I’ve lived in Sarasota for 23 years and this is the worst flooding I’ve ever seen. There is way steep water on my street. People running around in kayaks some mailboxes nearly submerged.
Still raining here in So Venice too. Not to mention the wind and heavy thunderstorms and lightning that are expected to continue through tomorrow. The heavens are angry!
we got hammered in Tampa/Sarasota. nothing awful just 12 inches of rain.

Yeah. Bad here as well. Looks like the rain just gave up in the last 30 minutes
