Oh I run across a comment here and there that leaves me scratching my head, but the ratio of kooks on here to sane people is much smaller on C&C comment threads than is out there in the general internet world. I think the problem is that once you discover that many of your foundational beliefs are lies, than figuring out what your new set of beliefs are is a moving target; easy to go down the wrong rabbit hole. That's why I love C & C and the comments section, it's a hive mind for figuring out what is truth and what is BS.

Most important, the Lord Jesus is still seated at the right hand of the Father and has ALL AUTHORITY (His words, not mine). The future is hope filled because of Him. Slowly He is placing all of His enemies under His feet. We all need to get on our knees in prayer and off our butts in action, joining Him on what He is doing.
In Canada, we have the elected government (Liberals) and the official opposition (Conservatives). What struck me as odd when the lockdowns happened is that the Conservatives went along with everything the Liberal government mandated. Their job as the official opposition is to oppose. Fight back. Show the flaws. Argue against. They did none of that. (The leader of the Conservatives at the time was Erin O’Toole, he has since been replaced by Pierre Poilieve, who is actually opposing the government). The lack of opposition, and then the lockstep around the world, was a huge red flag to me. I think you are correct: this revealed we already have a one world government.
I appreciated your list of 27 wins. After 3 years of this nonsense, it is easy to get discouraged. I am going to print your list and keep it handy for those days it feels like we are losing. I’m also going to repeat the mantra: local, local, local.

Beautiful. I have been taking sunrise and sunset pics of my rural area in Michigan since the summer of 2020. It helped me grow closer to God, His Masterpieces never cease. And it encouraged me to not only stay of fb, but to share and link my walk with God in them.

What an amazing essay, thanks for what you do Jeff (and in particular not trying to turn it into a hustle to fatten your wallet unlike so many other "activists").
I love that you went there on the flat earth stuff. After three years of being lied to from the government about all things covid, I now question everything that I've been told. And you bring up a good point, if the flat earth stuff is so crazy, why don't they just ignore it but demand censorship? So I did look into it and am one of those people with a 600x zoom camera (the Nikon P1000 being too expensive). Plus I work in the space industry. I came to four conclusions:
1) The earth is round and the "impossible" long distance observations (which I've seen myself) are explained by atmospheric optical refraction. In other words, the atmosphere bends light waves.
2) Space is real, satellites are real, we really do send up manned rockets into low earth orbit, and we really do put satellites into geosynchronous orbits
3) Much of the video footage submitted by NASA is clearly faked to one extent or another and it goes on to this day. This includes stuff from the ISS. It's likely done to justify the funding which is being stolen.
4) There is far more evidence against the moon landing than for it. It was likely faked for cold war propaganda purposes.
So why are they so intent on censoring the flat earthers? They are doing it because they have stumbled on to the truth that much of the space program is phony and being done to loot the treasury. They have taken it too far (as most people tend to do when there eyes have first been opened) but that's human nature. Those in charge don't want people questioning any of it so they censor all of it. But in doing so they show what they are afraid of.

Well, IMHO, if I were to become a flat earther, I would label myself as a tinfoil hat wearing crazy...LOL. And I'd be right but I do understand the cognitive dissonance that plagues everyone that has had their worldview literally turned inside out. Where I was once naive, I am now doubting reality itself. Everyone has a paradigm though with he/she interprets reality, a worldview if you will. When that gets compromised, re-orientation is difficult. I have two anchors: biblical faith and mathematics. I might reference it later but the mathematics of distance and navigation has been established for thousands of years.

My dad was a NASA engineer in the early 60s working for Wernher von Braun in Huntsville AL on the Saturn booster rockets for the Apollo mission. I'm amazed those things never blew up. They would rock the whole town like an earthquake when they tested them.

I was born in New York State, Gloversville to be exact, which is above the Mohawk River. I went with my father on several occasions to New York City in the 1950's. I also visited Baltimore some where my mom's family came from. These were really civilized places back then ... and people were really pretty decent. I remember a lady up in Harlem saying how back in the 1950's that nobody locked their doors. I could hardly believe it. But we, of course, never locked ours either in little old Gloversville.

I know 😢 Where I grew up people were poor but they cared about each other and it was safe and free. I ran around all over the woods and fields near town with my cousins and friends and we had the best time. It’s just gotten worse and worse, economically depressed and a welfare haven, drugs have come in and families are weakened. It’s no longer as safe and everything is run down. It’s sad.

Oswego born & lived in south Trenton, Utica, guilderland, Baldwinsville and Weedsport. God blessed me & I moved to central Florida just before lockdown. Upstate used to be a great place. All my relatives worked at GE in the summer going to college. Now the Erie Canal is a bunch of small towns with no industry to speak of.
Western NY for me. We were just talking this morning with my dad about how all of the companies and businesses have moved out or shut down in the area where I grew up 😕

I read a book by Dan Brown called Deception Point from 2002 about this very thing. NASA faking finds to get ridiculous funding and fast because they were afraid that if this was all privatized, that sector could do it better, cheaper and faster than the USG. Well, duh. But, now they are trying hard to kill all impetus in humans to be better, stronger and faster. The new American is content to silently quit and sit on their asses and wait for their money. This class of humans is something America is not used to seeing.
But they did blow up, and frequently. 20/35 Redstone test launches were failures. Virgil Grissom (RIP) said, publicly, that the Redstone rockets were better and more reliable than the later Atlas and Saturn launch vehicles intended for the Apollo missions to the moon. I can't find numbers on the failures of those 'newer' rockets, but Grissom's brutal pre-flight checks (he was an engineer-pilot) would discover upward of 20,000 faults with them. They were an absolute shambles.
Yeah, rockets are notoriously dangerous. I don't know of any Saturn rockets that exploded during testing but I wouldn't be surprised. But they were huge. Somehow they didn't lose one when launching the astronauts with live TV coverage.
I hope that people can now sue Pizer, Moderna and Astra Z., Fauci, and the FDA for murder and theft. Then the american tax payers and people who lost their businesses from lockdowns can sue and get their funds back from the US Govt theft. Sources? What work exactly do you do "in the space industry?" Do you work for an organization that would have the abilities to do what you claim? Do you have expertise developed over your career that would help to validate your analysis? (Notice I did not ask about degrees from schools. Experience is likely more important when it comes to technology separate from physics and chemistry.)

I live and breath in the world you're saying is faking it. My mastery of technology is greater than many. Your statements of "fact" are guesses based on something.
My assessment is made on 30+ years as an IT expert in NASA's manned space flight technology. If it's faked, it would come across on our networks and the video would have to be merged/rendered in real time for many of the events. We have nothing like that on our systems.
Additionally, I've personally worked technical problems where someone I know and trust went to a remote location to physically resolve a hardware issue that we were monitoring in real time. Yes, he could have been "in on it." But we're not the CIA. We don't have people that have spent decades lying to everyone in deep cover faking entire lives. Some of these engineers I've known since they were ~25, drank many beers with, helped them get safely home when they were too drunk to do so alone. Wouldn't one of the 10K plus conspirators have talked?
Or maybe I'm just a paid troll to spread disinformation on the misinformation against the flat earthers. Or maybe Elon sent me to repair the glitch in the matrix. Or maybe, just maybe, some things are actually real. Maybe.

How's the pay?
Pay is decent with a work-life balance that is better than most IT careers. Could easily double my pay if I went to work for one of the huge banks. I've watched several engineers leave for that gravy train, then come back.
The main draws for me are the technical challenges and how the training shapes raw recruits into seasoned experts, capable of being calm and smart under extreme pressure. Pretty cool, if you're into those sorts of things.

Maybe, since you know all these astronauts and stuff, you should ask them to explain about the Van Allen belts. We're all wondering how the Apollo astronauts managed to survive the deadly radiation of the Van Allen belts with nothing but a flimsy aluminum can for shielding. Agree with you. Some conspiracies fit with the reality of how human nature works much better than others. Too many people in the industry would have mentioned something to their loved ones or friends. I've worked out here for most of my career with probably 10,000+ people at JSC alone, easily 800+ engineers. Engineers are not the type to miss glitches in the matrix over and over and over again. And we're talking about elite problem solvers.
So between my personal relationships with astronauts, professional relationships with everyone involved, and experience with other centers that control satellites, I'm calling b.s. on the NASA and flat earth deniers.
For reference, my problem solving skills applied to complex systems that have only imperfect solutions combined with my 20+ year red pilling of our gov't is what very quickly lead me to call b.s. on the jabs. My red pill journey went from idealistic conservative believing "anyone can be president" to George H.W. Bush is a communist traitor that helped shoot JFK (and beyond).
So, to say I'm willing to change my mind based on the facts I see is an understatement. I follow facts to the truth. I'm kinda like The Midwestern Doctor in that my addiction in life is to the truth, no matter how stupid it might make me look.
There's no 'there" here with NASA. I would have found it by now. Look somewhere else.
That said, the video linked above is quite entertaining. I'm fine with anyone questioning anything. But I do recommend you look for verifiable source material and people who've actually lived it, not just video clips on the internet. As always, dig deeper, see where it goes.
James - There are plenty (hundreds) of video clips and photos out there directly traceable to NASA that show clear evidence of manipulation. In particular photos from the Apollo era when viewed in modern image processing software show inarguable evidence of cropping and splicing. These are photos than can be directly accessed from NASA themselves and aren't generated by others.
There are at least a dozen videos directly from NASA of funny stuff from the ISS. This includes obvious green screen glitches and clear 1G effects when something went wrong (such as something being inadvertently dropped). In addition there are a couple of videos where you can clearly see people grabbing at wires when they lost their balance. None of this was fabricated by outsiders but came directly from NASA.
How do you explain this? I don't work at NASA but have been at a space contractor for decades. It's a hard pill to swallow that much of our industry is corrupt but the evidence irrefutable at this point. Much of it is real of course, but much isn't. Have you independently and with an open mind looked at the evidence yourself?
Edit: BTW, you lump NASA and flat earth deniers together (a common tactic) when I specifically started this comment thread by saying the earth is round, space flight and satellites are real, but that the space program is corrupt and (in part at least) faked. I don't think you mean it intentionally but you are using the common "poisoning the well" tactic.
Hmm. All video evidence "from NASA." No, I've not investigated that. And it's fair to ask me why not.
NASA has entire departments (albeit rather small) who's purpose is to do what you say, edit and "touch" photos and videos. Every so often, they release enhanced photos using modern tech on old media. The Apollo era is a common one where that's done.
Do you think the "remastered" version of Titanic is fake because they say it's in 4K now versus the original resolution it was screened in? What about remastered audio? How and why do they do that? Is all of that fake if the resulting outcome is not perfect?
So that's one reason - as technology improves, processing is done with it.
A second reason I have not seriously looked into it is the scope of the conspiracy that would have to be in play for it all to be fake. To keep selling the fakery for decades as NASA grows to a monster sized agency, you have to keep adding new people and making sure nobody talks. And as world events occur, you have to incorporate all that. Yes, it might be theoretically possible, but at what scale do you decide it's impossible for 50+ yrs?
An example might help. Let's talk COVID mitigation during simulations as it relates to astronaut crews. The base document on how to determine quarantine and testing and vaccination for NASA was more than 20 pages when they finally stopped using it. Just what you'd expect from a huge gov't organization that has to pay homage to the occupier of the White House. But guess what? We have additional requirements for interactions with astronaut crews. Some of the simulations will have 25+ people involved in close proximity. Someone spent days working out the logistics and procedures/rules. Hundreds are impacted by it. Scheduling of sim's and support teams were modified. Impacts to launches had to be worked around.
In all, hundreds of people "played along" to integrate COVID for a crew that is just acting in front of a green screen? And nobody is aware of it? Who replaces the upper management of those that agreed decades ago to go along with the conspiracy to fake all this? I'm in those meetings with enough of the leaders at the top that someone would have slipped. But... nope.
Yes, it's possible something is faked. But I look for glitches in the matrix all the time. And I've gotten into much hot water over the years because I point out the elephant in the room. I just can't unsee things, and even worse I can't let them pass. It starts as a subconscious awareness something "feels" wrong. I turn it over and over, then something new that doesn't fit happens. Over time, I become focused on the "thing" and what the root cause might be. I form hypothesis, look for supporting data, discard a lot of bad theories. If the thing is there, eventually I can describe it and point to facts that suggest at a minimum something isn't right.
But none of that has ever happened regarding actual operations at JSC with several thousands of people I've worked with. And I've crossed generations, working with those that worked Gemini and Apollo, Skylab & ISS, shuttle and now Orion and Space X.
Other than what you said about the videos, I've seen literally nothing to make me question why we're doing something or why "it" doesn't fit. None. And periodically I look focused on "fake." Still, nothing.
So... it could be faked. But man it would be the best kept conspiracy in the history of conspiracies. I am drawn to them. I look for crumbs on the forest floor. I just don't see it here.

From my experience , the hardest people to convince something is not what it seems are people who have spent their entire careers working in the field you are asserting is not what it seems. They think because they are experts in so much, an outsider could not possibly know something that would shatter the cornerstones of their life work.
Boy, I understand this. My husband's career field has been decimated this last couple of years. Although he's been retired for a decade, learning about the corruption "at the top" that he was totally unaware of, was rather shocking. Your 4 points above summarize what I have been able to determine independently. What is your explanation/opinion for why no other nation ever blew the whistle on the impossibility of a manned space craft being able to penetrate the Van Allen radiation belt at the time the US claims to have repeatedly done so?
Yes, that is a great question and I really don't have a good answer. Back during the Apollo missions the entire free world was sucked into it and the Soviets (who must have known at the time) probably knew they would look crazy if they questioned it. Why the silence today is a good question, but as Jeff pointed out every government went along with the Covid narrative without question, doing what they were told. It would not surprise me if the same thing applies here.
You are right that the Van Allen belt is the key to all of this. Since 1972 not a single human has gone higher than ~300 miles above the Earth (low earth orbit) nor has any nation even tried it. They know the VA belt radiation and beyond is extremely hazardous to the astronauts and we don't have the technology to protect them. Yet Apollo supposedly went 1000 times that far (242,000 miles) to the moon using 1960's technology. We'll get some new data points soon enough I suppose as Artemis is supposed to carry manned flights beyond LEO around 2025. The problem is that we'll never know if it's real as the deep fake technology now is light years beyond that of 1972.
Edit: Correcting a small error here as a few (apparently two) classified shuttle missions did fly inclined orbits with an apogee as high as 380 miles. Still well within the radiation protection of the magnetosphere and only 0.15% of the way to the moon but they did exceed 300 miles.

Yup, he sure did say that and with a straight face. No explanation why we'd do something so stupid, just a nonchalant statement like telling us he took his clothes to the cleaners. Not the brightest bulb there.
And all (and I do mean *all*) of the originally telemetry and video footage is gone, supposedly lost. The video we have today is actually news footage of NASA TV monitors (thus dramatically reducing the video resolution), the source video is missing.
About the only stuff we actually have from NASA is the Hasselblad photos taken by a camera mounted on the astronaut's chest. Despite having no viewfinder, and needing to set shutter speed and f-stop manually, they look as beautiful as professional photos with perfect framing and exposure. There's all sorts of funny business there too including shadows that aren't parallel (indicative of artificial lighting), misaligned backdrops, and evidence of crude 1960's photoshopping.
Plus of course the "moon rock" the US gave to Dutch National Museum in 1969 was tested decades later and turned out to be petrified wood. Oops.
And this is just the start of it. Like I said, far more evidence that it didn't happen than it did. In fact just about the only evidence that it did happen is that people claim it be so.

I'm several days late reading this newsletter... I 100% agree with you. A lot of the research on NASA fakery was done by people who didn't believe we ever landed on the moon LONG BEFORE the creation of the flat earth movement. As a long time conspiracy theorist, I was told about that one way before flat earth was floated, about 10 years earlier. And btw, nobody had ever heard of the flat earth movement until Obama called out the "Flat Earth Society" mocking it. Obama's statement is a very good indicator that the entire thing is an NSA/Gov't psyop intended to discredit all conspiracy theorists, just like the Qanon psyop.
And Jeff is off by about a decade on when/why the censorship started. It started in 2006 when Google bought YouTube. What was being censored? 911 Truth videos, OKC bombing, Waco, holocaust denial, Iraq War crimes, etc. I'm not saying I believe all/any of these things, but come on! BTW, talk to any surveyor/civil engineer and ask what would happen if bridges were constructed without using a standard correction for the curvature of the earth.

Well, it's an interesting point. If you wanted to convince yourself that the Earth is not flat, trusting no one, using only evidence available to your senses, how would you go about it? Well, it's one thing to prove the Earth isn't perfectly flat. It's another to prove that it's approximately spherical.
It's physically round enough to be called "spherical" but the earth's mass could never be described accurately as "flat.". More interestingly, The gravity "pull" varies at different places. The south Atlantic anomaly is where dieters would feel good about losing weight as long as they stay there. The FE concept is solidly debunked in the link I provided. It should take you a few days to study each and every source. So I suppose you're really not interested and will continue to be a dedicated flat-earther.

Could it be that it is not the atmospheric bending of the light, but gravity that bends the light allowing sight of far-off places that shouldn’t be mathematically straight line visible? I’m no scientist, nor a lawyer, but if our theories on the speed of light are grossly incorrect it could mean that our universe isn’t anywhere near as old as scientists estimate thus giving more evidence for the creation model of our existence. This fits in with the seemingly perpetual conflict between God and evil/man/communism and throws off lots of present theories, such as evolution which requires billions of years to attain a mediocre (mathematically impossible) bit of believable evidence.

Yep, me too. Oh I run across a comment here and there that leaves me scratching my head, but the ratio of kooks on here to sane people is much smaller on C&C comment threads than is out there in the general internet world. I think the problem is that once you discover that many of your foundational beliefs are lies, than figuring out what your new set of beliefs are is a moving target; easy to go down the wrong rabbit hole. In Canada, we have the elected government (Liberals) and the official opposition (Conservatives). What struck me as odd when the lockdowns happened is that the Conservatives went along with everything the Liberal government mandated. Their job as the official opposition is to oppose. Fight back. Show the flaws. Argue against. They did none of that. (The leader of the Conservatives at the time was Erin O’Toole, he has since been replaced by Pierre Poilieve, who is actually opposing the government). The lack of opposition, and then the lockstep around the world, was a huge red flag to me. I think you are correct: this revealed we already have a one world government.

And how well is that working? Flying is a mess and unpleasant now. So maybe that industry is a microcosm of the ultimate success of “One World” Pfffft. Especially when more wake up.

I rode a rural bus a long time ago. The farmer boys were always arguing which was smarter—a horse or a pig. Pigs usually won. But maybe nobility and intelligence are 2 different things. Happy New Year Horsey. I love horses and pigs. Our farm had both.

Have you ever eaten young horse meat? (It's called "puglier" in northern Italy.)
Fortunately, I did not understand the word, as my Zia purchased these fresh, dark red, very thin slices of unbelievably tasty meat from the butcher at least once every couple of weeks. (I surely would have refused to eat it, the first time, had I been told.)
THE most tender, succulent and delicious meat I've ever eaten, to this DAY!
Even when I got clued in, and was momentarily shocked and revolted? Whenever she'd prepare it, "in padella": I dug in, most enthusiastically. 😉
