Ahhh, is THIS why they needed to rush through their despicable Respect for Marriage Act, which is anything but.

All three of these may-as-well-be-Dems voted for it. 😡

Both of our NC senators voted for it!! Thom Tillis and the despicable Burr, whom I used to believe, many years ago, was a good guy.

Repubs usually "go soft" in the DC Swamp, democRats Never do. It has been a Continuous Socialist March since the Wilson NWO Regime, with only perhaps 3 Repub presidential pauses. That's a bit more than 100 years.

Same here and I never liked Tillis. The only reason I voted in the primaries his last election year was to try to vote him out. I hope Budd does not disappoint...

Exactly.

Saw a tweet from Lindsey Graham saying exactly this. There was a proposed amendment apparently, to protect religious orgs. But it was not approved or passed or whatever. Which basically tells us all we need to know.

This act could force religious institutions to adopt a stance that they dont believe in. The provisions seem lite to protect that liberty.

It will separate the true churches and faith based institutions to decide whether to obey God or man (government). That’s where we’re at today.

Indeed. Even my local fellowship who I thought had more intelligence did. I was wrong footed for a week or 2 sadly, but I wasn't that well, and am still struggling.
