I really hope some enterprising lawyers find a way around the systemic corruption embodied in the PREP Act and the Vaccine Injury Act.

The penalties could and should be in the trillions of dollars.

Yes... there will be many suits and I suspect that any legit, honest court and jury will quickly find the liability waivers given to Big Pharma scumbags will be found to be corrupt and will be set aside.

IF that happens... IMO Moderna will go under, Pfizer and J&J will be badly hurt. I shorted Moderna around $350... didn't have the balls to stick with it.

IF the coming death-wave occurs as some predict... the country's financial system and markets will collapse... might become surreal...

Shorting is too dangerous. Just buy put options instead.

I was foolish not to... out of the money Puts would have been SWEEET.

Too late now, though it is up big today for some zany reason... maybe $35 to ZERO is still worth a flyer...

I don't know the right strike price, but they may well go to zero if the public really catches on to how horribly harmful all the mRNA injections are.

I agree... Pfizer may have more room, Moderna is circling the drain.

Right, Pfizer pretty much owns the media, the FDA, the CDC, and has tons of other drugs.

Moderna is a one-trick pony staking it all on the mRNA death jabs.

True... but if the liability protections are revoked... they could take a hell of a hit... the lawsuits would be many and with BIG awards... JMHO.

The liability protections absolutely should be revoked because Pfizer knew the mRNA jabs are inherently very dangerous but hid that info, then skimped on manufacturing cleanliness so that they were contaminated with E. Coli DNA in addition.

The EUA was invalid in any case, because effective and exceptionally safe alternate treatments were always available: HCQ, ivermectin, zinc, etc.

Yep... should be easy... the violations of the protections were many and serious... unless the DOJ continues to be totally corrupt.

I hope Bondi is the real deal... Kash too.

BTW: Did anyone EVER get jabbed with "Comirnaty"?!!?!?

Nope, it was a transparent scam.
