Sweet call for people to join in a commitment to pray daily for our country and leaders. I have often thought how powerful would it be if we, the C&C Army, had a multiplier for prayer commitment. 2 minutes, 12 minutes, 22, whatever time one could commit to. etc, committing to different times of the day so that a prayer warrior army was praying around the clock. Anyone else interested?
Can you imagine, even a minute and millions doing it at the exact same time? And once doing that, adding a minute….then another and another?
When the disciples asked how to pray, and Yeshua said “Our Father, which art in heaven, hallowed be your Name……”
And then your praise and prayers grow from that prayer?

My sister had her first child right before she turned 41. She had gestational diabetes. Her husband prayed laid his hands on her belly every day, praying over her and the baby.
When she went into labor, she said “Honey, pray.”
He said “If we had waited until now to pray, it would be too late.”
That hit me hard.
The reason we are in this condition, as a nation, is that we got ‘too busy’ to pray. Then we became lazy and apathetic.
We must pray for our nation and ask for continued mercy. I think that Trump becoming President proves it is not too late. I pray that it isn’t so.

I tried to warn people, officials, etc locally in 2020 that if you shut down small businesses, tell people they are non essential (knowing that supporting one’s family is ESSENTIAL), close down AA and other support meetings, people will die. The stimulus payments were just fuel on the fire for some.
And when the 12 step meetings did reopen, at least here in Florida, my friend said there was so much crazy leftwing talk, and mask and vaccine fetishists, that it became uncomfortable for even a moderate person to attend. It is expressly against the rules of 12 step programs to talk about these other matters. But a friend of mine who did attend some of the socially distanced and even outdoor meetings early on said that many people in Alanon were reporting terrible increases in domestic violence. The fact that people got stimulus checks and went out on a drug or alcohol bender does not surprise me at all.
We suffer weak leaders, i.e. rulers. Elected for their political acting skills and utility to the powers that be, not for their wisdom. So few wise leaders.

These are the plaints of weak leaders. Without wisdom. Which results in them becoming rulers, since too many choose not to follow. Only capable of the performance, acting, to be seen doing something. Didn't matter what, if it helped or hurt, just believing that to be a leader that had to take action. In one of the more honest reviews of their actions this "leader" from Colorado had this to say:

They approached it like an arcade game. Colorado Lt. Governor Dianne Primavera was speaking in December, 2020 about the increased youth suicides resulting from pandemic restrictions.
When the wisdom of an actual leader, a strong leader knew that often the best course of action is doing nothing. A 1980's movie "War Games" climactic scene of the world on the brink of global thermonuclear destruction by an AI-prototype computer "Joshua" had an epiphany:

The only winning move is usually not to play arcade games with people's lives. Weak leaders (i.e. rulers) pretending they're protecting the people they lead by just "doing something." We had to do *something*."

This is correct, it was not an accident, it was a "purposeful release" intended to seize control of every government possible, especially the USA and getting rid of our great President. They used it as the predicate to implement mass mail in balloting which enabled them to conduct massive wholesale ballot fraud and then use the machines as necessary for any further manipulation of the vote. Once everyone agrees, then perhaps we can finally get on with implementing solutions.
One other note, yes, it was highly contagious, purpose built for that... it was not lethal, except to those who already had far worse co-morbidities and were forced to take remdesivir (run death is near) and other treatments suitable for creating mass casualty scenarios.
I don't agree Joanie. I believe they had a virus which was capable of infecting humans with something which would cause flu like symptoms - SARS. They used the chinese population as the vector to spread it around the world.

I tell people relying solely on meetings without a real spiritual connection is dangerous. What if the government shuts down meetings? Then the government is more powerful than the group and you have a new Higher Power, the government. Something for people to think about.

I feel the change strongly. On dog walks, people are not friendly. Some won’t even respond to a smile and a ‘hi’ just in passing. Have had to have work done on my old house and feel like the prices, the workmanship, the attitudes are all way out of line. There’s suspicion in the atmosphere that I didn’t sense before.
But don't worry, they kept the liquor stores and marijuana dispensaries open - just not churches where you could possibly get a different type of support.
in my state, the LGBTQ and BDSM "clubs" were permitted to remain open, while churches closed and the paint section of the hardware stores were closed off with yellow police tape. Governor Whitler (Whitless?) who also followed Cuomo's lead in putting Covid patients into general population retirement homes. Both states led the country in excess Covid deaths.
Wonder if the churches learned where compliance to illegal rules gets you. Compliance partly due to cowardice, partly to keep their special tax exempt status that was under threat. Few have the courage of Bonhoeffer.
In fact the essential businesses were closed (the ones where a family depended on it, like my hairdresser) and the non-essential, or at least the less essential, stayed open.I could not believe people did not wake up when seeing a Walmart aisle with children's toys, bicycles etc. marked off, while beer and liquor obviously are necessary to live. NAB weren't people angry at the churches for obeying? I was. I only recently started to go back, but my heart is no longer in it.
My former church was closed a year. When it finally reopened the clueless poobahs in our district quickly replaced our beloved young pastor with children with a guy who spoke broken English. It is now mainly oldsters. I left the September after shots began and we were ordered into masks again for the second time. I went back for a few weeks in 2024 but it was no longer my church, sadly.
we used to have a small community with a volunteering pastor. IN the past 4 years a younger one took over. I am not sure why she gets paid now. After a short closure they reopened, but it was all masks, gloves, cleaning, plastic bags... where is the trust in God? Last week there was the annual meeting. Begging for more money, handing out new pledge forms. Already received 2 emails with the same. Why did we not gather in prayer that God might intervene? After all pledges are just that! A new rich member might show up and fill the gap! A few friends beg me to keep coming. We will see.
I agree with you. I was in Florida at the time. My health club was forced to close. The great owner/manager had a family, and suffered financially with no income. Some friends encouraged the owner to continue. Turned out the lights, locked the door, CLOSED sign posted. We entered through the back door. We kept purchasing private training sessions to help feed the family.
One guy who occasionally worked out with us was a school teacher, loving every minute of the ordeal. Paid vacation to work out and travel in his RV.
I had retired shortly before the scamdemic, but I knew the teachers I had worked with were loving getting paid without having to deal with the constant behavior problems. I was not at all surprised at how hard they fought the reopening of schools.
They did notice....but they trusted the government....there was a conflict in their minds about what was going on....the fact that they were being played was a place too far....

My husband’s Dental office in Illinois (along with all other dental offices)was deemed “unessential”and was required to close for approximately 2.5 months. It’s a small office but 4 full-time employees that depended on the pay were out of work.
My brother, an orthopedic surgeon in Wisconsin, collected FULL PAY from his hospital, even though his surgeries were mostly cancelled, blaming -of course- the unvaccinated for clogging up the ICU. 🙄🤦🏻♀️
Churches and AA meetings were closed down, yet liquor stores and weed shops remained open. There is no good-intentions-gone-wrong, twisted, convoluted logic in the world that can make sense of that, the only possible explanation of that they wanted people spiraling into a pit of helplessness and despair. And they succeeded.

I also maintain that many people received stimmie checks who were working and not affected by being "non-essential"....those people, in my road warrior experience, bought power cars which they now drive on the highways as though they are in a live video game.
my hair dresser should have kept close for longer than the 4 weeks he did. But after qualifying for unemployment he received zero. Having a house and car payment, he just opened again, much to my delight.
I doubt that the people orchestrating the lockdowns, spreading fear, forced jabs and business closures necessarily predicted these consequences but I dont believe they cared either. They had their agenda, period. As long as the globalists are progressing toward that agenda of power and control they don't care about the damage along the way. Maybe the damage was part of the plan.

Nurses and doctors did not care for patients, would they otherwise have administered remdesivir? would they have jabbed, knowing the nasty ingredients? they should have, as a partial list was on the Pfizer web site right from the start, with all the pages of side' effects. None in their right mind should have taken them, not even at the price of losing their jobs.
In our part of Florida, four local churches closed their doors to AA groups that had met in them for years. My church took them all in. We had tried to close the church at first, but members kept coming, so we stayed open with reasonable precautions. Masks were optional. We lost a few members who were fearful, but we helped so, so many people who needed their meetings. All of those groups still meet at that church.

There are so many meetings here, because of the Betty ford clinic branch. I’m going to meetings because I’m surrounded by meth and drinkers, it’s horrible how many people are using meth . Turn off the television. It is not informing you. It is programming you. Question everything, including the sources you trust, especially the sources you trust. Talk to people who disagree with you and do it without trying to win. Listen to why they believe what they believe. You might discover that the monster you have been told to hate is actually just another person trying to make sense of a confusing world with imperfect information, exactly like you.

Your ancestors came to this land or were brought to this land or were already on this land, and regardless of how they got here, they built something together that was supposed to be different from the old world’s tyrannies and aristocracies. 1) The first manipulation is the illusion of choice. You think you have two parties representing different visions for America but both parties are funded by the same billionaires, vote for the same surveillance bills, approve the same defense budgets, and serve the same corporate interests. The choice you are given is which color tie the puppet wears, not who controls the strings.
2) The second manipulation is emotional hijacking. The news does not inform you, it activates you. Every story is framed to trigger fear or anger or disgust because those emotions bypass your rational thinking and make you easier to control. You are not watching journalism. You are being subjected to psychological operations designed to keep you in a constant state of agitation.
3) The third manipulation is tribal sorting. The algorithm learns what makes you angry and feeds you more of it until your entire worldview is shaped by outrage at the other side. You are sorted into a tribe not because you chose it but because keeping you tribal keeps you predictable and profitable.
4) The fourth manipulation is false scarcity. You are told resources are limited and the other tribe is taking what belongs to you. Immigrants are stealing your jobs. Welfare recipients are draining your taxes. The other party is destroying your healthcare. Meanwhile the billionaire class has more wealth than any humans in history and could solve most of these problems tomorrow if they wanted to.
5) The fifth manipulation is memory holing. Stories that threaten powerful interests get buried or forgotten within days. Exposed crimes result in no consequences. Historical context that would help you understand the present is never taught. You are kept in a perpetual present with no past to learn from and no future to plan for.
6) The sixth manipulation is controlled opposition. The voices you think are fighting for you are often funded by the same interests they pretend to oppose. The outrage merchant on your side of the aisle is playing a character designed to keep you engaged and angry and tuned in while nothing ever actually changes.
7) The seventh manipulation is the Overton window. The range of acceptable opinion is artificially narrowed so that anything outside it seems extreme. Ideas that were mainstream fifty years ago are now treated as radical. Ideas that serve elite interests are treated as moderate common sense. You are not choosing your beliefs from the full range of human thought. You are choosing from a menu they wrote.
8) The eighth manipulation is learned helplessness. You are shown so many problems with no solutions that you eventually give up and accept that nothing can change. This is intentional. A population that believes resistance is futile does not resist. They scroll and complain and feel superior for understanding how bad things are while doing absolutely nothing about it.
9) The ninth manipulation is identity capture. Your political affiliation becomes your identity, and any attack on your party feels like an attack on you personally. This makes you defend politicians and policies that harm you because admitting they are wrong would mean admitting you were wrong, and your ego will not allow that.
10) The tenth manipulation is the most insidious of all: you are manipulated into believing you are too smart to be manipulated. Every person reading this thinks the manipulations I described apply to other people, the stupid people, the brainwashed people on the other side. That certainty is itself a manipulation. The moment you believe you are immune is the moment you become most vulnerable.
Excellent! I especially like #8 and #9. We are all vulnerable to every one of these. #10 really hit home. I was scammed right before Christmas and I always thought I was too smart for it. But the scammers used fear that a seldom used pay app was breached. Only by God and my bank sending me an alert did I not lose thousands. The scammers ended up with nothing, but I learned a valuable lesson; I am not too smart about anything.
The response to all ten of your points is, and must be, prayer and confidence in our Lord's promises. This life is passing, a "vanity" as the author of Ecclesiastes called it.

While #4 false scarcity is a manipution, I would say that this belief goes back to two cavemen with one holding a juicy bone when the other has none. Nations have been clubbing each other to get their resources since the beginning of time. And yes, welfare, medicare, Social security are draining our taxes but so are ungodly amounts of Pentagon spending(to take those precious "scarce" resourses). Think about Trump asking to raise military spending by another half TRILLION! I don't think we should look to the billionaires to bail us out anymore than having your neighbor pay your medical bills.
This sounds good in theory but I believe we are in a spiritual battle not that we have a few minor differences as Dems or Republicans that can be resolved by having a simple conversation. We have completely opposite world views hence no common moral compass.
Agree in some ways. HOWEVER there IS a divide between those who believe that government is the answer; that cutting programs = disaster and those who see gov as the root of the problem. That self reliance and individual accountability are quaint notions of the past. That giving people free stuff is 'charity', virtuous, and necessary, instead of a steel trap of learned helplessness.

very few 'leaders' are clean. Most of them seem in one way or another to be either nasty people, greedy, betrayers, you name it. I only learned about some of the ugly qualities of a few recently. Yet more lies - how they have all been presented as saints even though they were far off.
In a sane world, this makes sense. I don’t think we’re in a sane world anymore. The neighbors on both sides of me had Harris/Walz signs up. The one didn’t surprise me as she had obviously bundled for Biden in 2020, had a big victory party and put in a swimming pool with her earnings. The other couple were new, but I had thought better of them. I never took down my Trump signs or big banner after the stolen election and by 2024 they were tattered and torn, but still standing. They certainly know where I stand. There’s no indication of any spiritual connections.
I get along fine in a casual encounter manner with all of them. The couple have fraternal twin boys, a year and a half, so adorable and are proud as punch. I wonder if they wonder if they really are boys and not girls ‘born into the wrong body’. And would they be fine with that. I really want to know what they think. But I’m not about to ask.

As someone far wiser than I once pointed out: It is the greatest of all mistakes to do nothing when you can only do a little, WS, do what you can to bridge the divide between you and your neighbors. It’s a start - a small pepple that can ripple and who knows where that could lead - and i never met anyone who didn’t love cake delivered to their door.
I pray for them, ooh and ahh over the babies in one direction and the cats in the other and do whatever other little things I can. I have no animosity in my heart towards them and I don’t sense any from them. I will try to be alert to any God given opportunities for shell cracking.
My own shell was cracked in a strange manner back in the mid 70s following my own brainwashing at the University of Florida and immersion in the hippie culture.
I was an emotional wreck, wounded, under spiritual conviction living temporarily with my husband and firstborn at my very religious parents farm.
One Sunday I was getting some sun in a skimpy costume, when my parents came back from church, and to my absolute horror, the pastor and his family pulled up right behind them and right next to me.
(My daddy always used to joke about having preacher for dinner. They did it often.)
I had nowhere to go. The preacher was like the Pillsbury Doughboy, short and round. He introduced himself and his family and then he said;
“You should come to church sometime. I preach so many ways, you’re bound to like some of them.”
And that did it. I have no idea why. Something cracked. Some light got in and I started to heal. I reconciled with the God I loved as a child and began a journey.
Today, I have four children and their spouses and 14 grandchildren who all serve God. It can happen. We can be used. But we don’t actually do it. I think it may happen more often than we know.

To their credit they got much further along than most people would have expected. However, there is a limit to the levels of delusion most sane people will tolerate. They also never expected fully a quarter of Americans would flat out refuse to take the vaccine thus destroying their ability to implement the planned social credit system. They also severely underestimated Donald Trump's resolve, and that he would miraculously survive two assassination attempts.
I don't know about you guys, but the house is packed at my no-compromise, Bible teaching church, with people standing in the back. The problem with "resource sharing" is while it's great if done within a group of well mannered individuals, adding the wrong people makes the "tragedy of the commons" happen and all the resources get damaged. Vehicles an tools need to be treated well, and "drive it like it's rented" is not good treatment. Look at how fast rental agencies have to turn over cars. I tried to warn people, officials, etc locally in 2020 that if you shut down small businesses, tell people they are non essential (knowing that supporting one’s family is ESSENTIAL), close down AA and other support meetings, people will die. The stimulus payments were just fuel on the fire for some.
And when the 12 step meetings did reopen, at least here in Florida, my friend said there was so much crazy leftwing talk, and mask and vaccine fetishists, that it became uncomfortable for even a moderate person to attend. It is expressly against the rules of 12 step programs to talk about these other matters. But a friend of mine who did attend some of the socially distanced and even outdoor meetings early on said that many people in Alanon were reporting terrible increases in domestic violence. The fact that people got stimulus checks and went out on a drug or alcohol bender does not surprise me at all.

we used to have a small community with a volunteering pastor. IN the past 4 years a younger one took over. I am not sure why she gets paid now. After a short closure they reopened, but it was all masks, gloves, cleaning, plastic bags... where is the trust in God? Last week there was the annual meeting. Begging for more money, handing out new pledge forms. Already received 2 emails with the same. Why did we not gather in prayer that God might intervene? After all pledges are just that! A new rich member might show up and fill the gap! A few friends beg me to keep coming. We will see.
Please ask the Lord to lead you to a church that faithfully preaches and teaches Scripture.
I agree with you. I was in Florida at the time. My health club was forced to close. The great owner/manager had a family, and suffered financially with no income. Some friends encouraged the owner to continue. Turned out the lights, locked the door, CLOSED sign posted. We entered through the back door. We kept purchasing private training sessions to help feed the family.
One guy who occasionally worked out with us was a school teacher, loving every minute of the ordeal. Paid vacation to work out and travel in his RV.
I had retired shortly before the scamdemic, but I knew the teachers I had worked with were loving getting paid without having to deal with the constant behavior problems. I was not at all surprised at how hard they fought the reopening of schools.
They did notice....but they trusted the government....there was a conflict in their minds about what was going on....the fact that they were being played was a place too far....

My husband’s Dental office in Illinois (along with all other dental offices)was deemed “unessential”and was required to close for approximately 2.5 months. It’s a small office but 4 full-time employees that depended on the pay were out of work.

In our part of Florida, four local churches closed their doors to AA groups that had met in them for years. My church took them all in. We had tried to close the church at first, but members kept coming, so we stayed open with reasonable precautions. Masks were optional. We lost a few members who were fearful, but we helped so, so many people who needed their meetings. All of those groups still meet at that church.

Excellent! I especially like #8 and #9. We are all vulnerable to every one of these. #10 really hit home. I was scammed right before Christmas and I always thought I was too smart for it. But the scammers used fear that a seldom used pay app was breached. Only by God and my bank sending me an alert did I not lose thousands. The scammers ended up with nothing, but I learned a valuable lesson; I am not too smart about anything.

In a sane world, this makes sense. I don’t think we’re in a sane world anymore. The neighbors on both sides of me had Harris/Walz signs up. The one didn’t surprise me as she had obviously bundled for Biden in 2020, had a big victory party and put in a swimming pool with her earnings. The other couple were new, but I had thought better of them. I never took down my Trump signs or big banner after the stolen election and by 2024 they were tattered and torn, but still standing. They certainly know where I stand. There’s no indication of any spiritual connections.
I get along fine in a casual encounter manner with all of them. The couple have fraternal twin boys, a year and a half, so adorable and are proud as punch. I wonder if they wonder if they really are boys and not girls ‘born into the wrong body’. And would they be fine with that. I really want to know what they think. But I’m not about to ask.

I am not a cook or a baker.
I pray for them, ooh and ahh over the babies in one direction and the cats in the other and do whatever other little things I can. I have no animosity in my heart towards them and I don’t sense any from them. I will try to be alert to any God given opportunities for shell cracking.
My own shell was cracked in a strange manner back in the mid 70s following my own brainwashing at the University of Florida and immersion in the hippie culture.
I was an emotional wreck, wounded, under spiritual conviction living temporarily with my husband and firstborn at my very religious parents farm.
One Sunday I was getting some sun in a skimpy costume, when my parents came back from church, and to my absolute horror, the pastor and his family pulled up right behind them and right next to me.
(My daddy always used to joke about having preacher for dinner. They did it often.)
I had nowhere to go. The preacher was like the Pillsbury Doughboy, short and round. He introduced himself and his family and then he said;
“You should come to church sometime. I preach so many ways, you’re bound to like some of them.”
And that did it. I have no idea why. Something cracked. Some light got in and I started to heal. I reconciled with the God I loved as a child and began a journey.
Today, I have four children and their spouses and 14 grandchildren who all serve God. It can happen. We can be used. But we don’t actually do it. I think it may happen more often than we know.

I don't know about you guys, but the house is packed at my no-compromise, Bible teaching church, with people standing in the back. We are preparing to add a fourth service after just having added a third one 18 months ago. Half a dozen new people accept Christ every week and we are growing like crazy. God is moving in a powerful way, meanwhile the rainbow flag-flying mainline Protestant church down the street is empty. The few gray hairs that remain won't be with us much longer.

As well as highlighting some truths, such as the college acceptance scene showing the double edged sword of academic superiority trying to impact who they feel are lesser specimens than themselves while showcasing the absurdities behind their typical monopoly over the power of their position. Had the daughter actually deserved the spot a bit more than she did it would have correctly highlighted what actually DOES happen today: highly qualified students rejected due to being perceived as a lower life forms and not of the desired “stature”. And usually people with money prevent them from acceptance. So the comedy arises in a student not even understanding basic vocabulary but they have to be accepted because of the politics of oil money. 🤣🤣🤣 hilarious.

The problem with "resource sharing" is while it's great if done within a group of well mannered individuals, adding the wrong people makes the "tragedy of the commons" happen and all the resources get damaged. Vehicles an tools need to be treated well, and "drive it like it's rented" is not good treatment. Look at how fast rental agencies have to turn over cars. It's not the mileage they are driven that tears them up, it's the attitude "Not my car, not my problem" that does.
That attitude is foreign to me. I was brought up that if you borrow something, you treat it better than your own property, and give it back unchanged. Library books were sacrosanct.
I wonder if you can divide the population into those brought up with respect, and those brought up believing that you can trash that which is not yours.

At least 10 years ago, I read an article about oil and dinosaurs (which even as a young person seemed ridiculous), and that the Russians had always postulated and acted like it was a renewable resource, which allowed them to engage in shenanigans with oils prices etc. At least someone in the west has finally caught up, I guess. I’m not sure that’s a credit to our scientific community.
There have been many of us that never believed the experts.
One American author that I can remember that has written extensively about this is Dr. Jerome Corsi. Another one was a Russian (which can’t remember his name) that I read long time ago who claimed that oil was as water a renewable resource, that formed by the moment of the tectonic plates.
As soon as I see the word "expert" in anything I'm reading, I stop and move on. Dislike that term more than I thought possible.

23 new hyper data centers are being proposed for the state of Michigan. These will take up thousands of acres of farmland, require huge amounts of electricity and cooling. Many predict they will be obsolete in 5 to 10 years. Data centers will soon be solar powered and in space. The objectives of these blue state held governments is to totally destroy the economics of independence that grew the Midwest and make it government controlled. I hope Trump has control of this “carrot” being held out.
