Jeff and C&Cers - I heard that a class action lawsuit has been talked about against Fauci.

How do we start the ball rolling on that? I think Deborah Birx and others need to be included.

Who’s in?

Jeff - will you represent us?

Edit to add this. I pray every word - every minute of this will bless all of you as it blessed me today. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Fauci was no Dr. Evil mastermind. He was the point person (and hero/fall guy) for something much darker, insidious rot that seeks to "fundamentally transform" the US and western notions of individual rights into collectivist authoritarianism. I present the evidence.

A book out of China in 2013 calls it "The Logic of Disease Politics." And US/Global authorities read it. In March, 2020 this Council on Foreign Relations article revealed the plot, envying China's authoritarianism governance CFR is the most influential US-based globalist organization. It publishes Foreign Affairs:

Past Pandemics Exposed China’s Weaknesses

The Current One Highlights Its Strengths

In this FA piece is a link to an important book published in China in 2013. With many interesting chapters om how to fundamentally transform a nation that protects individual rights into one that imposes collectivist rule. Dana Bash is furiously working towards the latter:

8 State of “the People”

9.4 “To Combine Health Campaigns with Mass Movements”

10.3 The “Cleanness” of the State and Legitimacy Construction

Disease Politics is oh, so very Logical. We could take Dana Bash's protests, "but, but, this is about public health" and substitute "but, but, this is about politics" and she would be saying the same thing.

You are right FF, this was all planned by WEF, by WHO, by UN, etc etc, and by China, all of the communists and one world government agencies we have been funding for decades to our own demise.

Julinthecrown's avatar

Totally agree. I believe COVID was a dry run to see how far the 'globalists' could go before the ppl pushed back. I think everyone was surprised at just how far they were able to get.

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

It was decades in the planning and preparing. But what should scare everyone the very most is that they had the courage to actually go for it. That should be enough for everyone to REALIZE they want full control of us, to determine our every move, our fate. And they will kill millions of us in the pursuit of achieving the latter.

Freedom Fox's avatar

Communists/Fascists/Oligarchs/Monarchists/Technocrats/Neo-Feudalists, all of the centralized authoritarian governing models. Communists are only one of many factions that despise notions of individual liberty and rights. Would that they were the only ones.

We saw every single nation join in lockstep with it all. Every single governing model. Fauci didn't dictate that. More evidence he's just the egotistical, arrogant, pathetic dupe who believed his own headlines.

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

And they have all been deeply infiltrated into our society, in our indoctrination err, education system from kindergarten thru college, in government at every level through election theft. It will take a real blood letting to get them out.

re: "Punchbowl did some research and tied one of the ‘mystery PACs’ to WinRed:" Mystery PAC indeed, Lead Left PAC, run by Tammi Cannon of Tallahassee, FL, a shady operation to get conservative money to support the DSA candidates. Dr Li Zhuinsi, Maos doctor wrote a biography about Mao.

It explains much.

"The Private life of Mao Tse Tung".

Anne Emerson Hall's avatar

I read that book preparing for a trip to China a couple decades ago. It had been recommended to me by another passenger on the Acela train from Philadelphia to Manhattan. It was well written and very revealing.

Mao was a pig in almost every sense of the word. The doctor was constantly afraid for his life. There was drama around Mao’s death—for which the thor feared dire repercussions —and then there was the problem of how to embalm his body so it could go on permanent display like Lenin’s. Everyone involved was scrambling to learn how to do it from the Soviets in an atmosphere of tremendous fear.

The only way the doctor could write the book was by escaping to the West.

Haven't we been under a "National Emergency Declaration" since at least WW1?

Progressive, New Dealer DeepStaters, and Occultic, Secret Society Creeps have laid this groundwork for over 100 years and now they want to cash in on their investments. They OWN the Media, so it's not like anyone in media will suddenly rediscover Honest, Impartial Journalism to properly even allow a debate on Individual Rights. We're in the Nonprofit Public-Private Partnership Age too, where entitlement is incited and fed in order to craft Public policy and theft, funding and opinion and steer "democracy" to steamroll over any remaining radical rights-defenders. REPUBLICANS in 2026 are simply Democrats of 1996 in this regard--they primarily want Grant Money and massive FedCash redistributed to their Districts and donors. Principled, fiscal restraint is OLD FASHIONED and won't get anyone elected, on a Committee, or re-elected. Jeff is correct in that the Courts are now also predisposed to officialize the Eulogy for the Eroded Bill of Rights for the sake of Convenience and the Collective Good.

Johnny-O's avatar

Correction: Dr. Fauci was "no mastermind." He certainly is/was evil. :)

Dindu Nuffin's avatar

That’s a great initiative — even if his autopen pardon can keep him out of the pokey, I think he has immense civil liability exposure. All those millions deprived of their civil rights, caused by things he did while not acting in his official capacity. Which was nearly everything he did per his diary. There’s also the tortious interference theory of liability ( I believe even fed employees are prosecutable for tortious interference)

Lorita's avatar

I just remembered "there is no defense to fraud." Intentional frequent lies are fraud.

Elaine Russky's avatar

The pardon applies to federal crimes. He can be sued in state court, and I heard there was talk of charging him criminally in Florida.

Astragale's avatar

Mandating people to inject themselves with a commercial product on the promise it will «stop the virus» has to meet the definition of fraud.

Johnny-O's avatar

Isn't this interesting. You commented in favor of arresting a journalist, and here you quip about being deprived of civil rights. Connect the dots.

I think we can't bring civil suits against government officials who were acting in the capacity of their roles. We'd have to bring a class action against the government. I could be wrong.

Mary Ann Caton's avatar

According to Find Law: "Yes, it is possible to bring civil suits against government officials, but there are significant legal protections and immunities that often make it difficult. Qualified immunity can shield officials from liability unless their actions violated clearly established statutory or constitutional rights." In Fauci's case, his actions violated clearly established constitutional rights: censorship, closing churches, all First Amendment rights.

Mindy's avatar

Thank you for looking that up. As much as I agree with your point about fauci violating constitutional rights, he still can claim he was only advising and that it was ultimately up to the government officials and their lawyers to determine what to implement, because he himself had no power to enact anything. It circles right back to the government. It would be a very uphill battle. The system has been set up to protect the system.

Mary Ann Caton's avatar

I am not certain that would work in his case b/c he "set" policy; he announced it; and I hate to use an inappropriate word here, but as they say in the military, "shit floats." It's always the people at the top who are generally held accountable. And who should be. Remember My Lai or any other failed operation, it was leadership held to account. As for Fauci, he personally called Bill deBlasio and Gov. Newsom and told them to shut down schools and restaurants. Technically it's advise; in fact, because he was an "expert," he was telling them what to do.

Mindy's avatar

I'll keep my fingers crossed that this plan, if implemented, will work.

And immediately there was a man in their synagogue with an unclean spirit; and he cried out, saying, “What do we have to do with You, Jesus the Nazarene? Have You come to destroy us? I know who You are—the Holy One of God!” And Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Be quiet, and come out of him!” And throwing him into convulsions, the unclean spirit cried out with a loud voice and came out of him. And they were all amazed, so that they were arguing among themselves, saying, “What is this? A new teaching with authority! He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey Him.”

Fauci learned, during the HIV hysteria, that he could increase his budget and power simply by telling congress "the end is near if you don't give me what I want". He's used that approach a number of times in his career. Hopefully, there are enough congressional representatives that have learned not to fall for this when "the next Fauci" appears.

What amazed me is the fact that with all of those Big Pharma notes Bash was shuffling through, they didn't put any of the supposedly convincing studies down for her to cite. I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir about the obviousness of this void, but for those uninitiated uniparty dupes that were tuning in, many of them must have wondered why she couldn't point out any of the many, many, many studies that she was referring to over and over. It has to be causing cognitive dissonance just like Fauci pleading the Fifth relentlessly. I sense that RFK Jr. won't be warming that seat again any time soon.

PS Bash is awful, and should be better at hiding her venom...it's not like she started this role last week.

Yuri, you are 100% spot on. Except that Fauci should'nt be in jail, he should be hanging from a yard arm in front of the NIAID offices for a reminder to all the rest of those dishonest people who did such damage to us and are now waiting out this Presidency like "good" deep staters always do.

My post on X:

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

Oh yes I have, "The Real Anthony Fauci"! I've read it two times, cover to cover, and have encouraged everyone I can to read it. How do you know it is true? None of the evil people in it have ever sued him over the contents. It is deeply detailed as you suggest. The book demonstrates the true character of Fauci, walking crime against humanity gates and all the sons-of-bitches around them.

TDawg's avatar

Is t her husband ex CIA and an advisor from the Hussein admin?

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

I just queried Google AI, this is the answer I got:

Dana Bash is not currently married, but she has been married twice before: to Jeremy Bash and John King.

Previous Marriages

John King: Married from 2008 to 2012; the fellow CNN anchor shares a son named Jonah with her.

Jeremy Bash: Married from 1998 to 2007; he later served as chief of staff for the CIA and Department of Defense.

So, if your point was to show that she worked for the deep state, then you are correct. And I think it is clear from her attack on Kennedy that she still works for the deep state, and likely CIA. She is one of the most awful AWFLs. A deeply indoctrinated liberal who hates the Constitution and our rights and would gladly see all of us dead. She is beyond a despicable human being and as Kennedy pointed out her and her rotten network of liars and communists did terrible harm to not only the USA but the world too. We can't hate the media like her enough. I'm just going to say it, someone needs to off her.

There is a good reason why Health and Human Services was never part of Article I, Section 8. Had we listened to our founders, we would never have created “taking care” of the people in the federal government. That should always be a state issue so the people can see how much fraud is going on at a closer level.

But, no, we just had to create a big federal government when even during the Gilded Age, the rich donated to charities to “take care of the people” when necessary. Fauci should never have been employed in a federal agency that should never have existed - but here we are.

The question we should be asking is what the purpose of a federal government is, in the first place: https://lizlasorte.substack.com/p/let-the-rich-fund-charity-again?r=76q58&utm_campaign=post-expanded-share&utm_medium=web

Its not "constitutional rights vs. public health," as Sweden showed that the former begets the latter. That argument would at least be defensible. Instead, its freedom vs. tyranny. Public health was a cover for oppression just like free stuff is a cover for communism.

Astragale's avatar

Exactly.

They realized in 2020 that they could use “public health” to destroy the entire notion of individual rights & freedoms.

If they can successfully elevate “public health” to a sacred status, they figure we can be sacrificed to it.

They were so clumsy though - and so transparent to many of us - that millions of us are WIDE AWAKE to their evil.

While “talking with” Dana, RFK, much to my chagrin — said yes, parents should get their kids the measles shot. You

can’t get the measles shot without the whole MMR.

Measles and mumps kill 3

people per year in the USA, out of 349 million. There have been no cases of rubella,

therefore zero deaths, for decades.

I love the man and am all in on Let the Man Work. Nonetheless, I was floored that RFK said parents should get this vax.

*sigh*

fuzzi's avatar

I had measles and rubella as a child. Forty years later when I was hired at a hospital they said I needed a MMR shot. They checked my immunity, still strong for those two diseases, but none for mumps. While preparing an MMR shot for me I read the insert, and said "No!" There was a caution about people with antibiotic allergies taking the MMR. I have antibiotic allergies. My physician agreed, and I was spared possible unemployment.

Funny thing...I got an exemption for the MMR shot, but wasn't forced to wear a mask from October to April, which was the case (punishment) for my C0vid shot exemption.

KC & the Sunshine's avatar

My guess is that you have antibiotic allergies on account of the fact that there are antibiotics in many childhood shots. Think abt it.

We ask our bodies to mount a defense against whatever disease we are injecting for— measles— whatever. My guess is that the body sometimes also mounts a defense against the other things in the vials, like antibiotics, alcohol, even the latex stoppers!

Journalism is dead and the free press has been manipulated so far that they can lie and lie and lie some more and STILL be allowed to be called “journalists” and face no repercussions. Trump is the only one with deep enough pockets to go after them. One person cannot take them all on. A win here and there yes. But where 1 is held accountable 5 more pop up to deceive and manipulate. It’s all out of control. I highly doubt the founders ever considered how corrupt the media would become. There is a difference between news and opinion. Opinion has taken over and is fasely being called news. New definition of vaxxine anyone? New definition of sex or gender anyone? Changing definitions and rewording things has taken over. It’s all one big lie. Free press did not mean liars can say whatever they want and call it news. Why are they allowed to LIE and be protected under the Constitution? Explain to me why LIARS have a constitutional right to continue lying and monopolize all forms of media with absolute protection no matter what just because they wear a sign around their neck claiming to be the “press”. 🤮

Nope. Nope. Nope.

Reminds me of Regan giving big pHARMA immunity from liability of their poison. No accountability, no liability and no recourse for the pee-ons.

Sorry if you disagree but this nation and world have been captured a long time ago and a phony lying “free press” will be a top reason why the clapping trained seals keep clapping while they get in line for govt cheese and permission to travel 15 min outside their home address.
