Huge news in Indiana from this past weekend. Indiana delegates overrode the RINO running for republican who asked them to elect a his choice of a lieutenant governor and instead elected conservative Christian Pastor Micah Beckwith. Great Job, Indiana! No more business as usual. Local! Local! Local! For any interested in knowing more about Micah’s views he has a podcast called Jesus, Sex, and Politics where he and another pastor talk about all things society doesn’t want you to talk about

Idaho GOP kept its leadership on the freedom side this past weekend too. Now we have to defeat the jungle primary/ranked choice voting proposal on the November ballot.

Yes! This is fabulous news!

For more Indiana info that will both fill your heart and make your blood boil, check out this video from the day before the convention. Patriots had politely asked the GOP higher ups to allow (meaning, not stop or prevent, not ignore Robert's Rules of Order, which they DID DO two years prior when a patriot tried to present on the floor) four resolutions to be presented to the delegates for their vote. Note that resolutions are not binding whatsoever on anyone. They ARE a means for delegates to have a voice in saying, "here is where we want the party, the lawmakers to expend their energies." This video is of the Rules Committee hearing.

The first 20 minutes are stirring speeches. I could only stomach a short bit after that, as it was a lot of gaslighting and dismissal of what the delegates and speakers had requested.

Watch, for your viewing pleasure. And keep in mind that this is your state GOP leadership, at least part of it, at work.
