I see two potential solutions. First, remove voter registration from DNVs nationwide. If you're too lazy to go register with valid proof of citizenship you shouldn't be voting. Voting is a privilege.
Second, stop issuing DLs to non-citizens. Stop issuing DLs to those not fluent in English. Stop offering tests in anything other than English, our official language. To my knowledge, we're the only country dumb enough to do this.
I am really hoping the voting fraud in Minnesota is investigated like it was in California. In my state, illegals can get a drivers license and we are not, as election judges, allowed to ask for any ID when people show up to vote. Then there is something called vouching with which one can just vouch for the other person showing up saying he or she is indeed the person he or she claims to be.
