Same spammer is all over the place on Substack.
Problem is they create a new account every day. Different handle, same message. Reporting has no effect
If the spam usually refers to the same link, then it could be detected and blocked that way.
I wish they did something about spam or rogue posters... they don't.
They need to make BLOCK work too.
