Hate what is evil, cling to what is good (Romans 12:9). I believe that would include evil people. They definitely exist. But I understand the moral conflict as we are all created in the image of God… 🙏

Man was created in the image of God and corrupted that image in the Fall and was condemned. God redeems man through His Son for those who repent. The rest are condemned by God. This is not our moral conflict. Our moral conflict is with God's Word and is reconciled by the Messiah through repentance and faith. The unrepentant do not reflect the image of God but are instead children of Satan.

David had a lot to say about evil people in the Psalms. I’ve used some of his prayers before. Of course, asking for God to save their souls first.

I love the ones where he says “Lord, break their teeth and use their entrails to grease the treads of our tanks.” Or words to that effect. That man knew about the power of prayer.

Break their teeth in their mouth, O God!

Break out the fangs of the young lions, O Lord!

Let them flow away as waters which run continually;

When he bends his bow,

Let his arrows be as if cut in pieces. ~ Psalm 58:6-7

I have prayed this SO MANY TIMES the past four years. Break their teeth! (their authority) Let his arrows be cut! (made worthless)
