Jeff and C&Cers - I heard that a class action lawsuit has been talked about against Fauci.

How do we start the ball rolling on that? I think Deborah Birx and others need to be included.

Who’s in?

Jeff - will you represent us?

Edit to add this. I pray every word - every minute of this will bless all of you as it blessed me today. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Fauci was no Dr. Evil mastermind. He was the point person (and hero/fall guy) for something much darker, insidious rot that seeks to "fundamentally transform" the US and western notions of individual rights into collectivist authoritarianism. He didn't make Angola, Bolivia, Lithuania, the whole world do the same. I present the evidence.

A book out of China in 2013 calls it "The Logic of Disease Politics." And US/Global authorities read it. In March, 2020 this Council on Foreign Relations article revealed the plot, envying China's authoritarianism governance CFR is the most influential US-based globalist organization. It publishes Foreign Affairs:

In this FA piece is a link to an important book published in China in 2013. With many interesting chapters on how to fundamentally transform a nation that protects individual rights into one that imposes collectivist rule. Dana Bash is furiously working towards the latter:

Disease Politics is oh, so very Logical. We could take Dana Bash's protests, "but, but, this is about public health" and substitute "but, but, this is about politics" and she would be saying the same thing.

You are right FF, this was all planned by WEF, by WHO, by UN, etc etc, and by China, all of the communists and one world government agencies we have been funding for decades to our own demise.

Julinthecrown's avatar

Totally agree. I believe COVID was a dry run to see how far the 'globalists' could go before the ppl pushed back. I think everyone was surprised at just how far they were able to get.

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

It was decades in the planning and preparing. But what should scare everyone the very most is that they had the courage to actually go for it. That should be enough for everyone to REALIZE they want full control of us, to determine our every move, our fate. And they will kill millions of us in the pursuit of achieving the latter.

Momcat's avatar

The kids in public schools have been fed lies about capitalism & our founders for decades. Along with praise for communism & socialism, they created their own little anti-American army. The thing that backfired for them was when they closed the schools & many parents started home-schooling and realized the crap that their kids have been fed & believed.

Most people are unaware of a landmark Supreme Court decision based on a lawsuit by Colorado attorney Barry Arrington in December 2020. The Supremes ruled that Constitutional rights cannot be suspended because of a "pandemic".

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of High Plains Harvest Church on December 15, 2020, siding with attorney Barry Arrington in his challenge against Colorado Governor Jared Polis regarding pandemic capacity limits on houses of worship. [1]

Obedience Training 101

I rather suspect they know they've successfully 'retrained' a large percentage of the population to obey their betters, the 'experts.' It did surprise them. If you read Laura Dodsworth's 2021 book, 'State of Fear,' she cites members of the UK's SPI-B Scamdemic behaviorist "nudging" team saying how surprised they were at the ease of gaining obedience. Beyond their wildest dreams. Scared the few non-collectivists serving on it about the future, thought our freedoms and rights were hard-baked, we'd resist more. That board was led by Susan Michie, who had been kicked out of the UK's Communist Party for being too authoritarian for even them. Is known as "Stalin's Nanny." Now she's the top Behavioural Scientist at the WHO. For the next Scamdemic they try. Global pandemic treaties and all.

Remember, collectivist authoritarianism demands subjugation of the individual for the 'greater good' of the collective.' The early obedient's were the low-hanging fruit. And are now willing enforcers.

For the rest of us who don't get with the program I don't think they plan on being "gentle like before." And if we're disobedient they plan on making it "bad. Real bad."

Unforgiven scene with Little Bill and Ned:

https://youtu.be/dJuQ8TDIL2s

"Now Ned, them whores are going to tell different lies than you. And when their lies ain't the same as your lies...well, I ain't gonna hurt no woman...but I'm gonna hurt you. Not gentle like before. But bad. Real bad."

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

Its a good movie, (I like "Citizen Vigilante" even better even though not a well done movie, the message is loud and clear). In the end little Bill got whacked. He, like those we are against, did not and will not simply lie down, they will double and triple down - they must be taken down.

There are .5 billion civilian firearms in the USA and a whole lot more ammunition, billions of rounds. 10% of the populace are at least trained reasonably in acquiring targets and can put rounds on target. So, that is about 25-30 million resistors with a grievance. A legit, personal, real bad grievance. Some people will counsel restraint, that a war is exactly what they want to take our liberties and freedom. I think that is a psyop, they are scared sh*tless we are done with them so pysop to convince us don't do anything. Do you think they were not squeamish watching fauci squeaming. I'm betting fauci's Depends diaper was full...

Freedom Fox's avatar

Dan, I wish that were true. But Biden was right when he said good luck with that against the US government and militarized state and local police forces. The truth of what all those civilian firearms do for us is protect us from other civilians. With different agendas.

First, most common, would be to protect us from looters and common criminals in a desperate situation where food, life sustenance is threatened. Natural and man-made disasters where desperate people do desperate things. Firearms will help protect you, your loved ones, your possessions.

Second, and importantly for your point, is totalitarian regimes gain their power from the people themselves. They are not top-down. They are supported by large numbers who act individually to enforce the regime's rules. Even the medical tyranny of the Scamdemic rarely was imposed by government. It was imposed by business owners, their employees, 'Karen's' in supermarkets and on neighborhood watch in their communities. Then think about a society where Antifa/BLM types rove and maraud suburbs, not just city centers. And they have the weapons, nobody else does. Become the Karen's who assault people on the streets who don't obey, pull people out of homes who are known dissidents. 2A protects us against them. Protects us from other people in our communities who demand our obedience to their way of thinking. Mao's Cultural Revolution wasn't led by their military/police. Political activists led it. Indoctrinated children tortured and killed their own parents:

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/may/07/mao-little-general-horror-cultural-revolution

Guns have their value, as I've just described. A well-armed society is a polite society. But weapons available to the citizenry, even a half-billion of them will not protect us from tanks, machine guns, death drones, robots and F-35's.

And of course, our country has been making bio weapons since the aftermath of World War II, even enlisting former Nazi and Japanese scientists to help develop these programs. Evil minds conspired to depopulate us, as well as stealing trillions of dollars from all the small businesses that were forced to close down during the idiotic pandemic measures. Remember, 500 new billionaires were crowned during the pandemic lockdowns. And of course, the huge profit to the companies who make these injections that were conceived to counteract the bio weapon.

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

I disagree with your last sentence, Kathy. The fake pLandemic was a coordinated effort to force everyone to be injected with the real poison in their jab.

Kathy's avatar

I absolutely agree that it was a plandemic. The gain of function research creates bio weapons, and I also agree that the shot was a bio weapon.

Freedom Fox's avatar

Agreed. I have put together a timeline and suspected point of origin that reveals a much different source of the initial harms that provoked the Scamdemic fears than either the false binary lab leak/wet market origin: The 2019-2020 flu 'vaccine.' Which I offer is how the bad flu was shed/spread that winter, fake PCR tests used as fodder to gin up the mandates/volunteer for their experimental biotech ineffective and unsafe injections. This comment is similar to one I've left for several years now on other Stacks explaining how. And reveals Fauci was already positioning for the Scamdemic in November, 2019, psychological priming CNN piece that invented a character for the narration of a story portraying willing Guinea pigs for the experimental elixir as a "Pioneer" motivated by love of relatives he never met lost to the Spanish Flu. Yes, it was faked. Coordinated to force everyone to become "Pioneers." For The Science™. Just not how pretty much everyone else is saying it went down. Drawn into a false binary narrative construct.

Hi Dan, perhaps they used the plandemic (along with deaths from the opiod epidemic, hospital protocols, and an aging population) to create the need for a vaccine, which is really an opportunity to 1) collect genetic data 2) conduct experiments on transfection the covid "vaccine".

Freedom Fox's avatar

Yes, I used "fundamentally transform" purposely. Valerie Jarrett was billed as "the other side of Obama's brain," She was a medical sociologist before Obama brought her into his administration as his Senior Advisor.

Valerie Jarrett's father, Dr. James Bowman, was a pathologist and geneticist.

https://www.judicialwatch.org/communism-in-jarretts-family/

And had been a leader in a Marxist Medical Sociology organization known as AIMS. Which was disbanded and scattered to other medical sociology movements after it was associated with the Red Scare (Red Fact) during the McCarthy Anti-Communist hearings:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Association_of_Internes_and_Medical_Students (AIMS)

Medical Sociology is also tied to Marxist "Conflict Theory":

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conflict_theories

And Public Health is the construct that "Medical Sociology" builds itself inside government, law, legislation, agencies, businesses, whole of society, especially when Public Health Emergencies are declared. What is Medical Sociology?:

https://www.sociologygroup.com/medical-sociology/

"Medical sociology may be traced back to the late 1800s in terms of intellectual development. Sociology and allopathic medicine, two embryonic sciences, began to make contact in modest but major ways in the late 19th century."

And Valerie Jarrett's father, James Bowman, his organization AIMS helped midwife Disease Politics in the US. Which was (not-so) coincidentally being implemented in Communist China under Mao in the same era:

https://academic.oup.com/jhmas/article/74/2/127/5481292

A lot of us expect things to happen instantly. Many thought Obama's fundamental transformation would've worked during his term. But that was never his plan. He just placed small explosives strategically all across government that would seem to only cause minor disruptions. All the while the cracks they created were causing hidden damage inside. That is only seen when it's too late.

This scene from the classic WWII movie "Force 10 From Navarone" dramatizes the concept:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mTkiNgL4eV8&t=172s

The US/UK special ops team became angry that all their efforts were for not. Like the radical leftists who felt let down by his presidency. Meanwhile, the demolitions expert sat patiently, unfazed, calmly sayng "Let it take it's time, nature will work, gravity works slowly." Like Obama, Jarrett, Sunstein, et al.

But the demolitions expert was right. The dam came down. Were Obama and those behind him right? Are we able to stop the dam from coming down? Or are we already in damage control mode now?

Lori's avatar

We start with him and then end the others.

Michael Morris's avatar

You might want to look in the mirror and reflect honestly with yourself... When was the last time you saw justice in these united states for any state actors... it's not going to happen. Comey, Obama, Epstein, The Clintons, The Bidens, AFT, FBI... and on and on, these people live and operate in a completely different world than the rest of us.

Sunnydaze's avatar

Sadly, as much as I like some of what Trump is doing….he keeps yelling we are a nation of law and order. NO WE ARE NOT. Or all these criminal politicians etc would be prosecuted and in jail or at least a lot of them. We are only a nation of laws and order for the peasants!!! We the People are subject to the laws the politicians made for us. We are the only ones subject to them. The elite et al are not! The proof has been slapping us in the face for decades.

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

Which is why it is way past time to restore our sovereignty with 2A action.

I do disgree with you on Trump, he is working hard to undo the mess we are in, but it is a huge mess and he is the 1st President in decades to give a damn about us.

Freedom Fox's avatar

And that course of action is precisely what the tyrants want from us to impose their 24/7 totalitarian police state. Totalitarian because it will be supported by the broad public who will side with the tyrants, not any resistance. You saw how many donned the mask, whether they believed it worked or not, because, civility and politeness.

Without massive popular support and the broad support of police, media, courts it gets crushed. And civil liberties, all freedom, is gone.

I largely agree with you about a great many things. But this course of action you seem bent on would do more to bring about dystopia than any other course; it gives them the excuse + public support.

The solution is bringing the public to support out side of the issues, freedom, liberty. Or we do the "long march through the institutions" they did, took them fifty years after they got impatient and started blowing things up, killing officials, going to prison, getting out, and grooming little Marxists like Barry Sotero to carry their revolution forward to where we are today.

Sunnydaze's avatar

I do think he is working hard to undo it. He’s just only 1 President for a short 4 years. I agree with what you said. He is the only one who has cared about the American people and putting this country first. I didn’t mean to leave the impression otherwise. It just keeps being hard to hear the laws and order thing when it isn’t the case. But I get why he keeps saying it too. But I do think that until the criminals ruling over us start being prosecuted and put in jail we are only a nation of law and order for the peasants.

I also understand that these judges are off their ever loving rockers and how can he prosecute when the criminal judges will just let them go? But I haven’t seen 1 impeached judge in a year and a half. More talk talk talk but nobody actually doing it.

It’s discouraging.

Correction: Dr. Fauci was "no mastermind." He certainly is/was evil. :)

Laura Kasner's avatar

There are still so many that still can’t comprehend why IVM was vilified.

For them to comprehend this diabolical plan would make people crawl under the covers.

We gotta start somewhere and with someone. Let it be the person that everyone knows. And despises.

addario's avatar

You are so right, not a mastermind. Otherwise that mind wouldn't have self-convicted keeping a running diary of his criminality. But he's running point for no one and nothing.

Fauci is a garden variety narcissist with a chip on his shoulder--with no other similarity than this to Benedict Arnold, who was as courageous as he was eventually corrupted--and a criminal's blindness to overwhelming self-importance.

Such people don't really believe in anyone else's existence--people are sort of automated characters in a three dimensional video game the narcissist is living. But his full panoply of evil just coincided with globalist goals; they didn't need to bring him on board, since at the outset of his career, he was rowing his little taxpayer boat down the same merry stream, with no such "greater" defined goal of "subverting individual rights for the collective" interfering with his colossal ambitions.

Fauci was the incarnation of an evil with roots in distant times and flowering in this one, as in any clinically pathological personality. Unfortunately for humanity, a few of these types are devious and clever enough to rise to prominence where their criminality wreaks havoc.

We all want to see justice rain down upon like a guillotine. But fear not. However this plays out, that twisted little mind knows the jig is up and he is one miserable exposed charlatan hiding beneath the rock of his house, with no escape from his own dreams. And this is certain no matter the 5th Amendment.

Fauci's prison is more complete than the convicted serial murderer who at least knows that the blade has fallen and his future is known. The fatal anticipation is over.

Any dread at the prospect of his coming execution is nothing compared to Fauci's every waking minute.

I read that book preparing for a trip to China a couple decades ago. It had been recommended to me by another passenger on the Acela train from Philadelphia to Manhattan. It was well written and very revealing.

Mao was a pig in almost every sense of the word. The doctor was constantly afraid for his life. There was drama around Mao’s death—for which the doctor feared dire repercussions —and then there was the problem of how to embalm his body so it could go on permanent display like Lenin’s. Everyone involved was scrambling to learn how to do it from the Soviets in an atmosphere of tremendous fear.

The only way the doctor could write the book was by escaping to the West.

True. Nobody is talking passes. But the state, through the Senate hearing, the collective revelation is applying an ancient Greek practice of an iconic destruction of a former sacred figure, a pharmakos, that was feted and revered, hailed as a paragon of virtue, given near-divine status, a Fauci was.

But as the many harms were realized and the rulers who endowed the pharmakos with high status could no longer conceal the hardships, misery and loss that resulted they offered up the pharmakos to humiliation and purging, a ritualized sacrifice. In this case, metaphorically, sacrifice of reputation and status, open to derision by the masses.

It's actually fitting that the Greek word, pharmakon (φάρμακον), is the basis of both pharmakos and pharmacology. Pharmakon is "ambivalence," meaning both remedy and poison. Differentiated by dosage and context. Fauci's relationship to Big pHARMa as its faithful servant is a delicious irony to him being turned into a pharmakos whose been rejected, sacrificed to save the rulers he served. Unfortunately, he's being paid well for his new role. Of course it would be preferable for him to face the full wrath and consequences that his Greek predecessors faced. We can pray.

That’s a great initiative — even if his autopen pardon can keep him out of the pokey, I think he has immense civil liability exposure. All those millions deprived of their civil rights, caused by things he did while not acting in his official capacity. Which was nearly everything he did per his diary. There’s also the tortious interference theory of liability

(I think even fed employees acting in their official capacity are liable for tortious interference claims. Could be wrong though. Dunno)

A fair sized legal group is going to be needed. The Highwire's ICAN legal arm would be up to job, and possibly has explored the possibilities of civil lawsuits.

What they brag about on The Highwire is returning the religious vaccine exemption to Mississippi, pending action to do the same in West Virginia, fighting for vaccine exemptions for California University systems, and so on.

I'm sure the group has considered taking a contingency based civil action, but I don't know if they have done it.

There are other legal groups are out that might be up to the task as well.

Fund it now so all of the Covid ghouls like Fauci realize that their evil legacy will be in this museum on display for everyone to see for all time.

Let Fauci know that he is now Dr. Mengele and that all of his evil will be documented in this public museum. This museum will be the lasting legacy of his evil.

The museum will also serve a necessary public purpose to memorialize those who were denied visitation by Fauci to loved ones who were on their deathbed. This museum can turn into a public healing memorial no different than the 9/11 Memorial in NYC is for the families of victims.

I think we can't bring civil suits against government officials who were acting in the capacity of their roles. We'd have to bring a class action against the government. I could be wrong.

Mary Ann Caton's avatar

According to Find Law: "Yes, it is possible to bring civil suits against government officials, but there are significant legal protections and immunities that often make it difficult. Qualified immunity can shield officials from liability unless their actions violated clearly established statutory or constitutional rights." In Fauci's case, his actions violated clearly established constitutional rights: censorship, closing churches, all First Amendment rights.

Mindy's avatar

Thank you for looking that up. As much as I agree with your point about fauci violating constitutional rights, he still can claim he was only advising and that it was ultimately up to the government officials and their lawyers to determine what to implement, because he himself had no power to enact anything. It circles right back to the government. It would be a very uphill battle. The system has been set up to protect the system.

Mary Ann Caton's avatar

I am not certain that would work in his case b/c he "set" policy; he announced it; and I hate to use an inappropriate word here, but as they say in the military, "shit floats." It's always the people at the top who are generally held accountable. And who should be. Remember My Lai or any other failed operation, it was leadership held to account. As for Fauci, he personally called Bill deBlasio and Gov. Newsom and told them to shut down schools and restaurants. Technically it's advise; in fact, because he was an "expert," he was telling them what to do.

The biggest difference between the West and the East, IMHO, is that they truly believe in what they hold dear. Mideast Muslims really believe in their Quran. Westerners don't really believe their Bibles.

Westerners either don't believe in Satan or they actually believe that they can outsmart him. 😆🤣 Westerners pay lip service to God; Easterners take their god more seriously. God IS in control. He disciplined His people, the Israelites with the Babylonian Captivity. God IS disciplining His people today with Islamic migration. The pope and other church and government leaders want to accommodate the Islamic political system and say that their Allah is the same god. Westerners real religion is wealth and money is their god. The real God is a jealous God and punishes idolators.

Go ahead and poo-poo me instead of seeking the real God earnestly. And I'm not laughing.

Dr. Fauci may have learned this tactic from the late, Robert Moses, one of the earliest ‘progressives’ in US history. Who transformed New York and NYC in the 20th century (Parks). What Robert Moses did was then replicated across America. You might call him the father of the State bureaucratic system we live under today. Bob Moses would start a large project knowing there wasn’t enough $ to finish. But knew he could always go ask for more, and it would be granted, because politicians didn’t want to look like they could not manage well, by having a half unbuilt parkway or bridge. He went especially wild with this tactic during the Great Depression. He became so powerful that people like Al Smith, FDR and La Guardia all had to bow to him.

RSgva's avatar

And he made our cities less safe, uglier, and deprived of a “3rd space” which is the foundation of a common political culture.

Matt L.'s avatar

Robert Moses brought a philosophy to public works in 1930’s/40’s that was from a long ago time, when cars were few, and parkways designed for cars to leisurely drive thru. That world was already gone when he got to work transforming NYC. What he did in 1935 to Manhattan’s Spuyten Duyvil and Inwood Hill Park were especially grievous. The very last green space on the island gobbled up by West Side Improvement project that could have been routed around that area as part of Henry Hudson Bridge development. But Bob’s power and ego would not allow that. Robert agreed to open public meeting on the matter only as a tactic to buy time. As the meetings were scheduled, Moses’ crews were already clearing trees and driving pillars into the earth/bay, thereby making those meeting mere theater.

Truth Seeker's avatar

The reason for you anger is worth considering...

Is the actual reason that you and countless others did not see what

was clearly evident??? Character Assessment 101...

Anne Clifton's avatar

I don't think so in my case, Truth Seeker. My anger was due to the revelation of how evil Fauci was. Covid was not his first crime. My husband and I were 69 and 68 in 2020 when covid hit. We began to see through it very early on and we did not get jabbed. We tried to talk to others about it, but few were interested. We managed to find the "good" doctors early on and we listened to them. I purchased Kennedy's book as soon as it was available. I have probably 20+ books from that time and I subscribed to numerous substacks written by those who knew what was happening. It has been, and is very frustrating to me that so many are still blind. I am happy that I was partially responsible for our niece refusing to get jabbed while pregnant, in spite of pressure from her husband, in-laws, parents and her sister.

Truth Seeker's avatar

That is evidence of excellent reasoning skills! You saved your niece and her unborn, at least from the first onslaught. Well done! Had you known this 25 years earlier, before RFK's publication, you would not have been early.

He also squelched the distribution of Bactrim, which was the antibiotic that effectively handled the pneumonia type infections suffered by people with AIDS. That is what many of them died of. The people that you saw who looked like they were victims of a concentration camp, were actually wasting away and dying of organ failure from the AZT. It was a drug that had been condemned as too dangerous for cancer patients, reminiscent of how remdesivir was condemned for being too dangerous for patients with Ebola. Fauci loves to inflict deadly drugs on the population. He would have made an awesome Nazi. He does the eugenicists proud.

Truth Seeker's avatar

Jeff: Great job exposing the collective rights grab vs. Constitutional individual liberty. “To defend these rights, governments are instituted among men….”

The Declaration of Independence makes clear the reason for existence of govt.

RSgva's avatar

During the Covid horror RFK repeatedly pointed out all the ways in which the various provisions of the Bill of Rights were being infringed by the Biden and state government policies (first, fourth, fifth, and numerous other amendments) It was appalling how nobody seemed to notice it and Fauci made fun of people seeking the defend their individual rights. Now of course we know that dissent was censored but at the time I thought I had landed in a very bad dystopia.

Jack Bergeron's avatar

And the Preamble to our Constitution lays out its purposes. The next to the last purpose is “to promote the general welfare.” It is followed by to “secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity.” How did the framers of the Constitution promote the general welfare? They did so by granting very limited powers to the federal government. I challenge Jeff and anyone here to show me in the Constitution where it grants any power to the federal government over health issues. The phrase “to promote the general welfare” has been turned on its head as it has been used to such unconstitutional purposes such as providing for “public health.” We can see the deleterious effects it has had on our liberties as our federal government forced people to take the “safe and effective” jabs, mandated the closure schools and businesses, required nonsensical wearing of masks and the six foot separation of persons when waiting in lines. But those recent examples are just the tip of the iceberg as to how the federal government has usurped powers from the states and the people. The Tenth Amendment clearly states any powers not granted to the federal government are reserved to the states and the people. Once again I challenge Jeff and anyone to show me where in the Constitution it grants any powers to the federal government over health issues.

Michael Miller's avatar

You nailed it Jack! But I don’t think Jeff disputes that the Constitution has been violated, particularly in the general welfare clause.

I just queried Google AI, this is the answer I got:

Dana Bash is not currently married, but she has been married twice before: to Jeremy Bash and John King.

Previous Marriages

John King: Married from 2008 to 2012; the fellow CNN anchor shares a son named Jonah with her.

Jeremy Bash: Married from 1998 to 2007; he later served as chief of staff for the CIA and Department of Defense.

So, if your point was to show that she worked for the deep state, then you are correct. And I think it is clear from her attack on Kennedy that she still works for the deep state, and likely CIA. She is one of the most awful AWFLs. A deeply indoctrinated liberal who hates the Constitution and our rights and would gladly see all of us dead. A surgical action. I personally don't think it needs a lot of coordination either, lone wolves or small special action teams who understand the mission and are trained to do detailed recon first, direct action second and covert exfiltration. If the "Public Health Authority" decides you (or your animals) "might" be infected with a communicable disease or able to spread any disease, you can be detained, locked up and forced to cooperate with their testing or cures for as long as you are seen to be a possbile threat to public safety. All for the "public good".

Look up your "___ state statutes for communicable diseases" , you might have to dig around in some of the legalese blah, blah to find what coorelates.

4. Ordering an individual to be examined, tested, treated, isolated, or quarantined for communicable diseases that have significant morbidity or mortality and present a severe danger to public health. Individuals who are unable or unwilling to be examined, tested, or treated for reasons of health, religion, or conscience may be subjected to isolation or quarantine.

a. Examination, testing, or treatment may be performed by any qualified person authorized by the State Health Officer.

b. If the individual poses a danger to the public health, the State Health Officer may subject the individual to isolation or quarantine. If there is no practical method to isolate or quarantine the individual, the State Health Officer may use any means necessary to treat the individual.

c. Any order of the State Health Officer given to effectuate this paragraph is immediately enforceable by a law enforcement officer under s. 381.0012.

(e) Individuals who assist the State Health Officer at his or her request on a volunteer basis during a public health emergency are entitled to the benefits specified in s. 110.504(2), (3), (4), and (5).

(3) To facilitate effective emergency management, when the United States Department of Health and Human Services contracts for the manufacture and delivery of licensable products in response to a public health emergency and the terms of those contracts are made available to the states, the department shall accept funds provided by counties, municipalities, and other entities designated in the state emergency management plan required under s. 252.35(2)(a) for the purpose of participation in those contracts. The department shall deposit those funds in the Grants and Donations Trust Fund and expend those funds on behalf of the donor county, municipality, or other entity for the purchase of the licensable products made available under the contract.

(4) The department has the duty and the authority to declare, enforce, modify, and abolish the isolation and quarantine of persons, animals, and premises as the circumstances indicate for controlling communicable diseases or providing protection from unsafe conditions that pose a threat to public health, except as provided in ss. 384.28 and 392.545-392.60. Any order of the department issued pursuant to this subsection shall be immediately enforceable by a law enforcement officer under s. 381.0012.

(5) The department shall adopt rules to specify the conditions and procedures for imposing and releasing an isolation or a quarantine. The rules must include provisions related to:

(a) The closure of premises.

(b) The movement of persons or animals exposed to or infected with a communicable disease.

(c) The tests or treatment for communicable disease required before employment or admission to the premises or to comply with an isolation or a quarantine.

(d) Testing or destruction of animals with or suspected of having a disease transmissible to humans.

(e) Access by the department to isolated or quarantined premises.

The problem will be if they succeed in completely setting up our digital control slavery system, complete with the ability to freeze our bank accounts, prevent us from buying what we need, disabling our cars with kill switches, etc. Even guns for self-defense can’t solve these problems. This is all territory that we did not used to have to consider.

Yes, pro-communist propaganda seems to be gaining support. With aging AWFLs & with youngsters.

A young friend of my family recently visited China & says it was wonderful. To the point that they’re controlled & surveilled to death, she replied:

“Yes, sure. Liberty is a thing. But you know, it’s not important to everyone”.

Made my blood run cold.

Vote in November, more important than ever!🇺🇸🇺🇸

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

Yes, Yes, Yes! But don't mail in your ballot if you can possibly avoid it! Either hand carry it in or vote in person on election day. EVERYONE must vote like our way of life, in fact, our lives depend on voting because they do. We cannot allow the Democrats to ever steal power from us again. If we don't vote and lose, we will lost 2 years of the best presidency we have had in 150 years.

Then you are doing the best you can until you can remove the tabulators and citizens in small precincts hand cout the ballots. The goal is to hand mark paper ballots at small precincts, then count them at the precinct, report them by secure courier, never use electronic prgrammable machines or mail in ballots again. we do not ever need mail in ballots and machines to count what can be counted in a few hours at small precincts when the election ends, instead of weeks and months of endless counting until they get the result they want.

Truth Seeker's avatar

Let us believe that the widespread Voter Fraud has been largely curtailed...

As you point out, mailing a ballot is worse than stupid.

I wish I knew what was safer: hand delivering a paper ballot, or using a machine.

Its not "constitutional rights vs. public health," as Sweden showed that the former begets the latter. That argument would at least be defensible. Instead, its freedom vs. tyranny. Public health was a cover for oppression just like free stuff is a cover for communism.

Astragale's avatar

Exactly.

They realized in 2020 that they could use “public health” to destroy the entire notion of individual rights & freedoms.

If they can successfully elevate “public health” to a sacred status, they figure we can be sacrificed to it.

They were so clumsy though - and so transparent to many of us - that millions of us are WIDE AWAKE to their evil.

Great write up today! One of the reasons why they don't respect the constitution is because the federal government hasn't respected it in a hundred years. With 865 federal agencies the government is so far beyond it's skis and what it was originally supposed to be doing and only doing.

Liz LaSorte's avatar

There is a good reason why Health and Human Services was never part of Article I, Section 8. Had we listened to our founders, we would never have created “taking care” of the people in the federal government. That should always be a state issue so the people can see how much fraud is going on at a closer level.

But, no, we just had to create a big federal government when even during the Gilded Age, the rich donated to charities to “take care of the people” when necessary. Fauci should never have been employed in a federal agency that should never have existed - but here we are.

The question we should be asking is what the purpose of a federal government is, in the first place: https://lizlasorte.substack.com/p/let-the-rich-fund-charity-again?r=76q58&utm_campaign=post-expanded-share&utm_medium=web

While “talking with” Dana, RFK, much to my chagrin — said yes, parents should get their kids the measles shot. You

can’t get the measles shot without the whole MMR.

Measles and mumps kill 3

people per year in the USA, out of 349 million. There have been no cases of rubella,

therefore zero deaths, for decades.

I love the man and am all in on Let the Man Work. Nonetheless, I was floored that RFK said parents should get this vax.

*sigh*

fuzzi's avatar

I had measles and rubella as a child. Forty years later when I was hired at a hospital they said I needed a MMR shot. They checked my immunity, still strong for those two diseases, but none for mumps. While preparing an MMR shot for me I read the insert, and said "No!" There was a caution about people with antibiotic allergies taking the MMR. I have antibiotic allergies. My physician agreed, and I was spared possible unemployment.

Funny thing...I got an exemption for the MMR shot, but wasn't forced to wear a mask from October to April, which was the case (punishment) for my C0vid shot exemption.

KC & the Sunshine's avatar

My guess is that you have antibiotic allergies on account of the fact that there are antibiotics in many childhood shots. Think abt it.

We ask our bodies to mount a defense against whatever disease we are injecting for— measles— whatever. My guess is that the body sometimes also mounts a defense against the other things in the vials, like antibiotics, alcohol, even the latex stoppers!

fuzzi's avatar

Yes, antibiotics in shots, in food, and over-prescribed in the 1960s. I can't take any penicillin, zithromax, e-mycins, sulfas, etc.

As a child I only got DTP, polio, smallpox vax. Think I got a flu shot about 1969 or 70. It was in school, and they had a flu shot "gun". No needle, and it hurt like the dickens.

KC & the Sunshine's avatar

I had the same mechanism for some shot. It looked like a more foreboding thing than a massive drill—- stuck into our arms the same day we all gathered cigarettes to send over to Vietnam for our troops. Mom bought a load of cigarettes— sacrificing a small hunk of our food budget for the good service men there.

Holy COW, we were idiots. I think I was in 2nd grade?

CMCM's avatar

When my husband was in Vietnam and out in the field, the guys were given C-rations that included a little pack of 5 cigarettes, believe it or not.

fuzzi's avatar

Search flu shot gun, there are lots of photos. I couldn't figure out how to post one here.

Richard Whitney's avatar

I had the measles and rubella, also. I didn't have the mumps, but my neighbor did.

In the 90s, there was a mumps outbreak and they tested me to see if I "needed" to be jabbed.

It turns out that I am immune to the mumps, I assume from the small exposure I had to the kid next door.

My sister never had the measles, but she is immune, I assume from her exposure to me. I was in quarantine, so she wasn't heavily exposed.

Her daughter never had the chickenpox, but her son did, while the daughter was still nursing, so she didn't get the chickenpox. But she is immune.

All of this testing happened before the covid, when the Official Narrative changed ignoring natural immunity in favor of forced injections.

Mrs. RW

KC & the Sunshine's avatar

BINGO! That’s how it works. Exposure to wild cases naturally boost us. This is part of the reason adults rarely ever got shingles— they were exposed to wild chicken pox from kids every so often. Not an anymore!

We have truly exchanged childhood illnesses for lifelong diseases like cancer, RA, diabetes, eczema and so on.

Kathy's avatar

We need to be able to separate the MMR into individual shots, if people want them. There is a bit of a problem with measles infections, compared to the way it was before the measles vaccine. Mothers used to get measles themselves and recover, leaving them with natural immunity, some of which can be passed on by breastmilk. Many or most mothers now have had the vaccine and the protection ebbs, as compared to a natural infection. Also, many women are not choosing to breast-feed. So the baby has a window of time where its own immune system is not fully developed to fight the virus, and the mother is not giving antibodies in breastmilk. Therefore, there is a higher risk of babies dying from measles than there was years ago before we messed with nature. Bobby and Andrew Wakefield had a discussion about this, and how it complicates the issue today.

KC & the Sunshine's avatar

Nonetheless, measles isn’t a deadly illness and shouldn’t be treated as such.

Journalism is dead and the free press has been manipulated so far that they can lie and lie and lie some more and STILL be allowed to be called “journalists” and face no repercussions. Trump is the only one with deep enough pockets to go after them. One person cannot take them all on. A win here and there yes. But where 1 is held accountable 5 more pop up to deceive and manipulate. It’s all out of control. I highly doubt the founders ever considered how corrupt the media would become. There is a difference between news and opinion. Opinion has taken over and is fasely being called news. New definition of vaxxine anyone? New definition of sex or gender anyone? Changing definitions and rewording things has taken over. It’s all one big lie. Free press did not mean liars can say whatever they want and call it news. Why are they allowed to LIE and be protected under the Constitution? Explain to me why LIARS have a constitutional right to continue lying and monopolize all forms of media with absolute protection no matter what just because they wear a sign around their neck claiming to be the “press”. 🤮

Nope. Nope. Nope.

Reminds me of Regan giving big pHARMA immunity from liability of their poison. No accountability, no liability and no recourse for the pee-ons.

Sorry if you disagree but this nation and world have been captured a long time ago and a phony lying “free press” will be a top reason why the clapping trained seals keep clapping while they get in line for govt cheese and permission to travel 15 min outside their home address.

Trained seals only listen to their masters…no matter what.

We are in trouble. Too many people STILL believe the lying media. No matter what.

The press has always been compromised, but it did not become uniformly corrupt until slick willie allowed consolidation of the MSM to the point 6 mega corporations own over 90 % of all media. Astragale's avatar

Elon Musk could surely buy up some of the news outlets & transform them?

It’s great that he transformed Twitter & its outrageous censorship.

But surely someone could buy a few of the leftwing media businesses? The overall imbalance & bias to the left is crazy.

Margaret Nadler's avatar

Sunnydaze: I agree with you, strongly agree. So, what I wonder is: where is a very wealthy conservative, on the order of Elon Musk, who has the deep pockets, to buy up one of these legacy media outfits? ABC has been purchased, so to speak, and is changing back to the older journalistic standards, or so I read. But there are other fabulously rich folk and where are they in fighting the lying media. Like Musk, they need to buy one and put it back on the traditional track....like coming in to work every day which is what happened when X took over Twitter. Where is even one? Where are they?

A historical reference would be The Reconquist by the Christians of Spain from Muslim control. It was one city at a time. The last city was Granada. It took great effort to take back every city. Tremendous loss of lives, on both sides, and at the end, as the cities to be retaken became fewer, well, there were policies of blockading of ports in southern Spain, scorched earth destroying farming & villages...in other words, the battle to win back their towns was both costly and time-consuming. I believe that we are in a similar situation. We need to reclaim our legacy media and it is found in every corner of our land. People still listen to them. These people, who get their info from the legacy news need to hear the truth of just about everything. Maybe in 50 years, there will be no more legacy media, but there still is today! We need to get it back, city by city and village by village in every county in the country.

Sunnydaze's avatar

🎯 🎯 That is what needs to happen. I wasn’t even sure how to get back to a fair news media, but you bring up good points.

shayne's avatar

I think about it often too, Jeff. Which is why I don't visit my doctor anymore. If I need something that requires a script, like ringworm topical, (I foster stray kittens for the humane shelter, they have this sometimes 😂) I pop in to one of the city's walk-in urgent care places, and get out as fast as I can.

**constitutional principles are under attack from civilization’s enemies— Marxist-sympathetic public health technocracy, global health NGOs, progressive academics, and deferential media.**

The media is OWNED by the cabal, it's not "deferential" it's a key player in the cabal remaining in power.

Margaret Nadler's avatar

Rob: I strongly agree. The legacy media is a "key player" as you noted. That's why I keep asking the question: Where is the wealthy individual with enough sand to buy one of them and initiate change? Begin with the county newspaper or small town newspaper, if you are only moderately wealthy. Consider how smaller communities communicate and buy up that source. The really deep pockets could go after the bigger legacy megaphones...anyone out there game enough to take on the NYT? None of it would be easy and would be fought tooth & nail by the other side even down to the smallest hamlet, as the "cabal" as you call them seem to be just about everywhere. Just saying!
