For those who, like me, live in Australasia where the governments make it illegal to sell or purchase these lifesaving medications, nigella saliva oil capsules (aka black cumin seed or just black seed) are a kind of poor man’s ivermectin. It really does protect against shedding and has reduced my husband’s enlarged prostate to almost normal!

Yes, (typo) 𝘯𝘪𝘨𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘢 𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘢 (the species spelled with a 't') is the botanical name of black cumin seed.
